一种冷暖床垫 技术领域
本发明属于家居生活技术领域,特指一种冷暖床垫。
背景技术
制冷/制热方法和装置一直是现代工程领域不断努力探索的方向,空调机作为目前市场上普遍存在的调节室内温度的装置,其功能上的缺陷也越来越明显:空调机不仅本身价格昂贵,功率大,在制冷制热时要使整个房间冷热下来,才能达到效果,其制冷或加热的空间比较大,功率也比较大,因此造成不必要的能源浪费。
随着人们生活水平的提高,对于生活用品的舒适度的要求也越来越高,目前,市场上的功能床垫,主要以供热为主,也就是只能适用于冬天,夏天的制冷主要还是依靠空调等外部制冷设备。随着人们对生活品质的提升,市场上也出现了冷暖床垫,如专利号2015100343665所示的一种冷暖床垫,包括床垫主体和控制主机,所述床垫主体通过进水管、出水管与控制主体相连,所述床垫主体内设有数条曲线设置的软管,所述控制主体包括箱体,设置在箱体内的蓄水盒,设置在蓄水盒外壁上的制冷片和散热器,用于散热的风扇,水泵,供电单元,以及控制单元;所述控制单元包括主控模块,与主控模块相连的温度传感器、水位传感器、显示电路、按键、通信电路、继电器切换电路、蜂鸣器、时钟电路、风扇保护电路和水泵保护电路,其中,所述继电器切换电路进一步与制冷片相连,所述风扇保护电路、水泵保护电路分别与风扇、水泵相连。虽然其解决了床垫的制冷以及加热的问题,但是其仍然存在一下几点不足:
1.注水问题;内循环的水往往出厂前就已经灌注在床垫内;或者;购买后 需要外接设备进行灌水,补液或换液极为不便捷;
2.制冷区和制热区没有关联,即将两台设备的简单组合,独立耗电,无法实现节能的效果;
3.安全性;外置主机处于长期工作的状态,也是最易出现故障的位置,市场上的产品对此缺少检测以及反馈的电路。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种结构简单且稳定,安全性能高,节约能耗,可以自加水且操作便捷的冷暖床垫。
本发明的目的是这样实现的:
一种冷暖床垫,包括床垫主体以及外置主机;所述床垫主体内部设置有供液管路,供液管路进液端与外置主机出液端相连通,供液管路出液端和外置主机进液端相连通,外置主机和床垫主体形成循环管路;
所述外置主机包括机壳,机壳内部分设有制冷区和制热区,以及导通制冷区和制热区的管路和微型水泵,通过微型水泵给予所述循环管路动力输出,
所述制热区包括固设在机壳内的加热水箱,
所述制冷区包括保温腔室,保温腔室内壁环绕设置有制冷通道,保温腔室内设置有紧贴制冷通道的保温桶。
所述加热水箱内部设置有加热器以及水位检测器。
包括一个可以检测低水位和高水位的水位检测器,或者,包括高低设置的两个水位检测器。
所述外置主机进液端的液体通过管路依次通过加热水箱、制冷通道并由微型水泵从外置主机出液端导出;或者;所述外置主机进液端的液体通过管路依 次通过制冷通道、加热水箱并由微型水泵从外置主机出液端导出。
所述微型水泵安装在加热水箱的底部,微型水泵进液端与加热水箱底部导通,微型水泵出液端与外置主机出液端/制冷通道导通。
所述供液管路为连续弯折形成S型或连续S形管路。
所述床垫主体的一端未布置供液管路并形成空置区。
所述保温腔室由保温材料拼接构成。
所述机壳于所述加热水箱的正上方设置有进液口,机壳于所述保温腔室的正上方设置有保温桶安置口,并且机壳上端还设置有翻盖,在翻盖关闭状态下,翻盖覆盖在机壳的上端。
所述机壳内设置有电器控制装置,机壳的外端面还设置有控制面板。
本发明相比现有技术突出且有益的技术效果是:
1、本发明的制冷区和制热区由管路和微型水泵相导通,两者相互联系,通过电气控制选择模式切换工作模式即可,全自动化操作,操作更加的便捷;制冷通过保温桶中放置冰块并有制冷通道进行冷传递,进行循环管路的降温,实现制冷,并且保温桶外包裹有保温材料,实现长时间的降温,采用传统的制冷方式,能耗极低。
2、本发明包括一个可以检测低水位和高水位的水位检测器,使用者向加热水箱中注液的过程中,当水位超过低水位时,微型水泵进行工作,将液体在整条循环管路中进行传导,继续灌入液体,直至水位超过高水位,实现整体注液,操作不需人为实时监控,使用者只需进行注液且不溢出就可,解决传统冷暖床垫注液/换液难的问题,并且,水位检测器给予一个精准的检测,有且水位超过低水位微型水泵才会工作,有且水位超过高水位加热器才能进行加热,并且加热温度可以由使用者自行控制,电路反馈及时,大大提升了使用安全性。
3、本发明的所述供液管路为连续弯折形成S型或连续S形管路,通过弯折的管路给予床垫主体更好的冷热传递,效果更佳;并且,所述床垫主体的一端未布置供液管路并形成空置区,该空置区设置的目的在于:在睡眠状态下,如果使用者的头部长时间受热,会有头痛或昏沉的状况,失去自然睡眠的优点。

  4. 根据权利要求1所述的冷暖床垫,其特征在于:所述外置主机进液端(14)的液体通过管路(10)依次通过加热水箱(23)、制冷通道(32)并由微型水泵(6)从外置主机出液端(15)导出;或者;所述外置主机进液端(14)的液体通过管路(10)依次通过制冷通道(32)、加热水箱(23)并由微型水泵(6)从外置主机出液端(15)导出。
  5. 根据权利要求1或4所述的冷暖床垫,其特征在于:所述微型水泵(6)安装在加热水箱(23)的底部,微型水泵进液端(61)与加热水箱(23)底部导通,微型水泵出液端(62)与外置主机出液端(15)/制冷通道(32)导通。
  6. 根据权利要求1所述的冷暖床垫,其特征在于:所述供液管路(51)为 连续弯折形成S型或连续S形管路。
  7. 根据权利要求6所述的冷暖床垫,其特征在于:所述床垫主体(5)的一端未布置供液管路(51)并形成空置区(54)。
  8. 根据权利要求1所述的冷暖床垫,其特征在于:所述保温腔室(33)由保温材料拼接构成。
  9. 根据权利要求1所述的冷暖床垫,其特征在于:所述机壳(1)于所述加热水箱(23)的正上方设置有进液口(11),机壳(1)于所述保温腔室(33)的正上方设置有保温桶安置口(12),并且机壳(1)上端还设置有翻盖(13),在翻盖(13)关闭状态下,翻盖(13)覆盖在机壳(1)的上端。
  10. 根据权利要求1或9所述的冷暖床垫,其特征在于:所述机壳(1)内设置有电器控制装置(7),机壳(1)的外端面还设置有控制面板(4)。
