Description

Indoor unit of air conditioner
The present invention relates to a mounting structure of an indoor unit of an air conditioner installed in a ceiling of a space to be air-conditioned or suspended from the ceiling of the space to be air-conditioned.
Among the indoor units of the conventional air conditioner, there are units that are embedded in the ceiling of the air conditioning target space or suspended and installed on the ceiling of the air conditioning target space. As a conventional indoor unit installed in this way, for example, a suction port opened at a substantially central portion of the lower surface of the housing, and four blowout ports opened so as to surround four sides of the suction port at the lower surface. There is known an indoor unit capable of blowing out air after heat exchange with a heat exchanger in all directions. Furthermore, as a conventional indoor unit installed in this way, one having a casing composed of an indoor unit main body, a casement, and a decorative panel is also proposed (see, for example, Patent Document 1). The casement is attached to the lower part of the indoor unit body by the mounting mechanism. The decorative panel is attached to the lower part of the casement by the mounting mechanism. For example, in the indoor unit described in Patent Document 1, the casement is provided with a left and right air direction adjusting unit that adjusts the angle of the air blown out from the air outlet in the lateral direction.
Unexamined-Japanese-Patent No. 2010-210132
In a conventional air conditioner indoor unit having a casing made up of an indoor unit body, casement, and a decorative panel, when installing the indoor unit, the configuration of the left and right wind direction adjustment unit etc. provided in the casement is not used. In some cases, casements may not be provided. That is, when providing a casement, a casement is attached to the lower part of the indoor unit main body, and a decorative panel is attached to the lower part of the casement. Moreover, when a casement is not provided, a decorative panel is attached to the lower part of the indoor unit main body.
Generally, the indoor unit body and the casement are fixed by an installation mechanism disposed at the corner of the indoor unit body and the casement in plan view. At this time, the casement is fixed to the indoor unit main body attached to the ceiling of the air conditioning target space. For this reason, the installation worker connects the tool to the male screw of the installation mechanism from below the indoor unit body and the casement, and tightens the male screw to fix the indoor unit body and the casement. Similarly, the casement and the decorative panel are also fixed by the installation mechanism disposed at the corner of the casement and the decorative panel in plan view. In this case, as in the case of fixing the indoor unit main body and the casement, the installation worker connects the tool from the lower side of the casement and the decorative panel to the male screw of the installation mechanism and tightens the male screw to carry out the casement. And it will fix the cosmetic panel.
That is, in the conventional indoor unit of the air conditioner, when the casement is provided, the installation mechanism for fixing the casement and the decorative panel is disposed below the installation mechanism for fixing the indoor unit main body and the casement. And in the indoor unit of the conventional air conditioner, when fixing an indoor unit main body and a casement, an installation mechanism which fixes a casement and a decorative panel becomes an obstacle, and an installation mechanism which fixes an indoor unit main body and a casement. The tool can not be connected to the male screw of. Therefore, in the conventional air conditioner indoor unit, at the time of fixing the indoor unit main body and the casement, at least a part of the mounting mechanism for fixing the casement and the decorative panel is once removed, and the removed parts are temporarily It was necessary to place it temporarily. Therefore, there has been a problem that the indoor unit of the conventional air conditioner in which the casement and the decorative panel constitute a casing has poor installation workability.
The present invention has been made to solve the above-described problems, and an object of the present invention is to obtain an indoor unit of an air conditioner in which the installation workability is improved as compared with the prior art.

And a second connection member attached to the casement at a position below the first connection member, and having a first through hole through which a first male screw screwed into the first female screw is formed; A third connecting member attached to the casement at a position below the second connecting member and provided with a second female screw, and slidably provided on the third connecting member, the second female screw A third external thread is provided on the decorative panel, the second through hole through which a second external thread to be screwed passes, and a fourth connecting member in which a third internal thread is formed. Forming a third through hole through which the second connection member is sandwiched between the head of the first male screw screwed into the first female screw and the lower surface of the first connection member Thus, the casement is fixed to the indoor unit main body, and the fourth connection member is sandwiched between the head of the second male screw screwed into the second female screw and the lower surface of the third connection member. Thus, in a state in which the fourth connection member is fixed to the third connection member and the fourth connection member is fixed to the third connection member, the third male screw screwed into the third female screw Between the head portion of the second connection member and the lower surface of the fourth connection member The decorative panel is fixed to the casement by sandwiching the ring, and by moving the fourth connecting member, a tool for screwing the first male screw below the first male screw is An insertable space is formed.
In the indoor unit of the air conditioner according to the present invention, when fixing the casement to the indoor unit main body, it is not necessary to remove the components of the installation mechanism. For this reason, in the indoor unit of the air conditioner according to the present invention, when fixing the casement to the indoor unit main body, it is not necessary to temporarily place the components of the installation mechanism. Therefore, the indoor unit of the air conditioner according to the present invention can improve the installation workability more than ever.

Hereinafter, an example of an embodiment of an indoor unit of an air conditioner concerning the present invention is explained concretely.
Embodiment.
FIG. 1 is a perspective view of the entire indoor unit of the air conditioner according to the embodiment of the present invention as viewed obliquely from below. Moreover, FIG. 2 is a longitudinal cross-sectional view of the whole indoor unit of the air conditioner concerning embodiment of this invention.
The indoor unit 100 of the air conditioner according to the present embodiment is embedded in the ceiling of a space to be air-conditioned such as a room or suspended on the ceiling of the space to be air-conditioned. This indoor unit 100 is provided with the housing | casing 1 which the suction inlet 2 and the blower outlet 3 opened in the lower surface part. In the present embodiment, an example in which four air outlets 3 are formed is shown. The housing 1 is, for example, a substantially rectangular parallelepiped box whose inside is hollow. The suction port 2 is opened at, for example, a substantially central portion of the lower surface portion of the housing 1. The four outlets 3 are open so as to surround four sides of the inlet 2. The outlets 3 have, for example, a rectangular shape, and the long sides are arranged along the respective sides of the lower surface portion of the housing 1. In addition, a suction grill 2 a and a filter 9 are provided in the suction port 2.
Further, inside the housing 1, a blower 6 which is a centrifugal fan such as a turbo fan is provided at a position facing the suction port 2. For example, the central axis of the blower 6 is disposed at substantially the same position as the center of the suction port 2 in plan view. The blower 6 sucks the air in the space to be air-conditioned from the suction port 2 into the housing 1 and blows it out from the blow-out port 3. Further, a fin and tube type heat exchanger 7 is provided inside the housing 1 so as to surround the blower 6, for example. The heat exchanger 7 exchanges heat between the refrigerant flowing inside the heat exchanger 7 and the air in the air-conditioned space sucked into the housing 1 by the blower 6.
The heat exchanger 7 is disposed on the outer peripheral side of the suction port 2 and on the inner peripheral side of the blowout port 3 in plan view. That is, in the housing 1, a suction flow passage 4 communicating the suction port 2 and the heat exchanger 7 and a blowout flow passage 5 communicating the heat exchanger 7 and the blowout port 3 are formed. Therefore, as shown by the arrows in FIG. 2 as the suction air 101 and the blowout air 102, the air in the space to be air-conditioned is sucked into the housing 1 from the suction port 2 by the rotation of the blower 6. It is configured to flow into the heat exchanger 7 through 4. In addition, the air in the air-conditioned space that has flowed into the heat exchanger 7 exchanges heat with the refrigerant flowing in the refrigerant flow path of the heat exchanger 7 when passing through the heat exchanger 7 and becomes air conditioned air. It blows out from the blower outlet 3 to the air-conditioning object space through the.
In addition, in this Embodiment, since the four blower outlets 3 are formed, the four blowing flow paths 5 will also be formed. Further, the cross-sectional shape of the blowout flow passage 5 is, for example, rectangular as in the case of the blowout port 3, and the long side is shaped along each side of the lower surface portion of the housing 1. Further, the indoor unit 100 according to the present embodiment has the bell mouth 8 for guiding the air in the air conditioning target space sucked from the suction port 2 into the suction flow path 4 between the suction port 2 and the fan 6 to the fan 6. Also has.
Further, in the indoor unit 100 according to the present embodiment, the up and down wind direction adjusting plates 51 and the plurality of left and right air direction adjusting plates 41 for adjusting the angle of the conditioned air blown out from the blowout port 3 in the blowout passage 5 are swingable. Provided in
The up and down wind direction adjusting plate 51 is used to adjust the angle in the up and down direction of the conditioned air blown out from the air outlet 3. The up and down wind direction adjusting plate 51 is a plate-like member extending in the longitudinal direction of the blowout passage 5. Further, the up and down wind direction adjusting plate 51 is configured to swing up and down around a rotation axis extending in the longitudinal direction of the outlet flow passage 5. The swinging of the vertical wind direction adjusting plate 51 in the vertical direction is performed by a drive device 52 which is a drive motor or the like. For this reason, the conditioned air blown out from the outlet 3 is blown out at an angle close to the horizontal direction as the position of the outer peripheral end of the up and down wind direction adjusting plate 51 goes upward. Further, as the position of the outer peripheral side end of the vertical air flow direction adjustment plate 51 goes downward, the conditioned air blown out from the blowout port 3 is blown out downward.
The plurality of left and right wind direction adjusting plates 41 are components of the left and right wind direction adjusting unit 40. The left and right wind direction adjusting unit 40 adjusts the lateral angle of the conditioned air blown out from the outlet 3. The left and right wind direction adjusting unit 40 is provided for each of the outlets 3. The plurality of left and right wind direction adjusting plates 41 are disposed at predetermined intervals in the longitudinal direction (lateral direction) of the blowout passage 5 in the blowout passage 5. Each of the left and right wind direction adjusting plates 41 is swingably disposed in the blowout flow path 5. For example, the lower end portion of each of the left and right wind direction adjusting plates 41 swings in the left and right direction. Then, the conditioned air blown out from the outlet 3 is bent and blown out in the direction in which the lower end portion of the left and right wind direction adjusting plate 41 has moved. The swinging of the left and right wind direction adjusting plate 41 is performed by the power of a driving motor (not shown) of the left and right wind direction adjusting unit 40.
Here, in the present embodiment, the housing 1 is configured by the indoor unit main body 10, the casement 20, and the decorative panel 30.
The indoor unit main body 10 is, for example, a substantially rectangular parallelepiped box body having a chamfered shape at a corner in a plan view. In the indoor unit body 10, a blower 6, a heat exchanger 7 and a bell mouth 8 are housed. Further, in the indoor unit main body 10, a first suction flow passage 14 constituting a part of the suction flow passage 4 and a first blowout flow passage 15 constituting a part of the blowout flow passage 5 are formed. The end of the first suction passage 14 opposite to the heat exchanger 7 is, for example, open at a substantially central portion of the lower surface of the indoor unit main body 10. The end of the first blowoff passage 15 opposite to the heat exchanger 7 is open on the lower surface of the indoor unit main body 10 so as to surround four sides of the opening of the first suction passage 14. In the indoor unit main body 10, a temporary hook 12 used when temporarily fixing the casement 20 is provided on an inner circumferential wall that divides the first suction flow path 14. Further, at the outer peripheral portion of the indoor unit main body 10, a mounting bracket 11 used to suspend the indoor unit main body 10 to the ceiling of the air conditioning target space is provided.
The casement 20 is attached to the lower part of the indoor unit body 10. The casement 20 has substantially the same shape as the indoor unit body 10 in plan view. That is, the casement 20 has a substantially rectangular parallelepiped shape having a chamfered shape at the corner in a plan view. In the casement 20, a second suction flow passage 24 and a second blowout flow passage 25 are formed. The second suction passage 24 constitutes a part of the suction passage 4 and is in communication with the first suction passage 14. The second suction flow passage 24 is a through hole formed in a substantially central portion of the casement 20 in a plan view. The second blowoff passage 25 constitutes a part of the blowout passage 5 and is in communication with the first blowout passage 15. The second blow-out flow path 25 is a through hole formed so as to surround four sides of the second suction flow path 24 in a plan view.
Further, in the casement 20, a temporary hook 23 used when temporarily fixing the decorative panel 30 is provided on the inner peripheral wall 26 that partitions the second suction flow path 24. A temporary hooking wire 29 hooked to the temporary hook 12 is also provided on the inner circumferential wall 26 when the casement 20 is temporarily fixed to the indoor unit main body 10. In addition, a sealing material 91 is provided on the upper surface portion of the casement 20. The seal member 91 fixes the casement 20 to the indoor unit main body 10, and the suction passage 4 (the first suction passage 14 and the second suction passage 24) and the blowout passage 5 (the first blowout passage 15) It divides with the 2nd blowing flow path 25). The indoor unit body 10 and the casement 20 are connected and fixed by the installation mechanism 70. Details of the installation mechanism 70 will be described later.
Here, in the present embodiment, the left and right wind direction adjusting unit 40 described later is provided in the casement 20. That is, the above-mentioned right and left wind direction adjusting plate 41 is arranged swingably in the second blowoff flow path 25.
The decorative panel 30 is attached to the lower part of the casement 20, and is, for example, a substantially rectangular plate-like body. That is, the decorative panel 30 constitutes the lower surface portion of the housing 1. A suction port 2, a third suction flow path 34, a third blowout flow path 35, and a blowout port 3 are formed in the decorative panel 30. The third suction passage 34 constitutes a part of the suction passage 4 and is in communication with the second suction passage 24 and the suction port 2. The third suction passage 34 is a through hole formed in a substantially central portion of the decorative panel 30 in a plan view. The third blowoff passage 35 constitutes a part of the blowout passage 5 and is in communication with the second blowout passage 25 and the blowout port 3. The third blowoff passage 35 is a through hole formed so as to surround four sides of the third suction passage 34 in a plan view.
In addition, a temporary hooking wire 32 is provided on the inner peripheral wall that divides the third suction passage 34 in the decorative panel 30. The temporary hooking wire 32 hooks on the temporary hook 23 when temporarily fixing the decorative panel 30 to the casement 20. In addition, a sealing material 92 is provided on the upper surface portion of the decorative panel 30. When the sealing material 92 fixes the decorative panel 30 to the casement 20, the suction flow path 4 (the second suction flow path 24 and the third suction flow path 34) and the blowout flow path 5 (the second blowout flow path 25 and the third) 3 and the blowoff channel 35). The casement 20 and the decorative panel 30 are connected and fixed by the installation mechanism 70.
Here, in the present embodiment, the above-mentioned up and down wind direction adjusting plate 51 is arranged swingably in the third blowoff channel 35. Further, a drive device 52 for swinging the up and down wind direction adjusting plate 51 is provided on the decorative panel 30.
From the viewpoint of cost reduction, etc., the indoor unit of the air conditioner installed in the ceiling of the space to be air conditioned or suspended from the ceiling of the space to be air conditioned is not provided with the left and right wind direction adjustment unit 40 May be required. In such a case, in the indoor unit provided with the left and right wind direction adjusting unit, the left and right wind direction adjusting unit is removed from the indoor unit. Thereby, the housing can be used regardless of the necessity of the left and right wind direction adjusting unit. Therefore, also in the indoor unit 100 according to the present embodiment, the left and right wind direction adjusting unit 40 is removed from the indoor unit 100 when the left and right air direction adjusting unit 40 is unnecessary.
Here, when the indoor unit body 10 and the casement 20 are integrally formed, that is, when the lower portion of the indoor unit body 10 is extended and the extended portion is the casement 20, the left and right wind direction adjusting unit 40 , It will be provided in the indoor unit body 10. In such a case, when the left and right wind direction adjusting unit 40 is removed from the indoor unit 100, a space in which the left and right wind direction adjusting unit 40 is installed exists in the indoor unit main body 10. Therefore, when the left and right wind direction adjusting unit 40 is unnecessary, the indoor unit main body 10 integrally formed with the casement 20 becomes larger than necessary. That is, when the indoor unit main body 10 and the casement 20 are integrally formed, when the left and right air direction adjusting unit 40 is unnecessary, the indoor unit 100 becomes larger than necessary.
However, in the indoor unit 100 according to the present embodiment, as described above, the indoor unit main body 10 and the casement 20 are separately configured, and the left and right wind direction adjusting unit 40 is provided in the casement 20. Therefore, in the indoor unit 100 according to the present embodiment, the casement 20 may be removed and the decorative panel 30 may be attached to the lower portion of the indoor unit main body 10 when the left / right air direction adjusting unit 40 is unnecessary. Thereby, when the left and right wind direction adjusting unit 40 is unnecessary, it is possible to prevent the indoor unit 100 from being larger than necessary.
Subsequently, details of the installation mechanism 70 will be described.

As shown in FIG.
The details of the installation mechanism 70 will be described below with reference to FIGS. 3 to 8 and FIGS. 1 and 2 described above.
As described above, the installation mechanism 70 connects and fixes the indoor unit main body 10 and the casement 20, and connects and fixes the casement 20 and the decorative panel 30. The installation mechanism 70 is, for example, provided at each corner of the indoor unit body 10 and the casement 20, as shown in FIG.
The installation mechanism 70 includes a first connection member 71, a second connection member 72, a third connection member 73, and a fourth connection member 74. The first connection member 71 of the installation mechanism 70 according to the present embodiment is integrally formed with the installation fitting 11 used when the indoor unit body 10 is suspended on the ceiling of the air conditioning target space. The mounting bracket 11 integrally formed with the first connection member 71 is attached to the indoor unit main body 10. The mounting bracket 11 has a notch 11 a into which the suspension bolt 86 is inserted. The indoor unit body 10 is suspended on the ceiling of the space to be air-conditioned by inserting the suspension bolt 86 into the notch 11a and sandwiching the mounting bracket 11 with a pair of nuts attached to the suspension bolt 86.
The first connection member 71 is attached to the indoor unit body 10. In the first connection member 71, a female screw 71a which is a first female screw is formed. The female screw 71a is a female screw into which a male screw 81, which is a first male screw, is screwed. The second connection member 72 is attached to the casement 20 at a position below the first connection member 71. The second connection member 72 is formed with a through hole 72 a which is a first through hole. The through hole 72 a is a through hole through which the male screw 81 passes. Here, in the present embodiment, the male screw 81 is held by a flexible male screw holding member 72b. The male screw holding member 72 b is attached to the second connection member 72. The male screw holding member 72 b may be attached to a component other than the second connection member 72 as long as the male screw holding member 72 b is attached to the casement 20.
The third connection member 73 is attached to the casement 20 at a position below the second connection member 72. The third connection member 73 is formed with a female screw 73 a which is a second female screw. The female screw 73a is a female screw into which a male screw 82, which is a second male screw, is screwed. In the present embodiment, the female screw 73a is formed in a convex portion 73d described later.
The fourth connection member 74 is provided slidably on the third connection member 73. Specifically, the fourth connection member 74 includes a vertically arranged portion 74 f extending in the vertical direction and a laterally arranged portion 74 g extending in the lateral direction. That is, the fourth connection member 74 is formed in an L-shaped cross section by the vertically arranged portion 74 f and the horizontally arranged portion 74 g. In the fourth connection member 74, a cross hole 74a is formed. The cross hole 74a is formed by a through hole 74b which is a second through hole and a through hole 74c which is a fourth through hole. The through hole 74c is a through hole extending in the lateral direction, and is formed in the vertically arranged portion 74f. The through hole 74b is a through hole extending so as to intersect the through hole 74c, and is formed so as to extend from the laterally arranged portion 74g to the vertically arranged portion 74f. On the other hand, the third connection member 73 is provided with a convex portion 73 d which protrudes from the casement 20 toward the outer peripheral side. That is, the third connection member 73 includes the convex portion 73 d that protrudes in the lateral direction. The convex portion 73 d is slidably inserted in the through hole 74 c of the fourth connection member 74. Thus, the fourth connection member 74 can slide relative to the third connection member 73. Then, by moving the fourth connection member 74 closer to the casement 20, the fourth connection member 74 becomes the connection position of the decorative panel 30 shown in FIGS. 5 and 7. Further, by moving the fourth connection member 74 away from the casement 20, the fourth connection member 74 becomes the retracted position shown in FIG.
In the connection position of the decorative panel 30, the fourth connection member 74 is fixed to the third connection member 73 as follows. First, the fourth connection member 74 is disposed at the connection position of the decorative panel 30. Then, the male screw 82 is penetrated through the portion of the through hole 74b formed in the transversely arranged portion 74g, and the male screw 82 is screwed into the female screw 73a from below. As a result, the fourth connection member 74 is sandwiched between the head of the male screw 82 and the lower surface of the third connection member 73, and the fourth connection member 74 is fixed to the third connection member 73. On the other hand, when moving the fourth connection member 74 to the retreat position, the male screw 82 is loosened. Thus, the fourth connection member 74 can slide relative to the third connection member 73, and can move to the retracted position. At this time, the portion of the male screw 82 that protrudes above the female screw 73a passes through the portion of the through hole 74b formed in the vertically arranged portion 74f. For this reason, when the fourth connection member 74 moves between the connection position of the decorative panel 30 and the withdrawal position, interference between the fourth connection member 74 and the male screw 82 can be prevented.
Here, in the state where the fourth connection member 74 is disposed at the connection position of the decorative panel 30, the vertical direction arrangement portion 74f of the third connection member 73 is disposed between the male screw 82 and the casement 20. Ru. That is, in the state in which the decorative panel 30 is fixed to the casement 20, the vertically arranged portion 74 f of the third connection member 73 is arranged between the male screw 82 and the casement 20. Then, in the present embodiment, in a state where the male screw 82 is screwed into the female screw 73a by a predetermined length or more, the upper end 74d of the through hole 74b is at a lower position than the tip 82a of the male screw 82. By making the height relationship between the upper end 74 d of the through hole 74 b and the tip 82 a of the male screw 82 in this way, the male screw 82 fixing the fourth connection member 74 due to insufficient tightening of the male screw 82 and vibration. Even when loosening occurs, the male screw 82 is caught on the vertically arranged portion 74f. Therefore, even when the male screw 82 is loosened, the fourth connection member 74 can be prevented from being detached from the third connection member 73.
Further, the installation mechanism 70 according to the present embodiment is provided with a stopper 73 b for preventing the convex portion 73 d of the third connection member 73 from coming out of the through hole 74 c of the fourth connection member 74. In the present embodiment, the tip end of the convex portion 73d is bent to form the stopper 73b. By providing the stopper 73b, when the fourth connection member 74 is moved away from the casement 20, the vertically arranged portion 74f of the fourth connection member 74 contacts the stopper 73b, and the fourth connection member 74 is 3 It is possible to prevent the connection member 73 from coming off. The stopper 73 b may be a separate component from the third connection member 73.
Further, the convex portion 73d of the third connection member 73 according to the present embodiment has a notch portion 73c at a position facing the through hole 74c when the fourth connection member 74 moves to the withdrawal position. . In other words, as shown in FIG. 6, when the fourth connection member 74 moves to the retracted position, a space 75 in which the tool 85 into which the male screw 83 is screwed can be inserted below the male screw 83. The convex portion 73 d of the third connection member 73 has a notch 73 c at a position facing the through hole 74 c in a state where the fourth connection member 74 is moved to the position where the space 75 is formed. For this reason, the fourth connection member 74 is fixed to the third connection member 73 by engaging the peripheral edge of the through hole 74c with the notch 73c. When the convex portion 73 d of the third connection member 73 does not have the notch portion 73 c, the fourth connection member 74 is not fixed to the third connection member 73 and hangs on the convex portion 73 d of the third connection member 73. It will be In this state, the fourth connection member 74 is inclined by gravity so that the laterally arranged portion 74g rotates downward about the through hole 74c. For this reason, when the convex part 73d of the 3rd connection member 73 does not have the notch part 73c, the space 75 may become small. On the other hand, when the convex portion 73 d of the third connection member 73 has the notch 73 c, the fourth connection member 74 can be fixed at the retreat position. Therefore, the inclination of the fourth connection member 74 as described above can be suppressed, and the reduction of the space 75 can be suppressed.
Further, the fourth connection member 74 is formed with a female screw 74e which is a third female screw. The female screw 74e is a female screw into which a male screw 83, which is a third male screw, is screwed. In addition, as shown in FIG.1 and FIG.7, the through-hole 30a which is a 3rd through-hole is formed in the corner part 31 at the decorative panel 30. As shown in FIG. An external thread 83 penetrating the through hole 30a is screwed into the internal thread 74e.
That is, by screwing the male screw 81 into the female screw 71a from below, the second connection member 72 is sandwiched between the head of the male screw 81 and the lower surface of the first connection member 71. Thereby, the casement 20 is fixed to the indoor unit main body 10. Further, in a state where the fourth connection member 74 is fixed to the third connection member 73 at the connection position of the decorative panel 30 shown in FIGS. 5 and 7, the male screw 83 is screwed into the female screw 74e from below. The decorative panel 30 is sandwiched between the head of the male screw 83 and the lower surface of the fourth connection member 74. Thereby, the decorative panel 30 is fixed to the casement 20. In addition, the decorative panel 30 which concerns on this Embodiment is provided with the corner panel 30b which covers the through-hole 30a from the downward direction. By covering the through hole 30a with the corner panel 30b after fixing the decorative panel 30 to the casement 20, that is, after installing the indoor unit 100, the designability of the indoor unit 100 can be improved.
Here, in the installation mechanism 70 according to the present embodiment, the female screw 74e of the fourth connection member 74 disposed at the position of the female screw 71a of the first connection member 71 and the connection position of the decorative panel 30 in plan view. And are in the same position. That is, in plan view, the position where the casement 20 is fixed to the indoor unit body 10 and the position where the decorative panel 30 is fixed to the casement 20 are the same. With such a configuration, when attaching the decorative panel 30 to the lower part of the indoor unit main body 10 when the left and right wind direction adjusting unit 40 is unnecessary, the male screw 83 is screwed into the female screw 71a of the first connection member 71. The cosmetic panel 30 can be fixed to the indoor unit body 10. That is, in the case where the casement 20 is provided in the indoor unit 100 and in the case where the casement 20 is not provided in the indoor unit 100, the configuration for connecting the components of the housing 1 can be made common.
On the other hand, when the position of the female screw 71a of the first connection member 71 and the female screw 74e of the fourth connection member 74 arranged at the connection position of the decorative panel 30 are in the same position in plan view, the following An issue arises. The indoor unit 100 according to the present embodiment is embedded in the ceiling of a space to be air conditioned such as a room or suspended and installed on the ceiling of the space to be air conditioned. In such an indoor unit 100, the installation worker performs installation work from the lower side of the indoor unit 100. That is, when fixing the casement 20 to the indoor unit main body 10, it is necessary to connect a tool 85 such as a driver from below to the external thread 81 screwed into the internal thread 71a and turn the external thread 81. At this time, since the fourth connection member 74 covers the lower side of the male screw 81, it becomes difficult to connect the tool 85 to the male screw 81.
However, in the installation mechanism 70 according to the present embodiment, the fourth connection member 74 is provided slidably on the third connection member 73. Therefore, as shown in FIG. 6, by moving the fourth connection member 74 to the retracted position, a space 75 in which the tool 85 can be inserted is formed below the male screw 81. Therefore, in the installation mechanism 70 according to the present embodiment, a tool 85 such as a driver can be connected to the male screw 81 from below and the male screw 81 can be turned.
Subsequently, the installation operation of the indoor unit 100 according to the present embodiment will be described.
When installing the indoor unit 100, first, using the mounting bracket 11, the indoor unit main body 10 provided with the blower 6 and the heat exchanger 7 etc. is attached to the suspension bolt 86 provided on the ceiling of the air conditioning target space. Then, the casement 20 is attached to the lower part of the indoor unit main body 10. Specifically, first, as shown in FIG. 2, the temporary hooking wire 29 of the casement 20 is hooked on the temporary hook 12 of the indoor unit main body 10, and the casement 20 is temporarily fixed to the indoor unit main body 10. Then, as shown in FIG. 6, by screwing the male screw 81 into the female screw 71a from below, the casement 20 is provided between the head of the male screw 81 and the lower surface of the first connection member 71. The second connection member 72 is sandwiched. Thereby, the casement 20 is fixed to the indoor unit main body 10.
When the fourth connection member 74 is in the connection position of the decorative panel 30 shown in FIG. 5 when the male screw 81 is screwed into the female screw 71a, the tool 85 can not be connected to the male screw 81. Therefore, before screwing the male screw 81 into the female screw 71a, the male screw 82 is loosened to move the fourth connection member 74 to the retracted position shown in FIG. Specifically, as shown by the tip-filling arrow in FIG. 6, the fourth connection member 74 is moved away from the casement 20, and thereafter, the fourth connection member 74 is slid in the formation direction of the notch 73c. Let Thus, the peripheral edge of the through hole 74c is engaged with the notch 73c, and the fourth connection member 74 is fixed to the third connection member 73.
Here, in the installation mechanism 70 according to the present embodiment, as described above, the male screw 81 is held by the flexible male screw holding member 72b. When the male screw 81 is not held by the male screw holding member 72b, the male screw 81 is attached to the tip of the tool 85. In this state, the tool 85 and the male screw 81 are passed through the space 75, and the male screw 81 is made to the female screw 71a. It will screw in. In such an operation, the male screw 81 may be dropped before the male screw 81 is screwed into the female screw 71a. However, when the male screw 81 is held by the male screw holding member 72b, the male screw 81 does not fall in the operation of screwing the male screw 81 into the female screw 71a. Therefore, by holding the male screw 81 on the male screw holding member 72b, the installation workability can be improved. In addition, since the male screw 81 does not fall, the safety during the installation operation can be improved. Since the male screw holding member 72b has flexibility, it can be deformed when the male screw 81 is screwed into the female screw 71a. Therefore, even when the male screw 81 is held by the male screw holding member 72b, the male screw 81 does not have difficulty in being screwed into the female screw 71a.
After the casement 20 is attached to the lower part of the indoor unit body 10, the decorative panel 30 is attached to the lower part of the casement 20. Specifically, as shown in FIG. 7, first, the fourth connection member 74 is moved to the connection position of the decorative panel 30. Then, by screwing the male screw 82 into the female screw 73 a from below, the fourth connection member 74 is sandwiched between the head of the male screw 82 and the lower surface of the third connection member 73. Thus, the fourth connection member 74 is fixed to the third connection member 73.
After fixing the fourth connection member 74 at the connection position of the decorative panel 30, as shown in FIG. 2, the temporary wire 32 of the decorative panel 30 is hooked on the temporary hook 23 of the casement 20, Temporarily fix 30. Then, as shown in FIGS. 1 and 7, by screwing the male screw 83 into the female screw 74 e from below, the decorative panel 30 is formed between the head of the male screw 83 and the lower surface of the fourth connection member 74. Is caught. Thereby, the decorative panel 30 is fixed to the casement 20. As described above, the decorative panel 30 according to the present embodiment includes the corner panel 30b that covers the through hole 30a from below. For this reason, as shown in FIG. 8, after fixing the decorative panel 30 to the casement 20, the through hole 30a is covered with the corner panel 30b.
Thus, in the indoor unit 100 according to the present embodiment, when attaching the decorative panel 30 to the lower part of the casement 20, it is necessary to remove the fourth connection member 74 and temporarily place the removed fourth connection member 74. Absent. Further, in the indoor unit 100 according to the present embodiment, there is no concern that the fourth connection member 74 is dropped to the floor surface. Further, in the indoor unit 100 according to the present embodiment, when attaching the decorative panel 30 to the lower part of the casement 20, the worker can perform the attaching operation with both hands. Therefore, the indoor unit 100 according to the present embodiment can improve the installation workability of the indoor unit 100.
