具体实施方式
目前,业界提出一种应用于电视机的节目管理方法,在该方法中,每个视频应用各自设置有节目收藏夹,用户在使用一个视频应用时,对于该视频应用所提供的节目中所感兴趣的节目,可将其收藏到该视频应用对应的节目收藏夹中。该方法要求用户针对不同的视频应用分别维护节目收藏夹,一方面,用户操作繁琐,另一方面,不同的应用对应有不同的节目收藏夹,导致节目管理复杂,用户感受较差。
为了解决上述问题,本公开提供了一种节目处理方法及相关装置,比如电视机和终端。本公开中,针对不同的视频应用提供统一的节目收藏夹,用以收藏不同的视频应用提供的节目,用户基于该节目收藏夹可以从所收藏的来自于不同视频应用的节目中选择自己感兴趣的节目进行收看,而无需在不同的视频应用之间切换,从而可以简化用户操作,降低节目管理复杂度,提高用户感受。
为使本公开的上述目的、特征和优点能够更加明显易懂,下面结合附图和具体实施方式对本公开作进一步详细的说明。
本公开中的节目,可以理解为来自于视频应用的媒体流,比如可以是互联网视频应用提供的电视、电影或其他节目等。
参见图1,为本公开提供的系统架构示意图。
如图所示,该系统架构中包括电视机101和终端102。终端的数量可以是一个或多个,图中以一个终端作为示例描述。电视机101可以是智能电视或具有类似功能的计算机设备。终端102可以是移动终端,具体地,可以是智能手机、平板电脑、笔记本电脑、个人数字助理(Personal Digital Assistant,PDA)、智能穿戴设备或类似设备。
终端102与电视机101连接。具体可以采用有线方式连接也可采用无线方式连接。以采用无线方式连接为例,终端102和电视机101之间的通信链路可以是基于蓝牙 (Bluetooth)通信协议的无线链路,也可以基于其他通信协议的链路,所述其他无线通信协议包括但不限于:Wi-Fi、以太网(ethernet)、专用短程通信技术(Dedicated Short Range Communications,DSRC)。本公开对终端102与电视机101的连接方式不作限制。
电视机101上可以安装有一个或多个视频应用,所述视频应用可以用于提供来自于网络侧的节目。这些视频应用可以提供节目,比如提供电影、电视剧等。
本公开中,电视机101上安装有本公开提供的应用程序,基于该应用程序可实现本公开提供的电视机侧的方法和功能。比如,可将需要收藏的节目的地址发送给终端,还可接收终端发送的从节目收藏夹中选择出的节目的地址,并根据接收到的节目的地址对相应节目进行播放处理。
本公开中,终端102上安装有本公开提供的应用程序,基于该应用程序可实现本公开提供的终端侧的方法和功能。比如,可接收电视机发送的需要收藏的节目的地址,将该节目的地址保存到节目收藏夹中,还可从节目收藏夹中选择节目的地址并发送给电视机101,以使电视机101播放相应的节目。
其中,所述节目收藏夹设置于终端101中,其中可存储来源于不同的视频应用的节目的地址。这样,无需针对不同的视频应用设置和维护各自对应的节目收藏夹,从而可以简化用户操作,降低节目管理复杂度,提高用户感受。
参见图2,为本公开提供的节目处理流程示意图。
如图所示,该流程可包括:
S201:电视机向终端发送节目收藏请求,所述节目收藏请求携带需要收藏的节目的地址。
该步骤中,电视机可针对需要收藏的节目获取其地址,并将其通过与终端之间的通信链路发送给终端。其中,电视机可采用以下方式获取需要收藏的节目的地址。
在一些实施例中,可根据用户偏好获取用户感兴趣的节目的地址。具体地,当用户从某个视频应用提供的节目中选择需要观看的节目并提交节目播放指令后,电视机接收该节目播放指令,获取用户偏好信息,根据用户偏好信息判断该节目播放指令所请求播放的节目是否与所述用户偏好信息相匹配,若相匹配,则输出提示信息,所述提示信息用于提示用户收藏该节目;若用户通过操作选择收藏该节目,则电视机根据接收到的用于收藏该节目的指令,获取该节目的地址。
可选地,上述过程中,电视机在接收到节目播放指令后,可首先判断该节目播放指令所请求播放的节目是否已经被收藏过,若是,在获取用户偏好信息并执行上述操作,否则,可以不执行上述获取用户偏好信息以及后续操作。
其中,本公开中,提供多种方法来判断节目是否已经被收藏过。比如,当收藏节目时,除按照本公开提供的方式进行节目收藏处理以外,仍可按照现有方式将该节目收藏到其所属的视频应用对应的节目收藏夹中,这样,当用户选择该视频应用提供的节目请求播放时,可根据该视频应用对应的节目收藏夹中所收藏的节目来判断当前请求播放的节目是否已经被收藏过。再比如,由于终端中设置有节目收藏夹,电视机可发送查询请求给终端,该查询请求携带节目的地址;终端根据该节目的地址查询其节目收藏夹,判断该节目是否已被收藏,并向电视机发送查询结果。
在另一些实施例中,当用户通过操作提交节目收藏指令时(比如在观看节目时可通过操作提交收藏该节目的指令,也可在浏览节目列表时选择出需要收藏的节目并提交节目收藏指令),获取该节目收藏指令所请求的节目的地址。
本公开中,可从节目的描述文件(比如manifest文件)中获取该节目的地址,如URL(Uniform Resoure Locator,统一资源定位符)。
可选地,节目收藏请求还可以携带节目的属性信息。节目的属性信息也可以从节目的描述文件中得到。举例来说,节目的属性可以包括以下属性之一或任意组合:
-节目的类型。节目类型根据划分角度不同,可以有多种划分方式。比如,可划分为电影、电视剧等类型,进一步在一个类型中还可以细分,比如对于电影类型,还可细分为喜剧电影、战争电影等。再比如,节目类型可按照节目属于收费节目还是免费节目进行划分。再比如,节目类型可按照节目的出品时间或年代进行划分。本公开对节目类型的划分方式不作限制。
-节目所来源的视频应用。
-节目的信号源。所述信号源可包括但不限于:ATV(Analog TV,输入模拟TV),DTV(Digital TV,即输入数字TV),HDMI(High Definition Multimedia Interface,即高清晰度多媒体接口),AV分量,VGA(Video Graphics Array,视频图形阵列)等。
-节目使用的频道。比如,节目使用的是新闻频道还是电影频道。
进一步地,节目属性信息中还可以包括节目的名称,比如电影名称、电视剧名称等。
S202:终端接收到节目收藏请求后,将其中携带的节目的地址保存到节目收藏夹中。
本公开中,节目收藏夹用于保存收藏的节目的相关信息,比如可保存节目的地址,进一步地还可保存节目的属性信息。节目收藏夹可以被理解为用于保存节目的相关信息的数据存储结构或存储单元。为便于管理,节目收藏夹可以采用列表结构或目录结构等。
本公开中,允许用户对节目收藏夹的列表或目录进行管理。以目录结构为例,用户可 以在节目收藏夹的根目录下设置一级或多级子目录。比如,可根据节目的类型设置目录结构。图3示例性地示出了一种节目收藏夹的目录结构。在该目录结构中,在节目收藏夹的根目录下包括一级目录:电影、电视剧;在电影目录中包括二级目录:喜剧、战争;在电视剧目录中包括二级目录:国内、国外。
本公开中,还允许用户修改目录名称,可以删除目录等。
本公开中,还允许修改节目收藏夹中所收藏的节目在目录结构中的位置,或者修改节目的名称等。
可选地,终端在进行节目收藏时,可以根据节目收藏请求携带的节目的属性信息,确定节目收藏夹中与该属性信息匹配的目标目录,并将节目的地址保存到该目标目录中。采用该方法,可以根据用户个性化的节目收藏夹的目录结构,自动将需要收藏的节目添加到合适的目录中。
比如,以图3所示的节目收藏夹为例,终端接收到的节目收藏请求中携带有节目的属性信息,该属性信息中包括节目的类型,该类型为“喜剧电影”。终端在收藏该节目时,根据该节目的类型匹配到电影目录中的“喜剧”目录,并将该节目的地址存储到该目录下。
可选地,终端在进行节目收藏时,终端可以提示用户选择节目收藏夹中的目标目录,并将节目的地址保存到用户选择的目标目录中。采用该方法,可以根据用户的意愿将节目保持到用户选择的目录中。
可选地,终端在进行节目收藏时,对该节目的命名可以采用该节目的名称,也可以对该节目的名称进行修改。
可选地,终端可以将其节目收藏夹分享给其他终端。比如,终端A和终端B均为支持本公开提供的方法的终端。终端A可将其节目收藏夹发送给终端B,这样终端B在与电视机连接后,即可基于该节目收藏夹选择需要收看的节目,并将该节目的地址发送给电视机,以使电视机播放相应的节目。采用该方法,可以实现节目收藏夹在不同终端之间的共享。
本公开的上述实施例中,电视机将需要收藏的节目的相关信息发送给与该电视机连接的终端,从而将节目收藏到该终端的节目收藏夹中。该节目收藏夹可以保持来自于不同视频应用的节目,从而可以针对不同的视频应用提供统一的节目收藏夹,用户基于该节目收藏夹可以从所收藏的来自于不同应用的节目中选择自己感兴趣的节目进行收看,而无需在不同的视频应用之间切换,从而可以简化用户操作,降低节目管理复杂度,提高用户感受。
参见图4,为本公开提供的节目播放流程。
如图所示,该流程可包括:
S401:终端获取用户从节目收藏夹中选择的节目的地址。
该步骤中,当用户从终端上的节目收藏夹中选择一个节目后,终端可获取到该节目的地址。具体实施时,用户可打开本公开的应用程序所提供的用户界面,该用户界面中可显示节目收藏夹的目录结构,用户可在该目录结构中选择需要观看的节目。
其中,该终端上的节目收藏夹中保存的节目相关信息,可以是该终端按照前述实施例的方式收藏的,也可以是从其他终端接收到的,即由其他终端分享的。
S402:终端向电视机发送节目播放请求,该节目播放请求携带所选择的节目的地址。
该步骤中,所述终端与所述电视机已建立有通信链路,该节目播放请求可通过该通信链路发送给电视机。
S403:电视机根据节目播放请求携带的节目的地址,对相应的节目进行播放处理。
该步骤中,电视机在接收到节目的地址后,可直接播放相应的节目,也可进行其他与节目播放相关的处理,比如根据该节目的节目分级确定是否需要对该节目进行播放控制,若无需进行播放控制则可直接播放该节目,否则只有在权限验证通过后才能播放节目。本公开对此不做限制。
可选地,电视机在根据该节目的地址播放相应的节目之前,可首先获取该节目的播放进度信息。电视机在播放该节目时,可以根据上次观看的播放进度确定本次播放的起始位置。
基于相同的技术构思,本公开还提供了一种终端,该终端可执行本公开描述的终端侧的节目处理方法。
参见图5A,为本公开提供的终端的结构示意图。如图所示,该终端500可包括:接收模块501、收藏模块502。
接收模块501用于接收所述电视机发送的节目收藏请求,所述节目收藏请求携带需要收藏的节目的地址;收藏模块502用于将所述节目的地址保存到节目收藏夹505中。
可选地,所述节目收藏请求还携带所述需要收藏的节目的属性信息。其中,节目的属性信息的相关描述可参见前述实施例,在此不再重复。
可选地,所述节目收藏夹被划分为一个或多个目录。如图5B所示,收藏模块502可包括:目录选择单元5021和保存单元5022。其中,目录选择单元5021,用于根据所述节目收藏请求携带的节目的属性信息,确定所述节目收藏夹中与所述属性信息匹配的目标目录;保存单元5022,用于将所述节目的地址保存到所述目标目录中。

参见图6,示出了本公开另外的实施例提供的终端600的结构示意图,即示出了终端500的另一结构示意图。参阅图6所示,终端600包括处理器601、网络接口602。其中,处理器601也可以为控制器。所述处理器601被配置为支持终端500执行图2或图4涉及的功能。网络接口602被配置为支持终端500收发消息的功能。终端600还可以包括存储器603,存储器603用于与处理器601耦合,其保存该设备必要的程序指令和数据。其中,处理器601、网络接口602和存储器603相连,该存储器603用于存储指令,该处理器601用于执行该存储器603存储的指令,以控制网络接口602收发消息,完成上述方法中终端500执行相应功能的步骤。

    与电视机连接的终端接收所述电视机发送的节目收藏请求,所述节目收藏请求携带需要收藏的节目的地址;
    所述终端将所述节目的地址保存到节目收藏夹中。
  2. 如权利要求1所述的方法,其特征在于,所述节目收藏请求还携带所述需要收藏的节目的属性信息。
  3. 如权利要求2所述的方法,其特征在于,所述节目收藏夹被划分为一个或多个目录。
  4. 根据权利要求3所述的方法,其特征在于,所述终端将所述节目的地址保存到节目收藏夹中,包括:
    所述终端根据所述节目收藏请求携带的节目的属性信息,确定所述节目收藏夹中与所述属性信息匹配的目标目录;

  5. 如权利要求2所述的方法,其特征在于,所述节目的属性包括以下属性之一或任意组合:
    所述节目的类型;
    所述节目的名称;
    所述节目所来源的视频应用;
    所述节目的信号源;
    所述节目使用的频道。
  6. 如权利要求3所述的方法,其特征在于,所述终端将所述节目的地址保存到节目收藏夹中,包括:
    所述终端提示用户选择所述节目收藏夹中的目标目录;
    所述终端将所述节目的地址保存到用户选择的目标目录中。
  7. 如权利要求1至6中任一项所述的方法,其特征在于,所述方法还包括:
    终端获取用户从所述节目收藏夹中选择的节目的地址;
    所述终端向所述电视机发送节目播放请求,所述节目播放请求携带所选择的节目的地址。
  8. 一种节目处理方法,其特征在于,所述方法包括:
    电视机获取需要收藏的节目的地址;
    所述电视机向与所述电视机连接的终端发送节目收藏请求,所述节目收藏请求携带所述需要收藏的节目的地址,所述节目收藏请求用于请求所述终端将所述节目的地址保存到节目收藏夹中。
  9. 如权利要求8所述的方法,其特征在于,所述电视机获取需要收藏的节目的地址,包括:
    所述电视机接收节目播放指令;
    所述电视机判断所述节目播放指令所请求播放的节目是否已经被收藏;
    若未被收藏,则根据用户偏好信息判断所请求播放的节目是否与所述用户偏好信息相匹配,若相匹配,则输出提示信息,所述提示信息用于提示用户收藏所述请求播放的节目;
    所述电视机根据接收到的用于收藏所请求播放的节目的指令,获取所述所请求播放的节目的地址。
  10. 如权利要求8所述的方法,其特征在于,所述节目收藏请求还携带所述节目的属性信息。
  11. 如权利要求10所述的方法,其特征在于,所述节目的属性包括以下属性之一或任意组合:
    所述节目的类型;
    所述节目的名称;
    所述节目所来源的视频应用;
    所述节目的信号源;
    所述节目使用的频道。
  12. 如权利要求8至11中任一项所述的方法,其特征在于,所述方法还包括:
    所述电视机接收所述终端发送的节目播放请求,所述节目播放请求携带所请求播放的节目的地址,其中,所述节目的地址是从所述终端的节目收藏夹中选择的;
    所述电视机根据所述节目播放请求携带的节目的地址,对相应节目进行播放处理。
  13. 一种终端,其特征在于,包括:处理器、网络接口和存储器,其中,
    所述网络接口,用于在所述处理器的控制下接收和发送数据;
    所述存储器,用于存储至少计算机指令;
    所述处理器,用于读取所述存储器中的计算机指令,执行:
    接收所述电视机发送的节目收藏请求,所述节目收藏请求携带需要收藏的节目的地址;
    将所述节目的地址保存到节目收藏夹中。
  14. 如权利要求13所述的终端,其特征在于,所述节目收藏请求还携带所述需要收藏的节目的属性信息。
  15. 如权利要求14所述的终端,其特征在于,所述节目收藏夹被划分为一个或多个目录。
  16. 根据权利要求15所述的终端,其特征在于,所述处理器具体用于:
    根据所述节目收藏请求携带的节目的属性信息,确定所述节目收藏夹中与所述属性信息匹配的目标目录;
    将所述节目的地址保存到所述目标目录中。
  17. 如权利要求14所述的终端,其特征在于,所述节目的属性包括以下属性之一或任意组合:
    所述节目的类型;
    所述节目的名称;
    所述节目所来源的视频应用;
    所述节目的信号源;
    所述节目使用的频道。
  18. 如权利要求15所述的终端,其特征在于,所述处理器具体用于:
    提示用户选择所述节目收藏夹中的目标目录;
    将所述节目的地址保存到用户选择的目标目录中。
  19. 如权利要求13至18中任一项所述的终端,其特征在于,所述处理器还用于:
    获取用户从所述节目收藏夹中选择的节目的地址;
    向所述电视机发送节目播放请求,所述节目播放请求携带所选择的节目的地址。
  20. 一种电视机,其特征在于,包括:处理器、网络接口和存储器,其中,
    所述网络接口,用于在所述处理器的控制下接收和发送数据;
    所述存储器,用于存储至少计算机指令;
    所述处理器,用于读取所述存储器中的计算机指令,执行:
    获取需要收藏的节目的地址;
    向与所述电视机连接的终端发送节目收藏请求,所述节目收藏请求携带所述需要收藏的节目的地址,所述节目收藏请求用于请求所述终端将所述节目的地址保存到节目收藏夹中。
  21. 如权利要求20所述的电视机,其特征在于,所述处理器具体用于:
    接收节目播放指令;
    判断所述节目播放指令所请求播放的节目是否已经被收藏;
    若未被收藏,则根据用户偏好信息判断所请求播放的节目是否与所述用户偏好信息相匹配,若相匹配,则输出提示信息,所述提示信息用于提示用户收藏所述请求播放的节目;
    根据接收到的用于收藏所请求播放的节目的指令,获取所述所请求播放的节目的地址。
  22. 如权利要求20所述的电视机,其特征在于,所述节目收藏请求还携带所述节目的属性信息。
  23. 如权利要求22所述的电视机,其特征在于,所述节目的属性包括以下属性之一或任意组合:
    所述节目的类型;
    所述节目的名称;
    所述节目所来源的视频应用;
    所述节目的信号源;
    所述节目使用的频道。
  24. 如权利要求20至23中任一项所述的电视机,其特征在于,所述处理器还用于:
    接收所述终端发送的节目播放请求,所述节目播放请求携带所请求播放的节目的地址,其中,所述节目的地址是从所述终端的节目收藏夹中选择的;
    根据所述节目播放请求携带的节目的地址,对相应节目进行播放处理。
  25. 一种计算机可读的非易失性存储介质,所述计算机可读非易失性存储介质存储有计算机可执行指令,所述计算机可执行指令用于使所述计算机执行权利要求1至7中任一项所述的方法。
  26. 一种计算机可读的非易失性存储介质,所述计算机可读非易失性存储介质存储有计算机可执行指令,所述计算机可执行指令用于使所述计算机执行权利要求8至12中任一项所述的方法。
