Description
本发明涉及拉头领域,具体涉及一种具有SIM卡针的拉头。
当前的手机大多为超薄化设计,而其使用的SIM卡普遍设计在手机壳体的侧端,当需要取出或更换SIM卡时,需要借助SIM卡针,将其插入手机壳体上指定的插孔并触动设于手机壳体内的卡托锁紧装置,以此弹出供SIM卡安装设置的卡托,然后再将承载于卡托上的SIM卡取出或更换。
但是,由于SIM卡针体积小不便携带且容易遗失,用户外出时通常无法携带SIM卡针,这给外出需要携带SIM卡针的人带来了极大的不变。
为此,本申请人设计了一种具有SIM卡针的拉头,以克服上述问题。
本发明所要解决的技术问题是,针对上述现有技术中的存在的问题,提供一种具有SIM卡针的拉头,方便人们随身携带SIM卡针,且具有不易遗失、方便提取使用的优点。
本发明解决其技术问题所采用的技术方案是:
提供一种具有SIM卡针的拉头,包括用于连接衣物或背包的绳带部和与所述绳带部连接的用于供用户拿捏的头部,所述头部内收容有SIM卡针。
在本发明提供的具有SIM卡针的拉头中,所述SIM卡针可分离地收容于所述头部。
在本发明提供的具有SIM卡针的拉头中,所述头部具有顶壁和与所述顶壁连接的第一侧壁,所述绳带部连接于所述顶壁,所述头部内具有一空腔,所述第一侧壁设有与所述空腔连通的插孔;所述SIM卡针包括自所述插孔插入至所述空腔内的顶针部和与所述顶针部连接的且部分外露于所述头部的抽取部。
在本发明提供的具有SIM卡针的拉头中,所述头部包括主壳体和副壳体,所述主壳体与所述绳带部连接,所述主壳体的前侧设有储针槽,所述副壳体可翻转地连接于所述主壳体的前侧用于遮蔽或敞开所述储针槽,所述SIM卡针容置于所述储针槽内。
在本发明提供的具有SIM卡针的拉头中,所述SIM卡针可旋转地收容于所述头部。
在本发明提供的具有SIM卡针的拉头中,所述头部包括与所述绳带部连接的基体和套接于所述基体外的套体,所述SIM卡针可旋转地安装于所述基体。
在本发明提供的具有SIM卡针的拉头中,所述绳带部连接于所述基体的上端且穿过套体的上端,所述套体下端开口且自上而下的套接于所述基体外。
在本发明提供的具有SIM卡针的拉头中,所述基体具有一通槽,所述通槽内设有定位部,所述SIM卡针具有可旋转地套设于所述定位部的安装部和与所述安装部连接的顶针部,所述顶针部具有位于所述通槽内的第一状态和伸出于所述通槽的第二状态。

实施例一
如图1-图4所示,为本发明提供的具有SIM卡针3的拉头的第一实施例,包括用于连接衣物或背包的绳带部1和与绳带部1连接的用于供用户拿捏的头部2,头部2内收容有SIM卡针3。
本实施例中,SIM卡针3可分离地收容于头部2。
绳带部1采用的是截面为圆形的细绳,绳带部1与头部2是注塑在一起的。
参见图1和图3,头部2具有顶壁和连接于顶壁的右侧的第一侧壁。绳带部1连接于顶壁的中央。头部2内具有一空腔21,空腔21包括较深的上部211和较浅的下部212。第一侧壁设有与空腔21连通的插孔22。SIM卡针3包括抽取部31和连接于抽取部31下端的顶针部32。抽取部31包括呈薄片状的插板311和连接于插板311的右侧的呈环状的拉耳312。顶针部32呈细长的针状,连接于插板311的靠近拉耳312的一侧。
参见图2和图4,组合状态下,SIM卡针3的抽取部31的插板311自第一侧壁的插孔22插入至空腔21的上部211,SIM卡针3的抽取部31的拉耳312外露于头部2以便于用于取用SIM卡针3,SIM卡针3的顶针部32自第一侧壁的插孔22进入至空腔21的下部212以防止顶针部32刮伤外部物件或防止顶针部32受外界物件碰撞而变形。
当用户需要使用SIM卡针3时,只需捏持拉耳312向右侧拉动即可顺利的将SIM卡针3抽出。
使用完毕后,将插板311和顶针部32对准插孔22后直接推入即可将SIM卡针3重新存放在头部2中,以待下一次使用。
实施本实施例提供的所述拉头,具有以下有益效果:
1、拉头包括用于连接衣物或背包的绳带部1和与绳带部1连接的用于供用户拿捏的头部2,头部2内收容有SIM卡针3。由于拉头通常是与衣物或背包连接在一起的,这就很好的帮助用户随身携带SIM卡针3,而且不用担心取卡遗失,且取用的时候也十分方便。
2、SIM卡针3可以自头部2抽出,与头部2完全脱离,使用时不受头部2的约束,更加方便自如。
3、绳带部1与头部2是注塑在一起的,SIM卡针3直接插接在头部2内,整体结构简单,既方便了用户操作又方便了批量生产。
实施例二
如图5所示,为本发明提供的具有SIM卡针3的拉头的第二实施例,其与实施例一的区别在于,绳带部1采用的是扁平的宽带。
实施例三
如图6至图10所示,为本发明提供的具有SIM卡针3的拉头的第三实施例,包括用于连接衣物或背包的绳带部1和与绳带部1连接的用于供用户拿捏的头部2,头部2内收容有SIM卡针3。
本实施例中,SIM卡针3可分离地收容于头部2。
头部2包括主壳体24和副壳体23,主壳体24与绳带部1连接,主壳体24的前侧设有储针槽241,副壳体23可翻转地连接于主壳体24的前侧用于遮蔽或敞开储针槽241,SIM卡针3容置于储针槽241内。
参见图6,主壳体24的上部211与绳带部1连接,主壳体24的下部212的前侧向内凹陷形成可收容SIM卡针3的储针槽241,在储针槽241的上方设有前侧开口且左右贯通的通槽242。主壳体24的后侧的下缘具有倒角。副壳体23呈L型,其包括盖体231、设于盖体231上端的转轴232以及连接于盖体231下端的扣合部233。扣合部233包括与盖体231垂直连接的底板2331和自底板2331的尾部的上侧凸起的肋条2332。SIM卡针3包括环形部33和连接于环形部33下端的呈细长针状的顶针部32,储针槽241包括与环形部33的外轮廓相匹配的第一部分2411和与顶针部32的外轮廓相匹配的的第二部分2412,储针槽241第一部分2411内设有上下间隔且对齐的第一凸块243和第二凸块244。
参见图7和图8,组合状态下,转轴232可转动的容置于通槽242内,肋条2332扣于倒角以防止副壳体23意外打开,SIM卡针3的环形部33和顶针部32分别嵌入至储针槽241的第一部分2411和第二部分2412。此时,盖体231完全遮蔽储针槽241以防止SIM卡针3掉落。另外,第一凸块243和第二凸块244位于SIM卡针3的环形部33内,且分别抵压环形部33的上侧和下侧,从而将SIM卡针3稳固的定位在储针槽241内,如此,即便盖体231以外打开,SIM卡针3也不容易掉落。
参见图10,主壳体24的后侧的上部211设有中空的立柱和插设于立柱的蘑菇头243。绳带部1为柔性的偏平的带体,带体的一端与主壳体24的上侧的前端注塑在一起,带体的自由端具有圆孔,带体的具有圆孔的自由端向后弯折并套入立柱,并通过蘑菇头243进行固定。如此一来,本实施例提供的所述拉头可直接地安装在拉链拉片上。
当用户需要使用SIM卡针3时,只需揭开副壳体23即可从主壳体24的储针槽241内将SIM卡针3取出(参见图9)。
使用完毕后,将SIM卡针3放入储针槽241内,然后将副壳体23扣合在主壳体24上即可将SIM卡针3重新存放在头部2中,以待下一次使用。
实施本实施例提供的所述拉头,具有以下有益效果:
1、拉头包括用于连接衣物或背包的绳带部1和与绳带部1连接的用于供用户拿捏的头部2,头部2内收容有SIM卡针3。由于拉头通常是与衣物或背包连接在一起的,这就很好的帮助用户随身携带SIM卡针3,而且不用担心取卡遗失,且取用的时候也十分方便。
2、SIM卡针3可以自主壳体24取出,与主壳体24完全脱离,使用时不受主壳体24的约束,更加方便自如。
3、储针槽241第一部分2411内设有上下间隔且对齐的第一凸块243和第二凸块244,SIM卡针3存放在储针槽241内时,第一凸块243和第二凸块244位于SIM卡针3的环形部33内,且分别抵压环形部33的上侧和下侧,从而将SIM卡针3稳固的定位在储针槽241内,如此,即便盖体231以外打开,SIM卡针3也不容易掉落。
4、绳带部1为柔性的偏平的带体,带体的一端与主壳体24的上侧的前端注塑在一起,带体的自由端具有圆孔,带体的具有圆孔的自由端向后弯折并套入主壳体24后侧的立柱,并通过蘑菇头243进行固定。从而,所述拉头可直接地安装在拉链拉片上。
实施例四
如图11至图14所示,为本发明提供的具有SIM卡针3的拉头的第四实施例,包括用于连接衣物或背包的绳带部1和与绳带部1连接的用于供用户拿捏的头部2,头部2内收容有SIM卡针3。
本实施例中,SIM卡针3可旋转地收容于头部2。
绳带部1采用的是截面为圆形的细绳,绳带部1与头部2是注塑在一起的。
头部2包括与绳带部1连接的基体25和套接于基体25外的套体26,SIM卡针3可旋转地安装于基体25。
参见图11,基体25的上端与绳带部1连接。基体25的前侧凹陷形成一左右贯通的容置通槽251,在容置通槽251的中上部设有由两个相间隔开的立柱组成的定位部252。基体25的底部具有底座253,基体25的后侧设有凸条254。套体26的内部中空且下端开口,同时,套体26的上端具有可供绳带部1穿过的避让孔,套体26的后侧的内表面具有与凸条254匹配的条形凹陷。SIM卡针3包括中部设有圆形穿孔341的安装部34和与安装部34连接的呈细长的针状的顶针部32。
参见图12,组合状态下,定位部252穿过SIM卡针3的安装部34的圆形穿孔341,以使SIM卡针3可旋转地套接在定位部252上,且此时的顶针部32容置在容置通槽251内,套体26自上而下的套设于基体25外并完全的包覆容置通槽251从而防止SIM卡针3以外掉落。另外,基体25底部的底座253外露与套体26,以方便用户将基体25拔出套体26。再有,凸条254嵌入至条形凹陷内,使得基体25与套体26的结合更加稳定,防止基体25与套体26以外分离。
当用户需要使用SIM卡针3时,只需一手捏住基体25的底座253、一手捏住套体26即可将基体25自套体26拔出,此时,套体26任受到绳带部1的约束故而不容易遗失。然后通过旋转SIM卡针3可以将SIM卡针3的顶针部32转出容置通槽251(参见图14),此后,用户可使用顶针部32进行SIM卡更换操作。
使用完毕后,旋转SIM卡针3直到顶针部32完全的进入到容置通槽251内(参见图13),然后将套体26套接在基体25的外侧即可将SIM卡针3重新存放在头部2中,以待下一次使用。当然,也可以直接将套体26自上而下的套接在基体25的外侧,因为,在套体26相对基体25下移的过程中,套体26可顶推外露于容置通槽251的顶针部32,并带动SIM卡针3旋转,使得顶针部32转入至容置通槽251内。
实施本实施例提供的所述拉头,具有以下有益效果:
1、拉头包括用于连接衣物或背包的绳带部1和与绳带部1连接的用于供用户拿捏的头部2,头部2内收容有SIM卡针3。由于拉头通常是与衣物或背包连接在一起的,这就很好的帮助用户随身携带SIM卡针3,而且不用担心取卡遗失,且取用的时候也十分方便。
2、SIM卡针3可在不与基体25分离的情况下使用,防止使用过程中或使用完毕后SIM卡针3的丢失。
3、基体25的后侧设有凸条254,套体26的后侧的内表面具有与凸条254匹配的条形凹陷,组合状态下,凸条254嵌入至条形凹陷内,使得基体25与套体26的结合更加稳定,防止基体25与套体26以外分离。
4、使用完毕后,可以直接将套体26自上而下的套接在基体25的外侧,因为,在套体26相对基体25下移的过程中,套体26可顶推外露于容置通槽251的顶针部32,并带动SIM卡针3旋转,使得顶针部32转入至容置通槽251内。
5、当用户需要使用SIM卡针3时,套体26仍受到绳带部1的约束故而不容易遗失。
实施例五
如图15至图18所示,为本发明提供的具有SIM卡针3的拉头的第五实施例,包括用于连接衣物或背包的绳带部1和与绳带部1连接的用于供用户拿捏的头部2,头部2内收容有SIM卡针3。
本实施例中,SIM卡针3可旋转地收容于头部2。
绳带部1采用的是截面为圆形的细绳,绳带部1与头部2是注塑在一起的。
参见图15和图16,头部2具有左右相对的第二侧壁和第一侧壁、前后相对的第三侧壁和第四侧壁、以及分别连接第一侧壁、第二侧壁、第三侧壁和第四侧壁的顶壁,绳带部1连接于顶壁,头部2内具有一空腔21,第一侧壁设有与空腔21连通的第一通孔521,第二侧壁设有与空腔21连通的第二通孔522,第三侧壁的中上部具有与空腔21连通的第三通孔523,第四侧壁的右侧具有自边缘延伸的缺口524,第四侧壁的中部设有与第三通孔523对应的第四通孔。第三侧壁的前侧的第三通孔523的周边凹陷形成第一定位槽526,第四侧壁的后侧的第四通孔的周边凹陷形成第二定位槽。头部2还包括连接件528和顶板529,连接件528包括压板5281和自压板5281一侧的中部凸伸出的定位轴5282。
SIM卡针3具有呈薄片状的安装部34和自安装部34下端延伸出的呈针状的顶针部32,安装部34的中部具有贯通的圆形穿孔341。
参见图16和图17,组合状态下,SIM卡针3容置于空腔21内,此时,顶针部32全部的容置在空腔21内,安装部34的圆形穿孔341对准第三通孔523和第四通孔,连接件528的定位轴5282自第三通孔523插入至空腔21内,并先后穿过圆形穿孔341和第四通孔,连接件528的压板5281嵌入至第一定位槽526中。另外,顶板529嵌入至第二定位槽内,定位轴5282穿过第四通孔并抵接到顶板529。如此使得SIM卡针3可转动地容置在空腔21内,而且,由于第四侧壁的右侧具有缺口524,使得SIM卡针3的安装部34的右侧部分外露,以方便用户拨动SIM卡针3。
当用户需要使用SIM卡针3时,只需一手捏住头部2、一手于缺口524处向左拨动SIM卡针3的安装部34即可将SIM卡针3的顶针部32自第二通孔522转出空腔21外(参见图18),此时,用户可使用顶针部32进行SIM卡更换操作。
使用完毕后,旋转SIM卡针3直到顶针部32完全的进入到空腔21内,并保证安装部34的右边缘与第三侧壁的右边缘平齐即可保证SIM卡针3被保护在头部2内,以待下一次使用。
实施本实施例提供的所述拉头,具有以下有益效果:
1、拉头包括用于连接衣物或背包的绳带部1和与绳带部1连接的用于供用户拿捏的头部2,头部2内收容有SIM卡针3。由于拉头通常是与衣物或背包连接在一起的,这就很好的帮助用户随身携带SIM卡针3,而且不用担心取卡遗失,且取用的时候也十分方便。
2、SIM卡针3可在不与头部2分离的情况下使用,防止使用过程中或使用完毕后SIM卡针3的丢失。
3、第四侧壁的右侧具有缺口524,使得SIM卡针3的安装部34的右侧部分外露,以方便用户拨动SIM卡针3。
实施例六
如图19至图23所示,为本发明提供的具有SIM卡针3的拉头的第六实施例,包括用于连接衣物或背包的绳带部1和与绳带部1连接的用于供用户拿捏的头部2,头部2内收容有SIM卡针3。
本实施例中,SIM卡针3可滑移地收容于头部2。
绳带部1采用的是截面为圆形的细绳,绳带部1与头部2是注塑在一起的。
参见图19,头部2包括顶壁、与顶壁连接的第一侧壁、以及与第一侧壁连接的且与顶壁相对的底壁。头部2的右边部分内具有一狭长的空腔21,顶壁的右侧具有上下贯通的上开孔621,第一侧壁设有与空腔21连通的第一通孔521,第一通孔521的上端还与上开孔621的右端连通,底壁设有与空腔21连通的出针孔622(参见图21)。另外,头部2还包括与上开孔621匹配的止位塞623。
SIM卡针3具有拨动部35和与拨动部35的下端连接的顶针部32,优选的,拨动部35与顶针部32是一体注塑形成的。拨动部35的前后两侧分别设有与第一侧壁的厚度相匹配的导向槽351,拨动部35的右侧面设计成锯齿状以便于用户操作。
参见图20和图22,组合状态下,SIM卡针3从上开口自上而下的进入到空腔21内,顶针部32全部容置在空腔21内且向下对准出针孔622,拨动部35的两个导向槽351均与第一侧壁嵌合使得拨动部35可沿着第一通孔521上下移动的安装到第一侧壁上,拨动部35的右侧外露于空腔21以便于用户操作。止位塞623自上而下的封堵上开孔621以防止拨动部35过度上移而脱离第一侧壁。
当用户需要使用SIM卡针3时,只需下压拨动部35,在拨动部35下移的过程中,顶针部32自出针孔622伸出于头部2(参见图23),此时,用户可使用顶针部32进行SIM卡更换操作。
使用完毕后,用户只需上提拨动部35,顶针部32即可随着拨动部35上移,并再次进入到空腔21内,以待下一次使用。
实施本实施例提供的所述拉头,具有以下有益效果:
1、拉头包括用于连接衣物或背包的绳带部1和与绳带部1连接的用于供用户拿捏的头部2,头部2内收容有SIM卡针3。由于拉头通常是与衣物或背包连接在一起的,这就很好的帮助用户随身携带SIM卡针3,而且不用担心取卡遗失,且取用的时候也十分方便。
2、SIM卡针3可在不与头部2分离的情况下使用,防止使用过程中或使用完毕后SIM卡针3的丢失。
3、拨动部35的右侧面设计成锯齿状以便于用户操作。

- 根据权利要求1所述的具有SIM卡针的拉头,其特征在于,所述SIM卡针可分离地收容于所述头部。
- 根据权利要求2所述的具有SIM卡针的拉头,其特征在于,所述头部具有顶壁和与所述顶壁连接的第一侧壁,所述绳带部连接于所述顶壁,所述头部内具有一空腔,所述第一侧壁设有与所述空腔连通的插孔;所述SIM卡针包括自所述插孔插入至所述空腔内的顶针部和与所述顶针部连接的且部分外露于所述头部的抽取部。
- 根据权利要求2所述的具有SIM卡针的拉头,其特征在于,所述头部包括主壳体和副壳体,所述主壳体与所述绳带部连接,所述主壳体的前侧设有储针槽,所述副壳体可翻转地连接于所述主壳体的前侧用于遮蔽或敞开所述储针槽,所述SIM卡针容置于所述储针槽内。
- 根据权利要求1所述的具有SIM卡针的拉头,其特征在于,所述SIM卡针可旋转地收容于所述头部。
- 根据权利要求5所述的具有SIM卡针的拉头,其特征在于,所述头部包括与所述绳带部连接的基体和套接于所述基体外的套体,所述SIM卡针可旋转地安装于所述基体。
- 根据权利要求6所述的具有SIM卡针的拉头,其特征在于,所述基体具有一通槽,所述通槽内设有定位部,所述SIM卡针具有可旋转地套设于所述定位部的安装部和与所述安装部连接的顶针部,所述顶针部具有位于所述通槽内的第一状态和伸出于所述通槽的第二状态。
- 根据权利要求5所述的具有SIM卡针的拉头,其特征在于,所述头部具有左右相对的第二侧壁和第一侧壁、前后相对的第三侧壁和第四侧壁、以及分别连接所述第一侧壁、所述第二侧壁、所述第三侧壁和所述第四侧壁的顶壁,所述绳带部连接于所述顶壁,所述头部内具有一空腔,所述第一侧壁设有与所述空腔连通的第一通孔,所述第二侧壁设有与所述空腔连通的第二通孔,所述头部还包括设于所述空腔内的轴向与所述第三侧壁和所述第四侧壁垂直的转轴;所述SIM卡针具有可旋转地套设于所述转轴的安装部和与所述安装部连接的顶针部,所述顶针部具有位于所述空腔内的第一状态和伸出于所述空腔的第二状态。
- 根据权利要求1所述的具有SIM卡针的拉头,其特征在于,所述SIM卡针可滑移地收容于所述头部。
- 根据权利要求9所述的具有SIM卡针的拉头,其特征在于,所述头部包括顶壁、与所述顶壁连接的第一侧壁、以及与所述第一侧壁连接的且与所述顶壁相对的底壁,所述头部内具有一空腔,所述第一侧壁设有与所述空腔连通的第一通孔,所述底壁设有与所述空腔连通的出针孔;所述SIM卡针具有可移动的安装于所述第一通孔的拨动部和与所述拨动部连接的且与所述出针孔对准的顶针部,所述顶针部具有位于所述空腔内的第一状态和自所述出针孔穿出于所述空腔的第二状态。
