本实用新型所述下壳体的底部设置一触摸开关、一磁铁、一液体盒、一底壳支架,所述液体盒固定于所述底壳支架,所述底壳支架中装设一导管,所述导管的底部插置于所述液体盒中;所述上壳体包括一卡壳以及卡扣于所述卡壳的一密封底壳,卡壳内装设一电路板,所述电路板上装设一硅胶垫、控制泵、转接件、三相转接器、电池,所述硅胶垫的底部开设一流道、一进气孔、一主通道,所述流道、进气孔和所述主通道连通,主通道向上延伸贯穿所述硅胶垫,所述流道和所述导管的顶部连接,所述进气孔中装设一单向阀,所述转接件中开设一转接通道,所述转接通道的进液口与主通道的出口连接,所述三相转接器具有一第一进液管、第一出液管、第二进液管、第二出液管,所述第一进液管和第一出液管连通,第二进液管和第二出液管连通,所述转接通道的出液口与所述第一进液管的进液口连接,第一出液管的出液口与控制泵的进液口连接,控制泵的出液口与第二进液管的进液口连接,所述卡壳设置有输液管,所述第二出液管的出液口与所述输液管的底部连接,所述卡壳的顶部设置一对接孔,所述上壳体设置有卡孔,所述卡壳通过所述卡孔显露在所述上壳体的顶部;一刷头,用以装设于所述对接孔,刷头包括一牙套底座、一磁铁、一震动马达、一牙套支架、一牙套骨架,所述磁铁装设于牙套底座,所述震动马达位于所述牙套骨架,所述牙套底座将牙套支架固定于所述牙套骨架,所述牙套底座中设置一过液孔,所述过液孔的底部连接所述输液管的顶部,所述过液孔的顶部连接所述牙套骨架的管道。以此实现刷头的自动刷,通过液体盒中、导管、硅胶垫、控制泵、转接件、三相转接器、过液孔、输液管的连接,实现牙膏泡沫状的变化,同时也将泡沫状的牙膏输送到牙套骨架中,在牙套骨架中实现对牙齿的清洁护理,刷牙时可以完全释放双手来进行,无需手动涂抹牙膏液,牙膏液自动打泡、出泡,均匀涂抹牙齿表面,不仅能实现360度全方位刷牙的功能,而且大大节省了洗刷的时间,触摸开关的设计,操作便捷舒适。

本发明的实施方式
下面将结合本实用新型实施例中的附图,对本实用新型实施例中的技术方案进行清楚、完整地描述,显然,所描述的实施例仅仅是本实用新型一部分实施例,而不是全部的实施例。基于本实用新型中的实施例,本领域普通技术人员在没有做出创造性劳动前提下所获得的所有其他实施例,都属于本实用新型保护的范围。
如图1-图9,本实用新型实施例提供一种全自动智能牙刷,其包括,一外壳,外壳包括一上壳体1、一下壳体2,所述上壳体1和所述下壳体2相互扣合,所述下壳体2的底部设置一触摸开关21、一磁铁22、一液体盒23、一底壳支架24,所述液体盒23固定于所述底壳支架24,所述底壳支架24中装设一导管25,所述导管25的底部插置于所述液体盒23中;所述上壳体1包括一卡壳11以及卡扣于所述卡壳11的一密封底壳12,卡壳11内装设一电路板13,所述电路板13上装设一硅胶垫14、控制泵15、转接件16、三相转接器17、电池18,所述硅胶垫14的底部开设一流道141,一进气孔142、一主通道143,所述流道141、进气孔142和所述主通道143连通,所述流道141和所述导管25的顶部连通,所述进气孔142中装设一单向阀144,单向阀144只允许气体从外界往内流,不允许液体向外界流出,所述转接件16中开设一转接通道161,所述转接通道161的进液口与主通道143的出口连接,所述三相转接器17具有一第一进液管171,第一出液管172,第二进液管173,第二出液管174,所述第一进液管171和第一出液管172连通,第二进液管173和第二出液管174连通,所述转接通道161的出液口与所述第一进液管171的进液口连接,第一出液管172的出液口与控制泵15的进液口151连接,控制泵15的出液口152与第二进液管173的进液口连接,所述卡壳11设置有输液管111,所述第二出液管174的出液口与所述输液管111的底部连接,所述第二出液管的出液口处设置一滤网。滤网可以让泡沫更加均匀,过滤掉一些体积大的泡沫,所述卡壳11的顶部设置一对接孔112,所述上壳体1设置有卡孔,所述卡壳11通过所述卡孔显露在所述上壳体1的顶部,具体地,所述对接孔112组装在所述卡孔中,所述对接孔112位于所述上壳体1的顶部。
一刷头3,用以装设于所述对接孔112,刷头3包括一牙套底座31、一磁铁32、一震动马达33、一牙套支架34、一牙套骨架35,所述磁铁32装设于牙套底座31,所述震动马达33位于所述牙套骨架35,所述牙套底座31将牙套支架34固定于所述牙套骨架35,所述牙套底座31中设置一过液孔311,所述过液孔311的底部连接所述输液管111的顶部,所述过液孔311的顶部连接所述牙套骨架35的管道,刷头3使用时,装设于对接孔112中。
全自动智能牙刷还包括一充电座4,充电座4中装设有控制板41、钢片42、四个弹针43、磁铁,四个弹针43连接控制板41,四个弹针43中,位于外侧的两个弹针和位于内侧的两个弹针分别对应连接控制板41的正负电压输出端,所述充电座4的上表面具有一容置部45以及一安装部44,所述弹针显露于安装部44,所述钢片42位于所述容置部45下方。不使用时,刷头3装设于容置部45,本设计中的容置部45有两个,刷头也有两个,通过刷头中的磁铁将钢片吸引,便于刷头3在容置部45中的放置。同理,外壳内的磁铁和充电座4中的磁铁也可以相互吸引,便于将外壳放在充电座4中的安装部44中。
进一步地,所述下壳体2的底部还设置两个相互独立的弹片组件26,所述弹片组件26连接触摸开关21,位于外侧的弹片组件、位于内测的弹片组件分别连接位于外侧的弹针和位于内侧的弹针。所述下壳体2中还设置两个导接片27,所述导接片27连接触摸开关21,所述下壳体2的侧边设置有两个导接探针28,两个所述导接探针28底部分别连接两个导接片,两个所述导接探针28显露于所述底壳支架24。所述上壳体1中设置有两个连接针19,两个所述连接针19的底部分别连接两个所述导接探针28,两个所述连接针19的顶部连接所述电路板13。
进一步地,所述电池18的上部还设置一线路板,所述卡壳11中装设一弹性端子5,弹性端子5的的底部连接线路板,弹性端子5的顶部连接震动马达33。所述牙套骨架35的上下面均开设凹槽,过液孔311位于凹槽。
本设计液体的路径如下:所述导管25的底部插置于所述液体盒23中,所述硅胶垫14的底部开设一流道141、一进气孔142、一主通道143,所述流道141、进气孔142和所述主通道143连通,主通道143向上延伸贯穿所述硅胶垫14,所述主通道143沿竖直方向设置,所述主通道143连接所述流道141、进气孔142,导管25将液体盒23中的牙膏吸出,牙膏通过导管25进入到流道141,沿着流道141进入到主通道143,外界空气通过单向阀144进入到进气孔142中,在控制泵15的吸力下,与牙膏液体一起进入到转接通道161中,通过转接通道161、第一进液管171、第一出液管172进入到控制泵15里面,在控制泵15里面混合搅拌均匀,然后通过第二进液管173、第二出液管174流出,进入到所述输液管111中,通过输液管111进入到过液孔311,流经过液孔311进入牙套骨架的管道,再进入凹槽。
本设电路控制如下: 充电座4四个弹针43中,位于外侧的两个弹针和位于内侧的两个弹针分别对应连接控制板41的正负电压输出端,下壳体2的中位于外侧的弹片组件、位于内测的弹片组件分别连接位于外侧的弹针和位于内侧的弹针。所述下壳体2中还设置两个导接片27,所述导接片连接触摸开关21,两个所述导接探针28底部分别连接两个导接片27。所述上壳体1中设置有两个连接针,两个所述连接针的底部分别连接两个所述导接探针28,两个所述连接针的顶部连接所述电路板13,电池18连接电路板13,以完成控制泵15的控制。所述电池18的上部还设置一线路板,电池18连接线路板,弹性端子的的底部连接线路板,弹性端子的顶部连接震动马达33,线路板对震动马达33进行控制。电池18没有电时,充电座4四个弹针43、弹片组件26、导接片27、导接探针28、连接针组成回路可以对电池18进行充电。

Claims (8)

  1. 一种全自动智能牙刷,其特征在于,包括:
    一外壳,其包括一上壳体、一下壳体,所述上壳体和所述下壳体相互扣合,所述下壳体的底部设置一触摸开关、一磁铁、一液体盒、一底壳支架,所述液体盒固定于所述底壳支架,所述底壳支架中装设一导管,所述导管的底部插置于所述液体盒中;所述上壳体包括一卡壳以及卡扣于所述卡壳的一密封底壳,卡壳内装设一电路板,所述电路板上装设一硅胶垫、控制泵、转接件、三相转接器、电池,所述硅胶垫的底部开设一流道、一进气孔、一主通道,所述流道、进气孔和所述主通道连通,主通道向上延伸贯穿所述硅胶垫,所述流道和所述导管的顶部连接,所述进气孔中装设一单向阀,所述转接件中开设一转接通道,所述转接通道的进液口与主通道的出口连接,所述三相转接器具有一第一进液管、第一出液管、第二进液管、第二出液管,所述第一进液管和第一出液管连通,第二进液管和第二出液管连通,所述转接通道的出液口与所述第一进液管的进液口连接,第一出液管的出液口与控制泵的进液口连接,控制泵的出液口与第二进液管的进液口连接,所述卡壳设置有输液管,所述第二出液管的出液口与所述输液管的底部连接,所述卡壳的顶部设置一对接孔,所述上壳体设置有卡孔,所述卡壳通过所述卡孔显露在所述上壳体的顶部;
    一刷头,用以装设于所述对接孔,刷头包括一牙套底座、一磁铁、一震动马达、一牙套支架、一牙套骨架,所述磁铁装设于牙套底座,所述震动马达位于所述牙套骨架,所述牙套底座将牙套支架固定于所述牙套骨架,所述牙套底座中设置一过液孔,所述过液孔的底部连接所述输液管的顶部,所述过液孔的顶部连接所述牙套骨架的管道。
  2. 如权利要求1所述的一种全自动智能牙刷,其特征在于:全自动智能牙刷还包括一充电座,充电座中装设有控制板、钢片、四个弹针、磁铁,四个弹针连接控制板,四个弹针中,位于外侧的两个弹针和位于内侧的两个弹针分别对应连接控制板的正负电压输出端,所述充电座的上表面具有一容置部以及一安装部,所述弹针显露于安装部,所述钢片位于所述容置部下方。
  3. 如权利要求2所述的一种全自动智能牙刷,其特征在于:所述下壳体的底部还设置两个相互独立的弹片组件,所述弹片组件连接触摸开关,位于外侧的弹片组件、位于内测的弹片组件分别连接位于外侧的弹针和位于内侧的弹针。
  4. 如权利要求3所述的一种全自动智能牙刷,其特征在于:所述下壳体中还设置两个导接片,所述导接片连接触摸开关,所述下壳体的侧边设置有两个导接探针,两个所述导接探针底部分别连接两个导接片,两个所述导接探针显露于所述底壳支架。
  5. 如权利要求4所述的一种全自动智能牙刷,其特征在于:所述上壳体中设置有两个连接针,两个所述连接针的底部分别连接两个所述导接探针,两个所述连接针的顶部连接所述电路板。
  6. 如权利要求5所述的一种全自动智能牙刷,其特征在于:所述电池的上部还设置一线路板,所述卡壳中装设一弹性端子,弹性端子的的底部连接线路板,弹性端子的顶部连接震动马达。
  7. 如权利要求1所述的一种全自动智能牙刷,其特征在于:所述牙套骨架的上下面均开设凹槽,过液孔位于凹槽。
  8. 如权利要求1所述的一种全自动智能牙刷,其特征在于:所述第二出液管的出液口处设置一滤网。
