本发明公开了一种基于物联网的物流箱实时监控系统,包括箱体,箱体内壁设有温度传感器、湿度传感器、GPS定位模块、以及报警系统,箱体外侧设有插袋,插袋内设有贴纸,温度传感器、湿度传感器、GPS定位模块与蓝牙模块、无线发射模块、GPRS模块、以及现场信号接收模块连接,蓝牙模块、无线发射模块、GPRS模块与手机终端相连,现场信号接收模块通过CPU模块与PLC相连;箱体内部底部上方设有重量感应模块,重量感应模块与蓝牙模块、无线发射模块、GPRS模块连接;插袋内的贴纸上设有二维码,扫描贴纸的装置与现场信号接收模块相连;报警系统包括喇叭。本发明具有能够实时监测物流箱,能够及时将信息传递给监测系统,避免意外事故的发生,便于定位的优点。
Description
本发明涉及一种基于物联网的物流箱实时监控系统。
物流箱在运输、转运过程中,内部的物体难免会被损坏。如果是液体流出,那将不单单是损坏一个物流箱,可能相邻的物流箱也会受到损坏。那这就需要能够对物流箱内部进行实时监控,将监控到的信息实时传递,这样才能大大增加物流箱的安全性,以及运输过程中的安全性,减少意外事故发生的概率。而一旦监测到异常,在一堆箱子中,还要能够方便找出。
发明内容
发明目的:本发明的目的是为了解决现有技术中的不足,提供一种能够实时监测物流箱内部数据,能够及时将信息传递给监测系统,避免意外事故的发生,便于定位的一种基于物联网的物流箱实时监控系统。
技术方案:本发明一种基于物联网的物流箱实时监控系统,包括箱体,箱体内壁设有多个温度传感器、多个湿度传感器、GPS定位模块,以及报警系统、信息处理模块,温度传感器、湿度传感器、GPS定位模块通过信息处理模块与报警系统相连,箱体外侧设有插袋,插袋内设有贴纸,温度传感器、湿度传感器、GPS定位模块与蓝牙模块、无线发射模块、GPRS模块、以及现场信号接收模块连接,蓝牙模块、无线发射模块、GPRS模块与手机终端相连,现场信号接收模块通过CPU模块与PLC相连。
本发明的进一步改进在于:箱体内部底部上方设有重量感应模块,重量感应模块与蓝牙模块、无线发射模块、GPRS模块连接。
本发明的进一步改进在于:插袋内的贴纸上设有二维码,扫描贴纸的装置与现场信号接收模块相连。
本发明的进一步改进在于:报警系统包括喇叭。
温度传感器、湿度传感器、GPS定位模块、重量感应模块能够及时的感应到箱体内部的状况,通过信息处理模块后,一旦发生异常,报警系统开始报警,同时这些信息也能够通过蓝牙模块、无线发射模块、GPRS模块发送至手机终端,提醒用户。并且同时发送至现场信号接收模块,现场信号接收模块发送指令给PLC,通过PLC控制系统实现对箱体的一系列操作。

如图1-2,一种基于物联网的物流箱实时监控系统,包括箱体1,箱体1内壁设有多个温度传感器2、多个湿度传感器6、GPS定位模块8、以及报警系统12、信息处理模块13,温度传感器2、湿度传感器6、GPS定位模块8通过信息处理模块13与报警系统12相连,箱体1外侧设有插袋3,插袋3内设有贴纸,温度传感器2、湿度传感器6、GPS定位模块8与蓝牙模块4、无线发射模块5、GPRS模块9、以及现场信号接收模块10连接,蓝牙模块4、无线发射模块5、GPRS模块9与手机终端相连,现场信号接收模块10通过CPU模块11与PLC相连。
本发明的进一步改进在于:箱体1内部底部上方设有重量感应模块7,重量感应模块7与蓝牙模块4、无线发射模块5、GPRS模块9连接。
本发明的进一步改进在于:插袋3内的贴纸上设有二维码,扫描贴纸的装置与现场信号接收模块10相连。
本发明的进一步改进在于:报警系统12包括喇叭。
本发明够实时监测物流箱内部数据,能够及时将信息传递给监测系统,避免意外事故的发生,便于定位。

- 一种基于物联网的物流箱实时监控系统,其特征在于:包括箱体(1),所述箱体(1)内壁设有多个温度传感器(2)、多个湿度传感器(6)、GPS定位模块(8),所述温度传感器(2)、湿度传感器(6)、GPS定位模块(8)通过信息处理模块(13)与报警系统(12)相连,所述箱体(1)外侧设有插袋(3),所述插袋(3)内设有贴纸,所述温度传感器(2)、湿度传感器(6)、GPS定位模块(8)与蓝牙模块(4)、无线发射模块(5)、GPRS模块(9)、以及现场信号接收模块(10)连接,所述蓝牙模块(4)、无线发射模块(5)、GPRS模块(9)与手机终端相连,所述现场信号接收模块(10)通过CPU模块(11)与PLC相连。
- 根据权利要求1所述的一种基于物联网的物流箱实时监控系统,其特征在于:所述箱体(1)内部底部上方设有重量感应模块(7),所述重量感应模块(7)与蓝牙模块(4)、无线发射模块(5)、GPRS模块(9)连接。
- 根据权利要求1所述的一种基于物联网的物流箱实时监控系统,其特征在于:所述插袋(3)内的贴纸上设有二维码,扫描贴纸的装置与现场信号接收模块(10)相连。
