本实用新型涉及土壤病虫害防治领域,具体涉及一种土壤病虫害微波防治设备。
背景技术
目前,随着种植业的发展,越来越多农业经济作物被大批量地种植,但是在种植过程中,对于一些根部发生的病虫害,却很难通过施加农药进行防治,并且也会对农作物的品质造成影响,以常见的根结线虫为例,在温室、大棚等设施环境内长期种植农作物,由于病株残留和根系分泌物的影响,改变了土壤的生物条件,同时设施内长期处于高温、高湿的微环境下,有利于土壤中病原菌和害虫的繁殖。为了经济效益,设施农业中出现多年连茬种植,难于轮作倒茬,常造成土壤中的病原菌和虫卵连年积累,一些土传病虫害发生越来越严重,通过微波对经济作物进行病虫害防治具有较好的效果,但是目前的微波设备对不同的根系没有适当的划分,只能够通过人工经验对不同深度的经济作物的根系进行微波防治,出现差错会严重影响防治的效果,另外设备体积较大,不容易携带也是该设备在日常使用过程中的问题。
实用新型内容
本实用新型的目的就在于为了解决上述问题而提供一种土壤病虫害微波防治设备。
本实用新型通过以下技术方案来实现上述目的:
一种土壤病虫害微波防治设备,包括箱体、扶手、微波发生器、微波钻头,所述箱体上方设置有所述扶手,所述箱体的前方安装有箱门,所述箱体的内部安装有降温风扇,所述降温风扇的一侧安装有变压器,所述变压器的另一侧安装有电瓶,所述电瓶的底部安装有所述微波发生器,所述微波发生器的一侧安 装了所述降温风扇,所述微波发生器的另一侧安装了微波能量输出件,所述微波能量输出件的另一侧连接波导管,所述波导管的另一端连接有连接件,所述连接件的中部连接有调节控制盘,所述调节控制盘的另一端连接滑动槽,所述调节控制盘的上方设置有开关,所述调节控制盘底部安装有旋转控制把手,所述旋转控制把手的一端安装有闸线,所述闸线的另一端连接所述微波钻头,所述箱体的背面设置有靠背垫,所述靠背垫的上方设置有背带。
上述结构中,使用者可将设备通过所述背带背在后背上,双手握住所述调节控制盘,旋转所述调节控制盘,使所述调节控制盘和所述连接件之间的卡扣打开,上下移动所述调节控制盘使所述微波钻头处于合适高度时候,旋转所述调节控制盘,使所述调节控制盘与所述滑动槽通过卡扣紧固,打开所述开关,所述微波发生器开始工作,所述微波能量输出件将所述微波发生器的微波能量耦合并通过所述波导管输送至所述微波钻头,可以按压所述旋转控制把手,通过所述闸线的抽动使所述微波钻头调整合适角度进入地面,所述微波钻头通过加热极性分子对病虫害造成热伤害,并降低土壤中的病菌。
为了进一步能够对不同深度的经济作物的根系进行微波防治,所述扶手用螺栓连接在所述箱体上,所述降温风扇用螺栓连接在所述箱体上,隔热板通过螺栓连接在所述箱体上。
为了进一步能够对不同深度的经济作物的根系进行微波防治,所述变压器与隔热板之间用螺栓连接,所述微波发生器用螺栓连接在所述箱体上,所述微波能量输出件用螺栓连接在所述箱体上。
