Abstract

This is the invention of Aluminium Profile Framework Modular Prepared Building, first of its kind in the world, with following features; framework is formed by the connection of specially designed Alloyed Aluminium Profiles that are obtained by Aluminium Extrusion machines, Three-Axis Assembly Plates and wall-floor-ceiling sandwich panels used for the body design; has proper sized insulating materials satisfying heat regulations; has sandwich panels on outer surface made of different materials depending on design and taste, and thanks to these sandwich panels wall-floor-ceiling assembled without any screws; its modular roof compounds and roof cover materials are assembled without any screws; made of completely modular parts; brand new assembly system with Three-Axis Assembly Plates that can deliver orders in the same day; easily assembled; requires no assembly craftsmanship during manufacturing and thanks to this, instead of model stocking, modular part stocking is employed hence with local distributors, online sales and construction malls with certain amount of storage various models can be created to form sales and marketing opportunity; does not require big storage areas and transportation costs; has subcontractor manufacturing friendly modular compounds hence dependency to one manufacturing location is avoided; Three-Axis Assembly is made by the consumer instantly without any need for extra manufacturing or craftsmanship. Column and Beam Profiles with special designs and with their three-axis assembly plates hold wall- floor and sandwich panels, hence whole building including the roof can be built by standard modular compounds.
