Abstract
本发明实施例中,提出一种管理电子印章的方法:电子印章在执行盖章行为时,获取目标信息,并将所述目标信息发送至移动终端;所述移动终端将所述目标信息发送至电子印章管理平台;所述电子印章管理平台记录所述电子印章在所述目标信息的场景下执行所述盖章行为;在该方案中,由于电子印章管理平台中记录了电子印章在什么样的场景下执行了盖章行为,那么如果是伪造的印章的盖章行为在电子印章管理平台中没有记录,因此,可以及时识别出伪造的印章,提高识别真伪的效率,并且在识别真伪的过程中不需要人工识别,因此,还可以提高识别的准确度。
Description
本发明涉及通信技术领域,尤其涉及一种管理电子印章的方法、装置及系统。
盖章作为文件生效的重要标志广泛应用于各个领域,加盖有印章的文件表示已经签署或者已经鉴定过。印章在盖印之前都会染上颜料,颜料的颜色多以红色为主,印章的材料的种类主要有金属、木头及石头等,在特殊情况下甚至还有玉石等名贵的材料。
印章在使用过程中往往存在滥用、虚假使用等问题,目前在对印章防伪时一般采用工作人员人工比较的方法来识别真伪,但是这样存在效率较低及准确度较差的缺陷。
发明内容
鉴于上述问题,提出了本发明,以便提供一种克服上述问题或者至少部分地解决上述问题的一种管理电子印章的方法、装置及系统,用于解决现有技术中存在的效率较低及准确度较差的缺陷。
依据本发明的第一方面,提供了一种管理电子印章的方法,包括:
移动终端接收电子印章发送的与盖章行为相关联的目标信息;
所述移动终端将所述目标信息发送至电子印章管理平台。
可选地,所述目标信息包括执行所述盖章行为时的时间点和/或地点。

本发明实施例中,提出一种管理电子印章的方法:电子印章在执行盖章行为时,获取目标信息,并将所述目标信息发送至移动终端;所述移动终端将所述目标信息发送至电子印章管理平台;所述电子印章管理平台记录所述电子印章在所述目标信息的场景下执行所述盖章行为;在该方案中,由于电子印章管理平台中记录了电子印章在什么样的场景下进行盖章,那么如果是伪造的印章的盖章行为在电子印章管理平台中是没有记录的,因此,可以及时识别出伪造的印章,提高识别真伪的效率,并且在识别真伪的过程中不需要人工识别,因此,可以提高识别的准确度。

如图1C所示,买方是A,卖方是B,A、B之间进行交易,A持有手机1和电子印章1,B持有手机2和电子印章2,A在交易单据上用电子印章1盖章时,盖章时间为2018年01月19日11:00,盖章地点为北京朝阳区SK大厦,则电子印章1将时间“2018年01月19日11:00”、地点“北京朝阳区SK大厦”发送至手机1;B在交易单据上用电子印章2盖章时,盖章时间为2018年01月19日11:30,盖章地点为北京朝阳区SK大厦,则电子印章2将时间“2018年01月19日11:30”、地点“北京朝阳区SK大厦”发送至手机2,盖章后的交易单如图1C所示。
需要说明的是,时间点的具体形式可以为多种,可以精确到小时,可以精确到分钟,也可以只精确到日期,在此不做具体限定。同理,地点的具体形式也可以为多种,可以精确到市,也可以精确到区,也可以精确到大厦,或者也可以精确到楼层,这些都可以随着应用场景的不同而发生变化。
本发明实施例中,电子印章的管理主要是在电子印章管理平台中进行管理,要实现管理的话,可选地,电子印章在电子印章管理平台中要先进行注册,因此,进一步的,所述方法还包括:

前面描述的基本信息一般与电子印章的持有者相关联,而持有者一般不发生变化,因此,一般情况下基本信息不会随着应用场景的不同而发生变化,例如,此次盖章行为无论是发生在交易“手机”的场景下,或者是发生在交易“大米”的情况下,基本信息都是相同的,因此,电子印章的注册并不需要在每次交易时都进行。
为了能更有效管理电子印章,进一步的,所述移动终端还可以向所述电子印章管理平台发送事件信息。
其中,可选地,所述事件信息包括标的物信息和预设次数,电子印章管理平台接收到事件信息后可以确定从接收到事件信息开始所发生的预设次数的盖章行为所涉及的交易与所述标的物相关,如标的物为汽车,预设次数为6次,发送事件信息的时间点为2018年01月19日的12:00,则电子印章管理平台确定从2018年01月19日的12:00开始所发生的前6次盖章行为所涉及的交易与汽车相关。
或者所述事件信息包括标的物信息和有效时间段;或者

当然,上述只是事件信息的几种示例,在此不做具体限定。
前述描述的是电子印章管理平台对电子印章进行注册,然后记录电子印章的盖章行为,在此基础上,进一步的,还可以查询电子印章的盖章行为,因此,所述方法还包括:

本发明实施例中,为了更加有效地控制电子印章,可以通过移动终端来控制电子印章的开启和关闭,因此,移动终端接收电子印章发送的与盖章行为相关联的目标信息之前,所述方法还包括:
所述移动终端接收到电子印章开启指令时,启动所述电子印章的盖章功能。也就是说,在移动终端启动电子印章的盖章功能后,电子印章才可以实现盖章的功能。

所述移动终端接收到电子印章关闭指令时,关闭所述电子印章的盖章功能。也就是说,在移动终端关闭电子印章的盖章功能后,电子印章不可以实现盖章的功能。
需要说明的是,移动终端启动或者关闭电子印章可以通过移动终端向电子印章发送相关的消息来实现,当然,也可以通过其他方式来实现,在此不做具体限定,只要移动终端能够控制电子印章的开启盖章或者关闭盖章功能即可,在此不做具体限定。
本发明实施例中,移动终端与发送目标信息的电子印章之间为关联关 系,或者说是绑定关系,这样移动终端才能接收到该电子印章的目标信息,需要说明的是,移动终端跟电子印章之间的关联关系还可以发送至电子印章管理平台,这样,移动终端向电子印章管理平台发送信息后,电子印章管理平台可以识别出是哪个电子印章,如在电子印章管理平台可以存储各个移动终端与对应的电子印章的映射关系,如手机1与电子印章1的映射关系1,手机2与电子印章2的映射关系2,手机3与电子印章3的映射关系,等等。
当然,一个移动终端也可以与多个电子印章相关联,如手机1与电子印章1、电子印章2相关联,手机2与电子印章3、电子印章4相关联,手机3与电子印章5、电子印章6相关联,等等,这种情况下,手机在向电子印章管理平台发送信息的时候可以携带对应的电子印章的标识,以便于电子印章管理平台可以识别是哪个电子印章的信息。
本发明实施例中,电子印章和移动终端的交互可以有多种实现方式,如通过蓝牙方式,或者通过红外方式,或者也可以通过WIFI方式,在此不做具体限定。

由于在实际应用中存在伪造电子印章的情况,因此,一般需要查验电子印章是否为伪造的电子印章,在本发明实施例中,由于电子印章的盖章行为在电子印章管理平台有记录,因此,本发明实施例中通过查询盖章行为是否在电子印章管理平台中有记录来验证该电子印章是否为伪造的电子印章,具体为,
所述电子印章管理平台接收其他移动终端发送的盖章行为验证请求;
所述电子印章管理平台判断是否记录待验证的盖章行为;
如果判定待验证的盖章行为已经记录,向所述其他移动终端反馈验证 通过的反馈消息;
如果判定待验证的盖章行为未记录,向所述其他移动终端反馈验证未通过的反馈消息。
例如,A、B之间进行交易,A持有手机1和电子印章1,B持有手机2和电子印章2,A在交易单据上用电子印章1盖章时,盖章时间为2018年01月19日11:00,盖章地点为北京朝阳区SK大厦,则电子印章1将时间“2018年01月19日11:00”、地点“北京朝阳区SK大厦”发送至手机1,手机1再发送至电子印章管理平台;B在交易单据上用电子印章2盖章时,盖章时间为2018年01月19日11:30,盖章地点为北京朝阳区SK大厦,则电子印章2将时间“2018年01月19日11:30”、地点“北京朝阳区SK大厦”发送至手机2,手机2再发送至电子印章管理平台。B可以对A生成的印章进行验证,如B通过手机2对A在交易单上的二维码印章扫码,并将扫码后的信息发送至电子印章管理平台进行验证,由于在电子印章管理平台中记录有电子印章1此次盖章行为,因此,验证通过。同理,A也可以对B生成的印章进行验证,验证过程与B的验证过程类似,在此不再进行详述。
前面描述的是验证通过的情况,在实际应用中,还可能存在伪造电子印章的情况,例如,C伪造A的电子印章与B进行交易,伪造的电子印章为电子印章3,电子印章3的盖章行为在电子印章管理平台中没有记录或者即使有记录也与A不相关,因此,也无法验证通过。
参阅图3所示,本发明实施例中,还提出一种发送信息的方法30,包括:
步骤300:电子印章在执行盖章行为时,获取目标信息;
步骤310:所述电子印章将所述目标信息发送至移动终端。
其中,可选地,所述目标信息包括所述电子印章执行盖章行为时的时间点和/或地点。
