Abstract

A cup or container assembly having a user activated input feature (26,27,28,29). The user activated input feature permits removal of the contents from the container while mitigating against leaks and/or spills. The user activated input feature permits movement of a component with respect to the cup or container (or vice-versa) to assist in tracking consumption data. A cup or container has particulate matter in a gap between an outer wall (18) and an inner wall (16).
