Description

在光源基座7的底面上设有弹性卡头(图中未示出),将该弹性卡头插入设置在所述标准模块4上的快插口内,即可将光源基座7固定在该标准模块4上。相邻标准模块4之间也是采用弹性卡头与快插口交替依序连接,从而构成设定造型的模块化LED光源器件5,对于无需与其它的标准模块4进行连接的单侧面,采用封盖将该侧面封闭,即可获得外观整洁、造型美观的模块化LED光源器件5。
所述标准模块4为正六方体,当拼装构建的模块化LED光源器件5在某个方向较长时,采用若干个标准模块4进行拼装搭建的结构牢靠性较差,即由若干个标准模块4串接后,在其长度方向上会产生晃动,致使所构建的模块化LED光源器件5不稳定。
另外,所构建的模块化LED光源器件5中的LED光源6,使用的数量不限、设置的位置并不固定,其是根据用户喜好随性拼装设定,即其是多样化的,而现有技术中,连接于LED光源6与电源模块之间的供电走线基本上是将导线3由若干个标准模块4的内通道中依次穿过连接,因此,其存在穿线麻烦、走线凌乱,对用户来讲,无拼装体验感,从而大大降低购买该产品的兴趣。另外,走线凌乱且缠绕(如电源线和信号线相互缠绕等),存在安全隐患问题,尤其对于非专业的用户而言,极为不利。
技术问题
本实用新型要解决的技术问题是提供一种结构简单、强度较高且易于布设导线的用于模块化LED光源器件中的导线快接模组。

所述装饰面盖的长度与标准模条的长度基本相等,其外表面为平面,在其内表面上分别设有可勾挂在所述卡位槽中的卡勾和准确扣合在所述定位平台上的定位结构,当所述装饰面盖扣合在所述标准模条上时,可将所述导线紧固在标准模条内。
所述定位结构为设置在装饰面盖内表面上的卡勾条和定位条,所述卡勾条和定位条沿所述装饰面盖长度方向延伸,定位条位于卡勾条的外侧,所述卡勾条可勾挂在所述卡位槽中,对应的,在所述定位平台上,设有可使所述定位条嵌入其中的定位槽。

本实用新型在模块化LED光源器件中,采用内设有布线台的长条形的标准模条和装饰面盖,使得该模块化LED光源器件所用的导线铺设变得轻松自如,其不仅可快速布排所述导线,使导线铺设整洁规范,杜绝因走线凌乱而产生的安全隐患。而且,采用标准化结构的标准模条和装饰面盖不仅可以获得美观的外形,还可以在模块化LED光源器件尺寸较长时替代现有技术中采用正方体的若干个标准模块,以此,提高该模块化LED光源器件的强度和稳固性。同时,由于将导线沿标准模条的表面布排并且经装饰面盖扣合后,不仅大大提高装配效率,而且导线布设稳定牢固。

最佳实施方式
如图1-5所示,本实用新型的用于模块化LED光源器件中的导线快接模组由长条形的标准模条1和装饰面盖2构成。
其不仅用来当作模块化LED光源器件5中的LED光源6与电源模块之间的导线3布设通道,而且,其还可作该模块化LED光源器件5的骨架,承担将多个LED光源6或者LED光源6与电源模块连接在一起的支撑结构。
由于所述的标准模条1和装饰面盖2具有一定的强度,因此,当构建的模块化LED光源器件5的造型为直线型加长版(即在某些方向上直线尺寸较长)时,即可将现有技术中的呈正方体的若干个标准模块4改用本实用新型的导线快接模组8来替代,既可获得整洁美观的外形,又可以快速拆装方式布设导线3,从而,达到模块化拼装LED光源器件的目的。
1、标准模条1
如图3所示,标准模条1由轻质材料一次成形,可以为铝塑材料,也可为由塑性材料一次注塑成形,其长度在10cm-30cm。
标准模条1的断面外形轮廓为正方形,其上端面为敞口11,其侧壁12与底面连为一体呈封闭结构,标准模条1沿断面方向由上至下分别为基层面13和内腔14。
基层面13略低于标准模条1两侧壁12的顶部,其为一个平台面,在基层面13上由标准模条1的一个侧壁12至另一个侧壁12依次设有左定位平台15、向标准模条1底部方向内凹的用于铺设导线3的布线台16和右定位平台15,在布线台16的边侧且位于所述左、右定位平台15之下各设一个卡位槽17。
由LED光源6引出的导线3可以沿布线台16铺设至相邻的LED光源6或者为LED光源6供的电源模块,该结构可以很方便快捷布排导线3,无需像现有技术中将导线3通过穿置于标准模块4的内孔来布设。
为了提高标准模条1的强度,在标准模条1的内腔14底部内侧两边角设有加强筋条19,加强筋条19的断面形状好似半圆形孔,必要时,在该半圆形孔中穿插金属丝以进一步提高其强度。
以适应不同结构的装饰面盖2,所述左、右定位平台15有以下二种结构:
1)左、右定位平台15为平整表面。
2)在左、右定位平台15面上各设一条定位槽18。
2、装饰面盖2
装饰面盖2与标准模条1的材料相同,其长度与标准模条1基本相同,将该装饰面盖2扣合在标准模条1上时,其可将标准模条1上端面的敞口11封闭住,本实用新型优选当装饰面盖2与标准模条1结合在一起时的断面形状为正方形,正方形有利于与其它的呈正方体的标准模块4对接。
装饰面盖2的外表面为平面,其内表面上分别设有可勾挂在所述卡位槽17中的卡勾和准确扣合在所述定位平台15上的定位结构,将装饰面盖2扣合在标准模条1上时,可将所述导线3紧固在标准模条1的布线台16上。
对应标准模条1上的二种定位平台15结构,该装饰面盖2上的卡勾和定位结构也有以下二种结构:
1)如图4所示,所述卡勾和定位结构分别为设置在装饰面盖2内表面上的卡勾条21和定位条22,其中,卡勾条21可插入并勾挂在标准模条1上的卡位槽17中,以此,将该装饰面盖2紧扣在标准模条1上;定位条22可插入标准模条1上的定位槽18中(即前述“1、标准模条1”中的第“2)”种结构),以此,准确将该装饰面盖2扣合在标准模条1上。
所述卡勾条21和定位条22沿装饰面盖2长度方向延伸,可以为间断设置,也可以为连续设置,当连续设置时,卡勾条21和定位条22可以与装饰面盖2等长。

  1. 一种用于模块化LED光源器件中的导线快接模组,其特征在于:其由长条形的标准模条(1)和可扣合在该标准模条(1)上组合成断面外形呈正方形的装饰面盖(2)构成,其中,所述标准模条(1)沿断面方向由上至下分别为基层面(13)和内腔(14),在基层面(13)上临近两边侧各设一个定位平台(15),在两个定位平台(15)之间设有向所述内腔(14)凹入的用于铺设导线(3)的布线台(16),在布线台(16)的边侧且位于所述定位平台(15)之下设卡位槽(17);所述装饰面盖(2)的长度与标准模条(1)的长度基本相等,其外表面为平面,在其内表面上分别设有可勾挂在所述卡位槽(17)中的卡勾和准确扣合在所述定位平台(15)上的定位结构,当所述装饰面盖(2)扣合在所述标准模条(1)上时,可将所述导线(3)紧固在标准模条(1)内。
