技术领域
本发明涉及一种照明灯具,尤其是涉及一种飞碟调光护眼灯。
背景技术
随着社会的不断进步和信息技术的迅猛发展,自动控制技术和灯具相结合的智能照明系统正悄然走进人们的日常生活。智能照明主要是通过自动控制技术,可对家庭灯具、灯饰进行遥控,制造出不同氛围和场景。现有的智能照明灯通常采用触摸方式,其只能控制开关与亮度,无法调光,而传统的LED台灯,只能开关,无法调光,功能单一。
发明内容
为了克服现有技术的不足,本发明提供了一种飞碟调光护眼灯。
本发明所采用的技术方案主要是:一种飞碟调光护眼灯,包括底座和安装在底座上的飞碟形的主体,所述主体下端设置有安装空间,所述安装空间内设置有发光组件,所述发光组件连接有控制部件,控制部件连接有电源插头,所述控制部件设置有按压旋转杆和与其连接的编码器,主体上端连接有可在其上转动和上下移动的开关,所述按压旋转杆上端穿过主体与开关连接。
作为上述技术方案的改进,所述开关上端面设置有多个指凹位。
作为上述技术方案的进一步改进,所述开关呈半球状。
进一步,所述开关下端设置有卡槽,所述卡槽内安装有旋帽,开关通过旋帽套接在按压旋转杆上端。
进一步,所述发光组件包括有LED灯板、散热部件和扩散罩。
进一步,所述底座还安装有防滑垫。
进一步,所述防滑垫上部还设置有缓冲塞。
进一步,所述开关、底座和主体均由实木制成。
本发明的有益效果是:
本发明的一种飞碟调光护眼灯,其控制部件设置有按压旋转杆和与其连接的编码器,主体上端连接有可在其上转动和上下移动的开关,按压旋转杆上端穿过主体与开关连接,从而可以通过按压开关实现多挡亮度切换和关闭,也可以通过360°旋转开关实现无级亮度调节,其调光功能更加丰富。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图和具体实施方式对本发明作进一步详细的说明。
参照图1至图3,本发明的一种飞碟调光护眼灯,包括底座和安装在底座上的飞碟形的主体4,底座分为上底座9和下底座11,主体4安装在上底座上9,所述主体4下端设置有安装空间,所述安装空间内设置有发光组件,主体4通过螺栓3与发光组件固定,所述发光组件连接有控制部件5,控制部件5连接有电源插头10,电源插头10为DC插头,所述控制部件5设置有按压旋转杆和与其连接的编码器,具体的,编码器负责采集按压旋转杆带来的电压信号变化给控制部件5进行亮度调节,本发明中,按压旋转杆设置有三档亮度与关闭,同时可以实现360°旋转调节,主体4上端连接有可在其上转动和上下移动的开关1,所述按压旋转杆上端穿过主体4与开关1连接。
具体的,控制部件5采用ST的中央处理器,8位内核,对控制数据进行解码与处理,并负责调光算法,保证台灯过度均匀,调光方式丰富,不频闪,达到护眼的效果;控制部件含有编码器,可以达到分段调光与旋钮调光的功能。
本发明可以通过按压开关实现多挡亮度切换和关闭,也可以通过360°旋转开关实现无级亮度调节,其调光功能更加丰富。
优选地,开关1呈半球状,使得其外形更加美观,而且比较容易相对本体旋转,开关1上端面还设置有多个指凹位,从而可以操作更加方便。
为了便于与按压旋转杆连接,所述开关1下端设置有卡槽,卡槽内安装有旋帽2,开关1通过旋帽2套接在按压旋转杆上端,从而使得两者的连接安装更加方便。
具体的,所述发光组件包括有LED灯板7、散热部件6和扩散罩8,散热部件6位于LED灯板7上端,扩散罩8位于LED灯板7下端,LED灯板7采用4000-4500K,3014,0.1W灯珠,保证白光照明的亮度,显色指数85以上,色彩更真实,扩散罩8保证LED灯光均匀,不炫目,达到护眼目的,散热部件6负责LED灯板7的散热,防止LED灯珠损坏,与光衰过快。
为了使得该灯具摆放时不易滑动,所述底座还安装有防滑垫13。
同时,为了使得将该灯具放置时更平稳,所述防滑垫13上部还设置有缓冲塞12,缓冲塞12优选为橡胶软塞,从而可以缓冲灯具受到振动时的竖向力。
本发明中,所述开关1、底座和主体4均由实木制成,三者构成飞碟形态,外形更加美观独特。

  1. 一种飞碟调光护眼灯,其特征在于:包括底座和安装在底座上的飞碟形的主体,所述主体下端设置有安装空间,所述安装空间内设置有发光组件,所述发光组件连接有控制部件,控制部件连接有电源插头,所述控制部件设置有按压旋转杆和与其连接的编码器,主体上端连接有可在其上转动和上下移动的开关,所述按压旋转杆上端穿过主体与开关连接。

  3. 根据权利要求2所述的一种飞碟调光护眼灯,其特征在于:所述开关呈半球状。

  6. 根据权利要求1所述的一种飞碟调光护眼灯,其特征在于:所述底座还安装有防滑垫。
  7. 根据权利要求6所述的一种飞碟调光护眼灯,其特征在于:所述防滑垫上部还设置有缓冲塞。
