Description

CONTAINER WITH EATING UTENSIL
The present invention is related to a container having a body with eating utensil thereon developed to deliver all kinds of food to the end user and to enable said food to be consumed in all kinds of environments.
Nowadays, many of the foodstuffs are also produced in single-serving portions to meet the requirements of many people. Recently, people do not spend too much time during the day to eat because of their fast paced living conditions. For this reason, people need a disposable spoon in order to eat the food they have bought. Therefore, the method of providing disposable spoons with the food products has been used in order to meet said requirement. However, these spoons or forks that are provided separately may be lost at the sales spots or the person who is buying the foodstuff may forget to take the spoon or fork because he/she is in a hurt.
If the container has a lid, said spoon or fork used to be placed under the lid, stuck onto the lid or placed into a receptacle formed on the lid.
The container and the lid create separate costs. Especially a product such as a yogurt, pudding, ice-cream that has been prepared to be consumed in one go, do not necessarily require a lid and covering said containers with just a foil is usually sufficient. One of the most important problems of containers that are covered with just a foil is that the fork or spoon that needs to be provided by such products cannot be presented with a fork or spoon attached thereon. Producers may prefer to provide the containers with lids by bearing extra costs if a spoon must be provided with a certain product.
As a result it has been mandatory to carry out developments in the related art, which eliminates the present disadvantages in the prior art, provides an eating utensil different from the prior applications for single portion food stuffs without having to pay for extra lid expenses, meets the requirement of providing an eating utensil on a package and eliminates the inadequacy of present solutions. The aim of the invention is to provide a container with a tab having a body with an eating utensil fixed thereon produced with low costs, wherein said utensil is kept hidden on the container until it is used.
The container with attached utensil having a body with eating utensil fixed thereon developed in order to reach the aims of the invention, has been illustrated in the attached figures, and according to the figures,
Figure 1 Front view of the eating utensil at a closed position
Figure 2 Side perspective view with the eating utensil at the closed position

In a detailed description of the invention, a container embodiment having a tab with an eating utensil fixed thereon subject to the invention has been described only in order to further illustrate the invention without creating a limiting effect to the invention.
The container having a tab with an eating utensil fixed thereon can generally be shaped according to preference as a rectangular prism, a cube, semi circle, triangle, parallelogram, or a trapezoid. A glass type cylindrical container has been used to illustrate the present invention.
The invention is a container with an eating utensil having a body with an attached eating utensil, comprising;
• A container in which all kinds of food can be stored, • A container mouth section protruding outwards,
• An eating utensil fixed with a small tab at one side of the rim of the container opening,
• An eating utensil receptacle which receives the eating utensil therein when said utensil is fixed to the container and is in a closed position.
As it is shown in Figure 1 and 2, on the side of the container, an eating utensil receptacle having a size matching the eating utensil, has been provided which receives the eating utensil therein completely, and enables the eating utensil to be carried on the container without protruding out from the side surface of the container, such that the eating utensil is embedded into the container when said eating utensil is at a closed position. The eating utensil is attached to the tab located at the rim of the opening of the container.
The consumer who has purchases said packaged product pulls out the eating utensil from its receptacle and brings it to an open position as it can be seen in Figure 3 and 4, such that it is parallel to the opening of the container. The eating utensil is fixed to the container opening with a tab. After the eating utensil is broken off from the tab, it can be easily used by the consumer.
The protection scope of this application has been defined in the claims section, and the it should be taken into consideration that above mentioned embodiments or illustrations are not limiting the scope of the invention. It can be clearly understood that a person skilled in the art can provide the novelty using similar embodiments mentioned in the invention and/or a person skilled in the art can apply similar embodiments used in the art in other fields with similar aims. As a result it is obvious that such embodiments provided using the illustrations mentioned herein, will not meet the criteria of surpassing the known art and novelty.
