外端与外曲柄9相连接的连接杆12,所述连接杆12内端与内旋转盘11相连接;内曲柄10分别与内刷盘4及内旋转盘11转动连接;外曲柄9与外 旋转盘8的连接点非外旋转盘8的中心点,内曲柄10与内旋转盘11的连接点非内旋转盘11的中心点;在外底壳7上至少设有一根位于连接杆12其中一侧方的导向杆13,在内刷盘4内至少设有一个纵向的条状内导向孔401,外刷盘3内至少设有一个纵向的条状外导向孔301,导向杆13内端穿过内导向孔401后与内底壳6相连接,导向杆13外端穿过外导向孔301与外底壳7相连接;所述内刷盘4及外刷盘3可相对导向杆13滑动。所述外曲柄9包括外曲臂901及外曲座902,所述外曲臂一端与外刷盘转动连接,外曲座一端与外旋转盘转动连接,另一端与连接杆相连接,即外曲柄9与外旋转盘8及外刷盘3转动;所述内曲柄10包括内曲臂1011及内曲座1012,所述内曲臂一端与内刷盘4转动连接,内曲座与内旋转盘11转动连接,即内曲柄10分别与内刷盘4及内旋转盘11转动连接;外曲座902与外旋转盘8的连接点非外旋转盘8的中心点,内曲座1012与内旋转盘11的连接点非内旋转盘11的中心点。
为了使内刷盘4及外刷盘3相对导向杆13稳定滑动,本实施例中,设于外底壳7上的导向杆13为两根,导向杆13位于连接杆12的两侧;相应地,设于内刷盘4内的条状内导向孔401为两个,设于外刷盘内的条状外导向孔301为两个。
在外曲座902上还设有连接底座14,便于连接杆12的外端通过连接底座14与外曲柄9相连接。在外刷盘3内设有一个供外曲座902旋转的外旋转孔302,两个条状外导向孔301位于外旋转孔两侧;在内刷盘4内设有一个供内曲座1012旋转的内旋转孔402,两个条状内导向孔401位于内旋转孔两侧。
为了全方位清理牙齿,在连接杆12外壁上设有刷毛5。
所述马达设于手柄内,与马达输出轴相连接的传动轴2位于连接部内,传动轴2的前端与外旋转盘8相连接;因电动牙刷的手柄、连接部及马达均属于现有技术,因此本文未提供图示。
为了安装导向杆13,在外底壳7内还设有两根相互平行的固定条15,分别位于外旋转孔302的两侧,其中一根导向杆13的外端与对应位置的固定条15相连接。
所述外刷盘3由一块外平板303及设于外平板两端的两块外斜板304一体成型而成,所述外斜板与外平板不属于同一平面;所述内刷盘4由一块内平板403及设于内平板两端的两块内斜板404一体成型而成,所述内斜板与内平板不属于同一平面。
因为外刷盘3、内刷盘4采用了上述结构,因此,设于所述内平板403及外平板303上的刷毛5位于同一直线上或者相互平行;设于两块外斜板304上的刷毛5与设于两块内斜板404上的刷毛5所成角度不等于180度。从而便于对牙齿内外壁各处进行无死角清理。
设于手柄内的马达通过传动轴2与外旋转盘8相连接,外旋转盘8嵌设于外底壳7内且可相对外底壳7旋转,外曲柄9的外曲座902与外旋转盘8的连接点非外旋转盘的中心点,内刷盘4内设有供内曲柄的内曲座1012旋转的内旋转孔402,在内旋转孔的两侧各设有一个纵向的条状内导向孔401,外刷盘内设有供外曲柄的外曲座902旋转的外旋转孔302,在外旋转孔的两侧各设有一个纵向的条状外导向孔301,在连接杆12的两侧各设有一根导向杆13,所述导向杆13内端穿过内导向孔401后与内底壳6相连接,内刷盘4可相对内底壳6滑动,外刷盘3可相对外底壳7滑动;因此,启动马达后,带动外旋转盘8转动,外旋转盘8带动外曲柄9转动,进而外曲柄带动 与之连接的连接杆12转动,因外曲柄9的外曲座与外旋转盘8的连接点不是外旋转盘8的中心点,内曲柄的内曲座1012与内旋转盘11的连接点非内旋转盘11的中心点;因此外曲柄9在随着外旋转盘8转动时,外曲柄9与外旋转盘8的连接点在平面内的位置必然不断变化,外曲柄9进而带动连接杆12旋转、内曲柄10随着连接杆12旋转,因此,外曲柄9与外旋转盘8的连接点、内曲柄10与内旋转盘11的连接点在相应平面内的位置沿X向和Y向变化,因为导向杆13对外导向孔301及内导向孔401的约束作用,迫使内刷盘4及外刷盘3只能沿着导向杆13沿Y向移动,即内刷盘4及外刷盘3只能相对牙齿的内壁、外壁做纵向运动,从而设于内、外刷盘上的刷毛5即可对牙齿的内壁、外壁及牙缝等处进行无死角清洗;同现有技术相比,本发明在马达带动下,内、外刷盘上的刷毛5可相对牙齿内外壁、牙缝等处实现全方位清洗,使用方便,清洗效率高。
虽然通过实施例描绘了本发明创造,本领域普通技术人员知道,本发明有许多变形和变化而不脱离本发明的精神,希望所附的权利要求包括这些变形和变化而不脱离本发明的精神。

Claims (10)

  1. 一种可全方位清洁牙齿的电动牙刷,包括手柄,设于手柄前端的连接部,马达,外刷盘,内刷盘,设于内、外刷盘内表面上的刷毛,内底壳;其特征在于,还包括与连接部相连接的外底壳,外刷盘活动设于外底壳内;内刷盘活动设于内底壳内;活动设于外底壳内且与马达相连接的外旋转盘;与外旋转盘及外刷盘转动连接且位于外底壳内的外曲柄,设于内底壳内的内曲柄及内旋转盘;外端与外曲柄相连接的连接杆,所述连接杆内端与内旋转盘相连接;内曲柄分别与内刷盘及内旋转盘转动连接;外曲柄与外旋转盘的连接点非外旋转盘的中心点,内曲柄与内旋转盘的连接点非内旋转盘的中心点;在外底壳上至少设有一根位于连接杆其中一侧方的导向杆,在内刷盘内至少设有一个纵向的条状内导向孔,外刷盘内至少设有一个纵向的条状外导向孔,导向杆内端穿过内导向孔后与内底壳相连接,导向杆外端穿过外导向孔与外底壳相连接;所述内刷盘及外刷盘可相对导向杆滑动。
  2. 如权利要求1所述的一种可全方位清洁牙齿的电动牙刷,其特征在于,所述外曲柄包括外曲臂及外曲座,所述外曲臂一端与外刷盘转动连接,外曲座一端与外旋转盘转动连接,另一端与连接杆相连接;所述内曲柄包括内曲臂及内曲座,所述内曲臂一端与内刷盘转动连接,内曲座与内旋转盘转动连接;外曲座与外旋转盘的连接点非外旋转盘的中心点,内曲座与内旋转盘的连接点非内旋转盘的中心点。
  3. 如权利要求2所述的一种可全方位清洁牙齿的电动牙刷,其特征在于,设于外底壳上的导向杆为两根,导向杆位于连接杆的两侧;设于内刷盘内的条状内导向孔为两个,设于外刷盘内的条状外导向孔为两个。
  4. 如权利要求2所述的一种可全方位清洁牙齿的电动牙刷,其特征在 于,在外曲座上还设有连接底座,连接杆的外端与连接底座相连接。
  5. 如权利要求3所述的一种可全方位清洁牙齿的电动牙刷,其特征在于,在外刷盘内设有一个供外曲座旋转的外旋转孔,两个条状外导向孔位于外旋转孔两侧;在内刷盘内设有一个供内曲座旋转的内旋转孔,两个条状内导向孔位于内旋转孔两侧。
  6. 如权利要求2所述的一种可全方位清洁牙齿的电动牙刷,其特征在于,在连接杆外壁上设有刷毛。
  7. 如权利要求1所述的一种可全方位清洁牙齿的电动牙刷,其特征在于,所述马达设于手柄内,与马达输出轴相连接的传动轴位于连接部内,传动轴的前端与外旋转盘相连接。
  8. 如权利要求5所述的一种可全方位清洁牙齿的电动牙刷,其特征在于,在外底壳内还设有两根相互平行的固定条,分别位于外旋转孔的两侧,其中一根导向杆的外端与对应位置的固定条相连接。
  9. 如权利要求1所述的一种可全方位清洁牙齿的电动牙刷,其特征在于,所述外刷盘由一块外平板及设于外平板两端的两块外斜板一体成型而成,所述外斜板与外平板不属于同一平面;所述内刷盘由一块内平板及设于内平板两端的两块内斜板一体成型而成,所述内斜板与内平板不属于同一平面。
  10. 如权利要求9所述的一种可全方位清洁牙齿的电动牙刷,其特征在于,设于所述内平板及外平板上的刷毛位于同一直线上或者相互平行;设于两块外斜板上的刷毛与设于两块内斜板上的刷毛所成角度不等于180度。
