一种基于区块链的动作处理方法及装置,实现更合理的对用户行为进行分析。所述方法包括:将用户在线时的用户动作依据时序记录在区块链中(S210);根据时序分析所述区块链中的用户动作,确定用户在线行为,所述用户在线行为包括在时序上存在关联的用户动作(S220);根据所述用户在线行为,确定用户在线有效性(S230)。
Description
本发明涉及计算机技术领域,尤其涉及一种基于区块链的动作处理方法及装置。
随着互联网的不断发展,智能设备在人们生活中的应用越来越广泛。对于商家来说,如何抓住网络用户显得越来越重要。对用户行为进行分析可以将这些规律与营销策略等相结合,从而发现营销活动中可能存在的问题,并为进一步修正或重新制定营销策略提供依据。当然这样的定义是站在网络营销管理的角度来考虑的,如果出于其他方面的目的,对网站流量分析会有其他相应的解释。
通常对用户行为分析主要体现在分析用户是如何来到网站的;在网站上停留了多长时间;用户的点击次数等等。用户在网站停留时间越长、点击次数越多,表示该用户越活跃。这就导致大量上线,存在点击,但未进行有效操作的僵尸用户也被算成了活跃用户,十分不利于营销策略的展开。

本发明实施例提供了一种基于区块链的动作处理方法,以实现更合理的对用户行为进行分析。
一方面,本发明实施例提供了一种基于区块链的动作处理方法。包括:
将用户在线时的用户动作依据时序记录在区块链中;
根据时序分析所述区块链中的用户动作,确定用户在线行为,所述用户在线行为包括在时序上存在关联的用户动作;
根据所述用户在线行为,确定用户在线有效性。
可选地,所述用户动作包括:
用户动作的发生时间、动作类型、动作对象以及动作结果。
可选地,所述根据时序分析所述区块链中的用户动作,确定用户在线行为包括:

通过本发明实施例,可以通过区块链记录并分析用户行为,提高了用户行为计算的精确性,合理性,根据用户行为确定用户在线有效性,以便商家根据用户在线有效性,制定更合理的营销策略。

本发明实施例提供了一种基于区块链的动作处理方法及装置。该方法可以适用于图1所示的应用场景,如图1所示,包括:一个或多个客户端101,例如,笔记本电脑,台式电脑以及移动终端等等;一个或多个区块链节点102一个或多个运营商服务器103等等;其中,一个或多个客户端101和一个或多个运营商服务器103与一个或多个区块链节点102连接。
一个或多个区块链节点102存储有区块链;客户端101以及一个或多个运营商服务器103可以从一个或多个区块链节点102获取区块链。
本发明的实施例通过区块链对用户动作进行记录,可以按照时序对区块链上的数据进行分析,确定用户动作,根据该用户动作来分析用户是否属于有效在线,以此可以更合理的对用户行为进行分析。由于区块链的链式数据结构以及篡改难度大的特点,使得对于用户动作的记录方便快捷,对用户行为的分析更精确,且以此方案获取的用户行为数据更新及时,可以依据对用户行为的分析,更快更合理的调整对应的营销策略。
为便于对本发明实施例的理解,下面将结合附图以具体实施例作进一步的解释说明,实施例并不构成对本发明实施例的限定。
图2为本发明实施例提供的一种基于区块链的动作处理方法的流程图。该方法可以通过图1所示的场景中,该方法可以由终端来实现,也可以由运营商服务器来实现,也可以由终端和运营商服务器协作实现,例如,该方法可以适用于采用C/S或B/S架构的应用来实现,该应用可以为平台类应用。如图2所示,该方法具体包括:
S210,将用户在线时的用户动作依据时序记录在区块链中。
其中,用户动作可以包括动作类、动作对象、发生时间、动作结果等等。
动作类型可以包括开启、关闭、选定或者取消等等。
动作对象可以包括该动作对应的应用,以及该应用具体地功能等等。例如,该动作对象可以为购物类APP的购物车中的付款选项。
动作结果可以为用户触发该动作后终端的反应。例如,当动作对象为电商类APP中的付款选项时,用户触发该动作后,终端显示付款成功界面、显示网络繁忙、或者显示您购买的商品已断货等等。
其中,该用户动作可以由终端记录在区块链中,也可以由终端发送给运营商服务器,由运营商服务器记录在区块链中。
在记录时,可以将用户标识与用户动作类型、动作对象以及动作结果, 按照发生时间对应记录在区块链中。
S220,根据时序分析区块链中的用户动作,确定用户在线行为。该用户在线行为包括在时序上存在关联的用户动作。
其中,用户在线行为可以包括多种,例如,在电商类应用中的浏览、购买、退货、与卖家的沟通等行为,在交友类应用中的搜索、添加好友、动态发布以及关注等行为,等等其他类应用中的行为。
用户的在线行为可能由多个连续的动作组成,比如,电商类APP的支付行为,可能包括选取待支付的商品,确认待支付金额,选择支付方式,密码或指纹验证等动作才能实现支付行为。所以在根据区块链中记录的用户动作确定用户在线行为时,可以对同一用户按照动作对象以及发生时间,对在区块链中的用户动作进行连续动作分类;根据连续动作分类确定用户在线行为。还可确定该用户在线行为的结果,例如支付成功、支付失败等等。
S230,根据用户在线行为,确定用户在线有效性。
以用户的在线行为为单位对用户进行分析,结合该行为得到的结果可以确定用户在线的有效性,也可以确定用户在线的效率。
例如,根据用户的在线行为确定用户虽然经常在线,但是行为比较单一,此种可以定义为用户在线有效性低。
再例如,根据用户的在线行为发现,用户虽然经常在线,行为也较多,但是都是尝试性的行为,真正使用该功能的行非常少,例如,都进入了支付页面,但是支付成功的比例比较小,则可以认为该用户在线有效性低。
根据用户在线的有效性,可以更合理的为用户推送更恰当的服务,节省用户时间,提高用户对产品的使用率,提升用户体验。
另外,根据用户在线有效性,可以确定用户活跃度。例如,用户浏览某类商品的频次非常高,但是都未购买,则可以确定,该用户活跃度较低。,此时通过用户的行为可以确定,该用户确实有该类商品的需求,只是可能该类商品的款式或者价格不符合预期,此时,在商品降价,或是有其他优惠活 动,或者有新品种上线时,可以将该类信息推送给用户,以便提高该用户的效率以及用户活跃度。
对于活跃度较高的用户,结合用户行为,还可以分析该用户在购买商品时的习惯,可以为用户推荐更划算的购买方式,例如推荐办会员卡等等。
通过本发明实施例,可以通过区块链记录并分析用户行为,提高了用户行为计算的精确性,合理性,根据用户行为确定用户在线有效性,以便商家根据用户在线有效性,制定更合理的营销策略。
图3为本发明实施例提供的一种基于区块链的动作处理装置的结构示意图。该装置具体包括:
记录单元301,用于将用户在线时的用户动作依据时序记录在区块链中;
