工作原理:当人们需要收卷软皮水管6时,将软皮水管6一端穿过第一平整板16和第二平整板18之间,启动第一电动推杆15伸长,带动第一平整板16向上移动,待第一平整板16和第二平整板18适当夹住软皮水管6后,关闭第一电动推杆15,向右抽动软皮水管6,绕过导向轮17,穿过小孔26后,停止抽 动软皮水管6,启动电机2顺转,带动第三转轴9顺转,带动第一小皮带轮11顺转,第一小皮带轮11通过第一平皮带10带动大皮带轮12顺转,大皮带轮12通过第二平皮带13带动第二小皮带轮14顺转,带动第二转轴7顺转,带动第一电动推杆15顺转,带动第一平整板16顺转,从而平整软皮水管6,同时将软皮水管6内的水和空气挤出,利于软皮水管6收卷,大皮带轮12顺转,会带动第一转轴5顺转,带动第一锥齿轮21顺转,带动第二锥齿轮24顺转,带动第四转轴22顺转、第五转轴29和第六转轴30顺转,从而带动滚筒27顺转,人们拿住软皮水管6的一端,待软皮水管6卷在滚筒27上后,放开软皮水管6的一端,导向轮17起导向作用,待软皮水管6收卷完,将软皮水管6的另一端塞入右侧小孔26内,以防软皮水管6松散,关闭电机2,启动第一电动推杆15缩短,待第一平整板16复位后,关闭第一电动推杆15,固定螺帽19,拧动第一螺栓25,待第一螺栓25拧出,将第五转轴29以及绕有软皮水管6的滚筒27卸下,再将滚筒27从第五转轴29上卸下,将收卷好的软皮水管6放好,将另一个未绕软皮水管6的滚筒27安装在第五转轴29上,再将第五转轴29与第六转轴30和第四转轴22卡接连接,将第一螺栓25和螺帽19复位,从而固定第五转轴29,为下一次收卷软皮水管6做准备。
因为还包括有擦块34,第二平整板18底部和第一平整板16顶部设有擦块34,所以当第二平整板18和第一平整板16对软皮水管6进行平整时,擦块34可对软皮水管6进行擦拭,从而清洁软皮水管6。
因为还包括有第二电动推杆35,右支架8左侧设有第二电动推杆35,第二电动推杆35位于支杆32下方,第二电动推杆35左侧设有导向轮17,所以当软皮水管6在收卷过程中,启动第二电动推杆35交替伸长和缩短,带动导向轮17左右移动,从而方便软皮水管6的收卷。
因为还包括第二螺栓37,挡板28上设有第二螺纹孔36,第二螺纹孔36内设有第二螺栓37,第二螺栓37与第二螺纹孔36配合,所以当软皮水管6穿过小孔26时,拧动第二螺栓37,待软皮水管6固定后,停止拧动第二螺栓37。
因为电机2为伺服电机2,所以伺服电机2能精准地控制转速,且其在运行过程中更加地稳定。
因为底板3材质为Q235钢,所以Q235钢耐腐蚀、硬度大、韧性好,能延长底板3的使用寿命。
因为第一平整板16和第二平整板18为圆形,所以能更好地平整软皮水管6。

  1. 一种消防火险用水管高效收卷装置,其特征在于,包括有左支架(1)、电机(2)、底板(3)、第一轴承座(4)、第一转轴(5)、软皮水管(6)、第二转轴(7)、右支架(8)、第三转轴(9)、第一平皮带(10)、第一小皮带轮(11)、大皮带轮(12)、第二平皮带(13)、第二小皮带轮(14)、第一电动推杆(15)、第一平整板(16)、导向轮(17)、第二平整板(18)、螺帽(19)、第一锥齿轮(21)、第四转轴(22)、第二轴承座(23)、第二锥齿轮(24)、第一螺栓(25)、滚筒(27)、挡板(28)、第五转轴(29)、第六转轴(30)、第三轴承座(31)、支杆(32)和第四轴承座(33),底板(3)顶部从左到右依次设有左支架(1)、电机(2)、第一轴承座(4)、第四轴承座(33)和右支架(8),左支架(1)右侧顶部设有第二轴承座(23),第二轴承座(23)上安装有第四转轴(22),第四转轴(22)上安装有第二锥齿轮(24),电机(2)顶部设有第三转轴(9),第三转轴(9)上安装有第一小皮带轮(11),第一轴承座(4)上安装有第一转轴(5),第一转轴(5)上安装有大皮带轮(12)和第一锥齿轮(21),大皮带轮(12)设在第一锥齿轮(21)下方,大皮带轮(12)和小皮带轮之间连接有第一平皮带(10),第一锥齿轮(21)与第二锥齿轮(24)啮合,第四轴承座(33)上安装有第二转轴(7),第二转轴(7)上安装有第二小皮带轮(14),第二小皮带轮(14)与大皮带轮(12)之间连接有第二平皮带(13),第二平皮带(13)位于第一平皮带(10)下方,第二转轴(7)顶部设有第一电动推杆(15),第一电动推杆(15)顶部设有第一平整板(16),右支架(8)左侧从下到上依次设有导向轮(17)、支杆(32)和第三轴承座(31),支杆(32)底部设有第二平整板(18),第二平整板(18)位于第一平整板(16)正上方,第三轴承座(31)上安装有第六转轴(30),第六转轴(30)和第四转轴(22)之间卡接连接有第五转 轴(29),第五转轴(29)、第六转轴(30)和第四转轴(22)上设有第一螺纹孔(20),第一螺纹孔(20)内设有第一螺栓(25),第一螺栓(25)与第一螺纹孔(20)配合,第一螺栓(25)上设有螺帽(19),螺帽(19)与第一螺栓(25)配合,第五转轴(29)上设有滚筒(27),滚筒(27)左右两侧设有挡板(28),挡板(28)上开有小孔(26)。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的一种消防火险用水管高效收卷装置,其特征在于,还包括有擦块(34),第二平整板(18)底部和第一平整板(16)顶部设有擦块(34)。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的一种消防火险用水管高效收卷装置,其特征在于,还包括有第二电动推杆(35),右支架(8)左侧设有第二电动推杆(35),第二电动推杆(35)位于支杆(32)下方,第二电动推杆(35)左侧设有导向轮(17)。
  4. 根据权利要求3所述的一种消防火险用水管高效收卷装置,其特征在于,还包括第二螺栓(37),挡板(28)上设有第二螺纹孔(36),第二螺纹孔(36)内设有第二螺栓(37),第二螺栓(37)与第二螺纹孔(36)配合。
  5. 根据权利要求4所述的一种消防火险用水管高效收卷装置,其特征在于,电机(2)为伺服电机(2)。
  6. 根据权利要求5所述的一种消防火险用水管高效收卷装置,其特征在于,底板(3)材质为Q235钢。
  7. 根据权利要求6所述的一种消防火险用水管高效收卷装置,其特征在于,第一平整板(16)和第二平整板(18)为圆形。
