本发明涉及家电技术领域,特别是涉及冰箱。
背景技术
目前,人们日常生活中使用的冰箱上通常设置有制冰装置,制冰装置可以设置在冰箱的冷冻室内,也可以设置在冰箱的门体上。其中,为了节省冷冻室的空间,现有技术中的冰箱通常将制冰装置设置在门体上,制冰装置通常通过风道将冰箱的冷冻室中的冷气引入到制冰装置中进行制冰。
上述冰箱中的制冰装置制冰所用冷量从冷冻蒸发器抽取,而冷冻蒸发器主要冷量供应冷冻室,且从冷冻蒸发器到制冰室的进风风道距离长,冷量途中损失较大,最终达到制冰室的冷量有限,导致制冰量偏小。
发明内容
鉴于上述问题,本发明的一个目的是要提供一种克服上述问题或者至少部分地解决上述问题的冰箱。
本发明一个进一步的目的是提升冰箱的制冰效率。
根据本发明的一个方面,本发明提供了一种冰箱,包括:
箱体,其内限定有前侧敞开的冷藏室,箱体的顶部设置有容置箱,容置箱中形成有制冰供冷室,制冰供冷室中布置有制冰蒸发器和用于吹送制冰蒸发器周围的冷气流的风扇;
冷藏室门体,连接于冷藏室的前侧,以封闭冷藏室,冷藏室门体包括门本体、位于门本体内侧的门胆和位于门本体与门胆之间的发泡层,门胆由其内侧朝向门本体方向凹陷有制冰腔室,制冰腔室中布置有制冰机;
容置箱中还形成有顶部送风室,顶部送风室形成有用于接收风扇吹出的冷气流的顶部进风室和用于将与制冰机换热后的气流导引至制冰蒸发器处的顶部回风室;并且
顶部进风室的底部形成有贯穿箱体顶部的顶部出风口;
所述顶部回风室的底部形成有贯穿箱体顶部的顶部回风口;
门胆的上部与顶部出风口对应的位置形成有与制冰腔室贯通的制冰室 进风口,门胆的上部与顶部回风口对应的位置形成有与制冰腔室贯通的制冰室回风口;
冷藏室门体关闭时,制冰室进风口与顶部出风口连通,制冰室回风口与顶部回风口连通。
可选地,顶部送风室和制冰供冷室沿箱体的厚度方向由前至后依次分布。
可选地,顶部送风室形成有由顶部送风室的前侧向后侧延伸的隔板,以将顶部送风室分隔为顶部进风室和顶部回风室;
顶部进风室和顶部回风室沿箱体的宽度方向依次布置。
可选地,顶部出风口和顶部回风口沿箱体的宽度方向依次布置;

风扇安装架形成有与顶部进风室连通的出风口,以将冷气流引入顶部进风室。
可选地,冰箱还包括:
第一弹性密封圈,设置于顶部出风口的外周或制冰室进风口的外周,以在冷藏室门体关闭时,密封顶部出风口与制冰室进风口的连接处;
第二弹性密封圈,设置于顶部回风口的外周或制冰室回风口的外周,以在冷藏室门体关闭时,密封顶部回风口与制冰室回风口的连接处。
可选地,制冰蒸发器为盘管式蒸发器,制冰蒸发器竖直布置于制冰供冷室中;风扇为轴流风扇。
可选地,冰箱还包括:
压缩机和冷凝器,压缩机、冷凝器及制冰蒸发器通过冷媒管路依次连接,并构成冷媒循环回路;
容置箱中还形成有机械室,机械室中布置有压缩机和冷凝器,机械室与制冰供冷室隔热,并与顶部送风室隔热。
可选地,顶部送风室、制冰供冷室及机械室沿箱体的厚度方向由前至后 依次分布。
本发明的冰箱,通过在箱体的顶部设置一容置箱,容置箱中形成一制冰供冷室和一顶部送风室,充分利用了箱体的顶部空间,不必为布置制冰蒸发器和风道而占用冷藏室的空间,不必改动冷藏室的结构,对冰箱本身的结构影响较小。另外,通过特别地在顶部进风室的底部形成顶部出风口和顶部回风口,在门胆的上部对应的位置形成制冰室进风口和制冰室回风口,避免了在冷藏室门体设置风道的复杂性,大大缩短了制冷量输送的行程,减小了气流阻力和制冷量的损耗,从而极大地提升了送风量和制冰机的制冰量和制冰效率。
进一步地,本发明的冰箱中,容置箱中还形成有机械室,压缩机和冷凝器均布置于机械室中,方便了压缩机、冷凝器和制冰蒸发器之间的冷媒输送管路连接,简化了冷媒输送管路布置和方便了冷媒输送。并且,顶部送风室、制冰供冷室及机械室沿箱体的厚度方向由前至后依次分布,合理分配了顶部送风室、制冰供冷室及机械室的位置,便于顶部送风室和制冰供冷室的隔热设计和机械室的散热设计,同时便于顶部送风室与制冰腔室的气流循环。

具体实施方式
本实施例首先提供了一种冰箱100,图1是根据本发明一个实施例的冰箱100的示意性结构图,图2是根据本发明一个实施例的冰箱100的剖面图。
参见图1、图2,该冰箱100一般性地可包括箱体110,箱体110内限定有至少一个前部敞开的储物间室,储物间室的外周包覆有箱体外壳,外壳与储物间室之间填充有保温材料,例如发泡剂,以避免冷量散失。储物间室通 常为多个,如冷藏室120、冷冻室130、变温室等。具体的储物间室的数量和功能可根据预先的需求进行配置。在一些实施例中,冷藏室120的保藏温度可为2~9℃,或者可为4~7℃;冷冻室130的保藏温度可为-22~-14℃,或者可为-20~16℃。冷冻室130设置于冷藏室120的下方,变温室设置于冷冻室130和冷藏室120之间。冷冻室130内的温度范围一般在-14℃至-22℃。变温室可根据需求进行调整,以储存合适的食物,或者作为保鲜储藏室。
冰箱100可以为直冷式冰箱或者风冷式冰箱,其可以使用压缩式制冷循环作为冷源,制冷系统可为由压缩机140、冷凝器160、节流装置(未显示)和蒸发器(未显示)等构成的制冷循环系统。蒸发器配置成直接或间接地向储物间室内提供冷量。例如,当该冰箱100为家用压缩式直冷冰箱时,蒸发器可设置于冰箱100内胆的后壁面外侧或内侧。当该冰箱100为家用压缩式风冷冰箱时,箱体110内还具有蒸发器室,蒸发器室通过风路系统与储物间室连通,且蒸发器室内设置蒸发器,出口处设置有风机,以向储物间室进行循环制冷。由于制冷系统以及冰箱100的制冷原理是是本领域技术人员习知且易于实现的,为了不掩盖和模糊本申请的发明点,后文对制冷系统本身不做赘述。
上述储物间室可以由门体进行封闭,这些门体用于开闭储物间室。例如可以为冷藏室120、冷冻室130、变温室分别设置冷藏室门体150、冷冻室门体、变温室门体。门体可以包括枢转式以及抽屉式。其中枢转式门体可以通过铰链设置于箱体110前部的一侧,以枢转的方式开启。
如图1所示,冷藏室门体150一般性地包括门本体150a、位于门本体150a内侧的门胆150b和位于门本体150a与门胆150b之间的发泡层。
特别地,门胆150b由其内侧朝向门本体150a方向凹陷有制冰腔室153,制冰腔室153中布置有制冰机101。
本实施例的冰箱100中,位于箱体110上部的为冷藏室120,下部为冷冻室130。冷藏室120的前侧具有两个冷藏室门体150,其中一个冷藏室门体150的门胆150b形成有制冰腔室153。
图3是根据本发明一个实施例的冰箱100的部分结构图。
特别地,如图1至3所示,箱体110的顶部设置有容置箱170,容置箱170中形成有制冰供冷室171和顶部送风室172。制冰供冷室171中布置有制冰蒸发器180和用于吹送制冰蒸发器180周围的冷气流的风扇190。顶部 送风室172形成有用于接收风扇190吹出的冷气流的顶部进风室172a和用于将与制冰机101换热后的气流导引至制冰蒸发器180处的顶部回风室172b。
顶部进风室172a的底部形成有贯穿箱体110顶部的顶部出风口172-1,顶部回风室172b的底部形成有贯穿箱体110顶部的顶部回风口172-2。
门胆150b的上部与顶部出风口172-1对应的位置形成有与制冰腔室153贯通的制冰室进风口150b-1,门胆150b的上部与顶部回风口172-2对应的位置形成有与制冰腔室153贯通的制冰室回风口150b-2。冷藏室门体150关闭时,制冰室进风口150b-1与顶部出风口172-1相接而连通,制冰室回风口150b-2与顶部回风口172-2相接而连通,从而在制冰室进风口150b-1与顶部出风口172-1之间形成进风风道102,在制冰室回风口150b-2与顶部回风口172-2之间形成回风风道。由此简化了风道的布置,避免了在冷藏室门体布置风道的复杂性,大大缩短空气流动的路径长度,减小气流阻力,极大地提升了送风量,且能有效降低冷量损失,提升制冰效率。
冷藏室门体150打开时,压缩机140与制冰蒸发器180之间的冷媒输送管路受控断开,风机190受控停止工作,以停止向顶部进风室172a输送气流,有效降低能耗损失。
顶部出风口172-1的外周或制冰室进风口150b-1的外周设置有第一弹性密封圈150c-1,以在冷藏室门体150关闭时,密封顶部出风口172-1与制冰室进风口150b-1的连接处,避免冷气损失。顶部回风口172-2的外周或制冰室回风口150b-2的外周设置有第二弹性密封圈150c-2,以在冷藏室门体关闭时,密封顶部回风口172-2与制冰室回风口150b-2的连接处,避免冷气损失。
顶部送风室172和制冰供冷室171可沿箱体110的厚度方向由前至后依次分布。顶部进风室172a和顶部回风室172b沿箱体110的宽度方向依次布置。对应地,顶部出风口172-1和顶部回风口172-2沿箱体110的宽度方向依次布置,制冰室进风口150b-1与制冰室回风口150b-2沿门胆150b的宽度方向依次布置。通过将顶部送风室172设置于制冰供冷室171的前侧,使得顶部送风室172靠近冷藏室门体150,方便顶部送风室172与制冰室153中的气流循环,方便了顶部出风口172-1和顶部回风口172-2的位置设计以及制冰室进风口150b-1和制冰室回风口150b-2的位置设计。
顶部送风室172形成有由顶部送风室172的前侧向后侧延伸的隔板172c,以将顶部送风室172分隔为顶部进风室172a和顶部回风室172b。隔板172c中填充有保温材料,以将顶部进风室172a和顶部回风室172b隔热。
顶部进风室172a与制冰供冷室173之间形成一风扇安装架174,风扇190安装于风扇安装架174上,风扇安装架174形成有与顶部进风室172a连通的出风口,以将冷气流引入顶部进风室172a。
顶部回风室172b与制冰供冷室173贯通,如图3所示,顶部回风室172b直接沿箱体110的厚度方向延伸至制冰供冷室171处,以将回风导流至制冰供冷室171处。
本实施方式中,顶部送风室172和外部环境隔热。具体地,容置箱170的侧壁中与顶部送风室172的对应的区域、与制冰供冷室171对应的区域填充有保温材料,例如发泡剂,以将顶部送风室172、制冰供冷室171与外部环境进行热隔离。
本实施例中,通过在箱体110的顶部设置容置箱170,容置箱170中形成制冰供冷室171和顶部送风室172,使得原本被空置的箱体110的顶部被充分利用,避免了因布置制冰蒸发器180和风道而占用冷藏室120的空间,不破坏冷藏室120原有的结构,保持了冷藏室120原有的结构和存储空间。同时,通过独立的制冰蒸发器180为制冰机101提供冷量,提高了制冰机101的制冰效率,并避免了与冷藏室和冷冻室共用蒸发器造成的结霜严重问题,而且制冰供冷室171的供冷时机可独立控制而不受到冷冻室和冷藏室供冷的影响,便于节能降耗。
制冰腔室153朝向冷藏室120的端面布置有保温盖板,避免制冰腔室153的冷气流对冷藏室120温度的影响,保持冷藏室120的温度均匀。
如图3所示,制冰腔室153可位于内胆150b靠近上部的区域,制冰机101可位于制冰腔室153靠近上部的区域,制冰腔室153中位于制冰机101下部的区域形成储冰区,制冰机101中形成的冰块经制冰机101向下翻转下落至储冰区中进行存储。
内胆150b内位于制冰腔室153的下方设置有分配器154,分配器154通过连接管与储冰区连通,储冰区中的冰块通过连接管进入分配器154中,以将制冰机101制出的冰块排出。为方便用户取冰,门本体150a的外侧形成有与分配器154连通的空腔155。空腔155与分配器154连通,用户直接 在空腔155处接收由分配器154分配的下落的冰块。空腔155的前侧可设置一辅助门,以关闭空腔,用户在取用冰块时,打开辅助门取冰,取完冰后将辅助门关闭,以保持空腔155的清洁,同时增加了冰箱100的整体美观性。
本实施例中,制冰蒸发器180可为盘管式蒸发器,制冰蒸发器180竖直布置于制冰供冷室171中。风扇190可为轴流风扇。冷藏室门体150关闭时,制冰室进风口150b-1与顶部出风口172-1相接而连通,制冰室回风口150b-2与顶部回风口172-2相接而连通,制冰蒸发器180中的低温冷媒吸收制冰蒸发器180周围的热量,使得制冰供冷室171中形成冷气流,冷气流经风扇190吹送至顶部进风室172a,并依次经由顶部出风口172-1和制冰室进风口150b-1流动至制冰腔室153中与制冰机101中的水进行换热,换热后的气流再依次经制冰室回风口150b-2和顶部回风口172-2流动至顶部回风室172b中,并经由顶部回风室172b流动至制冰供冷室173中的制冰蒸发器180处,再一次被制冰蒸发器180中的冷媒冷却,形成气流循环路径,以持续向制冰机101供冷。
本实施例中,冰箱100的节流装置可为多个,冰箱100的制冷系统中的压缩机140、冷凝器160、其中一个节流装置与制冰蒸发器180通过冷媒管路依次连接,构成冷媒循环回路。另外,压缩机140、冷凝器160、其他节流装置、与向冰箱储物间室供冷的蒸发器依次连接,构成冰箱本身的制冷循环系统。
特别地,容置箱170中还形成有机械室173,机械室173中可布置有压缩机140、冷凝器160、与制冰蒸发器180连接的节流装置等。由于机械室173和制冰供冷室171均位于容置箱170中,方便了压缩机140、冷凝器160、制冰蒸发器180和节流装置之间的管路连接,简化了管路布置,并方便了冷媒输送。并且节省了箱体110的底部空间,由此可增大储物间室的空间,增加冰箱100的存储量。
机械室173与制冰供冷室171隔热,与顶部送风室172隔热,避免机械室173中压缩机140的散热和冷凝器160的散热对制冰供冷室171和顶部送风室172的影响。具体地,机械室173朝向制冰供冷室171的一面板包括两个板体,两个板体之间填充有保温材料,以在两个板体之间形成发泡层。
容置箱170与机械室173对应的箱壁上应形成有散热区,便于压缩机140和冷凝器160的散热。具体地,容置箱170与机械室173对应的箱壁上形成 有散热孔,以增加压缩机140和冷凝器160的散热。
本实施例中,顶部送风室172、制冰供冷室171和机械室173可沿箱体110的厚度方向由前至后依次分布。由此,合理分配了顶部送风室172、制冰供冷室171及机械室173的位置,便于顶部送风室172和制冰供冷室171的隔热设计和机械室173的散热设计,同时便于顶部送风室172与制冰腔室171的气流循环。
本实施例的描述中,“前”是指冰箱100的厚度方向上靠近冷藏室门体150的方向,“后”是指冰箱100的厚度方向上远离冷藏室门体150的方向。

    箱体,其内限定有前侧敞开的冷藏室,所述箱体的顶部设置有容置箱,所述容置箱中形成有制冰供冷室,所述制冰供冷室中布置有制冰蒸发器和用于吹送所述制冰蒸发器周围的冷气流的风扇;
    冷藏室门体,连接于所述冷藏室的前侧,以封闭所述冷藏室,所述冷藏室门体包括门本体、位于所述门本体内侧的门胆和位于所述门本体与所述门胆之间的发泡层,所述门胆由其内侧朝向所述门本体方向凹陷有制冰腔室,所述制冰腔室中布置有制冰机;
    所述容置箱中还形成有顶部送风室,所述顶部送风室形成有用于接收所述风扇吹出的冷气流的顶部进风室和用于将与所述制冰机换热后的气流导引至所述制冰蒸发器处的顶部回风室;并且
    所述顶部进风室的底部形成有贯穿所述箱体顶部的顶部出风口;
    所述顶部回风室的底部形成有贯穿所述箱体顶部的顶部回风口;
    所述门胆的上部与所述顶部出风口对应的位置形成有与所述制冰腔室贯通的制冰室进风口,所述门胆的上部与所述顶部回风口对应的位置形成有与所述制冰腔室贯通的制冰室回风口;
    所述冷藏室门体关闭时,所述制冰室进风口与所述顶部出风口连通,所述制冰室回风口与所述顶部回风口连通。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的冰箱,其中
    所述顶部送风室和所述制冰供冷室沿所述箱体的厚度方向由前至后依次分布。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述的冰箱,其中
    所述顶部送风室形成有由所述顶部送风室的前侧向后侧延伸的隔板,以将所述顶部送风室分隔为所述顶部进风室和所述顶部回风室;
    所述顶部进风室和所述顶部回风室沿所述箱体的宽度方向依次布置。
  4. 根据权利要求3所述的冰箱,其中
    所述顶部出风口和所述顶部回风口沿所述箱体的宽度方向依次布置;
    所述制冰室进风口与所述制冰室回风口沿所述门胆的宽度方向依次布置。
  5. 根据权利要求3所述的冰箱,其中
    所述隔板内填充有保温材料,以将所述顶部进风室与所述顶部回风室隔热;
    所述容置箱的侧壁与所述顶部送风室对应的区域、与所述制冰供冷室对应的区域中填充有保温材料,以将所述顶部送风室、所述制冰供冷室与外部环境隔热。
  6. 根据权利要求3所述的冰箱,其中
    所述顶部进风室与所述制冰供冷室之间形成一风扇安装架,以用于安装所述风扇;
    所述风扇安装架形成有与所述顶部进风室连通的出风口,以将冷气流引入所述顶部进风室。
  7. 根据权利要求3所述的冰箱,还包括:
    第一弹性密封圈,设置于所述顶部出风口的外周或所述制冰室进风口的外周,以在所述冷藏室门体关闭时,密封所述顶部出风口与所述制冰室进风口的连接处;
    第二弹性密封圈,设置于所述顶部回风口的外周或所述制冰室回风口的外周,以在所述冷藏室门体关闭时,密封所述顶部回风口与所述制冰室回风口的连接处。
  8. 根据权利要求1所述的冰箱,其中
    所述制冰蒸发器为盘管式蒸发器,所述制冰蒸发器竖直布置于所述制冰供冷室中;
    所述风扇为轴流风扇。
  9. 根据权利要求1所述的冰箱,还包括:
    压缩机和冷凝器,所述压缩机、所述冷凝器及所述制冰蒸发器通过冷媒管路依次连接,并构成冷媒循环回路;
    所述容置箱中还形成有机械室,所述机械室中布置有所述压缩机、所述冷凝器,所述机械室与所述制冰供冷室隔热,并与所述顶部送风室隔热。
  10. 根据权利要求9所述的冰箱,其中
    所述顶部送风室、所述制冰供冷室及所述机械室沿所述箱体的厚度方向由前至后依次分布。
