洗衣机的交替蓄水系统 发明领域
本发明涉及洗衣机的交替蓄水系统,具体涉及一种利用清洗周期(洗涤/漂洗和脱水)的间隙蓄水,更好的适应民用住宅较低水压,加快洗衣速度,并为偶尔停水提前储备一定水量的蓄水系统。
背景技术
常规的洗衣机清洗周期之间的注水,即洗涤/漂洗和脱水(通常清洗周期包括洗/漂/脱,因为漂/脱之间不用注水,为清晰起见,将漂/脱合并为一个周期,下文同)之间的注水顺序进行,即注水>洗涤>排水>注水>漂洗和脱水>排水>注水>漂洗和脱水>排水>注水>漂洗和脱水。对于全自动洗衣机来说,通常可以满足用户需求。
然而,有时候用户需要快洗,家电厂商也推出了具有“1x分钟快洗功能”的自动洗衣机。但是对于老旧住宅来说,水塔高度有限,水压也有限。尤其在晚间用水高峰,有时候需要半小时才能住满一缸水,真正消耗在清洗周期的时间反而不多。如果能够利用清洗周期同时提前蓄水,无疑将加快洗衣速度。已经有一些着急的用户,自己动手提前蓄水了。但这样也就丧失了自动洗衣机的优点,使用起来极为繁琐。
发明概述
城市供水系统通过水塔、水处理厂或中继泵站的水泵维持水压,因此只要将交替蓄水系统连接至管道供水,即可注满水箱;然而,一旦进入水箱,就需要额外的方法保证水压。因此,蓄水箱的底面要高于洗衣机盛水桶的底面。这个交替蓄水系统,包含了:
·进水管,连接住宅水管和蓄水箱以给水;
·蓄水箱,容量约等于洗衣机的最大水量,可以一次注满洗衣机;
·注水管,连接洗衣机进水管,进水电磁阀、内进水管都需要加粗加强;
·冲水管,连接冲水马桶水箱,不洗衣的时候循环更新蓄水箱里的水;
·排水管,特殊情况用于排水,例如偶尔停水的时候;
·支架,固定蓄水箱于洗衣机上方,同时为开启盖板留出空间;
前述交替蓄水系统,具有以下特征:
·交替蓄水系统和洗衣机安装好之后即开始蓄水,需要洗衣服的时候,第一个清洗周期即洗涤开始前就能快速完成注水;
·完成注水后,开始第一个清洗周期,蓄水箱同时开始蓄水;
·第二个清洗周期即漂洗开始前就能快速完成注水;
·以此类推,每次都利用清洗周期,洗衣机工作的时间蓄水;
·安装好的交替蓄水系统,洗衣机不工作的时候也蓄水,为保证水质,通过冲水管连接冲水马桶水箱,循环更新蓄水箱里的水;

关于蓄水箱的容积,最小要满足洗衣机单次清洗周期的最大用水量。因为水从蓄水箱到洗衣机仍然需要时间,蓄水箱的容积可以略小于最大用水量,可以在蓄水箱放水的时候同时给水到蓄水箱。此外,为了给偶尔停水留出充足水量,也可以应用达到洗衣机全部清洗周期的最大用水量的蓄水箱。此时需考虑增加相应部件强度,例如洗衣机的进水电磁阀和内进水管。

    ·进水管,连接供水管道和所述蓄水箱以给水
    ·注水管,连接所述洗衣机进水管和所述蓄水箱以为所述洗衣机注水
  2. 如权利要求1所述的蓄水箱,其容积约等于所述洗衣机的最大用水量的一倍或多倍。
  3. 如权利要求1所述的蓄水箱,其底面高于所述洗衣机盛水桶的底面。
  4. 如权利要求1所述的交替蓄水系统,其特征在于,所述交替蓄水系统安装好之后即开始蓄水,在所述洗衣机第一个清洗周期即洗涤开始前就能快速完成注水;其后每次蓄水都利用所述洗衣机的清洗周期进行。
  5. 一种洗衣机的交替蓄水系统,包含了:
    ·蓄水箱,可以一次注满所述的洗衣机
    ·进水管,连接供水管道和所述蓄水箱以给水
    ·注水管,连接所述洗衣机进水管和所述蓄水箱以为所述洗衣机注水
    ·支架,固定所述蓄水箱于所述洗衣机上方,为开启所述洗衣机的盖板留出空间

  9. 一种洗衣机的交替蓄水系统,包含了:
