고상 화장품 또는 파우더 화장품의 경우, 혼입된 오일이 증발되면, 화장품이 갈라지거나 깨지는 현상이 발생되어, 터치부재(340)에 미세한 화장품의 도포가 곤란해지는 문제점이 발생될 수 있다. 또한, 액상 화장품의 경우에도, 혼입된 액상물질이 증발되면 액상 화장품의 품질이 저하되는 문제점이 발생될 수 있다. 이 경우, 화장품이 저장된 몸체부(100)의 압력을 감압시켜, 화장품에 혼입된 오일 등의 증발을 방지하여, 전술한 문제점을 해결하고, 화장품의 품질이 최대한 원상태로 유지할 수 있게 된다.In the case of solid cosmetics or powder cosmetics, when the oil mixed in is evaporated, the cosmetics may crack or break, which may make it difficult to apply fine cosmetics to the touch member 340.
