实施例1
本申请实施例一所提供的方法实施例可以在移动终端、计算机终端或者类似的运算装置中执行。以运行在移动终端上为例,图1是本发明实施例的一种多媒体文件的获取方法的移动终端的硬件结构框图。如图1所示,移动终端10可以包括一个或多个(图1中仅示出一个)处理器102(处理器102可以包括但不限于微处理器MCU或可编程逻辑器件FPGA等的处理装置)、用于存储数据的存储器104、以及用于通信功能的传输装置106。本领域普通技术人员可以理解,图1所示的结构仅为示意,其并不对上述 电子装置的结构造成限定。例如,移动终端10还可包括比图1中所示更多或者更少的组件,或者具有与图1所示不同的配置。
存储器104可设置为存储计算机程序,例如,应用软件的软件程序以及模块,如本发明实施例中的多媒体文件的获取方法对应的计算机程序,处理器102通过运行存储在存储器104内的计算机程序,从而执行各种功能应用以及数据处理,即实现上述的方法。存储器104可包括高速随机存储器,还可包括非易失性存储器,如一个或者多个磁性存储装置、闪存、或者其他非易失性固态存储器。在一些实例中,存储器104可进一步包括相对于处理器102远程设置的存储器,这些远程存储器可以通过网络连接至移动终端10。上述网络的实例包括但不限于互联网、企业内部网、局域网、移动通信网及其组合。
传输装置106设置为经由一个网络接收或者发送数据。上述的网络具体实例可包括移动终端10的通信供应商提供的无线网络。在一个实例中,传输装置106包括一个网络适配器(Network Interface Controller,简称为NIC),其可通过基站与其他网络设备相连从而可与互联网进行通讯。在一个实例中,传输装置106可以为射频(Radio Frequency,简称为RF)模块,其设置为通过无线方式与互联网进行通讯。
在本实施例中提供了一种多媒体文件的获取方法,图2是根据本发明实施例的多媒体文件的获取方法的流程图,如图2所示,该流程包括如下步骤:
步骤S202,获取操作指令,其中,操作指令用于在会话窗口中已记录过的历史多媒体文件中检索多媒体文件;
步骤S204,在会话窗口的预定区域上显示检索到的多媒体文件的检索结果。检索到的多媒体文件是一个集合,包含一个或多个类型的多媒体文件。本实施例中的检索结果可以是多媒体文件的标识信息,也可以是多媒体文件本身,标识信息包括多媒体文件的各种压缩版本,缩略版本,链接路径等,检索结果用于描述或表征检索到得多媒体文件。
通过上述步骤,通过获取的操作指令在会话窗口的预定区域上显示检索到的多媒体文件的检索结果,用户只需要做一步操作即可找出会话记录中的多媒体文件,避免了检索多媒体文件时的繁琐操作,实现了查找结果界面的直观显示,方便用户更加方便快捷的搜索会话记录中的多媒体文件,简单方便快捷。解决了相关技术中检索多媒体文件过于繁琐的技术问题,简化了操作,提高了用户体验。
可选地,上述步骤的执行主体可以为终端,如手机,平板,电脑等,但不限于此,本实施例中的会话窗口可以是聊天软件的会话窗口,如即时通信软件,多媒体文件传输软件等。
可选的,获取操作指令包括:获取第一操作指令,其中,第一操作指令用于在会话窗口中已记录过的多媒体文件中检索指定类型的多媒体文件。在本实施例中,多媒体文件的类型可以但不限于为:音频类型、视频类型(包括拍摄的视频和制作的视频等)、图片类型、文本类型、文字类型、链接类型。链接类型可以是网址链接,导航链接等,还可以是转账记录,红包记录等会话窗口中可能出现的交互内容。
在本实施例中,并不限定获取操作指令的方式,可以通过触控操作或语音控制来获取,包括:响应检测到的触控操作,获取与触控操作对应的操作指令;响应检测到的语音信号,获取与语音信号对应的操作指令。
在本实施例中,在获取操作指令之后、且在会话窗口的预定区域上显示检索到的多媒体文件的检索结果之前,还包括:根据操作指令检索历史多媒体文件。
可选的,可以在终端上获取操作指令,根据操作指令检索历史多媒体文件包括以下之一:根据操作指令在终端本地检索历史多媒体文件;根据操作指令在网络服务器检索历史多媒体文件。当然,也可以在终端本地和服务器中同时进行检索,可以设置优先级或检索条件,如优先在终端本地中进行检索,在本地的多媒体文件已经删除或者损坏或者不完整(如只有缩略图,没有原图)时,再在网络端的服务器中进行检索。
可选的,获取操作指令包括:
S11,在会话窗口中检测到对已记录过的历史多媒体文件的触控操作或对会话窗口中的会话成员的触控操作;
S12,获取到与触控操作对应的操作指令。
下面示意可选的实现场景,获取多媒体文件的操作指令包括:
在会话窗口中检测到对第一多媒体文件的标识信息的第一滑动操作,生成与第一滑动操作对应的操作指令,其中,已记录过的多媒体文件包括:第一多媒体文件;
在会话窗口中检测到从第二多媒体文件的标识信息滑动到第一会话成员的第二滑动操作,生成与第二滑动操作对应的操作指令,其中,已记录过的多媒体文件包括:第二多媒体文件,会话窗口中的会话成员包括第一会话成员;
在会话窗口中检测到对第二会话成员的第一触控操作,生成与第一触控操作对应的操作指令,其中,会话窗口中的会话成员包括第二会话成员;
在会话窗口中检测到对第三会话成员的第二触控操作,在会话窗口中显示多个类型选项,在会话窗口中检测到对多个类型选项中的至少一个类型选项的第一选中操作,生成与第一选中操作对应的操作指令。
可选的,在会话窗口的预定区域上显示检索到的多媒体文件的检索结果包括:在会话窗口的预定区域上显示第四会话成员发送在会话窗口中的多媒体文件的标识信息,其中,会话窗口中的会话成员包括第四会话成员。可以只显示某个会话成员的多媒体文件。
可选的,在会话窗口的预定区域上显示检索到的多媒体文件的检索结果之后,还包括:
S21,在会话窗口中检测到对检索到的多媒体文件中的第三多媒体文件的第二选中操作;
S22,响应于第二选中操作,在会话窗口中跳转到显示包含第三多媒 体文件的标识信息在内的会话记录。可以是跳转到第三多媒体文件所在的会话位置,以便用户直接关联到与第三多媒体文件相关的会话记录。
可选的,在会话窗口的预定区域上显示检索到的多媒体文件的检索结果包括:在会话窗口的预定区域上按照预定顺序显示检索到的多媒体文件的检索结果。具体的,在会话窗口的预定区域上按照预定顺序显示检索到的多媒体文件的检索结果包括以下之一:在会话窗口的预定区域上按照检索到的多媒体文件的记录时间的顺序显示检索到的多媒体文件的检索结果;在会话窗口的预定区域上按照检索到的多媒体文件的大小的顺序显示检索到的多媒体文件的检索结果;在会话窗口的预定区域上按照检索到的多媒体文件的记录频率的顺序显示检索到的多媒体文件的检索结果。当然,也可以按照其他的规则来排序,在指定类型时图片类型时,还可以按照图片的分辨率,图片类型(人物还是风景)来排序等。
可选的,会话窗口的预定区域包括以下之一:会话窗口的左侧,会话窗口的右侧,会话窗口的上侧,会话窗口的下侧,会话窗口的悬浮区域,会话窗口中预定形状的区域,会话窗口中会话成员的相邻区域。预定区域占用会话窗口的部分区域,剩下的区域用于显示其他内容或者执行其他操作。
可选的,在会话窗口的预定区域上显示检索到的指定类型的目标多媒体文件的检索结果包括:在会话窗口的预定区域上显示检索到的指定类型的目标多媒体文件的标识信息。标识信息,如图片的缩略图,视频的截图,文本的截图,文本的文件名,文字的关键字段,网址的快照界面等。
可选的,在会话窗口的预定区域上显示检索到的多媒体文件的检索结果之后,还包括:在会话窗口中弹出复选框,其中,复选框内包括与检索到的多媒体文件相关联的选项;获取第二操作指令,在预定区域中显示根据第二操作指令对检索到的多媒体文件进行检索得到多媒体文件,也即,进行二次检索,然后在预定区域中显示。
可选的,在会话窗口中弹出复选框可以包括以下两种情况:在预定区 域中显示检索到的多个类型的多媒体文件时,在会话窗口中弹出第一复选框,其中,第一复选框中的每个选项对应于多个类型中的一个或多个;在预定区域中显示检索到的多个会话成员的多媒体文件时,在会话窗口中弹出第二复选框,其中,第二复选框中的每个选项对应于多个会话成员中的一个或多个。在一个场景中,不论旁边的预定区域的显示框内显示的是什么,可以在显示框最上端做单击操作,会弹出复选框。如果显示框目前显示的是多媒体文件则复选框弹出为多媒体选项,包括图、视频、文字、GIF等等。如果显示框目前显示的是按照会话对象显示,则复选框出现的为各个会话对象。这样更方便用户查找其他多媒体、其他用的多媒体。
通过以上的实施方式的描述,本领域的技术人员可以清楚地了解到根据上述实施例的方法可借助软件加必需的通用硬件平台的方式来实现,当然也可以通过硬件,但很多情况下前者是更佳的实施方式。基于这样的理解,本发明的技术方案本质上或者说对现有技术做出贡献的部分可以以软件产品的形式体现出来,该计算机软件产品存储在一个存储介质(如ROM/RAM、磁碟、光盘)中,包括若干指令用以使得一台终端设备(可以是手机,计算机,服务器,或者网络设备等)执行本发明各个实施例所述的方法。

在本实施例中还提供了一种多媒体文件的获取终端,该装置用于实现上述实施例及优选实施方式,已经进行过说明的不再赘述。如以下所使用的,术语“模块”可以实现预定功能的软件和/或硬件的组合。尽管以下实施例所描述的装置较佳地以软件来实现,但是硬件,或者软件和硬件的组合的实现也是可能并被构想的。
图3是根据本发明实施例的多媒体文件的获取终端的结构框图,如图3所示,包括:
获取模块30,设置为获取操作指令,其中,操作指令用于在会话窗口中已记录过的历史多媒体文件中检索多媒体文件;
显示模块32,设置为在会话窗口的预定区域上显示检索到的多媒体文件的检索结果。
可选的,获取操作指令包括:第一获取模块,设置为获取第一操作指令,其中,第一操作指令用于在会话窗口中已记录过的多媒体文件中检索指定类型的多媒体文件。
可选的,终端还包括:检测模块,设置为在显示模块在会话窗口的预定区域上显示检索到的多媒体文件的检索结果之后,在会话窗口中检测到对检索到的多媒体文件中的第三多媒体文件的第二选中操作;响应模块,设置为响应于第二选中操作,在会话窗口中跳转到显示包含第三多媒体文件的标识信息在内的会话记录。
需要说明的是,上述各个模块是可以通过软件或硬件来实现的,对于后者,可以通过以下方式实现,但不限于此:上述模块均位于同一处理器中;或者,上述各个模块以任意组合的形式分别位于不同的处理器中。
实施例3
本实施例是本申请的可选实施例,用于结合具体的示例对本申请的方案进行详细和补充说明:
本实施例包括:在用户需要做查找图片(这里用图片仅是多媒体文件的一种示例,多媒体文件并不仅仅限于图片)的时候,只需要在当前聊天框(会话窗口的一种示例)内按住某一个图片,然后做滑动操作(向左向右都可以)。此时系统会对这个动作做出处理,会自动检索出当前聊天框内的所有的图片,然后自动的按照发出的时间顺序排列在聊天框的左边或者右边(同用户互动方向)。这样用户就可以简单明了的看到整个聊天框内所有的图片。这些图片按照时间顺序排列在对话框旁边,用户可以直接上下滑动着浏览其缩略图,当然也可以点击某一张图片,此时聊天框会直接跳转到这张图片附近的聊天记录处,方便用户更清楚的查看所要检索的图片及其附近的消息。
图4是本实施例的系统框图,整个系统可以设置在终端(如手机)内, 也可以分离设置,包含:CPU模块、显示模块、数据处理模块、检索模块。检索模块主要是用来判断当前的检索动作是普通的检索动作,还是特殊的检索动作。如果是特殊的检索动作,则需要告诉CPU模块检索条件是什么。图5是本实施例普通操作的流程图,图6是本实施例特殊操作的流程图。
本实施例提供了一种多媒体文件的处理方法。以多媒体文件的类型为图片,会话窗口为聊天界面,进行说明,其他类型的多媒体文件类似,其流程包括:
在聊天界面,图7是本实施例的聊天界面示意图,如图7所示,用户按住某一图片(不仅仅限于图片,其他多媒体文件均可,以下用图片仅作代表用)向左或者向右做滑动操作后(此为检测的关键操作,当然不仅仅局限于该滑动操作,用户可以自定义该操作动作),通过检测模块检索到是一个普通的检索操作,cpu将检索操作发送给数据处理模块。数据处理模块接收到普通检索动作命令后会通过用户按住的是图片判断用户想检索出聊天框内的图片,于是把聊天框中所有图片检索出来。cpu模块将检索到的数据按照固定好的形式发送给显示模块显示到移动终端的界面。其检索后界面如图8所示,图8是本实施例的检索后显示的界面示意图一。在这个检索后的界面里可以做多种操作,包括并不限定于:1、滑动检索框,可以查看到所有的检索结果,例如图9所示上下滑动检索框,图9是本实施例的检索后显示的界面示意图二。2、点击检索框界面的某个检索缩略图,则聊天框会切换到用户所点击的图片附近的聊天记录处,图10是本实施例的检索后显示的界面示意图三,如图10标记所示的“图51”。3、按住检索框向左或者向右滑动则会回复原先的界面返回到图7所示的界面。4、当然不仅仅限于图片,视频、文字等其他多媒体文件都是一样的,如下图11所示,图11是本实施例的检索视频后显示的界面示意图。
特殊操作包括不限于:1、对于某个作者的多媒体操作,例如对于C作者的视频操作,按住C发出来的某一个视频向C作者的头像滑入之后,检索框内就会出现所有C作者在这个聊天框内发送的视频文件。2、按住 任意作者发送的视频文件往C作者头像拖入,检索框内出现的也是同样的结果显示所有C作者发送的视频文件。其结果都如图12所示,图12是本实施例的检索后显示的界面示意图四。
按住C作者头像后,会在C作者头像周围复现多媒体选项,拖住到具体选项中释放即可显示选中结果,例如图13所示就是按住李的头像拖入图这个多媒体选项之后的显示结果,图13是本实施例的检索后显示的界面示意图五。
当用户使用上述任意方式处理之后,不论旁边的显示框内显示的是什么,直接弹出复选框,也可以在显示框最上端(获取其他位置)做单击操作后弹出复选框。在显示框目前显示的是多个类型的多媒体文件时,复选框可以弹出为多媒体文件的类型选项,类型选项可以包括图、视频、文字、GIF等等,用户选择其中至少一个类型选项则可以在显示框显示所选中类型选项的多媒体文件;在显示框目前显示的是多个会话成员的多媒体文件时,复选框可以弹出为会话成员的选项,用户选择其中至少一个会话成员则可以在显示框显示所选中会话成员的多媒体文件。图14是本实施例的多媒体选项界面示意图,结果如图14所示。如果显示框目前显示的是按照用户显示(如图12、13)则复选框出现的为各个用户。结果如图15所示,图15是本实施例的包括复选框的界面示意图。这样更方便用户查找其他多媒体、其他用的多媒体。
当用户使用下拉复选框之后,还有一个其他选项,点击其他选项后,其会弹出一个多选的组合的显示菜单,图16是本实施例的选择检索条件的界面示意图,如图16所示,在弹出的界面里用户可以自行选择设定好的关键字来作为检索条件,如作者、日期、媒体类型等等。当用户选定好关键字之后系统就会按照关键字搜索当前的聊天记录然后将结果显示在当前界面的左侧搜索框内。
同理,关键字用户可以自定义,可以按照用户自己的需求定义,例如地点、名字等等。其并不仅仅限于上述五中的固定的选择菜单。
其他操作用户也可以自定义自己喜欢的操作。例如搜索界面的呈现是在左边还是右边或者上下均可。搜索后呈现的缩略图,亦或是其他形式均可,均属于本实施例保护范围内。
以上为本实施例为详细说明所举的一个具体事例来描述。所以其并不仅仅限于某个具体的app应用。
通过本实施例的,可以实现,查找结果界面的直观显示,查找动作的简单明了。在聊天工具的应用时,方便用户更加方便快捷的搜索与某人的聊天记录,简单方便快捷。可以减少用户在检索和查找多媒体文件过程中的繁琐的操作。用户只需要做一步操作即可找出聊天记录中的多媒体文件。整个过程简单、快捷。对于用户体验有很大提升。

  1. 一种多媒体文件的获取方法,包括:
    获取操作指令,其中,所述操作指令用于在会话窗口中已记录过的历史多媒体文件中检索多媒体文件;
    在所述会话窗口的预定区域上显示检索到的所述多媒体文件的检索结果。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的方法,其中,所述获取操作指令包括:
    获取第一操作指令,其中,所述第一操作指令用于在会话窗口中已记录过的多媒体文件中检索指定类型的多媒体文件。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述的方法,其中,所述获取操作指令包括以下之一:
    响应检测到的触控操作,获取与所述触控操作对应的操作指令;
    响应检测到的语音信号,获取与所述语音信号对应的操作指令。
  4. 根据权利要求1所述的方法,其中,所述获取操作指令包括:
    在所述会话窗口中检测到对所述已记录过的历史多媒体文件的触控操作或对所述会话窗口中的会话成员的触控操作;
    获取到与所述触控操作对应的所述操作指令。

    在所述会话窗口中检测到对第一多媒体文件的标识信息的第一滑动操作,生成与所述第一滑动操作对应的操作指令,其中,所述已记录过的多媒体文件包括:所述第一多媒体文件;
    在所述会话窗口中检测到从第二多媒体文件的标识信息滑动到第一会话成员的第二滑动操作,生成与所述第二滑动操作对应的操作 指令,其中,所述已记录过的多媒体文件包括:所述第二多媒体文件,所述会话窗口中的会话成员包括所述第一会话成员;
    在所述会话窗口中检测到对第二会话成员的第一触控操作,生成与所述第一触控操作对应的操作指令,其中,所述会话窗口中的会话成员包括所述第二会话成员;
    在所述会话窗口中检测到对第三会话成员的第二触控操作,在所述会话窗口中显示多个类型选项,在所述会话窗口中检测到对所述多个类型选项中的至少一个类型选项的第一选中操作,生成与所述第一选中操作对应的操作指令。
  6. 根据权利要求1所述的方法,其中,在所述会话窗口的预定区域上显示检索到的所述多媒体文件的检索结果包括:
    在所述会话窗口的预定区域上显示第四会话成员发送在所述会话窗口中的多媒体文件的标识信息,其中,所述会话窗口中的会话成员包括所述第四会话成员。
  7. 根据权利要求1所述的方法,其中,在所述会话窗口的预定区域上显示检索到的所述多媒体文件的检索结果之后,所述方法还包括:
    在所述会话窗口中检测到对所述检索到的多媒体文件中的第三多媒体文件的第二选中操作;
    响应于所述第二选中操作,在所述会话窗口中跳转到显示包含所述第三多媒体文件的标识信息在内的会话记录。

    在所述会话窗口的所述预定区域上按照预定顺序显示检索到的所述多媒体文件的检索结果。
  9. 根据权利要求8所述的方法,其中,在所述会话窗口的所述预定区域上按照预定顺序显示检索到的所述多媒体文件的检索结果包括以下之一:
    在所述会话窗口的所述预定区域上按照检索到的所述多媒体文件的记录时间的顺序显示检索到的所述多媒体文件的检索结果;
    在所述会话窗口的所述预定区域上按照检索到的所述多媒体文件的大小的顺序显示检索到的所述多媒体文件的检索结果;
    在所述会话窗口的所述预定区域上按照检索到的所述多媒体文件的记录频率的顺序显示检索到的所述多媒体文件的检索结果。
  10. 根据权利要求1所述的方法,其中,所述会话窗口的预定区域包括以下之一:所述会话窗口的左侧,所述会话窗口的右侧,所述会话窗口的上侧,所述会话窗口的下侧,所述会话窗口的悬浮区域,所述会话窗口中预定形状的区域,所述会话窗口中会话成员的相邻区域。
  11. 根据权利要求1所述的方法,其中,在所述会话窗口的预定区域上显示检索到的所述多媒体文件的检索结果之后,所述方法还包括:
    在所述会话窗口中弹出复选框,其中,所述复选框内包括与检索到的所述多媒体文件相关联的选项;
    获取第二操作指令,在所述预定区域中显示根据所述第二操作指令对所述检索到的所述多媒体文件进行检索得到多媒体文件。
  12. 根据权利要求11所述的方法,其中,所述在所述会话窗口中弹出复选框包括以下之一:
    在所述预定区域中显示检索到的多个类型的所述多媒体文件时,在所述会话窗口中弹出第一复选框,其中,所述第一复选框中的每个选项对应于所述多个类型中的一个或多个;
    在所述预定区域中显示检索到的多个会话成员的所述多媒体文件时,在所述会话窗口中弹出第二复选框,其中,所述第二复选框中的每个选项对应于所述多个会话成员中的一个或多个。
  13. 根据权利要求1所述的方法,其中,在所述获取操作指令之后、且在所述会话窗口的预定区域上显示检索到的所述多媒体文件的检索结果之前,所述方法还包括:
    根据所述操作指令检索所述历史多媒体文件。
  14. 根据权利要求13所述的方法,其中,
    所述获取操作指令包括:在终端上获取所述操作指令;
    根据所述操作指令检索所述历史多媒体文件包括以下之一:根据所述操作指令在所述终端本地检索所述历史多媒体文件;根据所述操作指令在网络服务器检索所述历史多媒体文件。
  15. 根据权利要求1至14任一项所述的方法,其中,所述多媒体文件的类型包括:音频类型、视频类型、图片类型、文本类型、文字类型、链接类型。
  16. 一种多媒体文件的获取终端,包括:
    获取模块,设置为获取操作指令,其中,所述操作指令用于在会话窗口中已记录过的历史多媒体文件中检索多媒体文件;
    显示模块,设置为在所述会话窗口的预定区域上显示检索到的所述多媒体文件的检索结果。
  17. 根据权利要求16所述的终端,其中,所述获取操作指令包括:
    第一获取模块,设置为获取第一操作指令,其中,所述第一操作指令用于在会话窗口中已记录过的多媒体文件中检索指定类型的多媒体文件。
  18. 根据权利要求16所述的终端,其中,所述终端还包括:
    检测模块,设置为在所述显示模块在所述会话窗口的预定区域上显示检索到的所述多媒体文件的检索结果之后,在所述会话窗口中检测到对所述检索到的多媒体文件中的第三多媒体文件的第二选中操作;
    响应于所述第二选中操作,在所述会话窗口中跳转到显示包含所述第三多媒体文件的标识信息在内的会话记录。
  19. 一种存储介质,所述存储介质中存储有计算机程序,其中,所述计算机程序被设置为运行时执行所述权利要求1至15任一项中所述的方法。
  20. 一种电子装置,包括存储器和处理器,所述存储器中存储有计算机程序,所述处理器被设置为通过所述计算机程序执行所述权利要求1至15任一项中所述的方法。
