Abstract

L'invention concerne un matériau de préparation de bouchon d'oreille apte à libérer des ions négatifs, un bouchon d'oreille d'insonorisation en matériau PU et un procédé de préparation associé. Le matériau de préparation comprend de 40 à 60 parties en poids d'un prépolymère d'isocyanate et de 40 à 60 parties en poids d'un mélange d'ions négatifs, le mélange d'ions négatifs comprenant de 7 à 13 parties en poids d'une poudre à ions négatifs, de 35 à 50 parties en poids d'eau purifiée, et de 45 à 60 parties en poids d'une émulsion d'acrylate.
