背景技术
病虫害防治是目前中药农业中最薄弱的环节,也是实施GAP的重点和难点,随着我国中医药产业的快速发展,对中药资源的需求量日益增加,人工种植中药材已成为中药资源再生和持续利用的最有效途径,目前,我国中药农业的整体发展水平比较落后,随着中药种植品种不断增加,农药施用愈加频繁,导致中药材农药残留严重超标,药材质量下降已直接影响临床用药安全及中药在国际市场上的竞争力,开展药用植物病虫害的绿色防控,迫在眉睫。
实用新型内容
本实用新型的目的就在于为了解决上述问题而提供一种中药材病虫害防治装置。
本实用新型通过以下技术方案来实现上述目的:
一种中药材病虫害防治装置,包括支撑装置、电力箱、发声器,所述支撑装置包括一号支撑杆、一号立杆、二号支撑杆、二号立杆、连杆,所述一号支撑杆上方有所述一号立杆,所述二号支撑杆上方有所述二号立杆,所述一号支撑杆与所述二号支撑杆之间有所述连杆,所述支撑装置上方有太阳能板,所述一号支撑杆远离所述一号立杆一端有一号立柱,所述二号支撑杆远离所述二号立杆一端有二号立柱,所述一号立柱与所述二号立柱之间有连接板,所述支撑装置下方有挡瓦,所述挡瓦下方靠近所述一号立柱一端有所述发声器,所述挡瓦下方靠近所述二号立柱一端有所述电力箱,所述电力箱远离所述一号立柱一侧有活动门,所述电力箱内侧有蓄电池、控制中心。
上述结构中,通过将所述一号立柱、所述二号立柱固定位置将该装置放置到所需药田中,所述发声器面向药田,所述太阳能板将太阳能转化为电能通过导线传至所述蓄电池储存,所述蓄电池向所述控制中心提供能量,所述控制中心控制所述发声器发声频率,工作时,打开所述电力箱,调节所述控制中心控制所述发声器发声覆盖药田,通过调节声波频率与农业害虫产生共振进而杀死害虫达到防治病虫害的目的。

如图1-图3所示,一种中药材病虫害防治装置,包括支撑装置2、电力箱7、发声器9,支撑装置2用以支撑太阳能板1,支撑装置2包括一号支撑杆12、一号立杆13、二号支撑杆10、二号立杆11、连杆14,一号支撑杆12上方有一号立杆13,二号支撑杆10上方有二号立杆11,一号支撑杆12与二号支撑杆10之间有连杆14,支撑装置2上方有太阳能板1,太阳能板1用以将太阳能转化为电能,一号支撑杆12远离一号立杆13一端有一号立柱3,二号支撑杆10远离二号立杆11一端有二号立柱5,一号立柱3与二号立柱5之间有连接板4,连接板4用以连接一号立柱3、二号立柱5,支撑装置2下方有挡瓦6,挡瓦6用以防止电力箱7、发声器9在阳光直射或者雨天受到损害,挡瓦6下方靠近一号立柱3一端有发声器9,发声器9用以发出声波,挡瓦6下方靠近二号立柱5 一端有电力箱7,电力箱7远离一号立柱3一侧有活动门8,电力箱7内侧有蓄电池15、控制中心16,蓄电池15用以储存电能,控制中心16用以控制发声器发生频率。
上述结构中,通过将一号立柱3、二号立柱5固定位置将该装置放置到所需药田中,发声器9面向药田,太阳能板1将太阳能转化为电能通过导线传至蓄电池15储存,蓄电池15向控制中心16提供能量,控制中心16控制发声器9发声频率,工作时,打开电力箱7,调节控制中心16控制发声器9发声覆盖药田,通过调节声波频率与农业害虫产生共振进而杀死害虫达到防治病虫害的目的。
为了进一步提高防治效果,支撑装置2与太阳能板1通过螺栓连接,支撑装置2与一号立柱3通过螺栓连接,支撑装置2与二号立柱5通过螺栓连接,一号支撑杆12与一号立杆13通过螺栓连接,一号支撑杆12与一号立杆13通过螺栓连接,连杆14两端焊接固定在一号支撑杆12、二号支撑杆10上,连接板4两端焊接固定在一号立柱3、二号立柱5上,一号立柱3与二号立柱5长度相同,挡瓦6焊接固定在一号立柱3、二号立柱5上,太阳能板1与蓄电池15通过导线连接,控制中心16与发声器9通过导线连接,发声器9与一号立柱3通过螺栓连接,电力箱7与二号立柱5通过螺栓连接,蓄电池15通过卡槽固定于电力箱7内部,控制中心16通过卡槽固定于电力箱7内部。
