Description
本申请要求于2017年11月23日提交中国专利局、申请号为2017111821320、发明名称为“电子保单加签方法、装置、计算机设备及存储介质”的中国专利申请的优先权,其全部内容通过引用结合在本申请中。
本申请涉及计算机技术领域,特别是涉及一种电子保单加签方法、装置、计算机设备及存储介质。
保险公司业务量大,如果将所有的保险产品采用纸质保单寄送的方式送达客户,那么保单的寄送成本过高,同时会浪费大量的纸质单据。因此,保险公司将保险期限较短的保险产品多采用电子保单加盖电子印章的方式进行送达。现阶段,由于不同保单类型的电子保单签章位置不同,保单数量庞大,且保单不定期地会进行更新,从而经常出现电子签章加盖位置混杂,签章加盖错误的问题,导致电子签单加签工作返工率高,效率低。
发明内容
根据本申请公开的各种实施例,提供一种电子保单加签方法、装置、计算机设备及存储介质。
一种电子保单加签方法,包括以下步骤:
接收终端发送的保单加签请求及待处理电子保单,所述保单加签请求中携带保单样本标识;
获取签章信息表,从所述签章信息表中查找与所述保单样本标识对应的第一签章标识、签章位置信息、位置校验字符和字符提取域位置信息;
根据所述字符提取域位置信息从所述待处理电子保单中对应位置处提取第一字符;
将所述第一字符与所述位置校验字符进行比较;
当所述第一字符与所述位置校验字符一致时,获取与所述第一签章标识对应的电子签章,并根据所述签章位置信息将所述电子签章加盖在所述待处理电子保单的签章位置处。
一种电子保单加签装置,所述装置包括:
请求接收模块,用于接收终端发送的保单加签请求及待处理电子保单,所述保单加签请求中携带保单样本标识;
信息查找模块,用于获取签章信息表,从所述签章信息表中查找与所述保单样本标识相对应的第一签章标识、签章位置信息、位置校验字符和字符提取域位置信息;
字符提取模块,用于根据所述字符提取域位置信息从所述待处理电子保单中对应位置处提取第一字符;
字符比较模块,用于将所述第一字符与所述位置校验字符进行比较;

本申请实施例中所提供的电子保单加签方法可以应用于如图1所示的应用环境中。服务器102与终端104通过网络连接。其中,终端104的数量可以为多个。服务器102接收终端104发送的保单加签请求及待处理电子保单,服务器102根据接收到的保单加签请求中携带的保单样本标识查找对应的第一签章标识、签章位置信息、位置校验字符和字符提取域位置信息,并根据字符提取域位置从待处理电子保单中提取第一字符,当提取到的第一字符与位置校验字符一致时再对待处理电子保单进行加签处理。服务器102将经过加签处理的电子保单返回给终端104。
在一个实施例中,如图2所示,提供了一种电子保单加签方法,以该方法应用于服务器为例进行说明,具体包括以下步骤:
步骤210,接收终端发送的保单加签请求及待处理电子保单,保单加签请求中携带保单样本标识。
终端可以为保险公司、保险公司下属的各子公司、分支机构、代销点的打印系统的终端设备。打印系统生成的电子保单还需要加盖电子签章才可以生效。
打印系统终端可以将一段时间内生成的待进行签章处理的电子保单集中发送给服务器,由服务器进行统一进行加签处理。如终端可以定时向服务器发送保单加签请求及待处理电子保单。终端也可以预设保单数量阈值,当生成的电子保单数量到达预设保单数量阈值时,终端再向服务器发送保单加签请求。终端也可以根据电子保单的处理优先级别,将优先等级较高的电子保单优先发送给服务器进行加签处理。
终端向服务器发送待处理电子保单和保单加签请求,保单加签请求中携带保单样本标识,保单加签请求中还可以携带待处理电子保单的保单代码,其中,保单样本标识与发送的待处理电子保单的保单代码一一对应。在一个实施例中,终端在生成电子保单时,查找该电子保单所属的保险产品标识,再根据保险产品标识查找电子保单对应的保单样本标识,在向服务器发送保单加签请求时,将保单样本标识与电子保单的保单代码进行关联发送。
保单样本标识用于唯一确定电子保单的保单样本,一个保险产品或同一种保险产品可以对应于一份保单样本,需要说明的是,相同的保险产品由不同的代理机构、分公司进行销售时,由于各机构的签章信息不同,不同机构的同种保险产品对应的保单样本也很可能不一样,一个保险产品或同一种保险产品可以对应于一份保单样本可以对应于多份保单样本,但是保单样本标识中包含了保险产品信息、销售渠道信息,由保单样本标识可以唯一确定电子保单的保单样本。保单样本为电子保单进行加签所需参照的标准模板,电子保单的签章及准确的签章位置需要与对应的保单样本一致。
服务器接收到终端发送的待处理电子保单及保单加签请求后,从保单加签请求中获取各待处理电子保单所对应的保单样本标识,逐一对待处理电子保单进行加签处理。
步骤220,获取签章信息表,从签章信息表中查找与保单样本标识对应的第一签章标识、签章位置信息、位置校验字符和字符提取域位置信息。
服务器获取预先存储的签章信息表。签章信息表中存储了目前各机构在售的每一个保险产品或每一种保险产品的电子保单的签章信息。签章信息可以包括第一签章标识、签章位置信息、位置校验字符和字符提取域位置信息,上述签章信息均与保单样本标识具有一一对应的关系。
具体地,第一签章标识用于唯一标识电子签章,不同销售机构的不同的保险产品或不同种的保险产品可能采用不同的电子签章。服务器根据第一签章标识可以查找到待处理电子保单对应的电子签章。需要说明的是此处的“第一签章标识”中的“第一”是为了与下文的“第二签章标识”中的“第二”加以区别,下文中的第二签章标识是签章信息添加请求中所携带的签章标识,而非签章信息表中已经存储的保险产品的签章标识,但是,“第一签章标识” 和“第二签章标识”本质上都是为了用于唯一标识电子签章。
签章位置信息为电子签章需要加盖在电子保单上具体位置的位置信息,可以包括需要加盖的电子保单的页码信息,电子签章在加盖所在页的具体位置坐标等。其中,具体位置坐标可以为电子签章中心位置的坐标,也可以为电子坐标边缘界限的坐标集合,还可以为整个电子签章所在的坐标集合等等。
位置校验字符是用于对待处理电子保单的待签章位置校验的字符,字符提取域位置信息可以为位置校验字符的坐标,服务器通过字符提取域位置信息可以从待处理电子保单中提取出位置校验字符。
由于目前保险公司在售的保险产品的种类、数量庞大,并且电子保单的格式、内容进行调整的频率较大,因此,经常出现签章信息更新滞后于电子保单更新的情况,由此导致签章加盖位置错误。此外,各销售机构的销售量庞大,特别是在人工对客户投保产品进行分拣、分类的过程中出现错误,导致打印系统查找的保单样本标识出现错误,从而导致电子签章加盖出现混杂、位置错误的情况。
为了解决上述问题,在本实施例中,预先在服务器中存储了位置校验字符和相应的字符提取域位置信息,服务器根据字符提取域位置信息从待处理电子保单中提取出字符后,判断提取出的字符是否与位置校验字符相一致,并判断该电子保单是否进行了更新,或者查找的保单样本是否与电子保单一致。
在一个实施例中,位置校验字符可以采用电子签章加盖的落款字符,如电子保单正文内容中被电子签章覆盖、或与电子签章重合的一个或多个字符。落款字符对应的坐标数据即为字符提取域位置信息。需要说明的是,位置校验字符还可以为与电子签章位置具有一定对应关系的字符,不限于本实施例中所述的落款字符。
步骤230,根据字符提取域位置信息从待处理电子保单中对应位置处提取第一字符。
服务器从签章信息表中查找到保单样本标识对应的签章信息后,从待处理电子保单中与字符提取域位置信息相对应的位置处提取出第一字符。需要说明的是,这里的“第一”是为了与位置校验字符以作区分,并没有特别的表示意思。
步骤240,将第一字符与位置校验字符进行比较。
服务器将根据字符提取域位置信息提取到的与保单样本标识对应的位置校验字符进行比较,判断第一字符与位置校验字符是否相同。
步骤250,当第一字符与位置校验字符一致时,获取与第一签章标识对应的电子签章,并根据签章位置信息将电子签章加盖在待处理电子保单的签 章位置处。
当服务器判断第一字符与位置校验字符一致时,服务器根据第一签章标识查找与之相对应的电子签章,服务器调用查找到的电子签章,将电子签章加盖在待处理电子保单上与签章位置信息所对应的签章位置处。服务器对电子保单处理完毕后,可以将经过加签的电子保单批量返回给对应的终端,也可以根据电子保单的处理优先级别,对处理优先等级较高的保单优先处理并返回给终端。
当服务器判断第一字符与位置校验字符一致时,生成字符校验失败提示,将字符校验失败提示返回给对应的终端。字符校验失败提示中可以注明具体校验失败的电子保单的保单代码,提示内容可以为例如“T25903454保单的签章字符校验失败,请确认电子保单是否经过更新”等提示字样。终端对保单样本标识对应的保单样本与电子保单进行对照审核,判断是否需要对保单样本进行更新。
在本实施例中,服务器通过预先将各保单样本的签章标识、签章位置信息、位置校验字符和字符提取域位置信息等信息存储在签章信息表中,当接收到终端发送的保单加签请求之后,查找签章信息表中与保单样本标识对应的字符提取域位置信息,并根据字符提取域位置信息从待处理电子保单中提取第一字符,将第一字符与预存在签章信息表中的位置校验字符进行比较,当两个字符一致时才进行加签操作。从而通过对位置校验字符进行自动校验,保证加签位置的准确性,能够避免错误操作,可以提高加签工作的工作效率。
在一个实施例中,如图3所示,上述电子保单加签方法还可以包括:
步骤245:当第一字符与位置校验字符不一致时,向保单平台服务器发送携带保单样本标识的保单样本获取指令。
当服务器判断出第一字符与位置校验字符不一致时,服务器向保单平台服务器发送保单样本获取指令,保单样本获取指令中携带字符校验失败的待处理电子保单的保单样本标识。保单平台服务器对所有电子保单的保单样本进行统一管理,包括对一个保单样本的多个更新版本的管理。一个保单样本的多个更新版本可以具有不同的版本号。保单平台服务器根据保单样本标识查找与之相对应的最新版本的保单样本,并将最新版本的保单样本返回给服务器。
步骤255:接收保单平台服务器返回的与保单样本标识对应的保单样本。
服务器接收保单平台服务器返回的与保单样本标识对应的保单样本。
在一个实施例中,签章信息表中还可存储保单样本的版本信息如版本号等,服务器获取返回的保单样本的版本号,将获取的版本号与签章信息表中的版本号进行比较,判断两个版本号是否一致,当两个版本号不一致时,表 明保单样本已经发生了更新而签章信息表中的信息还未及时更新。当服务器判断出两个版本号一致时,表明处理过程中存在其他异常问题,生成处理异常结果提示并返回给发送保单加签请求的终端。
步骤265:获取与第一签章标识对应的电子签章,根据电子签章识别出保单样本中的印章图像并获取印章图像的位置坐标。
当服务器判断出保单样本发生了更新时,服务器获取与第一签章标识对应的电子签章,根据电子签章的签章图像对保单样本进行图像识别,从保单样本中识别出与签章图像一致的印章图像,印章图像即为保单样本上加盖的电子签章的图像,服务器获取识别出的印章图像的位置坐标。服务器可以只获取印章图像边缘像素点的坐标,服务器也可以获取印章图像中所有像素点的坐标,服务器还可以获取印章图像中特征像素点的坐标。需要说明的是,一般情况下,不同版本的保单样本中加盖的电子签章保持不变,但如果保单样本在进行版本更新时电子签章也发生了更新的情况下,保单平台服务器在向服务器返回保单样本的同时也会将更新的签章标识发送给服务器,服务器在接收到没有存储的签章标识时,对预先存储的电子签章也进行更新。
具体的图像识别过程可以采用基于印章图像形状特征的识别算法,也可以采用基于印章图像色彩特征的识别算法,还可以采用基于印章图像纹理特征的识别算法,本实施例对图像识别的方法并不做限定,服务器也可以采用其他图像识别算法对印章图像进行识别。
步骤275:在待处理电子保单中与位置坐标的对应位置处加盖电子签章。
服务器识别出印章图像的位置坐标后,在待处理电子保单中与位置坐标对应的位置处加盖获取的与第一签章标识对应的电子签章。
在本实施例中,当服务器判断出第一字符与位置校验字符不一致时,可以从保单平台服务器获取更新的保单样本,并自动识别更新的保单样本中印章图像的位置坐标,根据识别出位置坐标对待处理电子保单进行加签处理,由此对字符校验失败的电子保单也能进行自动化地加签处理,节省人工操作,提高效率。
在一个实施例中,根据电子签章识别出保单样本中的印章图像并获取印章图像的位置坐标的步骤265之后,还包括:根据印章图像的位置坐标计算出位置校验字符位置坐标;从保单样本的位置校验字符位置坐标对应位置处提取出第二字符;根据印章图像的位置坐标对签章信息表中对应的签章位置信息进行更新,根据位置校验字符位置坐标对签章信息表中对应的字符提取域位置信息进行更新,根据第二字符对签章信息表对应的位置校验字符进行更新。
在本实施例中,印章图像的位置坐标与位置校验字符的位置坐标存在一 定的关系,例如,位置校验字符中心位置的位置坐标与印章图像中心位置的位置坐标重合,或者两个中心位置的位置坐标具有固定的距离长度,又或者印章图像上某一像素点的位置坐标与位置校验字符的位置坐标重合、或具有固定的距离长度等,本实施例并不对两个位置坐标之间存在的位置关系进行限定。服务器根据印章图像的位置坐标和印章图像与位置校验字符的位置关系可以计算出位置校验字符位置坐标。
服务器根据计算出的位置校验字符位置坐标从保单样本的对应位置处提取出第二字符,提取出的第二字符为保单样本更新后的位置校验字符。服务器对字符校验失败的电子保单的保单样本标识对应的签章信息表中的签章位置信息进行更新,将签章信息表中对应的签章位置信息更新为识别的印章图像的位置坐标,将对应的字符提取域位置信息更新为计算得到的位置校验字符位置坐标,将对应的位置校验字符更新为提取出的第二字符,并对更新后的签章信息表进行保存。
在本实施例中,在出现字符校验失败的情况下,服务器除了自动获取、识别更新后的保单样本的印章图像的位置坐标之外,还根据印章图像的位置坐标与位置校验字符的位置坐标的位置关系自动提取更新后的位置校验字符,并根据上述识别、提取结果对签章信息表中对应的签章信息进行更新,从而可以及时更新保单样本的签章信息,保证后续加签工作的流畅性。
在一个实施例中,如图4所示,上述电子保单加签方法还包括以下签章信息添加的步骤:
步骤280:接收保单平台服务器发送的签章信息添加请求,签章信息添加请求中携带新增保单样本和第二签章标识。
当保单平台服务器添加有新的保单样本时,保单平台服务器对新的保单样本保存、对保单样本的信息进行记录后,保单平台服务器向服务器发送签章信息添加请求,签章信息添加请求中携带有新增保单样本以及与新增保单样本中的电子签章相对应的第二签章标识。服务器接收保单平台服务器发送的签章信息添加请求。
步骤282:查找与第二签章标识对应的电子签章。
服务器从接收的签章信息添加请求中读取第二签章标识,服务器从本地查找与第二签章标识相对应的电子签章。在一个实施例中,当服务器查找不到与第二签章标识对应的电子签章时,新增保单样本中的电子签章为新增电子签章,服务器根据签章信息添加请求中的业务信息向对应的业务终端获取与第二签章标识相对应的新增电子签章,以对本地存储的电子签章进行更新。
步骤284:根据与第二签章标识对应的电子签章识别出新增保单样本中的印章图像并获取印章图像的签章位置信息。
服务器根据查找到的与第二签章标识对应的电子签章的签章图像,从接收的新增保单样本中识别出印章图像,并获取印章图像的签章位置信息。其中,印章图像的签章位置信息可以为印章图像边缘像素点的坐标,也可以为印章图像中所有像素点的坐标,还可以为印章图像中特征像素点的坐标,在此并不做特别限定。具体的印章图像的识别方法参照上述实施例中描述的实施方式,在此不再赘述。
步骤286:根据印章图像的签章位置信息获取字符提取域位置信息,从新增保单样本的字符提取域位置信息对应位置处提取出新增位置校验字符。
如上述实施例中所述,印章图像的坐标位置与位置校验字符的坐标位置具有特定的位置关系。在一个实施例中,所有保单样本中的印章图像和位置校验字符可以采用相同的位置关系,服务器获取预先存储的位置关系,根据印章图像的签章位置信息中的位置坐标计算得到位置校验字符的位置坐标。在其他实施例中,不同保单样本中的印章图像和位置校验字符可以采用不同的位置关系,签章信息添加请求中携带位置关系数据,服务器从签章信息添加请求中读取位置关系数据,并根据印章图像的位置坐标计算得到位置校验字符的位置坐标。
服务器计算得到位置校验的位置坐标后,根据位置坐标从新增保单样本的对应位置处提取出字符作为新增保单样本的位置校验字符。
步骤288:将新增保单样本的样本标识、第二签章标识、签章位置信息、字符提取域位置信息和新增位置校验字符关联添加至签章信息表中。
服务器将接收到的新增保单样本的样本标识、第二签章标识,识别到的签章位置信息,计算得到的字符提取域位置信息和提取得到的新增位置校验字符昂关联添加至签章信息表,对签章信息表进行更新。
在本实施例中,当保单平台服务器中管理的保单样本有更新时,将新增的保单样本和签章信息推送给服务器,服务器自动从新增保单样本中识别印章图像的位置信息,根据印章图像的位置信息和预设的位置关系获取位置校验字符的位置信息,并提取出新增位置校验字符,将新增保单样本的签章信息更新至签章信息表中,使得签章信息表能够及时存储最新的保单样本信息。
在一个实施例中,根据印章图像的签章位置信息获取字符提取域位置信息,从新增保单样本的字符提取域位置信息对应位置处提取出新增位置校验字符的步骤,包括:获取印章图像的中心位置坐标;查找第二签章标识对应的字符提取域尺寸;将中心位置坐标作为字符提取域的中心位置坐标后,根据中心位置坐标与字符提取域尺寸计算出字符提取域位置信息;从新增保单样本的字符提取域位置信息对应位置处提取出新增位置校验字符。
在本实施例中,在计算字符提取域的位置信息时,服务器从印章图像的 签章位置信息中读取印章图像的中心位置坐标。同一电子签章的所对应的位置校验字符的字符提取域的尺寸是固定的,电子签章的签章标识与字符提取域的对应关系预先存储在服务器中。服务器根据第二签章标识查找对应的字符提取域尺寸。字符提取域尺寸为位置校验字符提取域的长与高的像素大小,例如,字符提取域尺寸可以为10×5个像素,8×4个像素等。
服务器将读取的印章图像的中心位置坐标作为字符提取域的中心位置坐标后,并根据字符提取域尺寸计算出整个字符提取域在电子保单中的坐标范围。服务器根据计算出的坐标范围在新增电子保单中确定字符提取域,对字符提取域中的字符进行识别。具体地,字符识别算法可以采用模板匹配算法、神经网络训练算法等。服务器将识别出的字符作为新增样本的位置校验字符。
在一个实施例中,上述电子保单加签方法中签章信息添加的步骤包括:接收保单平台服务器发送的签章信息添加请求,签章信息添加请求中携带新增保单样本和第二签章标识;查找第二签章标识对应的电子签章图像和位置校验字符图像;根据电子签章图像和位置校验字符图像识别出新增保单样本中的印章图像和位置校验字符,并获取印章图像的签章位置信息和位置校验字符的字符提取域位置信息;将新增保单样本的样本标识、第二签章标识、印章图像的签章位置信息和位置校验字符的字符提取域位置信息关联添加至签章信息表中。
本实施例与上述实施例中签章信息添加步骤的区别在于,上述实施例中印章图像与位置校验字符的位置关系是固定的,但是位置校验字符的字符内容是根据各新增保单的具体内容提取的。但是在本实施例中,位置校验字符的字符内容是固定不变的,且位置校验字符在保单样本中具有唯一性,位置校验字符的与印章图像之间不具有固定的位置关系。优选地,在一个实施例中,预先设定位置校验字符的识别区域,服务器在识别区域内对位置校验字符进行识别。
具体地,服务器中预先对应存储了电子签章、电子签章图像和位置校验字符图像。服务器根据接收的第二签章标识查找到对应的电子签章图像和位置校验字符图像,根据查找到的电子签章图像和位置校验字符图像从新增电子保单中识别出印章图像和位置校验字符,获取识别出的印章图像和位置校验字符的位置信息。
在一个实施例中,对印章图像和位置校验字符进行识别的具体步骤包括:将新增电子保单从pdf格式转换为图片格式,如可以转换为jpg图片格式。服务器获取位置校验字符图像的四个角映射的RGB像素值以及全部像素值,并获取电子签章图像四个角映射的RGB像素值以及全部像素值。服务器获取图片格式的新增电子保单的长与宽的尺寸数据,并获取电子签章图像和位置校 验字符图像的长与宽的尺寸数据。服务器根据电子签章图像的尺寸数据按照预设步长对新增电子保单图片进行遍历,例如,从原点(0,0)开始逐步向右移动1个像素步长,移动到图片边缘时,再向下移动1个像素步长,下移后再逐步向左移动。
每次移动时,服务器获取新增电子保单图片四个角映射的RGB像素值,将其与电子签章图像的四个角映射的RGB像素值进行比较,如果一样则进行进一步比较,将映射范围内的全部点与电子签章图像的全部像素值进行比较,如果全部一致,则获取映射范围的坐标数据,将其作为印章图像的签章位置信息。如果比较结果不一致,则继续遍历直至查找到像素值完全相同的映射图像。服务器识别出电子签章图像之后,采用与上述相同的算法对位置校验字符图像进行识别。其中,像素之间的比较可以通过BufferedImage对象获取每个像素的RGB值来比较的。
图2为本申请一个实施例的方法的流程示意图。应该理解的是,虽然图2的流程图中的各个步骤按照箭头的指示依次显示,但是这些步骤并不是必然按照箭头指示的顺序依次执行。除非本文中有明确的说明,这些步骤的执行并没有严格的顺序限制,其可以以其他的顺序执行。而且,图2中的至少一部分步骤可以包括多个子步骤或者多个阶段,这些子步骤或者阶段并不必然是在同一时刻执行完成,而是可以在不同的时刻执行,其执行顺序也不必然是依次进行,而是可以与其他步骤或者其他步骤的子步骤或者阶段的至少一部分轮流或者交替地执行。

关于电子保单加签装置的具体限定可以参见上文中对于电子保单加签方法的限定,在此不再赘述。上述电子保单加签装置中的各个模块可全部或部分通过软件、硬件及其组合来实现。上述各模块可以硬件形式内嵌于或独立于计算机设备中的处理器中,也可以以软件形式存储于计算机设备中的存储器中,以便于处理器调用执行以上各个模块对应的操作。该处理器可以为中央处理单元(CPU)、微处理器、单片机等。上述电子保单加签装置可以实现为一种计算机可读指令的形式。
在一个实施例中,提供了一种计算机设备,该计算机设备可以是服务器,也可以是终端。当该计算机设备为服务器时,其内部结构图可以如图6所示。该计算机设备包括通过系统总线连接的处理器、存储器和网络接口。其中,该计算机设备的处理器用于提供计算和控制能力。该计算机设备的存储器包括非易失性存储介质、内存储器。该非易失性存储介质存储有操作系统和计算机程序。该内存储器为非易失性存储介质中的操作系统和计算机程序的运行提供环境。该计算机设备的网络接口用于与外部的终端通过网络连接通信。该计算机程序被处理器执行时以实现一种电子保单加签方法。本领域技术人员可以理解,图6中示出的结构,仅仅是与本申请方案相关的部分结构的框图,并不构成对本申请方案所应用于其上的计算机设备的限定,具体的计算机设备可以包括比图中所示更多或更少的部件,或者组合某些部件,或者具有不同的部件布置。
在一个实施例中,处理器执行计算机可读指令时可以执行以下步骤:接收终端发送的保单加签请求及待处理电子保单,保单加签请求中携带保单样本标识;取签章信息表,从签章信息表中查找与保单样本标识对应的第一签 章标识、签章位置信息、位置校验字符和字符提取域位置信息;根据字符提取域位置信息从待处理电子保单中对应位置处提取第一字符;将第一字符与位置校验字符进行比较;当第一字符与位置校验字符一致时,获取与第一签章标识对应的电子签章,及并根据签章位置信息将电子签章加盖在待处理电子保单的签章位置处。
在一个实施例中,提供了一个或多个存储有计算机可读指令的计算机可读非易失性存储介质,计算机可读指令被一个或多个处理器执行时,使得一个或多个处理器执行以下步骤:接收终端发送的保单加签请求及待处理电子保单,保单加签请求中携带保单样本标识;取签章信息表,从签章信息表中查找与保单样本标识对应的第一签章标识、签章位置信息、位置校验字符和字符提取域位置信息;根据字符提取域位置信息从待处理电子保单中对应位置处提取第一字符;将第一字符与位置校验字符进行比较;当第一字符与位置校验字符一致时,获取与第一签章标识对应的电子签章,及并根据签章位置信息将电子签章加盖在待处理电子保单的签章位置处。

- 一种电子保单加签方法,其特征在于,所述方法包括以下步骤:接收终端发送的保单加签请求及待处理电子保单,所述保单加签请求中携带保单样本标识;获取签章信息表,从所述签章信息表中查找与所述保单样本标识对应的第一签章标识、签章位置信息、位置校验字符和字符提取域位置信息;根据所述字符提取域位置信息从所述待处理电子保单中对应位置处提取第一字符;将所述第一字符与所述位置校验字符进行比较;及当所述第一字符与所述位置校验字符一致时,获取与所述第一签章标识对应的电子签章,并根据所述签章位置信息将所述电子签章加盖在所述待处理电子保单的签章位置处。
- 根据权利要求1所述的方法,其特征在于,所述方法还包括:当所述第一字符与所述位置校验字符不一致时,向保单平台服务器发送携带所述保单样本标识的保单样本获取指令;接收所述保单平台服务器返回的与所述保单样本标识对应的保单样本;获取与所述第一签章标识对应的电子签章,根据所述电子签章识别出所述保单样本中的印章图像并获取所述印章图像的位置坐标;及在所述待处理电子保单中与所述位置坐标的对应位置处加盖所述电子签章。
- 根据权利要求2所述的方法,其特征在于,所述根据所述电子签章识别出所述保单样本中的印章图像并获取所述印章图像的位置坐标之后,还包括:根据所述印章图像的位置坐标计算出位置校验字符位置坐标;从所述保单样本的位置校验字符位置坐标对应位置处提取出第二字符;及根据所述印章图像的位置坐标对所述签章信息表中对应的签章位置信息进行更新,根据所述位置校验字符位置坐标对所述签章信息表中对应的字符提取域位置信息进行更新,根据所述第二字符对所述签章信息表对应的位置校验字符进行更新。
- 根据权利要求1所述的方法,其特征在于,所述方法还包括:接收保单平台服务器发送的签章信息添加请求,所述签章信息添加请求中携带新增保单样本和第二签章标识;查找与所述第二签章标识对应的电子签章;根据与所述第二签章标识对应的电子签章识别出所述新增保单样本中的 印章图像并获取所述印章图像的签章位置信息;根据所述印章图像的签章位置信息获取字符提取域位置信息,从所述新增保单样本的字符提取域位置信息对应位置处提取出新增位置校验字符;及将所述新增保单样本的样本标识、所述第二签章标识、所述签章位置信息、所述字符提取域位置信息和所述新增位置校验字符关联添加至所述签章信息表中。
- 根据权利要求4所述的方法,其特征在于,所述根据所述印章图像的签章位置信息获取字符提取域位置信息,从所述新增保单样本的字符提取域位置信息对应位置处提取出新增位置校验字符,包括:获取所述印章图像的中心位置坐标;查找所述第二签章标识对应的字符提取域尺寸;将所述中心位置坐标作为字符提取域的中心位置坐标后,根据所述中心位置坐标与所述字符提取域尺寸计算出字符提取域位置信息;及从所述新增保单样本的所述字符提取域位置信息对应位置处提取出新增位置校验字符。
- 根据权利要求1所述的方法,其特征在于,所述方法还包括:接收保单平台服务器发送的签章信息添加请求,所述签章信息添加请求中携带新增保单样本和第二签章标识;查找所述第二签章标识对应的电子签章图像和位置校验字符图像;根据所述电子签章图像和所述位置校验字符图像识别出所述新增保单样本中的印章图像和位置校验字符,并获取所述印章图像的签章位置信息和所述位置校验字符的字符提取域位置信息;及将所述新增保单样本的样本标识、所述第二签章标识、所述印章图像的签章位置信息和所述位置校验字符的字符提取域位置信息关联添加至所述签章信息表中。
- 一种电子保单加签装置,所述装置包括:请求接收模块,用于接收终端发送的保单加签请求及待处理电子保单,所述保单加签请求中携带保单样本标识;信息查找模块,用于获取签章信息表,从所述签章信息表中查找与所述保单样本标识相对应的第一签章标识、签章位置信息、位置校验字符和字符提取域位置信息;字符提取模块,用于根据所述字符提取域位置信息从所述待处理电子保单中对应位置处提取第一字符;字符比较模块,用于将所述第一字符与所述位置校验字符进行比较;及加签模块,用于当所述第一字符与所述位置校验字符一致时,获取与所 述第一签章标识相对应的电子签章,并根据所述签章位置信息将所述电子签章加盖在所述待处理电子保单的签章位置处。
- 根据权利要求7所述的装置,其特征在于,所述装置还包括:指令发送模块,用于当所述第一字符与所述位置校验字符不一致时,向保单平台服务器发送携带所述保单样本标识的保单样本获取指令;样本接收模块,用于接收所述保单平台服务器返回的与所述保单样本标识对应的保单样本;印章识别模块,用于获取与所述第一签章标识对应的电子签章,根据所述电子签章识别出所述保单样本中的印章图像并获取所述印章图像的位置坐标;及加签模块,用于在所述待处理电子保单中与所述位置坐标的对应位置处加盖所述电子签章。
- 一种服务器,包括存储器及处理器,所述存储器中储存有计算机可读指令,所述计算机可读指令被所述处理器执行时,使得所述处理器执行以下步骤:接收终端发送的保单加签请求及待处理电子保单,所述保单加签请求中携带保单样本标识;获取签章信息表,从所述签章信息表中查找与所述保单样本标识对应的第一签章标识、签章位置信息、位置校验字符和字符提取域位置信息;根据所述字符提取域位置信息从所述待处理电子保单中对应位置处提取第一字符;将所述第一字符与所述位置校验字符进行比较;及当所述第一字符与所述位置校验字符一致时,获取与所述第一签章标识对应的电子签章,并根据所述签章位置信息将所述电子签章加盖在所述待处理电子保单的签章位置处。

- 根据权利要求9所述的服务器,其特征在于,所述处理器还用于执行:接收保单平台服务器发送的签章信息添加请求,所述签章信息添加请求中携带新增保单样本和第二签章标识;查找与所述第二签章标识对应的电子签章;根据与所述第二签章标识对应的电子签章识别出所述新增保单样本中的印章图像并获取所述印章图像的签章位置信息;根据所述印章图像的签章位置信息获取字符提取域位置信息,从所述新增保单样本的字符提取域位置信息对应位置处提取出新增位置校验字符;及将所述新增保单样本的样本标识、所述第二签章标识、所述签章位置信息、所述字符提取域位置信息和所述新增位置校验字符关联添加至所述签章信息表中。
- 根据权利要求12所述的服务器,其特征在于,所述处理器还用于执行:获取所述印章图像的中心位置坐标;查找所述第二签章标识对应的字符提取域尺寸;将所述中心位置坐标作为字符提取域的中心位置坐标后,根据所述中心位置坐标与所述字符提取域尺寸计算出字符提取域位置信息;及从所述新增保单样本的所述字符提取域位置信息对应位置处提取出新增位置校验字符。
- 根据权利要求9至13任意一项所述的服务器,其特征在于,所述处理器还用于执行:接收保单平台服务器发送的签章信息添加请求,所述签章信息添加请求中携带新增保单样本和第二签章标识;查找所述第二签章标识对应的电子签章图像和位置校验字符图像;根据所述电子签章图像和所述位置校验字符图像识别出所述新增保单样本中的印章图像和位置校验字符,并获取所述印章图像的签章位置信息和所 述位置校验字符的字符提取域位置信息;及将所述新增保单样本的样本标识、所述第二签章标识、所述印章图像的签章位置信息和所述位置校验字符的字符提取域位置信息关联添加至所述签章信息表中。
- 一个或多个存储有计算机可读指令的计算机非易失性可读存储介质,计算机可读指令被一个或多个处理器执行时,使得一个或多个处理器执行以下步骤:接收终端发送的保单加签请求及待处理电子保单,所述保单加签请求中携带保单样本标识;获取签章信息表,从所述签章信息表中查找与所述保单样本标识对应的第一签章标识、签章位置信息、位置校验字符和字符提取域位置信息;根据所述字符提取域位置信息从所述待处理电子保单中对应位置处提取第一字符;将所述第一字符与所述位置校验字符进行比较;及当所述第一字符与所述位置校验字符一致时,获取与所述第一签章标识对应的电子签章,并根据所述签章位置信息将所述电子签章加盖在所述待处理电子保单的签章位置处。
- 根据权利要求15所述的存储介质,其特征在于,所述处理器还用于执行:当所述第一字符与所述位置校验字符不一致时,向保单平台服务器发送携带所述保单样本标识的保单样本获取指令;接收所述保单平台服务器返回的与所述保单样本标识对应的保单样本;获取与所述第一签章标识对应的电子签章,根据所述电子签章识别出所述保单样本中的印章图像并获取所述印章图像的位置坐标;及在所述待处理电子保单中与所述位置坐标的对应位置处加盖所述电子签章。
- 根据权利要求16所述的存储介质,其特征在于,所述处理器还用于执行:根据所述印章图像的位置坐标计算出位置校验字符位置坐标;从所述保单样本的位置校验字符位置坐标对应位置处提取出第二字符;及根据所述印章图像的位置坐标对所述签章信息表中对应的签章位置信息进行更新,根据所述位置校验字符位置坐标对所述签章信息表中对应的字符提取域位置信息进行更新,根据所述第二字符对所述签章信息表对应的位置校验字符进行更新。
- 根据权利要求15所述的存储介质,其特征在于,所述处理器还用于 执行:接收保单平台服务器发送的签章信息添加请求,所述签章信息添加请求中携带新增保单样本和第二签章标识;查找与所述第二签章标识对应的电子签章;根据与所述第二签章标识对应的电子签章识别出所述新增保单样本中的印章图像并获取所述印章图像的签章位置信息;根据所述印章图像的签章位置信息获取字符提取域位置信息,从所述新增保单样本的字符提取域位置信息对应位置处提取出新增位置校验字符;及将所述新增保单样本的样本标识、所述第二签章标识、所述签章位置信息、所述字符提取域位置信息和所述新增位置校验字符关联添加至所述签章信息表中。
- 根据权利要求18所述的存储介质,其特征在于,所述处理器还用于执行:获取所述印章图像的中心位置坐标;查找所述第二签章标识对应的字符提取域尺寸;将所述中心位置坐标作为字符提取域的中心位置坐标后,根据所述中心位置坐标与所述字符提取域尺寸计算出字符提取域位置信息;及从所述新增保单样本的所述字符提取域位置信息对应位置处提取出新增位置校验字符。
- 根据权利要求15至19任意一项所述的存储介质,其特征在于,所述处理器还用于执行:接收终端发送的保单加签请求及待处理电子保单,所述保单加签请求中携带保单样本标识;获取签章信息表,从所述签章信息表中查找与所述保单样本标识对应的第一签章标识、签章位置信息、位置校验字符和字符提取域位置信息;根据所述字符提取域位置信息从所述待处理电子保单中对应位置处提取第一字符;将所述第一字符与所述位置校验字符进行比较;及当所述第一字符与所述位置校验字符一致时,获取与所述第一签章标识对应的电子签章,并根据所述签章位置信息将所述电子签章加盖在所述待处理电子保单的签章位置处。
