Abstract
一种防逆流输液加药用三通器,包括三通阀体(1),在该三通阀体(1)的两端作为进液口,该三通阀体(1)中部的接口为出液口;在三通阀体(1)内装有止回机构。该止回机构包括逆止弹性管(3)和连接片(4),该连接片(4)滑动配合地安装在三通阀体(1)内的中部,该连接片(4)的两端分别与一逆止弹性管(3)的一端连接,每一逆止弹性管(3)的另一端封闭,并与连接座(2)的内端相抵;在该逆止弹性管(3)与三通阀体(1)的内壁之间留有间隙。该三通器的每一进液口均可与一个注射器连接,任意一个注射器注入药液时,均可通过压缩相关的逆止弹性管(3)的封闭端,自动打开一条输液套路,无需进行任何开关操作,避免了误操作;在使用时不会出现渗漏、溢流、回流的现象,能很好地保证输液及在输液过程中所进行的推注和抽吸的安全。
Description
本发明涉及一种防逆流输液加药用三通器,属于医疗器械领域。
现有的输液三通器的单向止回效果较差,需要开关才能进行止回,在使用时连接软管,不易操作开关,出现渗漏、溢流、回流的现象,在输液或加药过程中存在安全隐患。
发明内容
为克服现有技术的缺陷,本发明提供一种防逆流输液加药用三通器。
本发明的技术方案是:一种防逆流输液加药用三通器,其特征在于,包括三通阀体,在该三通阀体的两端作为进液口,在该进液口上均装有用于与注射器出口配合连接的弯形连接座;该三通阀体中部的接口为出液口,并装有软管连接座;在该三通阀体内装有止回机构。
所述的止回机构包括逆止弹性管和连接片,所述的连接片滑动配合地安装在三通阀体内的中部,该连接片的两端分别与一逆止弹性管的一端连接,每一该逆止弹性管的另一端封闭,并作为阀芯与所述的 连接座的内端相抵;在该逆止弹性管与所述的三通阀体的内壁之间留有间隙。
所述的连接片的中部为圆盘体,其外周面与所述的三通阀体的内壁为滑动配合;在该圆盘体的两端设有缩径凸柱,所述的逆止弹性管的开口的一端套在该缩径凸柱上。
所述的逆止弹性管的管壁向外周呈圆弧形或三角形拱起;该逆止弹性管的封闭端为圆柱体,其直径大于管壁两端的直径。
所述的连接座为L形。
所述的连接座为短直线连接座,与所述的三通阀体同轴向。
所述的连接座为长直线连接座,与所述的三通阀体同轴向。
所述的三通阀体采用透明材料制成;所述的逆止弹性管由医用橡胶制成。
本发明的优点是:可以单个使用,也可多个并联使用,每一进液口均可与一个注射器连接,任意一个注射器注入药液时,均可通过压缩相关的逆止弹性管的封闭端,自动打开一条输液套路,无需进行任何开关操作,避免了误操;在使用时不会出现渗漏、溢流、回流的现象,能很好地保证输液及在输液过程中所进行的推注和抽吸的安全。

下面结合具体实施例来进一步描述本发明,本发明的优点和特点将会随着描述而更为清楚。但这些实施例仅是范例性的,并不对本发明的范围构成任何限制。本领域技术人员应该理解的是,在不偏离本发明的精神和范围下可以对本发明技术方案的细节和形式进行修改或替换,但这些修改和替换均落入本发明的保护范围内。
参见图1~图6,本发明一种防逆流输液加药用三通器的基本构造包括三通阀体1,在该三通阀体1的两端作为进液口,在该进液口上均装有用于与注射器出口配合连接的连接座2;该三通阀体1中部的端口为出液口,并装有软管连接座5;在该三通阀体1内装有止回机构。
该三通阀体1与连接座2和软管连接座5之间采用螺纹连接(可加密封垫)、粘结剂粘接、热合连接或过盈连接。
所述的止回机构包括两个逆止弹性管3和一个连接片4,所述的连接片4滑动配合地安装在三通阀体1内的中部,该连接片4的两端分别与一逆止弹性管3开口的一端套接,每一该逆止弹性管3的另一端封闭,该逆止弹性管3的封闭端作为阀芯(阀门的启闭件)与所述的连接座2的内端(相当于阀座)相抵;在该逆止弹性管3与所述的三通阀体1的内壁之间留有间隙。在静止状态,两个该逆止弹性管3的 封闭端均与连接座2的内端相抵,关闭了该三通器的两个进液口。
所述的三通阀体1采用透明材料(如透明塑料)制成;所述的逆止弹性管由医用橡胶制成。
所述的连接片4的中部为圆盘体41,其外周面与所述的三通阀体1的内壁为滑动配合;在该圆盘体41的两端设有缩径凸柱42,所述的逆止弹性管3的开口的一端套在该缩径凸柱42上。
所述的逆止弹性管3的管壁32向外周呈圆弧形(或三角形)拱起;该逆止弹性管3的封闭端31为圆柱体,圆柱体的直径大于管壁32两端的直径(基本与管壁32拱起的外径相等)。拱起管壁32有利于其沿轴向伸缩。
本发明第一实施例如图1-图4所示,其三通阀体1的两端连接座2为L形,接口可与注射器的出口配套。
本发明的连接座2也可采用图5所示的第二实施例的短直线连接座,与三通阀体1同轴向。短直线连接座的接口主要用于与连接管对接,可不与注射器的出口配套。
本发明的连接座2也可采用图6所示的第三实施例的长直线连接座(接口可与注射器的出口配套),与三通阀体1同轴向。该实施例中的另一个连接座2为第一实施例中的L形连接座。
上述三个实施例中的三种结构的连接座2可以任意组合。
如图7所示,是三个本发明三通器A1、A2、A3的应用实例,上面的第一个三通器A1的出液口通过软管7与输液针6连接,三通器A1的两个进液口(连接座2)分别与另外两个三通器A2和A3出液口 (软管连接座5)通过软管7连接;两个三通器A2和A3的四个进液口同时与四个注射器8-11的注射口对接,在实际使用中,四个注射器可以同时注射加药,也可分别注射加药,当任意一个注射器(参见图6和图7)加药时,注射器输出的压力施加在左端的进液口内的逆止弹性管3的封闭端,即向内(右)压缩逆止弹性管3的封闭端,并使其离开左端连接座2内端一个间隙,这样依次在左端的进液口、左端连接座2内端与逆止弹性管3封闭端的间隙、逆止弹性管3与三通阀体1内壁之间的间隙到出液口之间形成一个输液通道(如图6中带箭头的虚线12所示),完成一种药液的输入。其他三个注射器的加药原理相同,不加药的进液口由于没有向内的压力,处于关闭状态,不会产生药液导流的现象。多个进液口的加药过程不需要对三通器进行任何操作,不易出现操作错误,液体泄漏、液体回流的现象。而普通三通器需要在使用时转动开关,在多种组合时,容易出现不易操作或误操作的问题。
本发明在两侧同时加药时,连接片4基本不产生位移,两个逆止弹性管3封闭端均受力压缩,两端的进液口与三通器体1的出液口均产生药液通道。
由于逆止弹性管3在未受到压力的状态下,药液通道为关闭状态,如药液自出液口反向进入,会对逆止弹性管3的管壁径向压缩,使其轴向膨胀,推动其封闭端与连接座2的内端关闭的更加紧密,压力越大,密封性越好,所以液体不会反向流出。
本发明也可在出液口进行抽吸,药液由两端的进液口进入。药液 对两端逆止弹性管3施压,形成药液通道,完成抽吸。
本发明可以适用于各种医疗场合的液体输液或加药,尤其是与目前广泛使用的普通输液器结合使用,不仅能完成普通输液,而且在使用时可以使液体单向流动,防止静脉血向输液器内回流,特别是对急重症病患的输液,效果显著,而且可以同时联接多个不同药液的加药注射进行治疗。
Claims (8)
- 一种防逆流输液加药用三通器,其特征在于,包括三通阀体,在该三通阀体的两端作为进液口,在该进液口上均装有连接座;该三通阀体中部的接口为出液口,并装有软管连接座;在该三通阀体内装有止回机构。
- 根据权利要求1所述的防逆流输液加药用三通器,其特征在于,所述的止回机构包括逆止弹性管和连接片,所述的连接片滑动配合地安装在三通阀体内的中部,该连接片的两端分别与一逆止弹性管的一端连接,每一该逆止弹性管的另一端封闭,并作为阀芯与所述的连接座的内端相抵;在该逆止弹性管与所述的三通阀体的内壁之间留有间隙。
- 根据权利要求2所述的防逆流输液加药用三通器,其特征在于,所述的连接片的中部为圆盘体,其外周面与所述的三通阀体的内壁为滑动配合;在该圆盘体的两端设有缩径凸柱,所述的逆止弹性管的开口的一端套在该缩径凸柱上。
- 根据权利要求2所述的防逆流输液加药用三通器,其特征在于,所述的逆止弹性管的管壁向外周呈圆弧形或三角形拱起;该逆止弹性管的封闭端为圆柱体,其直径大于管壁两端的直径。
- 根据权利要求1所述的防逆流输液加药用三通器,其特征在于,所述的连接座为L形。
- 根据权利要求1所述的防逆流输液加药用三通器,其特征在于,所 述的连接座为短直线连接座,与所述的三通阀体同轴向。
- 根据权利要求1所述的防逆流输液加药用三通器,其特征在于,所述的连接座为长直线连接座,与所述的三通阀体同轴向。
