Description

一种充气式漂浮装置 技术领域
本发明涉及充气制品技术领域,更具体的说是涉及一种充气式漂浮装置。
背景技术
水上充气设备是人们日常生活中常见的物品,例如游泳圈、救生圈、浮艇、水上充气玩具等等,以游泳圈为例,目前最常见的游泳圈是通过一个外径约为1cm的小型气嘴进行充气,充气方式为人力口吹充气或通过机械充气设备充气;但是,通过人力口吹的方式费时费力且不能保证口腔卫生,吹入的空气中含有大量水分,使用过后无法有效排除,导致游泳圈内发霉、异味,而通过充气泵等机械充气设备又需要额外的购买费用,且此类装置一般不便于收纳和携带,在野外使用时也会由于没有合适的电源只能提前充气,然后携带充气后的游泳圈出行,十分不便;因此,如何提供一种可以高效、便捷充气/放气的充气式漂浮装置是本领域人员亟需解决的技术问题。
发明内容
有鉴于此,本发明提供了一种成本低廉、结构简单、可不需电源快速充气/放气并且便于携带的充气式漂浮设备。
为了实现上述目的,本发明采用如下技术方案:一种充气式漂浮装置,包括:
气囊本体,所述气囊本体设有开口;该气囊本体可以为圆柱环形、常规船体形、方体形、异形等任意适合水上使用的形状。
空气通道,所述空气通道为两端开口的筒形,其一端端口与所述开口形状适配并固定连接,其另一端端口为进气口;所述进气口的边缘周长至少为20cm。进气口周长较大,也就是说其进气量相比于常规的气嘴大大提高,可以短时间内将气囊填充膨胀;同时,需要放气的时候也可以快速的使气体排出,实现了快速高效充气/放气的技术效果。
卷折条,所述卷折条固定安装于所述进气口的边缘并向进气口所在平面内任意对称的两侧延伸形成两条连接带;
母扣及公扣,所述母扣固定安装于所述两条连接带中的一条,所述公扣固定安装于所述两条连接带中的另一条,所述母扣与所述公扣可拆卸连接。所述母扣及所述公扣可以通过卡合、粘合、螺栓连接等任意方便拆卸与安装的可拆卸结构。
采用上述技术方案的有益效果是:可以快速高效的进行气囊的充气与放气,使用时,将空气吹入气囊内,然后将卷折条沿进气口-开口方向进行数次卷折,再将母扣与公扣连接即可进行使用,高效便捷,无需电源,可以在野外、游泳池等多个场所进行使用,适用范围广,条件限制少。
优选的,所述开口和/或所述空气通道内任意位置安装有止回膜和/或止回阀,其作用是进一步的防止充入气囊内的空气倒流。
优选的,所述气囊本体还包括至少一层腔室隔层,所述腔室隔层与所述气囊本体内壁连接将气囊本体分割为至少两个腔室并通过所述开口延伸至空气通道内,所述腔室隔层将所述开口分割为至少两个子开口,且所述子开口与所述腔室一一对应连通;在卷折条卷折的过程中,腔室与腔室之间会完全分割成多个独立且封闭的腔室,这样即使某一个腔室出现问题,其他的腔室也不会受到影响,提高了产品的稳定性。
优选的,还包括气嘴、压缩气源、化学反应气源、小型气泵在内的任意一种或多种组合的补充充气装置,所述补充充气装置设置于所述气囊本体外侧。在本体出现大量漏气时可以通过上述设备进行补充充气,进一步提高产品的可靠性。
优选的,还包括外套,所述外套内部中空并与所述气囊本体形状适配,所述气囊本体全部或部分嵌设于所述外套内。一般来说制作气囊本体的材料都较为柔软,如果直接将气囊本体作为漂浮装置的外壳可能会容易划破漏气,因此在气囊本体的外面套设外套,可以保护内部的气囊不受破坏,提高装置的外部质量;外套还可以增设锁紧扣,将气囊本体全部放入外套内后可进行锁紧与密封。
优选的,所述气囊本体外还连接有包括承重底座、隔水套、遮阳、挡雨在内的任意一种或多种附属结构。例如,承重底座可与本体密封连接,并且同样可以为充气结构,在对气囊本体充气的同时也会使承重底座充气膨胀,承重底 座设置于气囊底部,其可以制作成条状、网状、平面状、板状、马鞍状等等,使用时可以坐在承重底座上或将双腿放入承重底座内,应用于救生圈时可以使被救助者与水隔绝,减少了体温的流失,提高了被救助者的生存几率。
优选的,所述气囊本体的内腔在靠近其开口处设有固定附属结构的固定结构。所述杂物可以为手机、钱包、烟盒、打火机、笔记本等等;
优选的,所述气囊本体外还连接有推进装置。该推进装置可以为手动也可以为电动,其可以加快在水中的行进速度,特别是针对救生圈而言,如果配有推进装置,被救助者的获救几率将获得大幅度提升,针对游泳圈或其他水上玩具而言,设置了推进装置也会有利于提高使用乐趣。
优选的,所述推进装置包括手动推进装置、手脚并用推进装置、电力推进装置、燃油和/或燃气推进装置在内的一种或多种。
优选的,由于进气口的周长较大,在充气时可以将手机、钱包等小型杂物塞入气囊内再进行充气,卷折装置卷折后,杂物可随漂浮装置一起移动,也就是说,该漂浮装置还可以起到防水袋的用途,避免了财物的丢失与不必要的折返取物。
优选的,气囊本体可以由PVC、PE、TPU等膜材料通过高频或高温热合制造,也可由防水涂层布料先通过缝纫制作成型再通过高温贴条等将会漏气的缝合线密封起来。

本发明实施例公开了一种充气式漂浮装置,包括:
气囊本体1,气囊本体1设有开口;该气囊本体1可以为圆柱环形、常规船体形、方体形、异形等任意适合水上使用的形状。
空气通道2,空气通道2为两端开口的筒形,其一端端口与开口形状适配并固定连接,其另一端端口为进气口3;进气口3的边缘周长至少为20cm。进气口3周长较大,也就是说其进气量相比于常规的气嘴15大大提高,可以短时间内将气囊填充膨胀;同时,需要放气的时候也可以快速的使气体排出,实现了快速高效充气/放气的技术效果。
卷折条4,卷折条4固定安装于进气口3的边缘并向进气口3所在平面内任意对称的两侧延伸形成两条连接带5;

优选的,开口和/或空气通道2内任意位置安装有止回膜14和/或止回阀,其作用是进一步的防止充入气囊内的空气倒流。所述止回膜14可以为单层或多层,也可以为对立面状、片状、筒状或喇叭口状等结构。
优选的,所述气囊本体1还包括至少一层腔室隔层8,所述腔室隔层8与所述气囊本体1内壁连接将气囊本体1分割为至少两个腔室并通过所述开口延伸至空气通道2内,所述腔室隔层8将所述开口分割为至少两个子开口,且所述子开口与所述腔室一一对应连通;在卷折条4卷折的过程中,腔室与腔室之间会完全分割成多个独立且封闭的腔室,这样即使某一个腔室出现问题,其他的 腔室也不会受到影响,提高了产品的稳定性。
实施例1
如图1A所示,本实施例公开了一种单腔室的充气式游泳圈,其气囊本体1为圆柱环型,在其外侧设置有一个椭圆形的开口,该开口的周长为80厘米,进气通道为椭圆柱形,且其两端贯通,一段端口与开口边缘固定连接,另一端为进气口3,且进气口3的周长为120厘米,在进气口3的边缘固定连接有卷折条4,卷折条4向水平两侧延伸有两条连接带5,左侧连接带5固定连接母扣6,右侧连接带5固定连接公扣7,母扣6可与公扣7卡合连接。充气时,通过自然风、电扇风、人力扇风或是使用者跑动所产生的相对气流使外界空气通过进气口3被灌入气囊本体1从而使气囊本体1被充起(如图1A所示);气囊本体1被充成型后封闭进气口3、卷起卷折条4、并通过压缩空气通道2内的空气提高密闭的气囊本体1内的气压以达到所需的使用压力(如图1B所示)。
如图11-图12所示,还可在填充气体之前将杂物17(图示为手机)塞入气囊本体1内,如图13所示,还可以设置杂物固定装置18用于固定杂物17;还可通过上下开合进气口3使空气填充气囊本体1至膨胀,将卷折条4多次卷折直至气囊本体1的膨胀程度适中,卷折条4按如图1B中所示进行卷折后将母扣6与公扣7卡合即可进行使用(如图1C所示)。卷折后的效果如图2所示。
如图8所示,在气囊本体1的外侧设置有气嘴15,当气囊本体1过量漏气后可通过气嘴15对气囊本体1进行补充充气。
实施例2
如图3所示,本实施例公开了一种双腔室的充气式游泳圈,其结构尺寸为图1A所示圆柱环形游泳圈相同,但气囊本体1内设置有腔室隔层8,该腔室隔层8沿气囊本体1内部周向平行设置,将气囊本体1分割为上腔室1A与下腔室1B,上腔室1A与下腔室1B的体积相同并对称布置,腔室隔层8延伸至气体通道内,其在气体通道内的长度为气体通道总长度的一半,并将气体通道部分分割为上通道2A与下通道2B,相应的,上通道2A靠近进气口3的一端为上进气口3A,下通道2B的靠近进气口3的一端为下进气口3B;
充气时,气体通过进气口3进入上、下进气口3并分别填充上腔室1A与下腔室1B,卷折条4卷折后,母扣6与公扣7卡合,上、下腔室完全独立并密封, 即使其中一个腔室破损,另外一个腔室也不会受到影响。
实施例3
如图4所示,本实施例公开了一种带有承重底座9的救生圈。所述气囊本体1上连接有承重底座9,该承重底座9为马鞍状。所述承重底座9可类似于座椅或登山挽具一样将人体重量从臀部和/或胯部传递到所述气囊本体1上,减少使用者的体力消耗,增加使用者的舒适程度和/或生还几率。
实施例4
如图5所示,本实施例公开了一种带有隔水套10的救生圈。所述气囊本体1上连接有隔水套10,该隔水套10为马鞍状,被水浸没的部分被密封地连接在气囊本体1上。隔水套10对被救助者进行隔水保温,防止因衣物被水浸透导致衣物的保温性能导致的失温昏迷,保持体力,提升其获救几率。隔水套10也可以做成部分或全部也是可充气得结构,以便获得更大的保温能力。
如图6所示,隔水套10还可制成两腿分开的结构,被救助者可将双腿放置于两个“裤管”位置,即一腿放入左套筒10A,一腿放入右套筒10B,这样就不会限制逃生者的脚部运动,方便逃生者以游泳姿态自主逃生,提升其获救几率。
实施例5
如图7所示,本实施例公开了一种带有连体裤状承重底座9的救生圈,其采用如实施例2所述的双腔室充气结构,在气囊本体1的内侧设置有侧袋16,用于放置求生器材等物品,在该气囊本体1的下方固定连接有一个连体裤状的隔水套10和承重底座9,并在气囊本体1的上方设置有遮阳挡雨机构11,遮阳挡雨结构通过防水拉链12与气囊本体1可拆卸连接,方便进出;隔水套10采用防水保温材料制成,被救助者可将双腿放置于两个“裤管”位置,即一腿放入左套筒10A,一腿放入右套筒10B,头部上方通过遮阳挡雨结构进行遮挡,最大化的保护被救助者,对其进行保温隔水、保持体力体温,提升其获救几率。
实施例6
如图9所示,本实施例公开了一种充气浮艇,其气囊本体1与常规皮划艇的形状相似,气体通道设置于气囊本体1的尾部,气囊本体1的长度约为2.5米, 宽度约为1.5米,在该气囊本体1的底部及外侧表面套设有包括橡胶皮、PVC、PU、PE、涂层防水布、夹网布等在内的一种或几种材料制成的外套13。在使用时,先通过自然风、电扇风、人力扇风或是使用者跑动所产生的相对气流使外界空气通过进气口3被灌入相对轻而薄的气囊本体1使气囊本体1被快速充起后密封和锁死进气口3,然后再在充好和密封后气囊本体1的外侧和/或外侧套上外套13。所述外套13可以部分覆盖于所述气囊本体1的外侧(如图9和图10A所示),也可以将整个气囊本体1甚至由气囊本体1围合而成的舱体30均包覆起来(如图10B所示),并通过包括拉链26、绑扎带27、魔术扣在内的连接机构将艇底布28和艇盖布29连接起来,实现在艇舱体30的底部有双层的承重层,提高产品性能(如图10C所示)。外套13可发挥以下的一种或几种作用:防止气囊本体1被接触到的尖锐物划破漏气、限制气囊本体1的过度膨胀甚至胀裂、保持艇体形状、防止水进入舱体、装饰和美观作用等。
本实施例中的充气浮艇,可以实现快充快放,相对于传统充气浮艇要耗费大量时间打气而且放气时也会有气放不尽滞留在囊体的缺点,优势明显。
实施例7
如图14所示,本实施例公开了一种带有手动推进装置的救生圈或游泳圈,其基本结构与实施例1中公开的结构相同,添加了手动推进装置。所述手动推进装置具体包括可拆装的刚性固定结构19、手摇杆20、推进浆21、齿轮传动装置或传动带23。通过手摇杆20进行带动传动带23或齿轮进而带动推进浆21转动获得持续的推进力。其中的手摇杆20的摇动方式可以是水平摇动(如图14所示),也可以是上下摇动(如图15所示),当然也可以是倾斜摇动,具体应根据实际使用环境和最有利于使用者的角度选择合适的摇动方式。
如图16-图19所示:所述推进装置固定结构19还可为织带、网、绳、布料等柔性结构。
如图16-图18所示,所述推进装置也可通过脚踏而不是通过手摇实现推进(当然,也可以手脚并用)。一般而言,脚踏比手摇较为省力和效率高。如图16-图18所示,可以类似于自行车的结构,让使用者跨坐于承重底座9上,再通过其脚踩脚踏板22带动推进桨21转动以获得持续的推进力。在此类情况下,脚踏板22与推进桨21可以通过简单的齿轮传动结构和/或螺杆传动结构等直接联动,而不需要通过传动带23的间接传动,以减少结构和制造复杂程度,并提高 推进效率。
当然,为了防止如图16中所示旋转的推进桨21会损伤气囊本体1和/或其他任何部件,如图17所示,还可以在推进桨21的外侧设置推进桨罩25,使推进桨21始终在推进桨罩25限定的范围内运动并将运动的推进桨21与气囊本体1、推进装置固定结构19和/或其他任何易被割破的部件隔离开,提高安全性和可靠性。推进桨罩25可为刚性或半刚性网状结构(如图18所示),也可与其他结构一样设置为可折叠和/或可组合结构(如图19所示),以减少携带重量和体积。
如图18-图19所示,在不使用时,可将推进桨21和脚踏板22等折叠起来,这将即可明显减少携带尺寸。
当然,在条件允许的情况下,还可为不同结构的推进桨配备电动、燃油和/或燃气动力装置,以便可以先使用电、燃油或燃气动力驱动推进桨21,在电、燃油或燃气耗尽后,还可通过手动或脚踏推进。
如图17所示,还可在气囊本体1上设置或连接有各种装饰结构24,这点对于供儿童使用的玩具尤其重要。所述装饰结构24可以与气囊本体1为内部互相联通或互不联通的一体化结构,也可以为与本体材质和工艺各不相同的独立或可拆卸结构。
本发明提供一种可快速充气、放气的充气式漂浮设备,使用时,将空气吹入气囊内,然后将卷折条沿进气口-开口方向进行数次卷折,再将母扣与公扣连接即可进行使用,高效便捷,无需电源,可以在野外、游泳池等多个场所进行使用,适用范围广,条件限制少。
本说明书中各个实施例采用递进的方式描述,每个实施例重点说明的都是与其他实施例的不同之处,各个实施例之间相同相似部分互相参见即可。对于实施例公开的装置而言,由于其与实施例公开的方法相对应,所以描述的比较简单,相关之处参见方法部分说明即可。

  1. 一种充气式漂浮装置,其特征在于,包括:
    气囊本体(1),所述气囊本体(1)设有开口;
    空气通道(2),所述空气通道(2)为两端开口的筒形,其一端端口与所述开口形状适配并固定连接,其另一端端口为进气口(3);所述进气口(3)的边缘周长至少为20cm;
    卷折条(4),所述卷折条(4)固定安装于所述进气口(3)的边缘并向两侧延伸形成连接带(5);所述其中一侧连接带(5)与另一侧连接带(5)可拆卸连接。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的一种充气式漂浮装置,其特征在于,还包括母扣(6)及公扣(7),所述母扣(6)固定安装于一侧连接带(5)上,所述公扣(7)固定安装于所述另一侧连接带(5)上,所述母扣(6)与所述公扣(7)可拆卸连接。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的一种充气式漂浮装置,其特征在于,所述开口处和/或所述空气通道(2)内任意位置安装有止回膜(14)和/或止回阀。
  4. 根据权利要求3所述的一种充气式漂浮装置,其特征在于,所述气囊本体(1)还包括至少一层腔室隔层(8),所述腔室隔层(8)与所述气囊本体(1)内壁连接将气囊本体(1)分割为至少两个腔室并通过所述开口延伸至空气通道(2)内,所述腔室隔层(8)将所述开口分割为至少两个子开口,且所述子开口与所述腔室一一对应连通。
  5. 根据权利要求1-4任一项所述的一种充气式漂浮装置,其特征在于,还包括气嘴(15)、压缩气源、化学反应气源、小型气泵在内的任意一种或多种组合的补充充气装置,所述补充充气装置连通所述气囊本体(1)内腔。
  6. 根据权利要求1-4任一项所述的一种充气式漂浮装置,其特征在于,还包括外套(13),所述外套(13)内部中空并与所述气囊本体(1)形状适配,所述气囊本体(1)全部或部分嵌设于所述外套(13)内。
  7. 根据权利要求1-4任一项所述的一种充气式漂浮装置,其特征在于,所述气囊本体(1)外还连接有包括承重底座(9)、隔水套(10)、遮阳结构、挡雨结构在内的任意一种或多种附属结构。
  8. 根据权利要求7任一项所述的一种充气式漂浮装置,其特征在于,所述气囊本体(1)的内腔设有固定杂物的固定结构。
  9. 根据权利要求1-4任一项所述的一种充气式漂浮装置,其特征在于,所述气囊本体(1)外还连接有推进装置。
