Description

一种新型浸种设备 技术领域
本发明涉及农业处理技术领域,具体涉及一种新型浸种设备。
背景技术
农业是国之根本,尤其对于像我国这样的人口大国来说,农业的发展至关重要。2l世纪是科技时代,农业的发展当然也离不开科技,催芽浸种设备是科技发展的结晶。
充分吸涨是种子萌发的基础,浸种分常温浸种、变温浸种、恒温浸种和高温烫种,不同浸种方式综合应用能杀灭种子面源病菌、促进种子吸涨、保护种皮完整、增加种子萌发酶活性从而起到缩短浸种时间、控制烂种烂芽、提高种子发芽率和发芽势的作用。
由于浸种过程中需要对水温、浸种时间进行严格控制,如果水温和浸种时间稍有变化,将会对浸种效果产生较大的影响。现有浸种处理方法多采用人工利用简陋的容器对种子进行处理,然而该方法对水温和浸种时间都没有精确严格的控制,尤其在处理大量农作物种子时该弊端尤为突出:使得农作物种子的温汤浸种操作繁琐且效率低,严重阻碍了农作物种子的播种前期处理工作。
实用内容
本发明的目的在于解决上述问题,提供一种新型浸种设备,能够解决上述问题。
本实用通过以下技术方案来实现上述目的:
一种新型浸种设备,包括冷水管、冷水泵、冷水箱、制冷器、热水管、进水孔、电机、热水泵、热水箱、加热盘、管道、吸尘器、吸泵、浸种槽、温度显示屏、主控制器、时间显示屏、主控制面板、液位感应器、温度感应器、时间感应器、出种孔、支架、进种孔、转轴、搅拌叶片,在浸种槽上设置进种孔、出种孔和进水孔,在浸种槽左侧设置冷水箱,冷水箱通过冷水管连接进水孔,在冷水管上设置冷水泵,在冷水箱内设置制冷器,在所述的浸种槽右侧设置热 水箱,在热水箱内设置加热盘,热水箱通过热水管连接进水孔,在热水管上设置热水泵,在浸种槽下端设置支架;在浸种槽上端设置电机,电机连接转轴,转轴上设置搅拌叶片;在浸种槽上设置主控制面板,在主控制面板内设置主控制器,在所述的浸种槽上设置温度感应器,温度感应器连接主控制器,主控制器连接热水泵。
作为本实用的进一步优化方案,在所述的主控制面板上设置温度显示屏,温度感应器连接主控制器,主控制器连接温度显示屏;在所述的浸种槽内设置时间感应器,在主控制面板上设置时间显示屏,时间感应器连接主控制器,主控制器连接时间显示屏。
作为本实用的进一步优化方案,热水箱通过管道连接浸种槽,在管道上设置吸泵,在管道上端设置吸尘器。
作为本实用的进一步优化方案,在所述的浸种槽内设置液位感应器,液位感应器连接主控制器,主控制器连接吸泵。
本发明的有益效果是:

2、本发明在所述的主控制面板上设置温度显示屏,温度感应器连接主控制器,主控制器连接温度显示屏;在所述的浸种槽内设置时间感应器,在主控制面板上设置时间显示屏,时间感应器连接主控制器,主控制器连接时间显示屏。可以通过温度感应器和时间感应器将温度和时间显示在温度显示屏和时间显示屏上。
3、本发明热水箱通过管道连接浸种槽,在管道上设置吸泵,在管道上端设置吸尘器。可以将浸种槽内的凉水通过吸泵进入热水箱内进行加热,实现重复利用,节约水资源。
4、本发明在所述的浸种槽内设置液位感应器,液位感应器连接主控制器,主控制器连接吸泵。当液位感应器感应到浸种槽内的液位时,会将此信息传递给主控制器,主控制器会控制吸泵进行运行。
5、本发明结构简单,易于制作,适宜于工业化生产。
