进一步地,为实现上述目的,本申请还提供一种计算机可读存储介质,所述计算机可读存储介质存储有培训课时费处理系统,所述培训课时费处理系统可被至少一个处理器执行,以使所述至少一个处理器执行如上述的培训课时费处理方法的步骤。
相较于现有技术,本申请所提出的培训课时费处理方法、应用服务器及计算机可读存储介质,可以根据课程级别和讲师级别设置不同的费率,并且针对每个讲师的多种培训方式(现场培训、远程培训等),分别根据预设规则计算或换算出总课时,然后得到该讲师的总课时费,并自动上报审批和发放。可以缩短流程,减少中间人工操作,节省人力和时间,避免出现人工错误。并且对于各种培训方式和不同的课程级别和讲师级别,可以统一按对应的预设规则统计出相应课时费,适用性强。

在本实施例中,本申请可应用于包括,但不仅限于,应用服务器2、网络3、考勤装置4、远程培训终端5的应用环境中。其中,所述移动终端1可以是移动电话、智能电话、笔记本电脑、数字广播接收器、PDA(个人数字助理)、PAD(平板电脑)、PMP(便携式多媒体播放器)、导航装置、车载装置等等的可移动设备,以及诸如数字TV、台式计算机、笔记本、服务器等等的固定终端。所述应用服务器2可以是机架式服务器、刀片式服务器、塔式服务器或机柜式服务器等计算设备,该应用服务器2可以是独立的服务器,也可以是多个服务器所组成的服务器集群。所述网络3可以是企业内部网(Intranet)、互联网(Internet)、全球移动通讯系统(Global System of Mobile communication,GSM)、宽带码分多址(Wideband Code Division Multiple Access,WCDMA)、4G网络、5G网络、蓝牙(Bluetooth)、Wi-Fi、通话网络等无线或有线网络。所述考勤装置4可以是指纹考勤机、刷卡考勤机等用于在现场培训时记录考勤数据的装置。所述远程培训终端5可以是用于通过远程连线登录远程培训 系统学习线上课程的终端设备,包括移动电话、智能电话、笔记本电脑、PDA(个人数字助理)、PAD(平板电脑)、PMP(便携式多媒体播放器)等可移动终端,以及诸如数字TV、台式计算机、服务器等的固定终端。
其中,所述应用服务器2中通过所述网络3分别与一个或多个所述移动终端1(图中仅示出一个)通信连接,每一个所述移动终端1中均安装并运行有与所述应用服务器2对应的应用程序客户端(后文简称“移动终端客户端”)。所述移动终端客户端用于响应移动终端用户的操作,在所述移动终端客户端与所述应用服务器2之间创建长连接,以使所述移动终端客户端能够通过所述长连接与所述应用服务器2进行数据传输和交互。
参阅图2所示,是图1中应用服务器2一可选的硬件架构的示意图。本实施例中,所述应用服务器2可包括,但不仅限于,可通过系统总线相互通信连接存储器11、处理器12、网络接口13。需要指出的是,图2仅示出了具有组件11-13的应用服务器2,但是应理解的是,并不要求实施所有示出的组件,可以替代的实施更多或者更少的组件。
其中,所述存储器11至少包括一种类型的可读存储介质,所述可读存储介质包括闪存、硬盘、多媒体卡、卡型存储器(例如,SD或DX存储器等)、随机访问存储器(RAM)、静态随机访问存储器(SRAM)、只读存储器(ROM)、电可擦除可编程只读存储器(EEPROM)、可编程只读存储器(PROM)、磁性存储器、磁盘、光盘等。在一些实施例中,所述存储器11可以是所述应用服务器2的内部存储单元,例如该应用服务器2的硬盘或内存。在另一些实施例中,所述存储器11也可以是所述应用服务器2的外部存储设备,例如该应用服务器2上配备的插接式硬盘,智能存储卡(Smart Media Card,SMC),安全数字(Secure Digital,SD)卡,闪存卡(Flash Card)等。当然,所述存储器11还可以既包括所述应用服务器2的内部存储单元也包括其外部存储设备。本实施例中,所述存储器11通常用于存储安装于所述应用服务器2的操作系统和各类应用软件,例如培训课时费处理系统200的程序代码等。此外,所述存储器11还可以用于暂时地存储已经输出或者将要输出的各类数据。
所述处理器12在一些实施例中可以是中央处理器(Central Processing Unit,CPU)、控制器、微控制器、微处理器、或其他数据处理芯片。该处理器12通常用于控制所述应用服务器2的总体操作。本实施例中,所述处理器12用于运行所述存储器11中存储的程序代码或者处理数据,例如运行所述的培训课时费处理系统200等。
所述网络接口13可包括无线网络接口或有线网络接口,该网络接口13通常用于在所述应用服务器2与其他电子设备之间建立通信连接。本实施例中,所述网络接口13主要用于通过所述网络3将所述应用服务器2与一个或多个所述考勤装置4、远程培训终端5相连,在所述应用服务器2与所述一个或多个考勤装置4、远程培训终端5之间的建立数据传输通道和通信连接。
至此,己经详细介绍了本申请各个实施例的应用环境和相关设备的硬件 结构和功能。下面,将基于上述应用环境和相关设备,提出本申请的各个实施例。
首先,本申请提出一种培训课时费处理系统200。
参阅图3所示,是本申请培训课时费处理系统200第一实施例的程序模块图。本实施例中,所述培训课时费处理系统200包括一系列的存储于存储器11上的计算机程序指令,当该计算机程序指令被处理器12执行时,可以实现本申请各实施例的培训课时费处理操作。在一些实施例中,基于该计算机程序指令各部分所实现的特定的操作,培训课时费处理系统200可以被划分为一个或多个模块。例如,在图3中,所述培训课时费处理系统200可以被分割成设置模块201、获取模块202、计算模块203。其中:
所述设置模块201,用于设置培训方式、课程级别、讲师级别及对应的费率。
具体地,所述培训方式包括现场培训、远程培训等。当为现场培训时,直接以上课时长计算课时。当为远程培训时,可以以线上课程的点击率、观看时长,线上解答问题的个数或时长等参数按预设规则换算为对应的课时。所述费率为每个小时的课程对应的课时费,一般而言,课程级别及讲师级别越高,对应的费率越高。另外,针对不同的培训方式,对应的费率可以设置为相同,也可以设置为不同。
所述获取模块202,用于获取已完成培训的课程信息和对应讲师信息。
具体地,对于已完成培训的课程,获取该课程的课程名称、培训方式、课程级别等信息,以及对应的讲师名称、讲师级别等信息。当一个课程有多个讲师时,后续可以根据该讲师的考勤记录和讲师级别等分别进行相应课时费计算。
所述获取模块202,还用于针对每个讲师,按照不同的培训方式获取所有课时记录。
具体地,当所述培训方式为现场培训时,考勤装置4可以根据指纹考勤、刷卡考勤等方式采集考勤数据,从而记录该讲师的上课时间、下课时间等数据。所述获取模块202从所述考勤装置4中获取所记录的该讲师的上课时间、下课时间等数据。当所述培训方式为远程培训时,学员通过所述远程培训终端5登录远程培训系统学习线上课程,所述获取模块202可以获取远程培训系统中记录的线上课程的点击率、观看时长,线上解答问题的个数或时长等数据。
所述计算模块203,用于根据所获取的课时记录计算该讲师对应各个培训方式的总课时。
具体地,针对现场培训,根据该讲师的每一次上课时间、下课时间的记录计算总课时。针对远程培训,根据线上课程的点击率、观看时长,线上解答问题的个数或时长的记录,按预设规则换算为总课时。所述预设规则为,例如,每位学员每观看该线上课程一小时,在所述总课时中记为一分钟。又 如,当线上解答五个问题时,在所述总课时中记为一小时。
所述计算模块203,还用于根据各个培训方式的总课时和所设置的费率计算该讲师的总课时费。
具体地,根据课程级别和讲师级别查询现场培训和远程培训对应的费率,然后分别计算该讲师针对现场培训和远程培训的课时费,从而得到总课时费。
参阅图4所示,是本申请培训课时费处理系统200第二实施例的程序模块图。本实施例中,所述的培训课时费处理系统200除了包括第一实施例中的所述设置模块201、获取模块202、计算模块203之外,还包括上报模块204和发放模块205。
所述上报模块204用于将计算出的每个讲师的总课时费上报审批,并跟踪审批结果。
具体地,当计算出每个讲师的总课时费后,生成一个待审批报表,并自动发起审批流程,通知相关审批人员或机构进行审批,并跟踪审批结果。在本实施例中,可以通过邮件方式发送审批通知至相关的审批人员或机构。在所述审批流程完结后,接收审批结果,所述审批结果包括审批通过和审批不通过。
所述发放模块205用于导入财务系统进行课时费发放。
具体地,当接收到审批通过的结果后,将每个讲师的总课时费导入财务系统,通知财务系统为每个讲师发放相应的课时费。
参阅图5所示,是本申请培训课时费处理系统200第三实施例的程序模块图。本实施例中,所述的培训课时费处理系统200在第二实施例的基础上,还包括确认模块206。
所述确认模块206用于在所述上报模块204进行上报之前,将所得到的总课时费发送至对应讲师进行确认。
具体地,将计算出的该讲师的总课时费以及现场培训和远程培训的总课时发送至该讲师,以确认计算结果是否正确。在本实施例中,可以通过邮件的方式将所述总课时费以及总课时发送至该讲师进行确认。在其他实施例中,除了确认所述总课时费以及总课时之外,还可以将原始的课时记录,即现场培训时该讲师的每一次上课时间、下课时间的记录以及远程培训时该讲师的线上课程的点击率、观看时长,线上解答问题的个数或时长的记录,同时发送至该讲师,以便进行核对。
此外,本申请还提出一种培训课时费处理方法。
参阅图6所示,是本申请培训课时费处理方法第一实施例的流程示意图。在本实施例中,根据不同的需求,图6所示的流程图中的步骤的执行顺序可以改变,某些步骤可以省略。
步骤S600,设置培训方式、课程级别、讲师级别及对应的费率。
具体地,所述培训方式包括现场培训、远程培训等。当为现场培训时,直接以上课时长计算课时。当为远程培训时,可以以线上课程的点击率、观看时长,线上解答问题的个数或时长等参数按预设规则换算为对应的课时。所述费率为每个小时的课程对应的课时费,一般而言,课程级别及讲师级别越高,对应的费率越高。

步骤S608,根据各个培训方式的总课时和所设置的费率计算该讲师的总课时费。
具体地,根据课程级别和讲师级别查询现场培训和远程培训对应的费率,然后分别计算该讲师针对现场培训和远程培训的课时费,从而得到总课时费。
如图7所示,是本申请培训课时费处理方法的第二实施例的流程示意图。本实施例中,所述培训课时费处理方法的步骤S700-S708与第一实施例的步骤S600-S608相类似,区别在于该方法还包括步骤S710-S712。
该方法包括以下步骤:

步骤S712,导入财务系统进行课时费发放。
具体地,当接收到审批通过的结果后,将每个讲师的总课时费导入财务系统,通知财务系统为每个讲师发放相应的课时费。
如图8所示,是本申请培训课时费处理方法的第三实施例的流程示意图。本实施例中,所述培训课时费处理方法的步骤S800-S808及S812-S814与第二实施例的步骤S700-S712相类似,区别在于该方法在步骤S808与S812之间还包括步骤S810。

步骤S810,将所得到的总课时费发送至对应讲师进行确认。
具体地,将计算出的该讲师的总课时费以及现场培训和远程培训的总课时发送至该讲师,以确认计算结果是否正确。在本实施例中,可以通过邮件的方式将所述总课时费以及总课时发送至该讲师进行确认。在其他实施例中,除了确认所述总课时费以及总课时之外,还可以将原始的课时记录,即现场培训时该讲师的每一次上课时间、下课时间的记录以及远程培训时该讲师的线上课程的点击率、观看时长,线上解答问题的个数或时长的记录,同时发送至该讲师,以便进行核对。
步骤S812,将确认后的每个讲师的总课时费上报审批,并跟踪审批结果。
具体地,当每个讲师确认总课时费后,生成一个待审批报表,并自动发起审批流程,通知相关审批人员或机构进行审批,并跟踪审批结果。在本实 施例中,可以通过邮件方式发送审批通知至相关的审批人员或机构。在所述审批流程完结后,接收审批结果,所述审批结果包括审批通过和审批不通过。
步骤S814,导入财务系统进行课时费发放。
具体地,当接收到审批通过的结果后,将每个讲师的总课时费导入财务系统,通知财务系统为每个讲师发放相应的课时费。

  1. 一种培训课时费处理方法,应用于应用服务器,其特征在于,所述方法包括步骤:
    设置培训方式、课程级别、讲师级别及对应的费率,其中所述培训方式包括现场培训、远程培训,所述费率为每个小时的课程对应的课时费,所述课程级别及讲师级别越高,对应的费率越高;
    获取已完成培训的课程信息和对应讲师信息;
    针对每个讲师,按照不同的培训方式获取所有课时记录;
    根据所获取的课时记录计算所述讲师对应各个培训方式的总课时;及
    根据各个培训方式的总课时和所设置的费率计算所述讲师的总课时费。
  2. 如权利要求1所述的培训课时费处理方法,其特征在于,所述课程信息包括培训方式和课程级别。

    将计算出的每个讲师的总课时费生成一个待审批报表,自动发起审批流程,通过邮件方式发送审批通知至相关的审批人员或机构,并在所述审批流程完结后,接收审批结果;
    当接收到审批通过的结果后,将每个讲师的总课时费导入财务系统进行课时费发放。
  5. 如权利要求4所述的培训课时费处理方法,其特征在于,该方法在进行上报之前还包括步骤:
    通过邮件的方式将所得到的总课时费以及各个培训方式的总课时发送至对应讲师进行确认,并将原始的课时记录同时发送至所述讲师进行核对。
  6. 如权利要求1所述的培训课时费处理方法,其特征在于,所述按照不同的培训方式获取所有课时记录的步骤具体包括:
    当所述培训方式为现场培训时,获取考勤装置根据所采集的考勤数据记录的所述讲师的上课时间、下课时间;
    当所述培训方式为远程培训时,获取远程培训系统中记录的线上课程的点击率、观看时长,线上解答问题的个数或时长。
  7. 如权利要求6所述的培训课时费处理方法,其特征在于,所述根据所获取的课时记录计算所述讲师对应各个培训方式的总课时的步骤具体包括:
    针对现场培训,根据所述讲师的每一次上课时间、下课时间的记录计算总课时;
    针对远程培训,根据线上课程的点击率、观看时长,线上解答问题的个数或时长的记录,按预设规则换算为总课时。
  8. 一种应用服务器,其特征在于,所述应用服务器包括存储器、处理器,所述存储器上存储有可在所述处理器上运行的培训课时费处理系统,所述培 训课时费处理系统被所述处理器执行时实现如下步骤:

    将计算出的每个讲师的总课时费生成一个待审批报表,自动发起审批流程,通过邮件方式发送审批通知至相关的审批人员或机构,并在所述审批流程完结后,接收审批结果;
    当接收到审批通过的结果后,将每个讲师的总课时费导入财务系统进行课时费发放。
  12. 如权利要求11所述的应用服务器,其特征在于,在所述自动发起审批流程前还包括步骤:
    通过邮件的方式将所得到的总课时费以及各个培训方式的总课时发送至对应讲师进行确认,并将原始的课时记录同时发送至所述讲师进行核对。
  13. 如权利要求8所述的应用服务器,其特征在于,所述按照不同的培训方式获取所有课时记录的步骤具体包括:
    当所述培训方式为现场培训时,获取考勤装置根据所采集的考勤数据记录的所述讲师的上课时间、下课时间;
    当所述培训方式为远程培训时,获取远程培训系统中记录的线上课程的点击率、观看时长,线上解答问题的个数或时长。
  14. 如权利要求13所述的应用服务器,其特征在于,所述根据所获取的课时记录计算所述讲师对应各个培训方式的总课时的步骤具体包括:
    针对现场培训,根据所述讲师的每一次上课时间、下课时间的记录计算总课时;
    针对远程培训,根据线上课程的点击率、观看时长,线上解答问题的个数或时长的记录,按预设规则换算为总课时。
  15. 一种计算机可读存储介质,所述计算机可读存储介质存储有培训课时费处理系统,所述培训课时费处理系统可被至少一个处理器执行,以使所述至少一个处理器执行如下步骤:
    设置培训方式、课程级别、讲师级别及对应的费率,其中所述培训方式 包括现场培训、远程培训,所述费率为每个小时的课程对应的课时费,所述课程级别及讲师级别越高,对应的费率越高;
    获取已完成培训的课程信息和对应讲师信息;
    针对每个讲师,按照不同的培训方式获取所有课时记录;
    根据所获取的课时记录计算所述讲师对应各个培训方式的总课时;及
    根据各个培训方式的总课时和所设置的费率计算所述讲师的总课时费。
  16. 如权利要求15所述的计算机可读存储介质,其特征在于,所述课程信息包括培训方式和课程级别,所述讲师信息包括讲师名称和讲师级别。
  17. 如权利要求15所述的计算机可读存储介质,其特征在于,所述培训课时费处理系统被所述处理器执行时还实现步骤:
