Description

一种击打训练装置 技术领域
本发明涉及健身器材领域,尤其涉及一种击打训练装置。
背景技术
拳击是戴拳击手套进行格斗的运动项目,需要在比赛中不断躲避对手的攻击,所以拳击运动对运动员的反应能力有很高的要求。同时拳击也是很多体育爱好者喜爱的项目,很多人在健身的同时喜欢练习拳击,不但能够增强身体素质,也可以提高自身应对突发暴力事件的自卫能力。
在一般的拳击训练中,运动员会利用击打沙袋或者是拳击速度球来练习拳击动作,但沙袋能轻易移动,也不能锻炼反应的能力,不能够提高运动员的反应速度。拳击速度球击打时能反弹到运动员一侧,但是只能模拟出直拳的效果,对于勾拳出拳则无法模拟。
发明内容
为了解决上述技术问题,本发明提供了一种方便携带的,方便拆装,结构简单的击打训练装置。
本发明所采用的技术方案是:一种击打训练装置,包括固定部件、调节部件、摆动部件、摆动轴和摆动锤,所述调节部件固定安装在固定部件上,所述摆动部件安装在调节部件上,所述摆动轴一端转动连接调节部件,另一端固定连接摆动锤,所述摆动部件活动连接摆动轴中段。运动员通过击打摆动锤,带动摆动部件左右摆动,用以模拟出勾拳出拳效果,而通过设置摆动轴,可以领摆动锤摆动的角度是水平的,不会做无规则乱摆。
进一步,所述固定部件包括两条横杆和一条竖杆,所述两条横杆分别安装在竖杆两端,所述固定部件呈工字型,所述横杆两端分别设置有固定环。要固定该装置时,可以将绳索穿过横杆两端的固定环,将该装置捆绑在各种立柱上。
进一步,所述调节部件包括连接杆、调节杆和调节臂,所述连接杆固定安装在竖杆上,所述调节臂固定端转动安装在连接杆中段,所述调节臂自由端固定连接摆动部件,所述调节臂上设置有调节孔,所述调节杆一端安装在固定杆末端,另一端穿过调节孔后通过螺母固定,所述摆动轴垂直于连接杆,通过转轴转动连接在连接杆中段。通过伸长或缩短调节杆伸入长度,可以改变调节臂的开合角度,从而调节摆动部件的松紧度,进而控制摆动杆的摆动速度。
进一步,所述摆动部件为两条弹性杆,所述弹性杆一端活动连接调节臂自由端,另一端 活动连接摆动轴中段。通过打击摆动锤另弹性杆来回摆动来模拟出出拳效果。
进一步,所述弹性杆为弹簧杆。
进一步,所述弹性杆为弹力橡胶杆。
进一步,所述摆动锤包括包裹层、海绵层和支撑件,所述海绵层包裹在支撑件上,所述包裹层包裹在海绵层上,所述支撑件通过螺栓连接摆动轴。柔软的海绵层能防止运动员训练过程中被摆动锤击中而受伤。
进一步,所述连接棒为橡胶棒,橡胶棒有支撑能力,也能有缓冲效果。
本发明采用弹性杆作为摆动部件,在击打摆动锤的时候,弹性杆在惯性的作用下带动摆动锤左右摆动,从而模拟出拳效果,本发明有着高灵敏度的左右反应能力,以及较小的击打面积,可有效提升运动员的躲避攻击的反应、敏捷性和击打准确率。

具体实施方式
在本发明的描述中,需要理解的是,术语“中心”、“纵向”、“横向”、“上”、“下”、“前”、“后”、“左”、“右”、“坚直”、“水平”、“顶”、“底”、“内”、“外”等指示的方位或位置关系为基于附图所示的方位或位置关系,仅是为了便于描述本发明和简化描述,而不是指示或暗示所指的装置或元件必须具有特定的方位、以特定的方位构造和操作,因此不能理解为对本发明的限制。在本发明的描述中,除非另有说明,“多个”的含义是两个或两个以上。
如图1~3所示,本发明一种击打训练装置,包括固定部件1、调节部件2、摆动部件3、摆动轴4和摆动锤5,所述调节部件2固定安装在固定部件1上,所述摆动部件3安装在调节部件2上,所述摆动轴4一端转动连接调节部件2,另一端固定连接摆动锤5,所述摆动部件3活动连接摆动轴4中段。运动员通过击打摆动锤5,带动摆动部件3左右摆动,用以模拟出勾拳出拳效果。
进一步,所述固定部件1包括两条横杆11和一条竖杆12,所述两条横杆11分别安装在竖杆12两端,所述固定部件1呈工字型,所述横杆11两端分别设置有固定环13。要固定该装置时,可以将绳索穿过横杆11两端的固定环13,将该装置捆绑在各种立柱上。
进一步,所述调节部件2包括连接杆21、调节杆22和调节臂23。所述连接杆21固定安 装在竖杆12上,所述调节臂23固定端转动安装在连接杆21中段,所述调节臂23自由端固定连接摆动部件3,所述调节臂23上设置有调节孔,所述调节杆22一端安装在连接杆21末端,调节杆22另一端设置有螺纹并穿过调节臂23上的调节孔后通过螺母24固定。通过伸长或缩短调节杆22伸入长度,可以改变调节臂23的开合角度,从而调节摆动部件3的松紧度,进而控制摆动部件3的摆动速度。
所述摆动轴4垂直于连接杆21,通过转轴转动连接在连接杆21中段。而通过设置摆动轴4,可以领摆动锤5摆动的角度是水平的,不会做无规则乱摆。
进一步,所述摆动部件3为两条弹性杆,所述弹性杆一端活动连接调节臂23自由端,另一端活动连接摆动轴4中段。,弹性杆与调节臂23形成一个平行四边形结构。所述弹性杆两端通过可拆卸的结构分别连接调节臂23自由端和摆动轴4中段,具体地,调节臂23上和摆动轴4中段设置有扣环,弹性杆设置有挂钩,弹性杆通过挂钩挂在扣环上连接调节臂23。这样可以方便拆卸或者更换弹性杆。
调节臂23张开角度变大,弹性杆被拉得更紧,击打摆动锤5后摆动速度更快;调节臂23张开角度变小,弹性杆紧程度变小,击打摆动锤5后摆动速度变慢。因此,运动员训练时可以根据竞技水平或者是竞技状态,调节摆动锤5的摆动速度,使用起来十分简单方便。
进一步,所述弹性杆为弹簧杆或者是弹力橡胶杆。击打后两者都能提供弹性反馈。
进一步,所述锤头5包括包裹层51、海绵层52和支撑件53,所述海绵层52包裹在支撑件53上,所述包裹层51包裹在海绵层52上,所述支撑件53通过螺栓连接摆动轴4。柔软的海绵层52能防止运动员训练过程中被锤头击中而受伤。
进一步,所述支撑件53为橡胶棒,橡胶棒有支撑能力,也能有缓冲效果,可以避免运动员被硬物击中而受伤。
使用的时候,现将固定部件1通过绳索等物件绑定在立柱或者是树干上,通过调节杆22调节好弹性部件的松紧度,并安装好摆动锤5,就可以进行拳击击打以及躲避训练。
本发明采用弹性杆作为摆动部件3,在击打摆动锤5的时候,弹性杆在惯性的作用下带动摆动锤5左右快速摆动,从而模拟出拳效果。而通过设置摆动轴,可以领摆动锤5摆动的角度是水平的,不会做无规则乱摆。本发明有着高灵敏度的左右反应能力,以及较小的击打面积,可有效提升运动员的躲避攻击的反应、敏捷性和击打准确率。

  1. 一种击打训练装置,其特征在于:包括固定部件、调节部件、摆动部件、摆动轴和摆动锤,所述调节部件固定安装在固定部件上,所述摆动部件安装在调节部件上,所述摆动轴一端转动连接调节部件,另一端固定连接摆动锤,所述摆动部件活动连接摆动轴中段。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的击打训练装置,其特征在于:所述固定部件包括两条横杆和一条竖杆,所述两条横杆分别安装在竖杆两端,所述固定部件呈工字型,所述横杆两端分别设置有固定环。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的击打训练装置,其特征在于:所述调节部件包括连接杆、调节杆和调节臂,所述连接杆固定安装在竖杆上,所述调节臂固定端转动安装在连接杆中段,所述调节臂自由端固定连接摆动部件,所述调节臂上设置有调节孔,所述调节杆一端安装在固定杆末端,另一端穿过调节孔后通过螺母固定,所述摆动轴垂直于连接杆,通过转轴转动连接在连接杆中段。
  4. 根据权利要求3所述的击打训练装置,其特征在于:所述摆动部件为两条弹性杆,所述弹性杆一端活动连接调节臂自由端,另一端活动连接摆动轴中段。
  5. 根据权利要求4所述的击打训练装置,其特征在于:所述弹性杆为弹簧杆。
  6. 根据权利要求4所述的击打训练装置,其特征在于:所述弹性杆为弹力橡胶杆。
