Definitions
- the invention belongs to the technical field of vibration damping and noise reduction of air conditioners, and particularly relates to a design method of an air conditioner chassis for vibration and noise reduction.
- Vibration and noise testing is one of the must-have items for the factory test of air-conditioning products. It is not difficult to meet the performance requirements of air-conditioning products during the R&D test, but how to reduce the vibration and noise of air-conditioning products to improve customer comfort has always been a problem.
- the traditional design method of the air conditioner chassis is usually that the designer regularly arranges a few sheet metal according to experience (the sheet metal designed by the designer is generally horizontal and vertical). Due to the experience-based design, the randomness of this design method is relatively large, and the test results are good or bad.
- the way to reduce vibration and noise is mainly to control the vibration source and reduce the vibration amplitude on the propagation path.
- the vibration of the sheet metal member is mainly reduced by arranging the reinforcing ribs on the sheet metal member. The designer arranges the ribs of the sheet metal piece according to experience, and it is very likely that the area with a large vibration amplitude is staggered, so that vibration and noise cannot be effectively reduced.

- the step of “arranging the reinforcing ribs on the air conditioner chassis according to the installation position and the transmission manner” specifically includes: optimizing the shape of the air conditioner chassis The analysis obtains the shape optimization analysis result; and the reinforcing rib is arranged on the air conditioner chassis based on the topography optimization analysis result.
- the method further includes: performing finite element modal analysis on the air conditioner chassis again to obtain a finite element mode The analysis result is determined; based on the finite element modal analysis result, the area of the air conditioner chassis having a large vibration amplitude is determined; and the rib is arranged in the area where the vibration amplitude is large.
- the method further includes: after the ribs of the air conditioner chassis are all arranged, verifying vibration of the air conditioner chassis; if the inspection result is expected If required, the arrangement of the ribs of the air conditioner chassis is recorded; otherwise, the arrangement of the ribs of the air conditioner chassis is adjusted.
- the step of "checking the vibration condition of the air conditioner chassis” specifically includes: arranging measurement points on the air conditioner chassis; recording the air conditioner chassis a vibration amplitude at the measurement point; determining whether the vibration condition of the air conditioner chassis meets an expected requirement according to the vibration amplitude value.
- the air conditioner chassis is used for an embedded air conditioner.
- the air conditioner chassis is used for a duct air conditioner.
- the vibration source is a fan motor of the air conditioner.
- the invention Compared with the existing designer's experience in arranging the ribs on the air conditioner chassis according to the experience, the invention reasonably arranges the position of the rib according to the installation position and the transmission mode of the vibration source, thereby avoiding the designer to arrange the air conditioner chassis only by experience.
- the vibration-damping and noise-reducing effect caused by the ribs on the upper side is good and bad, thereby effectively reducing the vibration of the air conditioner chassis.

Description

图2A是本发明的一种实施例中布置加强筋之前的空调器底盘结构;
图2B是本发明的一种实施例中布置加强筋之后的空调器底盘结构;
图3A是本发明的另一种实施例中传统加强筋的布置方式;
