一种消防用灭火前灭火剂快速摇匀装置,如图1-6所示,包括有底板1、导向杆2、第一弹簧3、大皮带轮4、轴承座5、支杆6、第一支架9、第二弹簧10、第二支架11、右卡块12、左卡块13、螺母14、导向板16、螺纹杆17、放置槽体18、连接杆19、连接块20、齿轮21、滑块22、齿条23、滑轨24、小皮带轮25、平皮带26、电机27、固定板28和转轴29,底板1中间设有滑轨24和固定板28,滑轨24位于固定板28左方,滑轨24右侧设有滑块22,滑块22右侧设有齿条23,齿条23上端设有连接块20,连接块20上设有凹槽8,固定板28左侧设有轴承座5和电机27,轴承座5位于电机27的上方,轴承座5上设有转轴29,转轴29上设有大皮带轮4,转轴29左端设有齿轮21,齿轮21与齿条23啮合,电机27左侧连接有小皮带轮25,小皮带轮25和大皮带轮4之间绕有平皮带26,齿条23左右两侧对称设有第一弹簧3,第一弹簧3安装在底板1上,第一弹簧3上端连接有支杆6,支杆6上端设有第一支架9,第一支架9上端设有螺纹杆17和第二弹簧10,第二弹簧10绕过螺纹杆17,螺纹杆17上设有螺母14,第二弹簧10末端连接有导向板16,导向板16上设有导向孔15,螺纹杆17穿过导向板16上的导向孔15,导向板16侧边设有第二支架11,左方的第二支架11左侧设有左卡块13,右方的第二支架11右侧设有右卡块12,第一支架9上设有放置槽体18,放置槽体18底部设有连接杆19,连接杆19下端和连接块20上的凹槽8接触,底板1左右两端对称设有导向杆2,导向杆2上设有大 孔7,支杆6穿过导向杆2上的大孔7。
还包括有压块30和第三弹簧31,放置槽体18内壁左右两侧对称设有第三弹簧31,第三弹簧31末端连接有压块30。
还包括有电动推杆32、电磁铁33和第一铁块34,导向杆2顶部设有电动推杆32,电动推杆32上连接有电磁铁33,支杆6侧边设有第一铁块34。
还包括有磁铁块35,放置槽体18内底部设有磁铁块35。
压块30为橡胶块。
电机27为伺服电机27。
底板1的材质为Q235钢。
工作原理:在灭火前需要将灭火剂摇匀时,将灭火器放在放置槽体18上,拧动螺母14,原处于压缩状态的第二弹簧10具有恢复原长的力,第二弹簧10推着导向板16运动,左卡块13和右卡块12往相同方向运动,当左卡块13和右卡块12将灭火器固定住时,停止拧动螺母14。启动电机27,电机27顺转带动小皮带轮25顺转,小皮带轮25通过平皮带26带动大皮带轮4顺转,齿轮21顺转,齿条23向上运动,滑块22在滑轨24上向上移动,连接块20上升带动连接杆19上升,第一支架9上升,第一弹簧3拉伸,从而使放置在放置槽体18内的灭火器向上运动,当灭火器上升至一定的高度时,电机27停止工作。启动电机27,电机27反转带动小皮带轮25反转,小皮带轮25通过平皮带26带动大皮带轮4反转,齿轮21反转,齿条23向下运动,滑块22在滑轨24上向下移动,连接块20下降带动连接杆19下降,第一支架9下降,第一弹簧3压缩,从而使放置在放置槽体18内的灭火器向下运动,当灭火器下降至一定的位置时,电机27停止工作,如此循环往复,灭火器不断上下运动,从而使灭火器内的灭火剂充分摇匀。当灭火剂充分混匀时,拧动螺母14,第二弹簧10被压缩,第二 弹簧10推着导向板16运动,左卡块13和右卡块12往相反方向运动,当左卡块13和右卡块12复位时,停止拧动螺母14,取下灭火器,即可。
因为还包括有压块30和第三弹簧31,放置槽体18内壁左右两侧对称设有第三弹簧31,第三弹簧31末端连接有压块30,当灭火器放入放置槽体18内时,第三弹簧31被压缩,压块30将灭火器固定,当灭火剂摇匀后,取下灭火器,第三弹簧31和压块30复位,使灭火器能够更加稳定的放置在放置槽体18内。
因为还包括有电动推杆32、电磁铁33和第一铁块34,导向杆2顶部设有电动推杆32,电动推杆32上连接有电磁铁33,支杆6侧边设有第一铁块34,灭火剂在摇匀的过程中,启动电动推杆32,电动推杆32伸长,当电磁铁33和第一铁块34接触时,电动推杆32停止伸长,并给电磁铁33通电,电磁铁33具有磁性,电磁铁33吸住第一铁块34,启动左方的电动推杆32缩短,同时启动右方的电动推杆32伸长,支杆6向左运动,连接杆19在连接块20的凹槽8内向左移动,灭火器向左运动,当灭火器向左运动一定的距离后,启动左方的电动推杆32伸长缩短,同时启动右方的电动推杆32缩短,支杆6向右运动,连接杆19在连接块20的凹槽8内向右移动,灭火器向右运动,如此循环往复,灭火器在上下运动的同时还左右运动,从而提高灭火剂摇匀的速度。
因为还包括有磁铁块35,放置槽体18内底部设有磁铁块35,当灭火器放置在放置槽体18内时,磁铁块35吸住灭火器从而使灭火器更加稳定,防止灭火器掉落。
因为压块30为橡胶块,橡胶块材质比较柔软,不容易破坏灭火器外壁。
因为电机27为伺服电机27,伺服电机27那个精确转速,更容易控制摇匀灭火剂的速度。
因为底板1的材质为Q235钢,Q235钢耐腐蚀,韧性强度大,延长了底板1的使 用寿命。

  1. 一种消防用灭火前灭火器快速摇匀装置,其特征在于,包括有底板(1)、导向杆(2)、第一弹簧(3)、大皮带轮(4)、轴承座(5)、支杆(6)、第一支架(9)、第二弹簧(10)、第二支架(11)、右卡块(12)、左卡块(13)、螺母(14)、导向板(16)、螺纹杆(17)、放置槽体(18)、连接杆(19)、连接块(20)、齿轮(21)、滑块(22)、齿条(23)、滑轨(24)、小皮带轮(25)、平皮带(26)、电机(27)、固定板(28)和转轴(29),底板(1)中间设有滑轨(24)和固定板(28),滑轨(24)位于固定板(28)左方,滑轨(24)右侧设有滑块(22),滑块(22)右侧设有齿条(23),齿条(23)上端设有连接块(20),连接块(20)上设有凹槽(8),固定板(28)左侧设有轴承座(5)和电机(27),轴承座(5)位于电机(27)的上方,轴承座(5)上设有转轴(29),转轴(29)上设有大皮带轮(4),转轴(29)左端设有齿轮(21),齿轮(21)与齿条(23)啮合,电机(27)左侧连接有小皮带轮(25),小皮带轮(25)和大皮带轮(4)之间绕有平皮带(26),齿条(23)左右两侧对称设有第一弹簧(3),第一弹簧(3)安装在底板(1)上,第一弹簧(3)上端连接有支杆(6),支杆(6)上端设有第一支架(9),第一支架(9)上端设有螺纹杆(17)和第二弹簧(10),第二弹簧(10)绕过螺纹杆(17),螺纹杆(17)上设有螺母(14),第二弹簧(10)末端连接有导向板(16),导向板(16)上设有导向孔(15),螺纹杆(17)穿过导向板(16)上的导向孔(15),导向板(16)侧边设有第二支架(11),左方的第二支架(11)左侧设有左卡块(13),右方的第二支架(11)右侧设有右卡块(12),第一支架(9)上设有放置槽体(18),放置槽体(18)底部设有连接杆(19),连接杆(19)下端和连接块(20)上的凹槽(8)接触,底板(1)左右两端对称设有导向杆(2),导向杆(2)上设有大孔(7),支杆(6)穿过导向杆 (2)上的大孔(7)。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的一种消防用灭火前灭火器快速摇匀装置,其特征在于,还包括有压块(30)和第三弹簧(31),放置槽体(18)内壁左右两侧对称设有第三弹簧(31),第三弹簧(31)末端连接有压块(30)。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述的一种消防用灭火前灭火器快速摇匀装置,其特征在于,还包括有电动推杆(32)、电磁铁(33)和第一铁块(34),导向杆(2)顶部设有电动推杆(32),电动推杆(32)上连接有电磁铁(33),支杆(6)侧边设有第一铁块(34)。
  4. 根据权利要求1所述的一种消防用灭火前灭火器快速摇匀装置,其特征在于,还包括有磁铁块(35),放置槽体(18)内底部设有磁铁块(35)。
  5. 根据权利要求2所述的一种消防用灭火前灭火器快速摇匀装置,其特征在于,压块(30)为橡胶块。
  6. 根据权利要求1所述的一种消防用灭火前灭火器快速摇匀装置,其特征在于,电机(27)为伺服电机(27)。
  7. 根据权利要求1所述的一种消防用灭火前灭火器快速摇匀装置,其特征在于,底板(1)的材质为Q235钢。
