本实用新型涉及头灯领域,尤其涉及一种旋转式头灯。
【背景技术】
传统的头灯固定在支撑架上,支撑架通过头箍或者绳带供使用者穿戴,为了穿戴稳固,支撑架和头灯几乎没有可移动空间,其照射角度也被固定,使用者只能通过移动头部以调整照射角度,极为不便,很难满足使用者在作业时的需求。
【实用新型内容】
本实用新型为解决上述技术问题,提供以下技术方案:
本实用新型提供一种旋转式头灯,包括头灯本体,所述头灯本体的后盖活动安装在支撑架上,所述后盖凸设有至少一个齿轮,所述支撑架设有至少一个与所述齿轮齿合的单齿部。
在一些实施例中,所述支撑架包括一支撑板,所述支撑板向两侧延伸分别形成一弧形壁,所述支撑板与所述弧形壁形成所述头灯本体后盖相契合的容纳腔。
在一些实施例中,所述弧形壁的端头处凸设有凸柱,所述后盖的两侧分别设置有与所述凸柱对应的凹槽,所述凸柱和所述凹槽的配合以使所述头灯本体的后盖活动安装在所述支撑架上。
在一些实施例中,所述支撑架设有开槽,所述单齿部固定设置在所述开槽处。
在一些实施例中,所述单齿部包括一弹性臂,所述弹性臂的一端凸设有一齿条,所述弹性臂的另一端固定设于所述开槽处。
在一些实施例中,所述支撑架设有头箍安装位。

实施例1
请参阅图1-图4,本实用新型提供一种旋转式头灯,包括头灯本体1和支撑架2,头灯本体1的后盖11活动安装在支撑架2上,支撑架2可通过头箍或绳带戴在使用者的头部。后盖11凸设有至少一个齿轮12,支撑架2设有至少一个与齿轮12齿合的单齿部21。通过齿轮12与单齿部21的配合,使用者可拨动头灯本体1,实现头灯本体1的旋转,以调节照射角度。
在本实施例中,如图2所示,后盖11设置两个齿轮12,对应支撑架2上的两个单齿部21。两个齿轮12分别设置在后盖11的下侧,以使得头灯本体1旋转的角度水平偏下,贴合使用者实际使用,此外,本实用新型提供的旋转式头灯的后盖11为节省设计空间,后盖11设计为平面,齿轮12设置在后盖11下侧,使得旋转时,旋转的角度更大。本领域技术人员应该理解,后盖11也可以弧形设计,则齿轮12可设置在后盖11任意部位,同样可达到以上的增大旋转角度的效果。
进一步地,如图3所示,支撑架2包括一支撑板22,支撑板22向两侧延伸分别形成一弧形壁23,支撑板22与弧形壁23形成头灯本体1后盖11相契合的容纳腔。弧形壁23的端头处凸设有凸柱24,后盖11的两侧分别设置有与凸柱24对应的凹槽13,凸柱24和凹槽13的配合以使头灯本体1的后盖11活动安装在支撑架2上。在本实施例中,头灯本体1的旋转以凸柱24的轴心为旋转轴,以齿轮12为旋转路径。齿轮12的弧度半径越大,可旋转调节的角度越大。
支撑架2设有开槽25,单齿部21固定设置在开槽25处。单齿部21包括一弹性臂211,弹性臂211的一端凸设有一齿条212,弹性臂211的另一端固定设于开槽25处。弹性臂211具有齿条212的一端为悬空状态,使得齿条212具有一定的弹性活动空间,便于单齿部21与齿轮12之间相对运动。在本实施例中,弹性臂211的长度与旋转力度和旋转响度成反比关系,可以设置不同长度的弹性臂211来满足使用者的使用习惯。单齿部21的齿条212宽度与旋转力度和旋转响度成正比关系,但齿条212宽度需要与齿轮12的齿宽相适配。
为方便头灯的佩戴,支撑架2设有头箍安装位26,该头箍安装位26可配置紧固头箍,绳带,或者织带用以佩戴。具体地,头箍安装位26可设计为两个间隔设置的条形通孔,以便于绳带或织带的环绕稳固。
进一步地,头灯本体1顶部设有触扣部14,其具体可为凸设的三角锥状结构,方便使用者使用时用手扣住触扣部14以旋转用力,也增加旋转式头灯的美观。
本实施例提供的旋转式头灯,通过头灯本体的齿轮和支撑架的单齿部配合,实现头灯本体的旋转,可按使用者需求调节照射角度,其结构简单,易操作,降低了生产成本。

  1. 一种旋转式头灯,包括头灯本体,其特征在于,所述头灯本体的后盖活动安装在支撑架上,所述后盖凸设有至少一个齿轮,所述支撑架设有至少一个与所述齿轮齿合的单齿部。
  2. 如权利要求1所述的旋转式头灯,其特征在于,所述支撑架包括一支撑板,所述支撑板向两侧延伸分别形成一弧形壁,所述支撑板与所述弧形壁形成所述头灯本体后盖相契合的容纳腔。
  3. 如权利要求2所述的旋转式头灯,其特征在于,所述弧形壁的端头处凸设有凸柱,所述后盖的两侧分别设置有与所述凸柱对应的凹槽,所述凸柱和所述凹槽的配合以使所述头灯本体的后盖活动安装在所述支撑架上。
  4. 如权利要求1所述的旋转式头灯,其特征在于,所述支撑架设有开槽,所述单齿部固定设置在所述开槽处。
  5. 如权利要求4所述的旋转式头灯,其特征在于,所述单齿部包括一弹性臂,所述弹性臂的一端凸设有一齿条,所述弹性臂的另一端固定设于所述开槽处。
  6. 如权利要求1所述的旋转式头灯,其特征在于,所述支撑架设有头箍安装位。
  7. 如权利要求1所述的旋转式头灯,其特征在于,所述头灯本体顶部设有触扣部。
