-所述提取模块,与所述终止模块、识别模块通讯连接,提取所述通话终端的通话号码;
待智能终端通过通话记录系统的终止模块结束与某一通话终端建立的通话状态后,通话记录系统的提取模块会自动提取先前通话状态中与该智能终端建立通话连接的通话终端的通话号码,包括本智能终端主动连接及被动连接的通话终端的通话号码。
-所述识别模块,与所述读取模块、记录模块通讯连接,识别所述通话号码是否为一紧急号码;
提取模块提取到先前通话状态中与本智能终端建立通话连接的通话终端的通话号码后,通话记录系统的识别模块进一步通过自动识别号码程序将该号码与其紧急号码数据库中的紧急号码进行匹配。紧急号码数据库包含世界各个区域的紧急号码。例如,中国大陆的紧急号码:报警电话110、救护电话112、火警电话119、交通事故122等;中国香港求救电话999;中国澳门求救电话000、新加坡火警电话995、美国求救电话911等。
-所述记录模块,与所述识别模块通讯连接,当所述通话号码为一紧急号码时,所述记录模块不保存与所述通话号码的通话记录。
当通话记录系统的识别模块识别先前建立通话连接通话终端的通话号码属于一紧急码号,则,待终止模块终止通话连接后,通话记录系统的记录模块不会保存智能终端与 具有该通话号码的通话终端的通话记录。即,在智能终端的通话记录列表中不会出现用户拨打该通话号码的记录。
-优选地,当所述识别模块识别所述通话号码为一非紧急号码时,所述记录模块保存与所述通话号码的通话记录。
在一优选实施例中,当通话记录系统的识别模块识别出先前建立通话连接的通话终端具有的通话号码不属于一紧急码号,则,待终止模块终止通话连接后,通话记录系统的记录模块会保存与具有该通话号码的通话终端的通话记录。即,在智能终端的通话记录列表中可以查阅到用户通过本智能终端拨打/接听该通话号码的记录,记录模块记录在智能终端通话记录中的还包括该通话过程的日期、时间点及持续时间。
参阅图5,其为符合本发明一实施例中的一种基于智能终端的通话记录系统的结构示意图。如图所示,在一优选实施例中,所述识别模块进一步包括:进一步包括:
-读取单元,读取所述通话号码;
读取单元调用函数,获取智能终端刚终止的通话连接所连通的终端的通话号码的读取权限,以读取通话号码数据。
-搜索单元,在一预设紧急号码数据库中搜索是否存在与所述通话号码匹配的所述紧急号码;
读取单元获取到智能终端建立通话连接终端的通话号码后,进一步搜索单元将该通话号码与智能终端中预设的紧急号码数据库中的紧急号码进行比对,以判断预设紧急号码数据库中是否存在与通话号码匹配的紧急号码,识别模块以此鉴别通话号码是否为一紧急号码。
-当所述预设紧急号码数据库中存在与所述通话号码匹配的所述紧急号码时,判断单元判断所述通话号码为所述紧急号码。
当搜索单元搜索到预设紧急号码数据库中存在与通话号码匹配的紧急号码时,则,判断单元判定其读取所得的通话号码为一紧急号码,以完成对智能终端是否与一紧急号码的终端建立通话连接的判断。
-优选地,所述识别模块进一步包括:
更新单元,与一远程数据库连接,更新所述预设紧急号码数据库。在一优选实施例中,该通话记录系统的识别模块可进一步与一第三方远程数据库进行通讯连接,在该第三方远程数据库中储存的紧急号码数据更为全面,可覆盖遍布全球的紧急号码数据,并且一旦数据发生变化,该数据库也能同步更新。识别模块与该数据库连接后,可通过更新单元进一步充实更新智能终端内的预设紧急号码数据库,以提高智能终端对紧急号码识别的准确性。
参阅图6,其为符合本发明一实施例中的一种基于智能终端的通话记录系统的结构示意图。如图所示,在一优选实施例中,所述通话记录系统进一步包括:检查模块和删除模块;
-所述检查模块,与所述记录模块、删除模块通讯连接,检查所述智能终端的通话记录列表中是否存在包含所述紧急号码的通话记录;
本实施例中的通话记录系统进一步包括一检查模块,检查记录模块中已存在的通话记录列表中是否存有涉及紧急号码的通话记录。具体地,检查模块可通过提取每一条通话记录中的通话号码,并将该通话号码与预设紧急号码数据库中的紧急号码进行匹配,以检测通话记录列表中是否存有包含紧急号码的通话记录。
-所述删除模块,与所述记录模块、检查模块通讯连接,当所述通话记录列表中存在包含所述紧急号码的通话记录时,删除所述通话记录。
当通话记录系统的检查模块检测出通话记录列表中存在包含紧急号码的通话记录时,为避免用户因误触导致拨出紧急号码,浪费救助资源,对他人发出救助产生影响, 通话记录系统的删除模块会自动删除通话记录列表中的紧急号码的通话记录,以此确保用户不会因为误触随意拨出紧急号码,与紧急号码的通话终端建立连接。
综上所述,本发明能够对用户曾拨打过的紧急号码作识别,并不会将紧急号码保存于通话记录中,以防用户误触拨打紧急号码,造成资源浪费,对真正需要拨打紧急号码寻求救助的用户造成阻碍。
应当注意的是,本发明的实施例有较佳的实施性,且并非对本发明作任何形式的限制,任何熟悉该领域的技术人员可能利用上述揭示的技术内容变更或修饰为等同的有效实施例,但凡未脱离本发明技术方案的内容,依据本发明的技术实质对以上实施例所作的任何修改或等同变化及修饰,均仍属于本发明技术方案的范围内。

Claims (10)

  1. 一种基于智能终端的通话记录方法,其特征在于,
    所述通话记录方法包括如下步骤:
    终止所述智能终端与一通话终端的通话连接;
    提取所述通话终端的通话号码;
    识别所述通话号码是否为一紧急号码;
    当所述通话号码为一紧急号码时,不保存与所述通话号码的通话记录。
  2. 如权利要求1所述的通话记录方法,其特征在于,
    当所述通话号码为一非紧急号码时,保存与所述通话号码的通话记录。
  3. 如权利要求1所述的通话记录方法,其特征在于,
    识别所述通话号码是否为一紧急号码的步骤中,进一步包括:
    读取所述通话号码;
    在一预设紧急号码数据库中搜索是否存在与所述通话号码匹配的所述紧急号码;
    当所述预设紧急号码数据库中存在与所述通话号码匹配的所述紧急号码时,所述智能终端判断所述通话号码为所述紧急号码。
  4. 如权利要求3所述的通话记录方法,其特征在于,
    识别所述通话号码是否为一紧急号码的步骤中,进一步包括:
    与一远程数据库连接,更新所述预设紧急号码数据库。
  5. 如权利要求1所述的通话记录方法,其特征在于,
    所述通话记录方法进一步包括:
    检查所述智能终端的通话记录列表中是否存在包含所述紧急号码的通话记录;
    当所述通话记录列表中存在包含所述紧急号码的通话记录时,删除所述通话记录。
  6. 一种基于智能终端的通话记录系统,其特征在于,
    所述通话记录系统包括:终止模块,提取模块,识别模块,记录模块;
    所述终止模块,与所述读取模块通讯连接,终止所述智能终端与一通话终端的通话连接;
    所述提取模块,与所述终止模块、识别模块通讯连接,提取所述通话终端的通话号码;
    所述识别模块,与所述读取模块、记录模块通讯连接,识别所述通话号码是否为一紧急号码;
    所述记录模块,与所述识别模块通讯连接,当所述通话号码为一紧急号码时,所述记录模块不保存与所述通话号码的通话记录。
  7. 如权利要求6所述的通话记录系统,其特征在于,
    当所述识别模块识别所述通话号码为一非紧急号码时,所述记录模块保存与所述通话号码的通话记录。
  8. 如权利要求6所述的通话记录系统,其特征在于,
    所述识别模块进一步包括:
    读取单元,读取所述通话号码;
    搜索单元,在一预设紧急号码数据库中搜索是否存在与所述通话号码匹配的所述紧急号码;
    当所述预设紧急号码数据库中存在与所述通话号码匹配的所述紧急号码时,判断单元判断所述通话号码为所述紧急号码。
  9. 如权利要求8所述的通话记录系统,其特征在于,
    所述识别模块进一步包括:
    更新单元,与一远程数据库连接,更新所述预设紧急号码数据库。
  10. 如权利要求6所述的通话记录系统,其特征在于,
    所述通话记录系统进一步包括:检查模块和删除模块;
    所述检查模块,与所述记录模块、删除模块通讯连接,检查所述智能终端的通话记录列表中是否存在包含所述紧急号码的通话记录;
    所述删除模块,与所述记录模块、检查模块通讯连接,当所述通话记录列表中存在包含所述紧急号码的通话记录时,所述删除模块删除所述记录模块中的所述通话记录。
