Abstract
Biofilms are deposits that form naturally and spontaneously in drinking water distribution systems. According to the invention, cade oil is incorporated as a bioactive substance for partially replacing the lubrication component in the classical formulation of the tube. This natural oil is known for its antibiotic effects and other health-related beneficial effects. The effect thereof has been studied by incorporating same into the formulation of the tubes of pipes formed by extrusion methods.

DESCRIPTION DESCRIPTION
This is the integration of the cade oil (Katran) in the formula of the PVC tube. This oil is endowed with an antibacterial activity, it presents an interesting thermal stability and known for its beneficial effects for the health.
CONNAISSANCE SUR LE MARCHE, LA CONCURRENCE ET AVANTAGE The lubrication component has been oriented, being first of all the close link with the phenomenon of sticking and also the fact that at the level of the tube's formula these latter naturally migrate towards the surface. We studied the following formulation: 90% PVC resin; mineral charges 7%; 2% stabilizers, 0.45% TiO 2, 0.05% carbon black; 0.45% lubricant, 0.05% cade oil and check the effects on the formation of biofilms in the new tube manufactured by extrusion process. KNOWLEDGE ON THE MARKET, COMPETITION AND ADVANTAGE
ECONOMIQUE DE L'INVENTION ECONOMIC OF THE INVENTION
We know in Morocco, the marketing of the famous pottery with motifs made of cade oil. The use of this oil is part of the culture of the Moroccan citizen, it is also often used in cases of skin conditions, it is part of the composition of several shampoos and medicinal soaps. The present work then proposes a new formulation of the rigid PVC tube incorporating the cade oil at the rate of 0.05%.
This invention proposes a new formula for the manufacture of PVC tubes used in the water supply, the degradation of its quality during its transport in the networks, due in particular to detachment of bacteria possibly present within biofilms , makes the caterers and water distributors feel guilty despite the efforts they have made to produce water of good quality. Morocco is well known for its famous pottery to drink with black patterns drawn on it made of katran (cade oil).
• To find ways of controlling microbial adhesion and therefore optimize surface hygiene in the field of drinking water distribution.
• The control of the microbiological quality of drinking water should therefore have a definite positive impact on the compliance of this water and on the protection of public health.
The invention of new materials and the definition of new processes for the manufacture of a new range of pipes to prevent the formation of biofilms: public health problem. Prevention against the formation of biofilms will limit curative practices such as the expensive renovation of drinking water distribution networks
The presence of biofilms in drinking water must be eliminated according to a rather "preventive" strategy, curative strategies such as the rehabilitation of networks seems to be very expensive, The design of a non-stick material whose cost must be reasonable for manufacturing pipeline, the oil is available in the market, and will enjoy a new valuation. The proposed solutions can be generalized and applied in workshops, equipment materials and agri-food packaging.
