一种Pcell或PScell管理方法及装置
本申请要求在2017年11月15日提交中国专利局、申请号为201711133093.5、申请名称为“一种Pcell或PScell管理方法及装置”的中国专利申请的优先权,其全部内容通过引用结合在本申请中。
技术领域
本申请涉及无线通信技术领域,尤其涉及一种Pcell或PScell管理方法及装置。
背景技术
移动通信在未来发展中,为了更好的满足用户需求,则需要大幅地提升网络容量和吞吐量,这将会引入更多的传输节点和更大的传输带宽。在5G(第五代移动通信技术)网络中,为了有更大的带宽和更大的传输速率,引入高频小站将是一个必然趋势。对这些高频小站采取本地集中化的管理,将能带来集中处理增益,因此引入了集中单元(Central Unit,CU)-分布单元(Distributed Unit,DU)架构。
现有技术中,所有的无线接入网(Radio Access Network,RAN)操作均在基站(Evolved Node B,eNB)完成,流程较为简单和清晰。但在引入CU-DU架构之后,CU、DU之间如何协作以完成包括主小区(Primary cell,Pcell)和主辅小区(Primary Secondary cell,PSCell)切换等重要功能,目前还没有成熟的解决方案。
发明内容
本申请实施例提供一种Pcell或PScell管理方法及装置,用于解决现有技术中在CU-DU架构下缺乏对Pcell或PScell的切换进行有效管理的技术问题,以提供一种及时、高效的Pcell和PScell的切换策略,进而提高通信系统资源的利用效率。
第一方面,提供一种Pcell或PScell管理方法,所述方法包括:
CU确定用户设备(User,UE)的Pcell或PScell;
所述CU向DU发送PCell/PSCell改变消息;其中,所述PCell/PSCell改变消息包括需要切换为Pcell或PScell的cell(小区)的小区标识,所述CU与所述DU共同服务于所述UE。
可选的,在所述CU向DU发送PCell/PSCell改变消息之后,还包括:
所述CU接收所述DU发送的用于进行Pcell或PScell切换所需的层二配置信息;其中, 所述层二配置信息包括用于进行Pcell或PScell切换所需的配置参数信息;
所述CU根据所述层二配置信息生成无线资源控制(Radio Resource Control,RRC)消息;
所述CU将所述RRC消息传输给所述UE。
可选的,所述CU将所述RRC消息传输给所述UE,包括:

对于基于CU-DU架构的通信系统来说,本申请实施例提供了一种全新的Pcell或PScell的确定策略,即通过CU或DU来为UE确定Pcell或PScell,并且通过CU和DU二者的协同可以进行Pcell或PScell切换等操作,也就是说,通过CU与DU的协同工作即可完成Pcell或PScell的改变,二者协同为UE提供服务,提高了通信系统的效率,进而可以保证良好的用户体验。

为使本申请的目的、技术方案和优点更加清楚明白,下面将结合本申请实施例中的附图,对本申请实施例中的技术方案进行清楚、完整地描述,显然,所描述的实施例仅仅是本申请一部分实施例,而不是全部的实施例。基于本申请中的实施例,本领域普通技术人员在没有做出创造性劳动前提下所获得的所有其他实施例,都属于本申请保护的范围。在不冲突的情况下,本申请中的实施例及实施例中的特征可以相互任意组合。并且,虽然在流程图中示出了逻辑顺序,但是在某些情况下,可以以不同于此处的顺序执行所示出或描 述的步骤。
另外,本文中术语“和/或”,仅仅是一种描述关联对象的关联关系,表示可以存在三种关系,例如,A和/或B,可以表示:单独存在A,同时存在A和B,单独存在B这三种情况。另外,本文中字符“/”,在不做特别说明的情况下,一般表示前后关联对象是一种“或”的关系。
本申请实施例中,UE可以是无线终端也可以是有线终端,无线终端可以是指向用户提供语音和/或数据连通性的设备,具有无线连接功能的手持式设备、或连接到无线调制解调器的其他处理设备。无线终端可以经RAN与一个或多个核心网进行通信,无线终端可以是移动终端,如移动电话(或称为“蜂窝”电话)和具有移动终端的计算机,例如,可以是便携式、袖珍式、手持式、计算机内置的或者车载的移动装置,例如手机、平板电脑(PAD)、个人数字助理(Personal Digital Assistant,PDA)等等,它们与无线接入网交换语言和/或数据。
对于5G通信系统中的CU-DU架构,即是5G通信系统中的gNB(基站)包括CU节点和DU节点,如图1所示。其中,CU可以称作集中单元或中心节点,CU节点包含gNB的主要功能,如移动管理和UE的RRC等功能,DU可以称作分布单元或分布节点,DU节点包含gNB的子功能。DU节点的操作一般被CU节点控制,CU节点和DU节点之间可以通过光纤链路连接,一个CU可以连接多个DU,而一个DU只有一个CU与其连接。
为了更好的理解上述技术方案,下面将结合说明书附图以及具体的实施方式对上述技术方案进行详细的说明。
实施例1
请参见图2,本申请实施例提供一种Pcell或PScell管理方法,该方法可以应用于基于CU-DU架构的通信系统中的CU。该方法的流程描述如下。
步骤21:CU确定UE的Pcell或PScell;
步骤22:CU向DU发送PCell/PSCell改变消息;其中,PCell/PSCell改变消息包括需要切换为Pcell或PScell的cell的小区标识,CU与DU共同服务于UE。
一组CU和DU(即一个CU和与其连接的一个DU)可以共同为多个UE提供服务,对于其中任意一个UE(例如UE-1)来说,在使用的过程中,随着UE-1的位置变化、网络负载变化、通信信号质量变化等因素可能会影响UE-1的通信质量,为了尽量保证UE-1的高质量通信,此时则可能需要对UE-1的Pcell或Pscell进行切换。
在本申请实施例中,可以单独由CU为UE选择Pcell或PScell,即UE的Pcell或PScell是由CU决定的。
本申请实施例中,CU可以先获得服务于UE的cell的业务负荷信息、PUCCH负荷状况信息及UE的信号质量这三种参数信息,再将这三种参数信息通过RRM算法进行计算以确定整体平均参数指标最好的一个cell,进而再将所确定出的这个cell作为UE的Pcell或PScell,即可以将前述三种参数信息表征的平均参数指标最优的cell确定为Pcell或PScell,例如可以选择业务负荷较小、UE的信号质量较高且PUCCH负荷也较低的cell作为Pcell或PScell。当然,在具体实施过程中,在进行RRM算法计算时还可以将其它的参数信息一并考虑在内,此处就不再一一举例说明了。
对于前述的三种参数信息中的PUCCH负荷状况信息,由于其只能由DU检测,所以DU可以采用周期上报的方式将检测结果发送给CU,此时则可以预先设置上报周期,或者也可以采用如图3所示的请求后响应的方式进行针对性的上报,以及时满足CU的即时需求,提高节点之间的交互效率。
为了便于本领域技术人员理解,以下对图3所示的“请求后响应的方式”进行说明。首先执行步骤31,即CU向DU发送PUCCH负荷上报请求信息。在该PUCCH负荷上报请求信息中可以包括需要检测的UE的设备标识,进而可以让DU明确需要检测哪些cell的PUCCH负荷状况;或者也可以直接包括需要检测的cell的小区标识。进一步地,DU在接收到CU发送的PUCCH负荷上报请求信息之后,可以根据自身的实际情况判断是否能够执行CU指定的测量,若有能力执行,则执行步骤32,即向CU发送PUCCH负荷上报响应信息,以明确告知CU自己有能力进行其要求的检测工作。进而再在指定的小区进行测量统计,并在指定的时间周期或者获得PUCCH负荷信息后即刻发送给CU,即执行步骤33中的PUCCH负荷上报。其中,PUCCH负荷状况信息可以是指PUCCH的资源利用率,或者可以是指PUCCH正在使用的资源数量绝对值,或者还可以是其它参数值,只要能够用于表明PUCCH负荷状况即可。
进一步地,在为UE确定了Pcell或PScell之后,CU可以向DU发送小区切换信息,以告知CU需要进行Pcell或PScell切换的准备工作,进而完成UE的Pcell或PScell的改变。
本申请实施例提供了一种全新的Pcell或PScell的确定策略,即单独通过CU来为UE确定Pcell或PScell,并且通过CU和DU二者的协同可以进行Pcell或PScell切换等操作,也就是说,通过CU与DU的协同工作即可完成Pcell或PScell的改变,二者协同为UE提供服务,提高了通信系统的效率。
在CU向DU发送小区切换信息之后,DU即可进行Pcell或PScell的准备工作,以为UE提供最后进行Pcell或PScell切换所需的一些必要参数信息,具体来说,可以采用图4 所示的流程。即:
步骤41:CU接收DU发送的用于进行Pcell或PScell切换所需的层二配置信息;其中,层二配置信息包括用于进行Pcell或PScell切换所需的配置参数信息;
步骤42:CU根据层二配置信息生成RRC消息;
步骤43:CU将RRC消息传输给UE。
也就是说,DU在接收CU发送的小区切换信息之后,可以根据用于进行Pcell或PScell切换所需的配置参数信息生成进行Pcell或PScell切换所需的层二配置信息,然后将其再发送给CU,CU再根据层二配置信息生成最终能够让UE直接进行Pcell或PScell切换所需的RRC消息。
为了便于本领域技术人员理解,以下再以图5所示的CU与DU之间的交互示意图来说明CU在确定Pcell或PScell之后,CU是与DU之间如何进行协同工作以使UE完成最终的Pcell或PScell切换。
参见图5,DU在接收到PCell/PSCell改变消息之后,DU将执行步骤51以生成层二配置信息,所生成的层二配置信息中包括新的同步配置参数等,例如随机接入信道(Random Access Channel,RACH)配置,所以层二配置信息包括Pcell或PScell切换所需的配置参数信息。
52、DU将所生成的层二配置信息发送给CU。
53、CU根据所接收到的层二配置信息生成RRC消息。由于层二配置信息包括Pcell或PScell切换所需的配置参数信息,所以CU所生成的RRC消息也包括Pcell或PScell切换所需的配置参数信息,该消息可以指示UE如何准确地进行Pcell或PScell切换。
在生成RRC消息之后,CU可以通过以下两种方式中的任意一种发送给UE,以指示UE进行Pcell或PScell切换,这两种方式是由步骤54a、54b组成的第一种方式,以及由步骤55a、55b组成的第二种方式。
对于第一种方式来说,即先由CU将RRC消息进行编码加密之后发送给DU,DU在接收经编码加密之后的RRC消息之后可以再将其转发给UE。
对于第二种方式来说,即是由CU将RRC消息进行编码加密之后发送给服务于UE的MeNB,MeNB在接收到经编码加密之后的RRC消息之后可以再将其转发给UE。需要说明的是,只有当CU确定UE需要进行PScell改变而并非Pcell改变时才可以采用第二种方式,因为只有对于PScell来说才具备MeNB。
由于CU与UE之间无直接的通信接口,所以可以采用上述两种方式中的任意一种方式将RRC消息传输给UE,以指示UE及时地进行Pcell或PScell切换。
无论通过上述两种方式中的哪一种方式接收到RRC消息之后,UE将根据RRC消息中的配置参数信息执行对应的Pcell或PScell改变操作,即执行如图5中步骤59所示的UE接入操作,以完成Pcell或PScell的改变。在进行了Pcell或PScell改变之后,可以在一定程度上提高UE的通信质量,以提高用户的使用体验。
进一步地,在生成RRC消息之后,CU还可以执行步骤56以向DU发送层二复位指示信息以指示DU进行层二复位。DU在接收到层二复位指示信息之后则会进行如步骤57所示的层二复位,具体地,DU进行的层二复位包括但不限于媒体访问控制(Media Access Control,MAC)复位操作、所有无线链路控制(Radio Link Control,RLC)实体的重建操作等等。通过DU的层二复位,可以停止正在运行的数据以及清空缓存。
在一种可能的实施方式中,CU还可以将RRC消息携带于层二复位指示信息中发送给UE,这样可以将发送RRC消息和发送层二复位指示信息两次发送操作合并为一次,尽量减少数据传输次数,节约网络资源。
进一步地,DU在完成层二复位之后,可以向CU发送复位反馈消息,即执行步骤58。该复位反馈消息中可以携带每个DRB新分配的下行传输地址。
在一种可能的实施方式中,在完成Pcell或PScell的改变之后,UE还可以向CU返回RRC重配完成消息,即执行步骤510,以告知CU其已经完成了Pcell或PScell的切换。
进一步地,CU还可以执行如图5中步骤511所示的步骤,即向DU发送小区切换完成消息,以将UE已经完成了Pcell或PScell的切换这一消息及时告知DU。
在本申请实施例中,通过UE向CU的反馈以及CU向DU的反馈,可以尽快使得通信系统中的各节点尽快知晓系统中已经发生的网络变化,这样可以增加各节点之间的即时通信能力。
实施例2
请参见图6,本申请实施例提供另一种Pcell或PScell管理方法,该方法可以应用于基于CU-DU架构的通信系统中的DU。该方法的流程描述如下。
步骤61:DU确定UE的Pcell或PScell;
步骤62:DU生成层二配置信息;其中,层二配置信息包括用于进行Pcell或PScell切换所需的配置参数信息;
步骤63:DU将层二配置信息发送给CU;其中,CU与DU共同服务于UE。
在具体实施过程中,DU可以先获得UE的RRM测量信息及cell的上行信道估计结果这两种参数信息这两种参数信息,再通过RRM算法将两种参数信息表征的平均参数指标最优的cell确定为Pcell或PScell。
由于UE的RRM测量信息通常是由CU检测获得,当DU需要获得UE的RRM测量信息时,可以采用如图7所示的“请求后应答”方式。具体来说,DU先执行步骤71以向CU发送携带UE的设备标识的RRM测量请求消息。在接收到DU发送的RRM测量请求消息之后,CU根据自身实际能力判断当前是否能够进行DU指定的测量,若可以,则向DU发送RRM测量响应信息以告知DU,即执行步骤72。然后,CU再根据RRM测量请求消息所携带的设备标识进行UE RRM测量以获得针对指定UE的最新RRM测量结果,并将且上报给DU,以完成步骤73。在一种可能的实施方式中,在实施图7所示的流程时,DU还可以指定RRM测量信息上报的周期,这样可以令DU按照指定的周期进行及时上报。
对于步骤62和步骤63的具体实施,可以参照前述实施例1中对于图5的解释说明,此处就不再赘述了。
在一种可能的实施例方式中,在将层二配置信息发送给CU之后,DU还可以接收CU发送的RRC消息,并将RRC消息转发给UE。
在一种可能的实施例方式中,在将层二配置信息发送给CU之后,DU还可以接收CU发送的层二复位指示信息,并根据层二复位指示信息进行层二复位。
在一种可能的实施例方式中,在进行层二复位之后,DU还可以生成包括每个DRB新分配的下行传输地址的复位反馈消息,并将该复位反馈消息发送给CU。
在一种可能的实施例方式中,在将RRC消息转发给UE之后,DU还可以接收CU发送的小区切换完成消息,以确定UE已经完成Pcell或PScell切换。
对于上述几种可能的实施例的具体实施方式,可以参照前述实施例1中对于图5的解释说明,此处就不再赘述了。
本申请实施例提供了一种全新的Pcell或PScell的确定策略,即单独通过DU来为UE确定Pcell或PScell,并且通过CU和DU二者的协同可以进行Pcell或PScell切换的操作,也就是说,通过CU与DU的协同工作即可完成Pcell或PScell的改变,二者协同为UE提供服务,提高了通信系统的效率。
实施例3
请参见图8,本申请实施例提供了一种Pcell或PScell管理装置,该装置包括处理器81和通信接口82,其中,处理器81用于确定UE的Pcell或PScell;通信接口82,用于向DU发送PCell/PSCell改变消息;其中,PCell/PSCell改变消息包括需要切换为Pcell或PScell的小区cell的小区标识,该装置与DU共同服务于UE。
在一种可能的实施方式中,通信接口82还用于接收DU发送的用于进行Pcell或PScell切换所需的层二配置信息;其中,层二配置信息包括用于进行Pcell或PScell切换所需的 配置参数信息;处理器81还用于根据层二配置信息生成RRC消息;
在一种可能的实施方式中,所述装置还包括接收机,用于将RRC消息传输给UE。

  1. 一种主小区Pcell或主辅小区PScell管理方法,其特征在于,所述方法包括:
    集中单元CU确定用户设备UE的Pcell或PScell;
    所述CU向分布单元DU发送PCell/PSCell改变消息;其中,所述PCell/PSCell改变消息包括需要切换为Pcell或PScell的小区cell的小区标识,所述CU与所述DU共同服务于所述UE。
  2. 如权利要求1所述的方法,其特征在于,在所述CU向DU发送PCell/PSCell改变消息之后,还包括:
    所述CU接收所述DU发送的用于进行Pcell或PScell切换所需的层二配置信息;其中,所述层二配置信息包括用于进行Pcell或PScell切换所需的配置参数信息;
    所述CU根据所述层二配置信息生成无线资源控制RRC消息;
    所述CU将所述RRC消息传输给所述UE。
  3. 如权利要求2所述的方法,其特征在于,所述CU将所述RRC消息传输给所述UE,包括:

  6. 如权利要求5所述的方法,其特征在于,在所述CU向所述DU发送层二复位指示信息之后,还包括:
    所述CU接收所述DU发送的复位反馈消息,其中,所述复位反馈消息包括每个无线资源承载DRB新分配的下行传输地址。
  7. 如权利要求2所述的方法,其特征在于,在所述CU将所述RRC消息传输给所述UE之后,还包括:
    所述CU接收所述UE发送的RRC重配完成消息,以确定所述UE完成了Pcell或PScell切换。
  8. 如权利要求7所述的方法,其特征在于,在所述CU接收所述UE发送的RRC重配完成消息之后,还包括:
    所述CU向所述DU发送小区切换完成消息,其中,所述小区切换完成消息用于表明所述UE已经完成Pcell或PScell切换。
  9. 如权利要求1-8中任一权利要求所述的方法,其特征在于,CU确定UE的Pcell或PScell,包括:
    所述CU获得服务于所述UE的cell的业务负荷信息、物理上行链路控制信道PUCCH负荷状况信息及所述UE的信号质量这三种参数信息;
    所述CU将所述三种参数信息表征的平均参数指标最优的cell确定为Pcell或PScell。
  10. 如权利要求9所述的方法,其特征在于,所述CU获得服务于所述UE的cell的PUCCH负荷状况信息,包括:
    所述CU向所述DU发送PUCCH负荷上报请求信息,其中,所述PUCCH负荷上报请求信息包括服务于所述UE的cell信息;
    所述CU接收所述DU发送的PUCCH负荷上报响应信息,以确定所述DU能够执行所述CU要求的PUCCH负荷上报请求;
    所述CU接收所述DU发送的PUCCH负荷状况信息。
  11. 一种主小区Pcell或主辅小区PScell管理方法,其特征在于,所述方法包括:
    分布单元DU确定用户设备UE的Pcell或PScell;
    所述DU生成层二配置信息;其中,所述层二配置信息包括用于进行Pcell或PScell切换所需的配置参数信息;
    所述DU将所述层二配置信息发送给集中单元CU;其中,所述CU与所述DU共同服务于所述UE。
  12. 如权利要求11所述的方法,其特征在于,在所述DU将所述层二配置信息发送给CU之后,还包括:
    所述DU接收所述CU发送的RRC消息;
    所述DU将所述RRC消息发送给所述UE。
  13. 如权利要求11所述的方法,其特征在于,在所述DU将所述层二配置信息发送给CU之后,还包括:
    所述DU接收所述CU发送的层二复位指示信息;
    所述DU根据所述层二复位指示信息进行层二复位。
  14. 如权利要求13所述的方法,其特征在于,在所述DU根据所述层二复位指示信息进行层二复位之后,还包括:
    所述DU生成复位反馈消息,其中,所述复位反馈消息包括每个无线资源承载DRB新分配的下行传输地址;
    所述DU将所述复位反馈消息发送给所述CU。
  15. 如权利要求12所述的方法,其特征在于,在所述DU将所述RRC消息发送给所述UE之后,还包括:
    所述DU接收所述CU发送的小区切换完成消息,以确定所述UE已经完成Pcell或PScell切换。
  16. 如权利要求11-15中任一权利要求所述的方法,其特征在于,DU确定UE的Pcell或PScell,包括:
    所述DU获得所述UE的无线资源管理RRM测量信息及cell的上行信道估计结果这两种参数信息;
    所述DU将所述两种参数信息表征的平均参数指标最优的cell确定为Pcell或PScell。
  17. 如权利要求16所述的方法,其特征在于,所述DU获得所述UE的RRM测量信息,包括:
    所述DU向所述CU发送携带所述UE的设备标识的RRM测量请求消息;
    所述DU接收所述CU发送的RRM测量响应信息,以确定所述CU能够执行所述CU要求的测量;
    所述DU接收所述CU发送的针对所述UE的最新RRM测量结果。
  18. 一种主小区Pcell或主辅小区PScell管理装置,其特征在于,包括:
    处理器,用于确定用户设备UE的Pcell或PScell;
    通信接口,用于向分布单元DU发送PCell/PSCell改变消息;其中,所述PCell/PSCell改变消息包括需要切换为Pcell或PScell的小区cell的小区标识,所述装置与所述DU共同服务于所述UE。
  19. 如权利要求18所述的装置,其特征在于,所述通信接口还用于:接收所述DU发送的用于进行Pcell或PScell切换所需的层二配置信息;其中,所述层二配置信息包括用于进行Pcell或PScell切换所需的配置参数信息;
    所述处理器还用于根据所述层二配置信息生成无线资源控制RRC消息;
    所述装置还包括接收机,所述接收机用于将所述RRC消息传输给所述UE。
  20. 如权利要求19所述的装置,其特征在于,所述通信接口还用于:
    将所述RRC消息发送给所述DU,以通过所述DU将所述RRC消息发送给所述UE。
  21. 如权利要求19所述的装置,其特征在于,若所确定的是PScell,所述通信接口还用于:
    将所述RRC消息发送给服务于所述UE的主基站MeNB,以通过所述MeNB将所述RRC消息发送给所述UE。
  22. 如权利要求19所述的装置,其特征在于,所述通信接口还用于:
    向所述DU发送层二复位指示信息;其中,所述层二复位指示信用于指示所述DU进行层二复位。
  23. 如权利要求22所述的装置,其特征在于,所述通信接口还用于:
    接收所述DU发送的复位反馈消息,其中,所述复位反馈消息包括每个无线资源承载DRB新分配的下行传输地址。
  24. 如权利要求19所述的装置,其特征在于,所述接收机还用于
    接收所述UE发送的RRC重配完成消息,以确定所述UE完成了Pcell或PScell切换。
  25. 如权利要求24所述的装置,其特征在于,所述通信接口还用于:
    向所述DU发送小区切换完成消息,其中,所述小区切换完成消息用于表明所述UE已经完成Pcell或PScell切换。
  26. 如权利要求18-25中任一权利要求所述的装置,其特征在于,所述处理用于:
    获得服务于所述UE的cell的业务负荷信息、物理上行链路控制信道PUCCH负荷状况信息及所述UE的信号质量这三种参数信息;
    将所述三种参数信息表征的平均参数指标最优的cell确定为Pcell或PScell。
  27. 如权利要求26所述的装置,其特征在于,所述通信接口还用于:
    向所述DU发送PUCCH负荷上报请求信息,其中,所述PUCCH负荷上报请求信息包括服务于所述UE的cell信息;
    接收所述DU发送的PUCCH负荷上报响应信息,以确定所述DU能够执行所述CU要求的PUCCH负荷上报请求;
    接收所述DU发送的PUCCH负荷状况信息。
  28. 一种主小区Pcell或主辅小区PScell管理装置,其特征在于,包括:
    处理器,用于确定用户设备UE的Pcell或PScell;以及生成层二配置信息;其中,所述层二配置信息包括用于进行Pcell或PScell切换所需的配置参数信息;
    通信接口,用于将所述层二配置信息发送给集中单元CU;其中,所述CU与所述DU 共同服务于所述UE。
  29. 如权利要求28所述的装置,其特征在于,所述通信接口还用于接收所述CU发送的RRC消息;
    所述装置还包括接收机,所述接收机用于将所述RRC消息发送给所述UE。
  30. 如权利要求28所述的装置,其特征在于,所述通信接口还用于接收所述CU发送的层二复位指示信息;
    所述处理器还用于根据所述层二复位指示信息进行层二复位。
  31. 如权利要求31所述的装置,其特征在于,所述处理器还用于生成复位反馈消息,其中,所述复位反馈消息包括每个无线资源承载DRB新分配的下行传输地址;
    所述通信接口还用于将所述复位反馈消息发送给所述CU。
  32. 如权利要求29所述的装置,其特征在于,所述通信接口还用于:
    接收所述CU发送的小区切换完成消息,以确定所述UE已经完成Pcell或PScell切换。
  33. 如权利要求28-32任一权利要求所述的装置,其特征在于,所述处理器用于:
    获得所述UE的无线资源管理RRM测量信息及cell的上行信道估计结果这两种参数信息;
    将所述两种参数信息表征的平均参数指标最优的cell确定为Pcell或PScell。
  34. 如权利要求33所述的装置,其特征在于,所述通信接口还用于:
    向所述CU发送携带所述UE的设备标识的RRM测量请求消息;
    接收所述CU发送的RRM测量响应信息,以确定所述CU能够执行所述CU要求的测量;

  35. 一种主小区Pcell或主辅小区PScell管理装置,其特征在于,包括:
    确定模块,用于确定用户设备UE的Pcell或PScell;
    第一发送模块,用于向分布单元DU发送PCell/PSCell改变消息;其中,所述PCell/PSCell改变消息包括需要切换为Pcell或PScell的小区cell的小区标识,所述CU与所述DU共同服务于所述UE。
  36. 一种主小区Pcell或主辅小区PScell管理装置,其特征在于,包括:
    确定模块,用于确定用户设备UE的Pcell或PScell;
    第一生成模块,用于生成层二配置信息;其中,所述层二配置信息包括用于进行Pcell或PScell切换所需的配置参数信息;
    第一发送模块,用于将所述层二配置信息发送给集中单元CU;其中,所述CU与所 述DU共同服务于所述UE。
  37. 一种可读存储介质,其上存储有计算机程序,其特征在于,所述计算机程序被处理器执行时实现如权利要求1-10中任意一项所述的主小区Pcell或主辅小区PScell管理方法的步骤。
  38. 一种可读存储介质,其上存储有计算机程序,其特征在于,所述计算机程序被处理器执行时实现如权利要求11-17中任意一项所述的主小区Pcell或主辅小区PScell管理方法的步骤。
