本发明公开了一种门铰链和一种具有所述门铰链的衣物处理装置,所述门铰链包括铰链座、铰链轴和转动臂,所述转动臂一侧具有过线槽,所述转动臂还包括固定卡,所述固定卡与所述过线槽形成空腔结构用于过线。本发明在现有技术的基础上,增加了门铰链的过线结构,具有所述门铰链的衣物处理装置可方便机门通电元器件走线,过线结构可隐藏走线,节约空间并提升美观性;走线放置于槽内不易磨损或折损;转动臂各部分可拆卸方便检修。

Description

门铰链及具有所述门铰链的衣物处理装置 技术领域
本发明属于家用电器领域,具体地说,涉及一种门铰链和具有所述门铰链的衣物处理装置。
背景技术
随着家用电器技术的发展及种类多样化,许多家用电器在门体上扩展出更多更强大的功能模块,如装有显示操作面板或灯箱照明等电器元件。针对扩展出的多种功能,一般需要在铰接处走线。
但目前多数家用电器门的铰链机构不存在过线结构,不能对门体进行供电,而导致导线或电缆外露或缠绕在门侧,影响电器的美观。而且机门的反复开合容易使导线或电缆因频繁转动而折损,从而导致安全事故的发生。
一些用水的家用电器如洗衣机等对导线的要求更加严格,用水设备的导线一旦外露,易与水接触,严重的会导致触电事故的发生,因而针对此类家电的走线方式更应引起关注。
有鉴于此特提出本发明。
发明内容
本发明要解决的技术问题在于克服现有技术的不足,提供一种门铰链和具有所述门铰链的衣物处理装置。
为解决上述技术问题,本发明采用技术方案的基本构思是:一种门铰链,包括铰链座、铰链轴和转动臂,其特征在于:所述转动臂一侧具有过线槽,所述转动臂还包括固定卡,所述固定卡与所述过线槽形成空腔结构用于过线。
所述转动臂的一端通过所述铰链轴与所述铰链座相连,所述转动臂另一端与机门相连,所述转动臂靠近铰链轴一端具有过线的贯穿孔,所述过线槽由所述贯穿孔向与机门相连侧贯穿设置。
所述转动臂与铰链座相连接一端具有一定弧度,所述转动臂与机门相连接一端为平面结构,其上设有用于与机门连接的安装孔;所述过线槽包括与转动臂的弧形端相对应的弧形槽和与转动臂的平面结构相对应的平直槽。
所述固定卡形状与转动臂过线槽匹配,所述固定卡包括与弧形槽相连接并与其匹配的弧形卡段和与平直槽相连接并与其匹配的平直卡段。
所述固定卡与所述转动臂为可拆卸连接。
优选地,所述固定卡与所述转动臂通过螺栓连接或卡接。
所述门铰链还包括端盖,所述端盖与转动臂可拆卸连接,所述端盖尾部与所述贯穿孔密闭连接,所述端盖为内部中空用于走线,整体为弧面结构,与所述转动臂匹配。
所述端盖具有固定与导向结构。
优选地,所述端盖固定与导向结构设置为导向孔,所述导向孔位于端盖上部和/或下部,所述导向孔大小可紧固导线或电缆,所述端盖通过螺栓连接或卡接与转动臂相连。
所述端盖和固定卡还可以设置为一体结构,所述一体成型的端盖和固定卡与转动臂为可拆卸连接。
优选地,所述一体成型的端盖和固定卡与转动臂为螺栓连接或卡接。
所述门铰链具有限位结构。
优选地,所述铰链座/转动臂设有止挡凸点,位于所述铰链座与转动臂连接处,所述止挡凸点限定所述转动臂相对铰链座的转动角度。
一种具有所述门铰链的衣物处理装置,其特征在于:包括机门及前板,所述门铰链的铰链座与所述前板连接,所述门铰链转动臂与所述机门连接,所述机门与所述前板形成可转动连接。
所述衣物处理装置门体上具有装饰用或照明用灯具,或门体具有控制面板等用电元器件,所述用电元器件走线通过所述门铰链引入机体内部进行供电。
采用上述技术方案后,本技术的有益效果主要体现在:
1.该门铰链可用于机门与前板的开合,通过可过线结构,可将门上元器件用到的导线或电缆隐藏,家用电器的美观性得到提升,并同时实现走线的安全性能。
2.导线或电缆固定于过线槽内,随转动臂一起转动,可防止导线或电缆因机门频繁开合而磨损、折损,延长导线或电缆的使用寿命。
3.门铰链结构简单、紧凑、合理,通过在转动臂上开槽达到过线的目的,不增加多余零部件,门铰链整体体积无明显增加,节约洗衣机等家用电器门体上的空间。
4.各部分可拆卸连接,电路检修或更换元件等环节更方便。
5.对于门体上具有灯具或控制面板的衣物处理装置来说,采用所述门铰链的衣物处理装置可从所述门铰链处进行走线,可防止导线或电缆与洗衣机机体内的水接触,防止漏电事故的发生,并增加衣物处理装置外观的美学性能。

所述门铰链1包括铰链座11、铰链轴12和转动臂13,所述转动臂13上具有过线槽134,所述门铰链1还包括固定卡14和端盖15。如图1所示门铰链分解示意图。
所述铰链轴12用于连接所述铰链座11和所述转动臂13。
所述铰链座11与所述转动臂13均设置有安装套,所述安装套中心通孔尺寸与所述铰链轴12匹配,所述铰链轴12插入所述安装套后,所述铰链座11与所述转动臂13能发生相对转动。
所述铰链轴12为一根圆柱实心棒状结构,或两根圆柱实心棒分别从两端插入安装套。
所述铰链座11一端具有两个安装套111,所述转动臂13一端具有一个安装套135,所 述转动臂安装套135的高度为所述铰链座11两个安装套111的间距。所述转动臂安装套135放入所述铰链座11两个安装套111之间,并将安装套通孔对齐,形成整条通孔。所述铰链轴12插入后,所述门铰链1装配完成。
装配完成的所述门铰链1如图2和图3所示。
图2为装配完成的门铰链正面示意图,正面不可观察到所述过线槽134、所述固定卡14、所述端盖15上的导线孔及内部走线,机门部位需要安装用电元器件而引出的导线或电缆可隐藏于所述门铰链1内,从正面无法看到,以达到美观与安全的目的。
图3为装配完成的门铰链背面示意图,可看到用于走线的结构,所述固定卡14与所述端盖15配合安装在所述转动臂13上,所述端盖15用螺栓固定于所述转动臂13一端,所述铰链座11两个安装套111中部空间较大,用于所述转动臂13旋转和避让所述端盖15等结构。
如图4所示转动臂分解示意图。
所述转动臂13靠近铰链轴一端为弧面结构132,所述弧面结构132产生的较大弯度可使机门内嵌,产生更好的封闭性,还可以用于避让铰链轴,所述转动臂13另一端为平面结构133,上设安装孔136,用于与机门进行固定连接。
优选地,所述安装孔136为圆形孔或螺纹通孔,与机门螺栓连接。
所述转动臂13靠近铰链轴一端具有铰链轴安装套135。所述安装套135内部具有通孔,通孔直径与铰链轴12直径匹配。
优选地,所述安装套135高度与转动臂13高度相同。
所述转动臂13靠近铰链轴一端弧面结构132上设有贯穿孔131。所述贯穿孔131用于过线槽134进出导线或电缆。所述贯穿孔131可以为方形,宽度与所述过线槽134宽度h’一致。
所述过线槽134由所述贯穿孔131起始贯穿所述转动臂13与机门连接一侧。所述过线槽134具有一定深度。所述过线槽134分为两段,一段位于所述转动臂平面结构133处,形成直线槽,一段位于所述转动臂弧面结构132处,形成弧线槽。所述过线槽134的两段宽度一致均为h’。
如图4所示,所述固定卡14与所述过线槽134的形状匹配,与所述过线槽134形成切面形状不变的空腔结构。所述固定卡14分为两段,一段为平直卡段142安装于过线槽134 平直槽部位,一段为弧形卡段141安装于过线槽134弧形槽部位。所述固定卡14外部宽度h与所述过线槽134宽度h’相同或略小于所述过线槽134宽度h’,以便于所述固定卡14能顺利安装入所述过线槽134。
所述固定卡14为具有一定厚度,不同厚度的固定卡14放入所述过线槽134内,形成不同截面积的空腔,以放置不同类型的导线与电缆。
所述固定卡14直线部142长度小于过线槽134直线槽部位,所述固定卡14直线部142尾部具有弧形过线口143,所述弧形过线口143起到走线的导向和固定作用。
所述固定卡14随所述转动臂13一同转动。所述固定卡14与所述过线槽134为可拆卸连接。
优选地,所述固定卡14通过螺栓或卡接与所述转动臂13相连。
更优选地,所述过线槽134与所述固定卡14为滑动配合,所述固定卡14可从所述贯穿孔131滑动连入所述过线槽134。
所述门铰链1还包括端盖15,所述端盖15外部为弧形结构,所述端盖15安装于所述转动臂13靠近铰链轴一端并覆盖所述贯穿孔131。所述端盖15具有尾板152,所述尾板152大小用于密闭所述贯穿孔131,减少导线或电缆的暴露。所述端盖15与所述转动臂13为可拆卸连接。
优选地,所述端盖15与所述转动臂13为螺钉连接,所述端盖15头部具有螺孔153,所述转动臂13具有相应螺孔。所述端盖15与所述转动臂13通过螺钉16连接。
可选地,所述端盖15与所述转动臂13为卡接。
所述端盖15具有导向孔151。所述导向孔151的位置依据走线需要设置,所述导向孔151大小与走线粗细相适配以固定走线。
优选地,所述导向孔151位于所述端盖15的上部和/或下部,
所述端盖15内部具有插板154,所述插板154用于与所述过线槽134和所述固定卡14的定位连接,形成畅通的过线机构,并对导线或电缆起到导向作用,所述端盖15内部其余部分中空用于放置导线或电缆。
所述端盖15和所述固定卡14还可以设计为一体结构。所述端盖15的插板154与所述固定卡14的侧边连接形成一体结构,安装时从所述贯穿孔131插入所述转动臂过线槽134。
所述贯穿孔131宽度大于所述过线槽134宽度h’及所述固定卡14宽度h,以便于一体结构的端盖和固定卡插入所述过线槽134。
所述一体成型的端盖与固定卡与所述转动臂13可拆卸连接。
优选地,连接方式为螺栓连接。优选地,连接方式为卡接。

所述固定卡14形状与所述过线槽134形状匹配,所述固定卡14安装完成后如图5所示。
所述固定卡14放入所述过线槽134内形成过线的空腔结构,所述空腔结构一端具有进出导线或电缆的开口,所述端盖15与所述转动臂13固定连接后,上部留有走线的导向孔151,可用于进出导线和电缆。
如图6所示铰链座示意图。所述铰链座11靠近铰链轴一端具有与所述转动臂13匹配的安装套111,与所述转动臂安装套135拼合后插入所述铰链轴12即可完成所述门铰链1的安装。所述铰链座11安装套111中间具有一定空间,用于容纳所述转动臂安装套135及所述端盖15。
所述铰链座11另一端具有安装孔114,用于与前板的装配连接。
可选地,所述安装孔114为圆孔或螺纹通孔用于螺栓连接。
所述铰链座11具有弯折结构,具有安装孔114的一端用于与前板固定的为平板结构,具有安装套111的一端为伸出前板用于与所述转动臂13连接的弯折结构。
优选地,所述铰链座11背部具有支撑肋条113,用于加强所述铰链座11的整体强度,所述支撑肋条113横穿所述安装套111至另一端,以提升门铰链的整体稳定性。
所述门铰链1设置有限位结构,用于限制所述门铰链1转动的角度。
优选地,所述铰链座11或所述转动臂13上设置止挡凸点112,当转动至需要的最大角度时,所述转动臂13或所述铰链座11与所述止挡凸点112接触,以达到限制更大角度转动的目的。
可选地,所述止挡凸点112设置在安装套通孔旁。
所述门铰链的有益效果为导线或电缆从过线结构通过,可保证导线或电缆被门铰链中的空腔结构包围,导线或电缆既可以隐藏起来,也不会相互缠绕而显得凌乱,从而保证到 机体整体的美观性。
导线或电缆不会暴露于机门或机身外,从而使得导线或电缆不会由于机门开合而产生磨损或折损,从而延长导线或电缆的使用寿命。
本发明还包括一种具有所述门铰链1的衣物处理装置。
所述衣物处理装置可以为滚筒洗衣机或烘干机。
所述衣物处理装置门体上具有通电元器件,为方便供电及控制电路的连接,需要与衣物处理装置本体内部通过导线或电缆进行连接。导线或电缆可通过衣物处理装置前板的安装孔,通过所述门铰链与机门的通电元器件连接,实现通信控制功能或完成供电。
所述门铰链1设有限位结构,所述门铰链1安装于所述机门2和所述前板3,所述限位结构可限制所述门体的开合角度。所述门体开合角度与所述门铰链的转动臂13一致。
实施例一
本实施例提供一种具有所述门铰链1的衣物处理装置,所述门铰链1安装于所述衣物处理装置的机门2与前板3。如图7和图8所示。
所述前板3位于衣物处理装置前部,与衣物处理装置本体紧密相连。所述前板3中部具有衣物投放口,在所述机门2打开后可用于取放衣物。
进一步地,所述衣物投放口具有环形凹槽,所述环形凹槽中设置有铰链安装区,所述机门2的一侧设置的铰链装配在铰链安装区中;铰链安装区的外侧还设置有避让结构,以便机门旋转打开。
优选地,所述衣物处理设备的前板3的上下分别设有向内凹陷的安装空间,安装空间中设有衣物投放口,机门嵌在安装空间中并通过所述门铰链1与前板3连接,以打开/关闭衣物投放口;所述的机门与前面板3形成衣物处理设备平滑的前表面。
如图7机门与前板装配正面示意图。所述机门2与所述前板3具有与所述门铰链1安装的安装孔。所述门铰链1连接于所述机门2与所述前板3之间,形成可转动连接,用于机门2的开合。所述机门2可安装通电元器件,所用导线或电缆从所述前板3穿过,通过所述门铰链1与机门元器件连接。所述机门2开合时,导线或电缆均不可见。
图8为机门与前板装配背面示意图。所述铰链座11安装于前板3上,位于衣物处理装置机体内部不可见,所述端盖导向孔151朝向机体内部。
所述门铰链1与所述机门2和所述前板3装配完成后,导线或电缆从前板3后的主体设备中引出,放置入所述过线槽134内,用所述固定卡14将过线槽134封闭,形成空腔结构,使空腔包裹导线或电缆。将引出的导线或电缆的一端与机门上的用电元器件连接。当导线或电缆连接完成后,用所述端盖15将导线或电缆进行固定。用所述螺钉16将所述端盖15固定在所述转动臂13上,根据导线与电缆的情况进行调节。所述端盖15上部或下部具有导向孔151,可使导线或电缆通过导向孔151,进行导向和固定。
所述机门2开启与关闭时,导线与电缆均随所述转动臂13和所述机门2一同转动,无相对运动,从而防止导线与电缆因机门频繁开合而产生折损或磨损。
实施例二
本实施例在实施例一的基础上,提供一种衣物处理装置,包括上下设置的第一衣物处理装置和第二衣物处理装置。如图9所示门体具有控制面板的双子洗衣机。
所述衣物处理装置包括前板3和机门。
所述前板3为整块板状结构,位于两衣物处理装置前部并与衣物处理装置侧板紧密连接。
所述机门包括第一衣物处理装置的第一机门21和第二衣物处理装置的第二机门22。
所述机门均通过门铰链与所述前板3进行连接。
在上述方案中,限定的第一衣物处理装置和第二衣物处理装置可以为干衣筒也可以为洗衣机筒,或其中一个为干衣筒另一个为洗衣筒,其中,所述前板3被设计为整块的板状结构。
优选地,所述前板3从上至下的截面型线为由曲线逐渐过渡为直线段的平滑线;或所述前板从上至下的截面型线为由倾斜角度大的直线段逐渐过渡为倾斜角度小或无倾斜角度的直线段的平滑线。
在上述方案中,通过在所述前板3上部设置为倾斜结构211,从而有利于用户观察和操作该衣物处理设备。
优选地,所述的前板上的第一衣物投放口和第二衣物投放口上分别设置有第一机门和第二机门,其中至少第一机门局部被设置为向衣物处理设备背侧弯曲的曲面结构或向衣物处理设备背侧倾斜的平面结构。
优选地,所述的衣物处理设备设置有第一衣物处理装置和第二衣物处理装置共用的控 制面板212,所述的控制面板设置在所述的倾斜结构211上。
所述控制面板通过第一机门21与前板连接的门铰链进行走线。
在上述方案中,通过将控制面板设置在第一机门21的倾斜结构211上,有利于用户视角观察和操作衣物处理设备,且将控制面板设置在第一机门21上,高度恰好与大众用户的身高匹配,用户操作体验佳。
优选的,所述的衣物处理设备包括控制第一衣物处理装置的第一控制面板和控制第二衣物处理装置的第二控制面板,所述的第一控制面板设置在第一机门21的倾斜结构211上,所述第二控制面板设置在第二机门22上;
优选的,所述的第二机门22局部被设置为向衣物处理设备背侧弯曲的曲面结构或向衣物处理设备背侧倾斜的平面结构,所述的第二控制面板设置在第二机门22的曲面结构或平面结构上。
所述控制面板212的电力来源为衣物处理装置本体。所述控制面板的走线通过所述门铰链的过线槽134与衣物处理装置内部的电路产生联系,以达到控制衣物处理装置的目的。
所述第一控制面板通过第一机门21与前板连接的门铰链进行走线;所述第二控制面板通过第二机门22与前板连接的门铰链进行走线。
两个门铰链可根据控制电路中的走线的不同进行不同参数的设置,如过线槽宽度及转动臂长度。
上述两个实施例中,对于洗衣机等用水设备,所述门铰链1通过将导线或电缆隐藏,从而保证通电部分与水的隔离,使得设备的整体安全性能得到较大提升。
家用电器或各类设备的机门部位集成各类功能或操作面板方便人们的操作和使用,所述门铰链1的过线功能为此项技术提供了支持和便利。门铰链与过线结构的集成,结构简单紧凑,能节省较大空间,精简零部件,使电器设备等更加精简和美观。

Claims (10)

  1. 一种门铰链,包括铰链座、铰链轴和转动臂,其特征在于:所述转动臂一侧具有过线槽,所述转动臂还包括固定卡,所述固定卡与所述过线槽形成空腔结构用于过线。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的门铰链,其特征在于:所述转动臂的一端通过所述铰链轴与所述铰链座相连,所述转动臂另一端与机门相连,所述转动臂靠近铰链轴一端具有过线的贯穿孔,所述过线槽由所述贯穿孔向与机门相连侧贯穿设置。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的门铰链,其特征在于:所述转动臂与铰链座相连接一端具有一定弧度,所述转动臂与机门相连接一端为平面结构,其上设有用于与机门连接的安装孔;所述过线槽包括与转动臂的弧形端相对应的弧形槽和与转动臂的平面结构相对应的平直槽。
  4. 根据权利要求3所述的门铰链,其特征在于:所述固定卡形状与转动臂过线槽匹配,所述固定卡包括与弧形槽相连接并与其匹配的弧形卡段和与平直槽相连接并与其匹配的平直卡段。
  5. 根据权利要求4所述的门铰链,其特征在于:所述固定卡与所述转动臂为可拆卸连接,优选地,所述固定卡与所述转动臂通过螺栓连接或卡接。
  6. 根据权利要求2所述的门铰链,其特征在于:所述门铰链还包括端盖,所述端盖与转动臂可拆卸连接,所述端盖尾部与所述贯穿孔密闭连接,所述端盖为内部中空用于走线,整体与转动臂匹配为弧面结构,所述端盖具有固定与导向结构。
  7. 根据权利要求6所述的门铰链,其特征在于:所述端盖固定与导向结构为导向孔,所述导向孔位于端盖上部和/或下部,所述导向孔大小可紧固导线或电缆,所述端盖通过螺栓连接或卡接与转动臂相连。
  8. 根据权利要求7所述的门铰链,其特征在于:所述端盖和固定卡还可以设置为一体结构,所述一体成型的端盖和固定卡与转动臂为可拆卸连接。
  9. 根据权利要求1所述的门铰链,其特征在于:所述门铰链具有限位结构,所述铰链座/转动臂设有止挡凸点,位于所述铰链座与转动臂连接处,所述止挡凸点限定所述转动臂相对铰链座的转动角度。
  10. 一种具有如权利要求1-9任意一项所述门铰链的衣物处理装置,其特征在于:包括机门及前板,所述门铰链的铰链座与所述前板连接,所述门铰链转动臂与所述机门连接,所述机门与所述前板形成可转动连接。
