本发明实施例中,第二调整件6一端与所述第一轴3转动连接,所述第二调整件6可绕所述第一轴3水平转动,使所述第二调整件6可绕所述第一轴3在水平方向上自由转动,从而所述第二调整件6可带动所述太阳能充电组件8 在水平方向上自由转动,所述太阳能电池板82的朝向可跟随太阳的照射方位对应进行调节,使太阳能电池板82全天受太阳光照,从而太阳能电池板82照射时间长,充电量多,可有效延长所述照明灯5的工作时间。如:在上午,将所述太阳能充电组件8转动并使太阳能电池板82的朝东,在下午转动所述太阳能充电组件8,使太阳能电池板82的朝西,使太阳能电池板始终受太阳照射。第二调整件6的另一端固定有第三轴7,所述太阳能充电组件8与所述第三轴7转动连接并可绕所述第三轴7上下转动,以方便调节太阳能充电组件8纵向角度,方便结合太阳能充电组件8绕第一轴3水平转动,以更好地克服太阳光照射方向的约束和影响。其中,所述照明灯5绕所述第二轴4的转动、所述第一调整件2绕所述第一轴3的转动以及所述太阳能充电组件8绕所述第三轴7的转动均可采用驱动装置驱动,也可以采用人工手动操作转动的方式。
作为本发明的一个实施例,所述支撑壳81的底部凸起设置有第二固定块811,所述第二固定块811上设有第二安装孔812,所述第三轴7固定于所述第二调整件6的一端,所述第三轴7穿过所述第二安装孔812并与所述第二安装孔812形成间隙配合,使所述太阳能充电组件8可绕所述第三轴7转动。
作为本发明的一个实施例,所述第二轴4和所述第三轴7分别通过螺母9固定于所述第一调整件2和所述第二调整件6上,其固定方式简单,便于所述太阳能灯具的安装和拆卸。
请结合参照图5,图5为本发明提供的太阳能灯具中第二调整件的立体图。 第二调整件6包括与第一轴3转动连接的第一转动部61和沿所述第一转动部61的边缘弯折延伸形成的第二转动部62。所述第一调整件2和所述第二调整件6上设有与所述螺母9形状大小相匹配的收容孔10,所述螺母9分别套设于第二轴4和所述第三轴7上,所述螺母9收容于所述收容孔10内。具体地,所述收容孔10设置于所述第二转动部62上。本实施例中,所述螺母9为六角螺母。通过设置所述收容孔10,所述收容孔10对所述螺母9进行限位,防止所述螺母9带动所述第二轴4和所述第三轴7转动,使所述第二轴4和所述第三轴7固定不动,保证只有所述照明灯5和所述太阳能充电组件8转动。
作为本发明的一个实施例,所述太阳能灯具还包括套设于所述第一轴3一端用于对所述第二调整件6限位的第一限位件11,所述第一轴3穿过所述第二调整件6的第一转动部61,所述第二调整件6的第一转动部61夹设于所述固定部21和所述第一限位件11之间,可防止所述第二调整件6从所述第一轴3上滑落,从而提高所述太阳能灯具的可靠性。
作为本发明的一个实施例,所述太阳能灯具还包括套设于所述第二轴4一端并与所述第一固定块511抵接的第二限位件12。通过设置所述第二限位件12,可防止所述照明灯5从所述第二轴4上滑落,从而提高所述太阳能灯具的可靠性。
作为本发明的一个实施例,所述太阳能灯具还包括套设于所述第三轴3一端并与所述第二固定块811抵接的第三限位件13。通过设置所述第三限位件13, 可防止所述太阳能充电组件8从所述第三轴7上滑落,从而进一步提高所述太阳能灯具的可靠性。
与相关技术相比,本发明提供的太阳能灯具通过设置支撑件以及固定于所述支撑件上的第一调整件,并在所述第一调整件上固定有竖直设置的第一轴,所述照明灯可绕所述第一轴在水平方向转动;通过设置与所述第一轴转动连接的第二调整件,所述第二调整件可绕所述第一轴水平转动,通过将所述第二调整件在水平方向上绕所述第一轴转动以自由调整太阳能电池板的朝向,所述太阳能电池板的朝向可跟随太阳的照射方位对应进行调节,使太阳能电池板全天受太阳光照,从而太阳能电池板照射时间长,充电量多,可有效延长所述照明灯的工作时间。
以上仅为本发明的较佳实施例而已,并不用以限制本发明,凡在本发明的精神和原则之内所作的任何修改、等同替换和改进等,均应包含在本发明的保护范围之内。

Claims (10)

  1. 一种太阳能灯具,其特征在于,包括:
    支撑件;
    第一调整件,与所述支撑件连接,所述第一调整件上固定有竖直设置的第一轴;
    照明灯,与所述第一调整件连接;
    第二调整件,与所述第一轴转动连接;以及
    太阳能充电组件,所述太阳能充电组件包括支撑壳以及固定于所述支撑壳上的太阳能电池板,所述支撑壳通过与所述第二调整件连接使得所述太阳能充电组件可绕所述第一轴在水平方向转动。
  2. 如权利要求1所述的太阳能灯具,其特征在于,所述第一调整件上还固定有水平设置的第二轴,所述照明灯与所述第二轴转动连接并可绕所述第二轴转动;所述第二调整件上固定有第三轴,所述支撑壳与所述第三轴转动连接并可绕所述第三轴转动。
  3. 如权利要求2所述的太阳能灯具,其特征在于,所述第一调整件包括套设于所述支撑件上的固定部以及与所述固定部连接的连接部,所述第一轴固定于所述固定部上,所述第二轴固定于所述连接部,所述连接部通过所述第二轴与所述照明灯转动连接。
  4. 如权利要求3所述的太阳能灯具,其特征在于,所述固定部内设有固定 杆体,所述固定杆体上设有螺纹孔,所述第一轴上设有外螺纹,所述第一轴一端插设于所述螺纹孔内并与所述螺纹孔螺纹连接。
  5. 如权利要求2所述的太阳能灯具,其特征在于,所述照明灯包括灯壳和收容于所述灯壳内的发光器件,所述灯壳上凸起设置有第一固定块,所述第一固定块设有第一安装孔,所述第二轴的一端固定于所述第一调整件,所述第二轴的另一端穿过所述第一安装孔并与所述第一安装孔形成间隙配合。
  6. 如权利要求2所述的太阳能灯具,其特征在于,所述支撑壳的底部凸起设置有第二固定块,所述第二固定块上设有第二安装孔,所述第三轴的一端固定于所述第二调整件,所述第三轴的另一端穿过所述第二安装孔并与所述第二安装孔形成间隙配合。
  7. 如权利要求2所述的太阳能灯具,其特征在于,所述第二轴和所述第三轴分别通过螺母固定于所述第一调整件和所述第二调整件上。
  8. 如权利要求7所述的太阳能灯具,其特征在于,所述第一调整件和所述第二调整件上设有与所述螺母形状大小相匹配的收容孔,所述螺母收容于所述收容孔内。
  9. 如权利要求3所述的太阳能灯具,其特征在于,所述太阳能灯具还包括对所述第二调整件限位的第一限位件,所述第一轴穿过所述第二调整件,所述第一限位件套设于所述第一轴的一端使得所述第二调整件夹设于所述固定部和所述第一限位件之间。
  10. 如权利要求5所述的太阳能灯具,其特征在于,所述太阳能灯具还包括套设于所述第二轴一端并与所述第一固定块抵接的第二限位件。
