现有技术中,为了保护移动运营商前期在LTE投资,提出了LTE和NR之间紧密互通(tight interworking)的工作模式。具体而言,通过带宽(band)组合来支持LTE-NR双连接(Dual Connection,DC)传输数据,提高系统吞吐量。
但是,由于手机在射频设计是按频带(band)设计的,在该手机接入网络后,手机会基于band上报自己关于射频的能力,导致该终端设备的复杂度以及成本过高。
发明内容
提供了一种上报射频能力的方法、终端设备和网络设备,能够降低该终端设备的复杂度以及成本。
第一方面,提供了一种上报射频能力的方法,包括:
终端设备根据所述终端设备能够支持的频率等级,确定所述终端设备的射频能力信息;
所述终端设备向网络设备发送所述终端设备的射频能力信息。
本发明实施例中,通过终端设备能够支持的频率等级来定义终端设备的射频能力,实现该终端设备能力的层次化、清晰化,可以更好的标准化该终端设备的射频能力。进而,降低该终端设备的复杂度以及成本。
在一些可能的实现方式中,所述终端设备的射频能力信息包括以下信息中的至少一项:
所述终端设备支持的频率等级的频谱信息、所述终端设备支持的频率等级对应的能力信息、所述终端设备支持的射频通道的个数以及每个射频通道支持的射频通道能力信息。

如图1所示,通信系统100可以包括终端设备110和网络设备120。网络设备120可以通过空口与终端设备110通信。终端设备110和网络设备120之间支持多业务传输。
应理解,本发明实施例仅以通信系统100进行示例性说明,但本发明实施例不限定于此。也就是说,本发明实施例的技术方案可以应用于各种通信系统,例如:全球移动通讯(Global System of Mobile communication,GSM)系统、码分多址(Code Division Multiple Access,CDMA)系统、宽带码分多址(Wideband Code Division Multiple Access,WCDMA)系统、通用分组无线业务(General Packet Radio Service,GPRS)、长期演进(Long Term Evolution,LTE)系统、LTE时分双工(Time Division Duplex,TDD)、通用移动通信系统(Universal Mobile Telecommunication System,UMTS)等。
此外,本发明结合网络设备和终端设备描述了各个实施例。
其中,网络设备120可以指网络侧的任一种用来发送或接收信号的实体。例如,可以是机器类通信(MTC)的用户设备、GSM或CDMA中的基站(Base Transceiver Station,BTS)、WCDMA中的基站(NodeB)、LTE中的演进型基站(Evolutional Node B,eNB或eNodeB)、5G网络中的基站设备等。
终端设备110可以是任意终端设备。具体地,终端设备110可以经无线接入网(Radio Access Network,RAN)与一个或多个核心网(Core Network)进行通信,也可称为接入终端、用户设备(User Equipment,UE)、用户单元、用户站、移动站、移动台、远方站、远程终端、移动设备、用户终端、终端、无线通信设备、用户代理或用户装置。例如,可以是蜂窝电话、无绳电话、会话启动协议(Session Initiation Protocol,SIP)电话、无线本地环路(Wireless Local Loop,WLL)站、个人数字处理(Personal Digital Assistant,PDA)、具有无线通信功能的手持设备、计算设备或连接到无线调制解调器的其它处理设备、车载设备、可穿戴设备以及5G网络中的终端设备等。
图2是本发明实施例的上报射频能力的方法的示意性流程图。
如图2所示,该方法包括:
210,终端设备根据该终端设备能够支持的频率等级,确定该终端设备的射频能力信息。
220,该终端设备向网络设备发送该终端设备的射频能力信息。
具体而言,该终端设备根据能够支持的频率等级,例如,低频、中频、高频、超高频等等;然后,根据该终端设备能够支持的频率等级,确定该终端设备的射频能力。
本发明实施例中,通过按照射频器件来定义终端设备的射频能力,进行该终端设备射频的模块化,实现该终端设备能力的层次化、清晰化,可以更好的标准化该终端设备的射频能力。进而,降低该终端设备的复杂度以及成本。
下面对本发明实施例中终端设备根据该终端设备能够支持的频率等级,确定该终端设备的射频能力的实现方式进行示例性说明。应理解,下面实施例仅为示例性的,本发明实施例不限于此。
在一个实施例中,该终端设备可以直接将该终端设备能够支持的频率等级与射频能力信息对应。
换句话说,终端设备可以将该频率等级对应的射频能力信息作为该终端设备的射频能力信息,上报给网络设备。
可选地,该终端设备的射频能力信息包括以下信息中的至少一项:
该终端设备支持的频率等级的频谱信息、该终端设备支持的频率等级对应的能力信息、该终端设备支持的射频通道的个数以及每个射频通道支持的射频通道能力信息。
在一个实施例中,该终端设备可以直接将该终端设备能够支持的频率等级与该终端设备能够支持的射频通道的能力信息对应。即每个频率等级对应一个到多个射频通道,按照射频通道定义支持的能力。
换句话说,终端设备可以确定与该频率等级对应的至少一个射频通道;然后,该终端设备将上述至少一个射频通道对应的射频能力信息,确定为该终端设备的射频能力信息。
进一步的,由于射频通道可以对应一个或者多个频带(band)。
因此,本发明实施例中,该频率等级对应的至少一个射频通道的射频能 力信息可以包括:上述至少一个射频通道中每个射频通道对应的band支持的能力信息;也可以将上述至少一个射频通道中每个射频通道对应的band支持的能力信息进行分组(band group),然后上报band group所支持的能力信息。
应理解,本发明实施例中的band group所支持的能力信息可以理解为该band group中所有band都支持的能力。
还应理解,本发明实施例中,终端设备按照band group所支持的能力信息上报给网络设备时,该终端设备还可以针对每个band的band group没有包括的能力信息。
举例来说,假设终端设备支持band1和band2,band1支持的能力包括A,band2支持的能力包括A和B。
则,终端设备可以分别上报网络设备band支持的能力A以及band2支持的能力A和B;该终端设备也可以将该band1和band2划分为band group1,然后该终端设备向网络设备上报该band group1支持的能力A,以及band2支持的能力B。
可选地,该终端设备的射频能力信息包括以下信息中的至少一项:
该终端设备支持的射频通道的个数、每个射频通道支持的频谱信息、每个射频通道支持的射频通道能力信息以及用于指示该终端设备是否支持按照该多个射频通道对应的测量间隔进行信号质量测量的指示信息。
进一步的,该射频通道能力信息包括以下信息中的至少一项:
多输入多输出(Multiple-Input Multiple-Output,MIMO)能力、数据接收通道的数量、数据发送通道的数量以及载波聚合的支持能力。
更进一步的,该频谱信息包括以下信息中的至少一项:
频谱范围、该频谱范围内支持时分复用(Time Division Duplexing,TDD)和/或频分复用(Frequency Division Duplexing,FDD)的频段的指示信息。
应理解,本发明实施例的主旨在于终端设备可以根据频率等级确定该终端设备的射频能力信息,本发明实施例对其射频能力信息,以及上述实施例中的各种信息所包括的内容仅为示例性的说明。本发明实施例不作具体限定。
例如,该频谱信息包括至少一个频带的信息。
又例如,该频谱信息或者射频通道能力信息或者射频能力信息,可以根 据技术发展进一步更新或者补充。
还应理解,本发明实施例对网络设备接收到该终端设备上报的该终端设备的射频能力信息的具体用途不作限定。
例如,网络设备可以根据终端设备上报的该终端设备的射频能力信息生成该终端设备的配置信息,该配置信息包括该终端设备具有的多个射频通道对应的至少一个测量间隔;以便该终端设备能够根据网络设备配置的上述至少一个测量间隔,进行信号质量测量。

应理解,本发明实施例中的方法实施例可以应用于处理器中,或者由处理器实现。
在实现过程中,本发明实施例中的方法实施例的各步骤可以通过处理器中的硬件的集成逻辑电路或者软件形式的指令完成。更具体地,结合本发明实施例公开的方法的步骤可以直接体现为硬件译码处理器执行完成,或者用译码处理器中的硬件及软件模块组合执行完成。软件模块可以位于随机存储器,闪存、只读存储器,可编程只读存储器或者电可擦写可编程存储器、寄存器等本领域的成熟的存储介质中。该存储介质位于存储器,处理器读取存储器中的信息,结合其硬件完成上述方法的步骤。

    终端设备根据所述终端设备能够支持的频率等级,确定所述终端设备的射频能力信息;
    所述终端设备向网络设备发送所述终端设备的射频能力信息。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的方法,其特征在于,所述终端设备的射频能力信息包括以下信息中的至少一项:
    所述终端设备支持的频率等级的频谱信息、所述终端设备支持的频率等级对应的能力信息、所述终端设备支持的射频通道的个数以及每个射频通道支持的射频通道能力信息。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述的方法,其特征在于,所述终端设备根据所述终端设备能够支持的频率等级,确定所述终端设备的射频能力信息,包括:
    所述终端设备确定与所述频率等级对应的至少一个射频通道;
    所述终端设备将所述至少一个射频通道对应的射频能力信息,确定为所述终端设备的射频能力信息。

    所述终端设备支持的频率等级的频谱信息、所述终端设备支持的频率等级对应的能力信息、所述终端设备支持的射频通道的个数以及每个射频通道支持的射频通道能力信息。
  10. 根据权利要求8所述的方法,其特征在于,所述网络设备接收终端设备发送的所述终端设备的射频能力信息,包括:

  12. 根据权利要求9或11所述的方法,其特征在于,所述射频通道能力信息包括以下信息中的至少一项:
    多输入多输出MIMO能力、数据接收通道的数量、数据发送通道的数量以及载波聚合的支持能力。
  13. 根据权利要求9或11所述的方法,其特征在于,所述频谱信息包括以下信息中的至少一项:
    频谱范围、所述频谱范围内支持时分复用TDD和/或频分复用FDD的频段的指示信息。
  14. 根据权利要求9或11所述的方法,其特征在于,所述频谱信息包括至少一个频带的信息。
  15. 一种终端设备,其特征在于,包括:
    确定单元,用于根据所述终端设备能够支持的频率等级,确定所述终端设备的射频能力信息;
    发送单元,用于向网络设备发送所述终端设备的射频能力信息。
  16. 根据权利要求15所述的终端设备,其特征在于,所述终端设备的射频能力信息包括以下信息中的至少一项:
    所述终端设备支持的频率等级的频谱信息、所述终端设备支持的频率等级对应的能力信息、所述终端设备支持的射频通道的个数以及每个射频通道支持的射频通道能力信息。
  17. 根据权利要求15所述的终端设备,其特征在于,所述处理单元具体用于:
    确定与所述频率等级对应的至少一个射频通道;
    将所述至少一个射频通道对应的射频能力信息,确定为所述终端设备的射频能力信息。
  18. 根据权利要求17所述的终端设备,其特征在于,所述终端设备的射频能力信息包括以下信息中的至少一项:
    所述终端设备支持的射频通道的个数、每个射频通道支持的频谱信息、每个射频通道支持的射频通道能力信息以及用于指示所述终端设备是否支持按照所述多个射频通道对应的测量间隔进行信号质量测量的指示信息。
  19. 根据权利要求16或18所述的终端设备,其特征在于,所述射频通道能力信息包括以下信息中的至少一项:
    多输入多输出MIMO能力、数据接收通道的数量、数据发送通道的数量以及载波聚合的支持能力。
  20. 根据权利要求16或18所述的终端设备,其特征在于,所述频谱信息包括以下信息中的至少一项:
    频谱范围、所述频谱范围内支持时分复用TDD和/或频分复用FDD的频段的指示信息。
  21. 根据权利要求16或18所述的终端设备,其特征在于,所述频谱信息包括至少一个频带的信息。
  22. 一种网络设备,其特征在于,包括:
    接收单元,用于接收终端设备发送的所述终端设备的射频能力信息;
    其中,所述终端设备的射频能力信息是所述终端设备根据所述终端设备能够支持的频率等级确定的。
  23. 根据权利要求22所述的网络设备,其特征在于,所述终端设备的射 频能力信息包括以下信息中的至少一项:
    所述终端设备支持的频率等级的频谱信息、所述终端设备支持的频率等级对应的能力信息、所述终端设备支持的射频通道的个数以及每个射频通道支持的射频通道能力信息。
  24. 根据权利要求22所述的网络设备,其特征在于,所述接收单元具体用于:
    接收所述终端设备发送的所述频率等级对应的至少一个射频通道的射频能力信息。
  25. 根据权利要求22所述的网络设备,其特征在于,所述终端设备的射频能力信息包括以下信息中的至少一项:
    所述终端设备支持的射频通道的个数、每个射频通道支持的频谱信息、每个射频通道支持的射频通道能力信息以及用于指示所述终端设备是否支持按照所述多个射频通道对应的测量间隔进行信号质量测量的指示信息。
  26. 根据权利要求23或25所述的网络设备,其特征在于,所述射频通道能力信息包括以下信息中的至少一项:
    多输入多输出MIMO能力、数据接收通道的数量、数据发送通道的数量以及载波聚合的支持能力。
  27. 根据权利要求23或25所述的网络设备,其特征在于,所述频谱信息包括以下信息中的至少一项:
    频谱范围、所述频谱范围内支持时分复用TDD和/或频分复用FDD的频段的指示信息。
