技术领域
本公开属于厨房电器领域,具体而言,涉及一种用于洗碗机的门盖组件和洗碗机。
背景技术
随着科技进步,越来越多智能化家用电器走进人类生活,例如水槽式洗碗机就为人们的生活带来不少便利。目前,常见的水槽式洗碗机为、将普通双水槽的右槽融入洗碗机功能,这样,不但不需要拆橱柜、改水电,而且不会占用厨房空间,另外还不需要用户弯腰操作面板,从而为用户带来极大的便利。
然而,相关技术中的洗碗机,门盖与水槽的装配过程复杂且连接强度低。而且,由于洗碗机的门盖经常开关,线束很容易在门盖开关的过程发生挤压、弯折损坏,并且门盖的拆装麻烦,不利于维修。
发明内容
本公开旨在至少解决现有技术中存在的技术问题之一。
根据本公开实施例的用于洗碗机的门盖组件,包括:门盖本体,所述门盖本体的后侧具有向后伸出的线束组件;两个铰链组件,两个所述铰链组件设在所述线束组件的左右两侧,每个所述铰链组件均包括阻尼铰链、铰链座,两个所述铰链座均与所述洗碗机的水槽组件相连且分别位于所述线束组件的左右两侧,两个所述阻尼铰链的外套筒固定于所述门盖本体且位于两个所述铰链座的左右两侧,每个所述阻尼铰链的内转芯均与对应的所述铰链座固定连接。
根据本公开实施例的用于洗碗机的门盖组件,通过设置阻尼铰链,可以当洗碗机的门盖组件的打开和闭合时防止门盖组件与水槽组件有较大力度的磕碰,有效保护门盖组件,通过将两个铰链座分设在线束组件的两侧,可以避免铰链座对线束组件造成干扰,可以起到很好的避让线束的作用。
根据本公开一个实施例的用于洗碗机的门盖组件,每个所述铰链组件还包括:固定件、垫件和螺纹连接件,所述铰链座和所述固定件夹设在所述连接板厚度方向上的两侧,所述垫件垫设在所述连接板与所述铰链座之间,所述螺纹连接件依次贯穿所述固定件、所述连接板、所述垫件和所述铰链座以用于将所述铰链组件连接于所述水槽组件。
根据本公开一个实施例的用于洗碗机的门盖组件,所述铰链座上具有装配槽,所述垫件嵌设在所述装配槽内。

下面参考图1-图4描述根据本公开第一个实施例的洗碗机100。
如图3所示,根据本公开第一个实施例的洗碗机100包括:水槽组件1和门盖组件2。如图2和图4所示,水槽组件1内形成有清洗腔,水槽组件1上具有连接板11,门盖组件2通过与连接板11相连安装在水槽组件1上。
如图1-图3所示,门盖组件2可开关地设在水槽组件1上,门盖组件2包括门盖本体21和两个铰链组件22,门盖本体21的后侧具有向后伸出的线束组件211,线束组件211可以包括线束和外套于线束的线束保护套,其中,线束可以用来将用户输入到门盖组件2上的指令传递到水槽组件1,使水槽组件1按照用户的指令执行相应工作(例如使水槽组件1中的喷水装置进行喷水实现洗涤)。
如图1和图2所示,两个铰链组件22设在线束组件211的左右两侧,这样线束组件211就可以在两个铰链组件22之间穿过,每个铰链组件22均包括阻尼铰链221、铰链座222、固定件225、垫件224和螺纹连接件226227。其中,铰链座222固定于水槽组件1,以确保铰链座222与水槽组件1相对静止。
如图1和图2所示,在一些的实施例中,阻尼铰链221的外套筒2211固定于门盖本体21,以确保外套筒2211与门盖本体21相对静止,阻尼铰链221的内转芯2212固定于铰链座222,以确保内转芯2212与铰链座222相对静止。这样,当内转芯2212相对外套筒2211转动时,门盖组件2可以相对水槽组件1转动。
由此,阻尼铰链221的设置不仅可以使门盖本体21相对于水槽组件1转动,以完成门盖组件2的打开和闭合,还可以在闭合门盖组件2的过程中起到缓冲的作用,防止门盖组件2与水槽组件1发生较大力度的磕碰,避免产生碰撞损坏及噪音,有效保护门盖组件2与水槽组件1,从而提高了洗碗机100的可靠性和使用寿命。
如图4所示,铰链座222和固定件225夹设在连接板11厚度方向(例如图4中所示的上下方向)上的两侧,垫件224垫设在连接板11与铰链座222之间,螺纹连接件227依次贯穿固定件225、连接板11、垫件224和铰链座222以将铰链组件22连接于水槽组件1(例如在图1和图4所示的示例中,螺纹连接件227可以依次贯穿固定件225上的孔K3、连接板11上的孔、垫件224上的孔K2和铰链座222上的孔K1并铰链座222螺纹配合),当需要将铰链座222与水槽组件1装配在一起的时候,铰链座222与垫件224设置在连接板11的一侧,并且垫件224夹设在铰链座222与连接板11之间用来增强铰链座222与连接板11的连接强度,固定件225设置在连接板11的另一侧,从而进一步增强铰链座222与连接板11的连接强度,并且可以增加铰链组件22与连接板11的接触面积,减小门盖本体21在开启或关闭等情况下,连接板11在单位面积上的受力,尤其是在连接板11较薄时,固定件225可以防止螺纹连接件227对连接板11的损伤,从而从多方面有效保护连接板11,并且通过螺纹连接件227将铰链座222、固定件225、连接板11和垫件224连接在一起,结构简单,成本低,且方便拆装。
根据本公开实施例的洗碗机100,通过设置阻尼铰链221,可以当洗碗机100的门盖组件2的打开和闭合时防止门盖组件2与水槽组件1有较大力度的磕碰,有效保护门盖组件2与水槽组件1,并在连接板11与铰链座222的连接处分别设置了固定件225和垫件224,可以有效增强铰链座222与连接板11的连接强度,并保护了连接板11,另外,采用螺纹连接件227对各部分进行连接,可增强门盖组件2与水槽组件1的连接强度和装配效率。
优选地,如图1所示,螺纹连接件227和第一定位结构2223均为多个,且一一间隔排布,由此,连接可靠性高,且不会造成干涉影响。
下面参照图1-图4描述根据本公开洗碗机100的一些实施例。
如图1所示,铰链座222上具有装配槽2221,垫件224嵌设在装配槽2221内,这样,可以方便垫件224在铰链座222上的定位,便于安装,且可以使铰链座222与垫件224的连接更可靠。
铰链座222上具有第一定位结构2223,垫件224上具有与第一定位结构2223定位配合的第二定位结构2241,固定件225上具有与第一定位结构2223定位配合的第三定位结构2251。
在一些实施例中,如图1所示,铰链座222上的第一定位结构2223可以是定位柱,垫 件224上的第二定位结构2241可以是定位孔,固定件225上的定位结构可以是定位孔,定位柱和定位孔可以为多个,且多个定位柱与多个定位孔一一对应。
当需要将铰链座222、垫件224、固定件225装配在一起的时候可以依次将铰链座222上的定位柱插入垫片和固定件225的对应的定位孔中,实现铰链座222、垫件224、固定件225的装配。
第一定位结构2223、第二定位结构2241和第三定位结构2251的设计可以使铰链座222、垫件224、固定件225在装配时更好定位,容易安装,并且可以增强三者之间的连接强度。
在一些实施例中,垫件224可以为橡胶片,当门盖组件2发生打开和闭合时,橡胶片可以吸收一部分门盖组件2打开或关闭时所产生的冲击或震动,并可以起到减小噪音的作用,固定件225为金属件,这样,可以有效的增强铰链组件22与连接板11的连接强度。
如图1和图2所示,洗碗机100还可以包括:连接件226,连接件226设在线束组件211的内侧(即线束组件靠近清洗腔的一侧)且两端分别与两个铰链座222的邻近线束组件211的一端对应固定,每个铰链座222的邻近线束组件211的一端均形成有由内向外凹入的安装槽2222,连接件226的所述两端分别嵌设在对应的安装槽2222内。
安装槽2222的设置可以使连接件226在两个铰链座222之间更好定位,便于安装,且可以利用安装槽2222的侧壁限制连接件226在左右方向上的移动,从而增强铰链座222与连接件226间的连接强度。
当需要将连接件226与铰链座222装配在一起的时候,可以将连接件226的两端分别嵌设在两个铰链座222上的对应的安装槽2222内,实现定位,再将连接件226与铰链座222连接在一起。连接件226与两个铰链座222的连接可以采用螺纹连接,螺纹连接的连接方式结构简单,制造与设计成本低,并且方便拆装,以便对洗碗机100的维修或装配,安装槽2222的设置可以使连接件226在两个铰链座222之间更好定位,便于安装。
连接件226不仅可以起到固定两个铰链座222间的相对位置的作用,还可以使铰链座222在安装槽2222内的连接更加稳定,而且,由于连接件226固定在线束组件211的内侧,还可以起到限制线束组件211的径向移动的作用,也就是说,当开闭门盖本体21时,线束组件211只在轴向上有移动,从而有效的减少了线束组件211的径向移动,从而减少线束组件211的弯折现象,起到了保护了线束组件211的作用。
如图1和图2所示,门盖本体21后侧边缘的左右两端还分别设有一个安装筒212,每个铰链组件22还包括一个铰链端盖223,阻尼铰链221的外套筒2211插配在对应的安装筒212内,且阻尼铰链221的内转芯2212由对应的安装筒212的邻近线束组件211的一端穿出,铰链端盖223密封对应的安装筒212的远离线束组件211的端部。
由此,铰链端盖223的设置可以防止水或其他异物进入到安装筒212中,避免使阻尼 铰链221生锈或损坏,进而起到保护阻尼铰链221的作用。
在一些实施例中,安装筒212上可以设有与阻尼铰链221的外套筒2211的定位键2213配合的定位槽2121,从而使外套筒2211定位在安装筒212上,即使得外套筒2211与安装筒212不得相对转动,而内转芯2212可以相对外套筒2211转动,这样将铰链座222安装在内转芯2212上和连接板11上之后,门盖本体21可以随着外套筒2211相对于内转芯2212与铰链底座转动,从而实现了门盖本体21的开闭。
如图1所示,铰链端盖223包括轴插部2231与连接在轴插部2231的轴侧端面的挡盖部2232,轴插部2231插配到安装筒212内且与安装筒212限位配合,挡盖部2232的面积大于安装筒212的面积以止挡在安装筒212的轴端面外。由此,铰链端盖223的密封性更好,装配更加方便。
在一些实施例中,轴插部2231与挡盖部2232可以为一体件(即不可拆分),从而可以降低加工和装配难度。其中,轴插部2231与安装筒212可以过盈配合,以简便且快捷地确保铰链端盖223紧密的安装在安装筒212上,进而更有效的保护阻尼铰链221。
另外,铰链端盖223上也可以设置与定位槽2121配合的定位结构2233,以提高铰链端盖223的密封可靠性。
如图2所示,根据本公开的洗碗机100可以为水槽式洗碗机,水槽式洗碗机可以包括并排且一体式设置的普通水槽101和洗碗槽102,即普通水槽101和洗碗槽102固定为一体结构不可拆分,水槽式洗碗机采用一体化设计更符合中国厨房的使用习惯,不需要弯腰就能轻松操作,并且不占用厨房空间。另外,水槽式洗碗机的结构不限于此,例如还可以为更多槽的结构,例如还可以包括与普通家用水槽和洗碗水槽均为一体结构的蔬果清洗槽等。当然,本公开不限于此,在本公开的其他实施例中,洗碗机100还可以为柜式洗碗机等。
根据本公开实施例的洗碗机,包括:水槽组件,所述水槽组件内形成有清洗腔,所述水槽组件上具有连接板;门盖组件,所述门盖组件可开关地设在所述水槽组件上,所述门盖组件包括门盖本体和两个铰链组件,所述门盖本体的后侧具有向后伸出的线束组件,两个所述铰链组件设在所述线束组件的左右两侧,每个所述铰链组件均包括阻尼铰链、铰链座、固定件、垫件和螺纹连接件,其中,所述阻尼铰链的外套筒固定于所述门盖本体,所述阻尼铰链的内转芯固定于所述铰链座,所述铰链座和所述固定件夹设在所述连接板厚度方向上的两侧,所述垫件垫设在所述连接板与所述铰链座之间,所述螺纹连接件依次贯穿所述固定件、所述连接板、所述垫件和所述铰链座以将所述铰链组件连接于所述水槽组件。
根据本公开实施例的洗碗机,通过设置阻尼铰链,可以在洗碗机的门盖组件打开和闭合时,防止门盖组件与水槽组件有较大力度的磕碰,有效保护门盖组件与水槽组件,并在 连接板与铰链座的连接处分别设置了固定件和垫件,增强铰链座与连接板的连接强度,并保护了连接板,采用螺纹连接件对各部分进行连接,从而使连接结构简单,成本低,且方便拆装。
根据本公开一个实施例的洗碗机,所述铰链座上具有装配槽,所述垫件嵌设在所述装配槽内。
根据本公开一个实施例的洗碗机,所述铰链座上具有第一定位结构,所述垫件上具有与所述第一定位结构定位配合的第二定位结构,所述固定件上具有与所述第一定位结构定位配合的第三定位结构。
根据本公开一个实施例的洗碗机,所述第一定位结构为定位柱,所述第二定位结构和所述第三定位结构均为定位孔。
根据本公开一个实施例的洗碗机,所述垫件为橡胶片,所述固定件为金属件。
根据本公开一个实施例的洗碗机,所述洗碗机还包括:连接件,所述连接件设在所述线束组件的内侧且两端分别与两个所述铰链座的邻近所述线束组件的一端对应固定。
根据本公开一个实施例的洗碗机,每个所述枢转件的邻近所述线束组件的一端均形成有由内向外凹入的安装槽,所述连接件的所述两端分别嵌设在对应的所述安装槽内。
根据本公开一个实施例的洗碗机,所述门盖本体后侧边缘的左右两端还分别设有一个安装筒,每个所述铰链组件还包括一个铰链端盖,所述阻尼铰链的外套筒插配在对应的所述安装筒内,且所述阻尼铰链的内转芯由对应的所述安装筒的邻近所述线束组件的一端穿出,所述铰链端盖密封对应的所述安装筒的远离所述线束组件的端部。

下面参考图5和图6描述根据本公开第二个实施例的用于洗碗机的门盖组件2。
如图5所示,根据本公开第二个实施例的用于洗碗机的门盖组件2,包括:门盖本体21、两个铰链座222、两个阻尼铰链221和连接件226。
门盖本体21的后侧具有向后伸出的线束组件211,线束组件211可以用来传递用户在门盖本体21上输入的信号,从而使洗碗机按照用户的操作进行工作。这里,线束组件211可以包括线束和套设在线束外的保护套。
两个铰链座222均与洗碗机的水槽(图中未示出)螺钉连接,从而使门盖本体21安装在洗碗机上,并且两个铰链座222分别位于线束组件211的左右两侧,从而可以在两个铰 链座222之间形成一个通过空间,线束组件211可以在该通过空间的中间穿过,从而使线束组件211的布置更加合理,并且通过螺钉连接的连接方式将两个铰链座222与洗碗机的水槽相连,结构简单,并且方便门盖组件2的拆卸。
两个阻尼铰链221均定位于门盖本体21,也就是说,阻尼铰链221与门盖本体21通过定位结构连接配合,且两个阻尼铰链221位于两个铰链座222的左右两侧,如图5和图6所示,在一些实施例中,在门盖本体21的后部的左右两侧设有两个安装筒212,两个阻尼铰链221可以分别定位在两个安装筒212中。其中,两个阻尼铰链221分别与两个安装筒212定位配合指的是,阻尼铰链221插配于安装筒212内且相对于安装筒212不可转动,从而实现阻尼铰链221在门盖组件2上的定位。
每个阻尼铰链221的内转芯2212均与对应的铰链座222螺钉连接,每个阻尼铰链221均定位在门盖本体21上,并且铰链座222与洗碗机的水槽螺钉相连,从而使门盖本体21可利用阻尼铰链221可开闭的连接在洗碗机的水槽上,并且阻尼铰链221的设置可以起到缓冲的作用,有效减轻关闭门盖本体21时,门盖本体21对洗碗机水槽的冲击,并且采用螺钉连接的方式将每个阻尼铰链221的内转芯2212均与对应的铰链座222进行连接,可以方便对门盖组件2的拆装。
连接件226设在线束组件211的内侧且两端分别与两个所铰链座222的邻近线束组件211的一端对应螺钉连接。由此,连接件226可以用来限制线束组件211的径向移动,这样,当开闭门盖本体21时,线束组件211只能在轴向上伸缩,而不能在径向上移动,从而有效的改善了线束组件211的弯折现象,有效的保护了线束组件211,并且采用螺钉连接的连接方式将铰链座222与连接件226连接在一起,从而使连接稳固,且方便拆卸。
这里,需要说明的是,“内侧”指的是,当门盖本体21处于关闭位置时,门盖本体2100厚度方向上的、面向洗碗机的水槽的一侧。因此,当将连接件226设在线束组件211的内侧时,使得用户从洗碗机的外侧很难观察到连接件226,从而提高了洗碗机整体的美观性,另外,由于门盖组件2关闭时,线束组件211容易向内侧发生径向弯折,从而当将连接件226设在线束组件211的内侧时,可以更好地防止线束组件211弯折。
当两个铰链座222通过阻尼铰链221连接在门盖本体21上时,线束组件211在两个铰链座222中间穿过,并且采用连接件226安装在线束组件211的内侧且两端分别与两个所铰链座222的邻近线束组件211的一端相连,即两个铰链座222的靠近线束组件211的侧面与连接件226共同限定出一个通过空间,线束组件211可以从该通过空间内穿过,从而起到限制线束组件211径向的移动,减少了线束组件211的弯折现象,有效的保护了线束组件211。
根据本公开实施例的门盖组件2,通过将两个铰链座222分设在线束组件211的两侧, 可以避免铰链座222对线束组件211造成干扰,也就是说,可以起到很好的避让线束11的作用,而且通过在线束组件211的内侧设置连接两个铰链座222的连接件226,从而可以有效保护线束组件211,并提高铰链座222的连接强度。此外,由于铰链座222与水槽、阻尼铰链221与铰链座222、连接件226与铰链座222都采用螺钉连接,从而可以降低拆装难度,提高拆装效率,方便门盖组件2的维修。
下面参照图5和图6描述根据本公开第二个实施例的门盖组件2。
如图5和图6所示,根据本公开实施例的门盖组件2,铰链座222与连接件226螺钉连接的方向和铰链座222与水槽螺钉连接的方向垂直,从而使铰链座222与连接件226的连接、铰链座222与水槽的连接互不干涉且容易连接,并且铰链座222与连接件226的连接、铰链座222与水槽的连接都采用螺钉连接,这种连接结构简单,从而进一步的方便了门盖组件2的拆装。
根据本公开实施例的门盖组件2,铰链座222与连接件226沿内外方向,即门盖本体21的厚度方向螺钉连接,这样可以方便地将线束组件211从铰链座222与连接件226所限定出的通过空间中穿过,使线束组件211的布置更加合理。
如图5和图6所示,每个铰链座222的邻近线束组件211的一端均形成有由内向外凹入的安装槽23,连接件226的所述两端分别嵌设在对应的所述安装槽23内,从而使连接件226的安装可以更好的定位,方便安装,并且将连接件226嵌设在安装槽23内也便于门盖本体21的开闭。
如图5所示,连接件226的每端的厚度均与对应的安装槽23的凹入深度相同,由此,当连接件226安装在安装槽23内之后,不会妨碍门盖本体21的开闭,并且使连接件226与铰链座222的连接表面光滑,外观美观。
连接件226的每端均可以与对应的安装槽23的凹入底壁螺纹连接,连接件226与安装槽23的凹入底壁可以采用螺钉连接或螺栓连接,这样,不仅结构简单,而且方便连接件226安装与拆卸。
在一些实施例中,连接件226上可以具有加强筋,通过在连接件226上增设加强筋,从而增强了连接件226的强度。
如图5和图6所示,连接件226为对称结构,从而使连接件226便于安装,安装效率高。
门盖组件2还可以包括两端与两个铰链座222分别对应固定相连且位于线束组件211的外侧的附加连接件226(图未示出该示例),通过附加连接件226的设置,可以使两个铰链座222的连接更可靠,并且也可以在线束组件211的外侧对线束组件211起到限制线束组件211向径向移动的作用。
根据本公开实施例的洗碗机,通过设置上述实施例的门盖组件2,从而具有相应的优点,使线束组件211有更好的布置方式,且防止线束组件211随着门盖本体21在径向上的移动,从而减少了线束组件211的弯折,并且通过螺钉连接的方式将各个组件相连,从而实现了各组件间的快速安装与快速拆卸。
根据本公开实施例的洗碗机可以为水槽式洗碗机,水槽式洗碗机的概念为本领域技术人员所熟知,这里仅作简要介绍。水槽式洗碗机可以包括并排且一体式设置的普通家用水槽和洗碗水槽,即普通家用水槽和洗碗水槽固定为一体结构不可拆分,水槽式洗碗机采用一体化的设计更符合中国厨房的使用习惯,不占用厨房空间。其中,洗碗水槽可以由上文所述的水槽组件和门盖组件2构成。
当然,本公开实施例不限于此,在本公开的其他实施例中,洗碗机还可以为柜式洗碗机等。另外,水槽式洗碗机的结构不限于此,例如还可以为更多槽的结构,例如还可以包括与普通家用水槽和洗碗水槽均为一体结构的蔬果清洗槽等。
根据本公开实施例的用于洗碗机的门盖组件,包括:门盖本体,所述门盖本体的后侧具有向后伸出的线束组件;两个铰链座,两个所述铰链座均与所述洗碗机的水槽螺钉连接且分别位于所述线束组件的左右两侧;两个阻尼铰链,两个所述阻尼铰链均定位于所述门盖本体且位于两个所述铰链座的左右两侧,每个所述阻尼铰链的内转芯均与对应的所述铰链座螺钉连接;连接件,所述连接件设在所述线束组件的内侧且两端分别与两个所述铰链座的邻近所述线束组件的一端对应螺钉连接。
根据本公开实施例的用于洗碗机的门盖组件,通过将两个铰链座分设在线束组件的两侧,可以避免铰链座对线束组件造成干扰,而且通过在线束组件的内侧设置连接两个铰链座的连接件,从而可以有效保护线束组件,并提高铰链座的连接强度。此外,由于铰链座与水槽、阻尼铰链与铰链座、连接件与铰链座都采用螺钉连接,从而可以降低拆装难度,提高拆装效率,方便门盖组件的维修。
根据本公开一个实施例的用于洗碗机的门盖组件,所述铰链座与所述连接件螺钉连接的方向和所述铰链座与所述水槽螺钉连接的方向垂直。
根据本公开一个实施例的用于洗碗机的门盖组件,所述铰链座与所述连接件沿内外方向螺钉连接。

根据本公开一个实施例的用于洗碗机的门盖组件,所述连接件上具有加强筋,从而增强了连接件的强度。
根据本公开一个实施例的用于洗碗机的门盖组件,所述连接件为对称结构,从而使连接件便于安装,安装效率高。
根据本公开一个实施例的用于洗碗机的门盖组件,所述门盖组件还包括两端与两个所述铰链座分别对应固定相连且位于所述线束组件的外侧的附加连接件,通过附加连接件的设置,既可以使两个铰链座的连接更可靠,也可以在线束组件的外侧对线束组件起到限制其向径向移动的作用。
本公开还提出了一种洗碗机,包括如上述任一种所述的用于洗碗机的门盖组件。
根据本公开实施例的洗碗机,通过设置上述实施例的用于洗碗机的门盖组件,从而具有相应的优点,从而使线束组件有更好的布置方式,且防止线束组件随着门盖本体在径向上的移动,从而减少了线束组件的弯折,并且通过螺钉连接的方式将各个组件相连,从而实现了各组件间的快速安装与快速拆卸。
根据本公开一个实施例的洗碗机为水槽式洗碗机,水槽式洗碗机采用一体化设计更符合中国厨房的使用习惯,不需要弯腰就能轻松操作,并且不占用厨房空间。

Claims (19)

  1. 一种用于洗碗机的门盖组件,其特征在于,包括:
    门盖本体,所述门盖本体的后侧具有向后伸出的线束组件;
    两个铰链组件,两个所述铰链组件设在所述线束组件的左右两侧,每个所述铰链组件均包括阻尼铰链、铰链座,两个所述铰链座均与所述洗碗机的水槽组件相连且分别位于所述线束组件的左右两侧,两个所述阻尼铰链的外套筒固定于所述门盖本体且位于两个所述铰链座的左右两侧,每个所述阻尼铰链的内转芯均与对应的所述铰链座固定连接。
  2. 据权利要求1所述的用于洗碗机的门盖组件,其特征在于,每个所述铰链组件还包括:固定件、垫件和螺纹连接件,所述铰链座和所述固定件夹设在所述连接板厚度方向上的两侧,所述垫件垫设在所述连接板与所述铰链座之间,所述螺纹连接件依次贯穿所述固定件、所述连接板、所述垫件和所述铰链座以用于将所述铰链组件连接于所述水槽组件。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的用于洗碗机的门盖组件,其特征在于,所述铰链座上具有装配槽,所述垫件嵌设在所述装配槽内。
  4. 根据权利要求2或3所述的用于洗碗机的门盖组件,其特征在于,所述铰链座上具有第一定位结构,所述垫件上具有与所述第一定位结构定位配合的第二定位结构,所述固定件上具有与所述第一定位结构定位配合的第三定位结构。
  5. 根据权利要求4所述的用于洗碗机的门盖组件,其特征在于,所述第一定位结构为定位柱,所述第二定位结构和所述第三定位结构均为定位孔。
  6. 根据权利要求2-5中任一项所述的用于洗碗机的门盖组件,其特征在于,所述垫件为橡胶片,所述固定件为金属件。
  7. 根据权利要求1中任一项所述的用于洗碗机的门盖组件,其特征在于,还包括:
    连接件,所述连接件设在所述线束组件的内侧且两端分别与两个所述铰链座的邻近所述线束组件的一端对应固定。
  8. 根据权利要求7所述的用于洗碗机的门盖组件,其特征在于,所述铰链座与所述连接件螺钉连接的方向和所述铰链座与所述水槽螺钉连接的方向垂直。
  9. 根据权利要求7或8所述的用于洗碗机的门盖组件,其特征在于,所述铰链座与所述连接件沿内外方向螺钉连接。
  10. 根据权利要求7-9任一项所述的用于洗碗机的门盖组件,其特征在于,每个所述铰链座的邻近所述线束组件的一端均形成有由内向外凹入的安装槽,所述连接件的所述两端分别嵌设在对应的所述安装槽内。
  11. 根据权利要求10所述的用于洗碗机的门盖组件,其特征在于,所述连接件的每端 的厚度均与对应的所述安装槽的凹入深度相同。
  12. 根据权利要求10或11所述的用于洗碗机的门盖组件,其特征在于,所述连接件的每端均与对应的所述安装槽的凹入底壁螺纹连接。
  13. 根据权利要求7-12中任一项所述的用于洗碗机的门盖组件,其特征在于,所述连接件上具有加强筋。
  14. 根据权利要求7-13中任一项所述的用于洗碗机的门盖组件,其特征在于,所述连接件为对称结构。
  15. 根据权利要求7-14中任一项所述的用于洗碗机的门盖组件,其特征在于,所述门盖组件还包括两端与两个所述铰链座分别对应固定相连且位于所述线束组件的外侧的附加连接件。
  16. 根据权利要求1-15中任一项所述的用于洗碗机的门盖组件,其特征在于,所述门盖本体后侧边缘的左右两端还分别设有一个安装筒,每个所述铰链组件还包括一个铰链端盖,所述阻尼铰链的外套筒插配在对应的所述安装筒内,且所述阻尼铰链的内转芯由对应的所述安装筒的邻近所述线束组件的一端穿出,所述铰链端盖密封对应的所述安装筒的远离所述线束组件的端部。
  17. 根据权利要求16所述的用于洗碗机的门盖组件,其特征在于,所述铰链端盖包括轴插部与连接在所述轴插部的轴侧端面的挡盖部,所述轴插部插配到所述安装筒内且与所述安装筒限位配合,所述挡盖部的面积大于所述安装筒的面积以止挡在所述安装筒的轴端面外。
  18. 一种洗碗机,其特征在于,包括根据权利要求1-17中任一项所述的用于洗碗机的门盖组件。
  19. 根据权利要求18中的洗碗机,其特征在于,所述洗碗机为水槽式洗碗机,且包括水槽组件,所述水槽组件内形成有清洗腔,所述水槽组件上具有连接板,所述门盖组件可开关地设在所述水槽组件上。
