Description

一种模块化结构的导线接插头 技术领域
本发明涉及电连接装置领域,具体涉及一种模块化结构的导线接插头。
背景技术
目前,随着电子科技的发展,电子产品的种类越来越多,不同电子设备之间的联合使用,往往能够实现更多的功能,为用户带来更多的新奇体验。因此,越来越多的用户都在尝试着将不同的电子设备进行连接组合,以实现更多的功能。
作为电子设备之间的连接桥梁,接插导线的质量越来越受到用户的重视。目前,现有的接插导线存在容易从电子设备上脱落从而导致电子设备无法工作或工作效率低下的缺陷。
发明内容
针对现有技术存在的不足,本发明提供了一种模块化结构的导线接插头。
为了实现上述目的,本发明实施例采用如下技术方案:
一种模块化结构的导线接插头,包括依次连接的接插部、转接部和连接部,所述接插部的端部设置有接插孔,所述接插部的外表面上设置有防止脱落的卡件;所述转接部为一个相对边为弧形的柱状结构;所述连接部与所述转接部采用低硬度橡胶或塑胶通过一体 成型的方式形成为一体结构。
优选的,所述接插部的截面为一组相对边为圆弧的矩形。
进一步优选的,所述卡件由两个分别绕所述接插部的外表面一周的第一凸起和两个分别设置于所述接插部的两个直外表面上的第一棱台组成。
优选的,所述接插部的截面为两腰为弧形的等腰梯形。
进一步优选的,所述卡件由两个设置于所述接插部的宽直表面上的第二棱台和设置于所述接插部的窄直表面上的第三棱台组成。
优选的,所述连接部为圆台结构,所述连接部的底端与所述转接部连接,顶端与导线连接。
进一步优选的,所述连接部与所述转接部呈直线连接或直角连接。
进一步优选的,所述连接部的外表面上交错开设有矩形孔。
优选的,所述连接部为一个相对边为弧形的柱状结构,所述连接部与所述转接部呈直角连接。
优选的,所述转接部的外表面上设置有第二凸起。
与现有技术相比,本发明提供的一种或多种技术方案具有如下技术效果或优点:
1、本发明提供的一种模块化结构的导线接插头,通过在接插部的外表面上设置防止脱落的卡件,使得接插导线在接插到电子设备上后能够更加稳固,能够有效地防止接插导线从电子设备上脱落,提高电子设备的工作效率。
2、本发明提供的模块化结构的导线接插头的转接部和连接部均采用低硬度橡胶或塑胶制成,容易弯折,能够有效地防止接插导线与接插头的连接部位因为接插头的外壳太硬导致接插导线损伤。

具体实施方式
为使本发明的目的、技术方案和优点更加清楚,下面将结合实施例和附图进一步描述本发明的技术方案。
实施例1
请参考图1、图5-图10发明实施例提供了一种模块化结构的导线接插头,包括依次连接的接插部1、转接部2和连接部3,接插部1的端部设置有接插孔4,接插部1的外表面上设置有防止脱落的卡件5;转接部2为一个相对边为弧形的柱状结构;连接部3与转接 部2采用低硬度橡胶或塑胶通过一体成型的方式形成为一体结构。
本发明实施例提供的一种模块化结构的导线接插头,通过在接插部1的外表面上设置防止脱落的卡件5,使得接插导线在接插到电子设备上后能够更加稳固,能够有效地防止接插导线从电子设备上脱落,提高电子设备的工作效率;转接部2和连接部3均采用低硬度橡胶或塑胶制成,低硬度橡胶或塑胶制成的转接部2和连接部3容易弯折,能够有效地防止接插导线与接插头的连接部位因为接插头的外壳太硬导致接插导线损伤。
在具体的设计过程中,作为优选的,本发明实施例中的接插部1的截面为一组相对边为圆弧的矩形。卡件5由两个分别绕接插部1的外表面一周的第一凸起和两个分别设置于接插部1的两个直外表面上的第一棱台组成。
在具体的设计过程中,作为优选的,连接部3为圆台结构,如图5所示,连接部3的底端与转接部2连接,顶端与导线6连接,如图8所示。进一步优选的,连接部3与转接部2呈直线连接或直角连接,如图8和图9所示。连接部3与转接部2有两种连接方式,用户可以根据自己的喜好和需求选择其中一种,提高了用户选择的自主性。
进一步优选的,所述连接部的外表面上交错开设有矩形孔7,如图6所示。在连接部的外表面上交错开设有矩形孔7,能够提高连接部的易弯折度。
在具体的设计过程中,作为优选的,连接部3还可以设置为一个相对边为弧形的柱状结构,如图7所示,连接部3与转接部2呈直角连接,如图10所示。
实施例2
请参考图2、图3、图5-图10,本实施例与实施例1的不同点在于,本实施例的接插部1的截面为两腰为弧形的等腰梯形。卡件5由两个设置于所述接插部1的宽直表面上的第二棱台和设置于所述接插部1的窄直表面上的第三棱台组成。这样的接插部设置,能够满足相应接插孔的电子设备使用。
实施例3
请参考图4-图10,本实施例与实施例2的不同点在于,本实施例中转接部2的外表面上设置有第二凸起8。这样的设置,能够防止在插导线时用力过大,导致将转接部2一起插入电子设备的接插孔中,损坏电子设备。
实施例4
请参考图11-图14,本实施例为实施例1、实施例2和实施例3提供的导线接插头组成的连接导线。所述连接导线可以由两个实施例1提供的导线接插头和一根导线组成,如图11所示;所述连接导线可以由两个实施例2提供的导线接插头和一根导线组成,如图12所示;所述连接导线可以由两个实施例3提供的导线接插头和一根导线组成,如图13所示;当然,所述连接导线还可以由一个实施例1提供的导线接插头和一个实施例3提供的导线接插头通过一根导线连接组成,如图14所示。也就是说,本实施例中的连接导线可以由实施例1、实施例2和实施例3提供的导线接插头中任意两个通过一根导线连接构成。

Claims (10)

  1. 一种模块化结构的导线接插头,包括依次连接的接插部(1)、转接部(2)和连接部(3),其特征在于,所述接插部(1)的端部设置有接插孔(4),所述接插部(1)的外表面上设置有防止脱落的卡件(5);所述转接部(2)为一个相对边为弧形的柱状结构;所述连接部(3)与所述转接部(2)采用低硬度橡胶或塑胶通过一体成型的方式形成为一体结构。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的模块化结构的导线接插头,其特征在于,所述接插部(1)的截面为其中一组相对边为圆弧状的矩形。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的模块化结构的导线接插头,其特征在于,所述卡件(5)由两个分别绕所述接插部(1)的外表面一周的第一凸起和两个分别设置于所述接插部(1)的两个直外表面上的第一棱台组成。
  4. 根据权利要求1所述的模块化结构的导线接插头,其特征在于,所述接插部(1)的截面为两腰为弧形的等腰梯形。
  5. 根据权利要求4所述的模块化结构的导线接插头,其特征在于,所述卡件(5)由两个设置于所述接插部(1)的宽直表面上的第二棱台和设置于所述接插部(1)的窄直表面上的第三棱台组成。
  6. 根据权利要求1-5中任一所述的模块化结构的导线接插头,其特征在于,所述连接部(3)为圆台结构,所述连接部(3)的底端与所述转接部(2)连接,顶端与导线(6)连接。
  7. 根据权利要求6所述的模块化结构的导线接插头,其特征在于,所述连接部(3)与所述转接部(2)呈直线连接或直角连接。
  8. 根据权利要求7所述的模块化结构的导线接插头,其特征在于,所述连接部(3)的外表面上交错开设有矩形孔(7)。
  9. 根据权利要求1-5中任一所述的模块化结构的导线接插头,其特征在于,所述连接部(3)为一个相对边为弧形的柱状结构,所述连接部(3)与所述转接部(2)呈直角连接。
  10. 根据权利要求9所述的模块化结构的导线接插头,其特征在于,所述转接部(2)的外表面上设置有第二凸起(8)。
