Description

一种密封容器 技术领域
本发明涉及一种密封容器,尤其涉及杯子、瓶子、罐子等需要密封的容器。
背景技术
市场现有的密封容器如杯子、瓶子、罐子等一般采用盖子密封,且盖子内部均设有硅胶或其他塑料材质的密封圈或密封垫,该密封圈一般设置在盖子边缘位置,这样当容器开口部与盖子对接时,容器开口端部正好与密封圈位置对应对接,按压盖子时由于密封圈的形变作用即可实现密封。但是该密封方式,容器内的物料是会直接接触容器盖子和密封圈的,由于容器盖子本身制作的材质也多种多样,硅胶或其他塑料材质长期使用容易老化,金属基体则容易腐蚀或者含有重金属,而采用更高级别或规格的材质制作容器则面临高成本。这样当容器内的物料必须要求较高洁净度或者较高的无污染要求或者物料具有腐蚀作用等时,采用现有技术的这种密封方式则并不能很好的适用于此。
发明内容
为解决上述现有技术问题,本发明提供了一种密封性好、结构简单、制作成本低且能适用于多种条件要求的密封容器。
本发明的密封容器,包括设有容器开口部的容器本体和设于容器开口部的容器盖,所述容器盖包括平面结构部和圆环结构部,所述平面结构部的下表面设有密封板,所述密封板可覆盖所述平面结构部的下表面,在所述平面结构部的下表面与所述密封板之间设有垫圈或垫片或垫块;所述容器开口部的开口端面平整,与所述开口端面相对接处的密封板接触面平整,且开口端面的平整度与密封板接触面的平整度一致。

本发明的密封容器完全摒弃了传统上以盖子基体材质本身以及硅胶垫圈直接接触所盛装物料的方式,而是釆用密封板如玻璃、陶瓷、金属等适合所需使用条件的材质直接接触物料,同时,以密封板直接与杯口的接触形成密封结构,取代了传统的(硅)胶垫或塑胶垫的密封方式。本发明所采用的密封板无毒无害,无二次污染,而且具有更好的密封及保温功能。本发明的密封容器适用于杯子、瓶子、罐子等需要密封的容器。
本发明的密封容器,由于容器口平整度好,可采用螺旋压盖旋转直接盖上即可,而传统以硅胶垫进行密封的方式,螺旋压盖旋转后还需要继续旋转直至通过一定的压力使硅胶垫变形,甚至容器口最低处紧密严实后才能达到密封效果。本发明去除了塑料异味,减少了二次污染,耐酸耐碱,经久耐用,是一种密封性好、结构简单、制作成本低且能适用于多种条件要求的密封方式。

对于实施例4容器结构,典型的即为保温玻璃杯,在该结构中,也可在容器盖(杯盖)的外周圆柱面上设不锈钢外层11;在容器盖上表面的边缘部设凹槽,凹槽将容器盖上表面的外周边缘部分割成第一凸起部12和第二凸起部13,不锈钢外层11的上端部将第一凸起部12包覆后折弯于所述凹槽内。凹槽可作为不锈钢外层对容器盖外表面进行包覆时外周边缘的翻边空间,同时,该凹槽的设置使容器盖上表面的外周边缘部分割成两个凸起部,其中。第一凸起部12被不锈钢外层所包覆,第二凸起部13未被不锈钢外层包覆,也即不锈钢外层11的上端部将第一凸起部12包覆后上端头正好折弯于所述凹槽内(因图中凹槽空间被不锈钢外层11的上端头所占用,故未标示出),该设计一方面使不锈钢端头不露置,安全,另一方面由于不锈钢外层的厚度,使容器盖整体的外表面的水平面边缘有一定凸起,从而避免了杯盖倒置于光洁平面如玻璃台面尤其在有水的光洁台面时杯盖拿取不易的问题;同时容器盖圆环结构部的下端头设有缺口,不锈钢外层11的下端头正好折弯于该缺口处(图中缺口空间被不锈钢外层11的下端头所占用,故未标示出)。不锈钢外层11的上、下端头均采用上述所述的折弯设计,一方面使不锈钢外层的端头正好不露置不突出,安全;另一方面,不锈钢外层的上、下端头分别折弯于凹槽和缺口后,也使不锈钢外层与容器盖形成紧实贴合的结构,旋压时也不会导致不锈钢外层的脱离,而如果不锈钢外层的上、下端头不折弯,旋压力量过大或旋压过量时容易导致不锈钢外层与容器盖脱离,尤其当在盛装过冷或过热物料时,由于不锈钢外层材料与容器盖材料的热胀冷缩变形率的不同,更容易导致不锈钢外层与容器盖的脱离。因而不锈钢外层端头的折弯设计保证了杯盖结构的整体实用性与外观整洁美感;另外,不锈钢外层11在弯折拐角处的圆角设置也有效保证了安全以及容器盖结构的整体实用性与美感。另外,容器盖的上表面还可设有印制层14,印制层的上面设有透明材料层15。其中印制层上可设计图案文字,透明材料层可以是玻璃层或者食品级的高透明塑料如PP、PC、PPSU、PES塑料等,其透明净亮,增强了美观及使用体验。
同样,对于实施例1-3所述容器结构,也可在容器盖的外周圆柱面上设不锈钢外层11;在容器盖上表面的边缘部设凹槽,凹槽将容器盖上表面的外周边缘部分割成第一凸起部12和第二凸起部13,同时,容器盖的上表面还可设有印制层14,印制层的上面设有透明材料层15。

Claims (11)

  1. 一种密封容器,包括设有容器开口部的容器本体和设于容器开口部的容器盖,其特征在于,所述容器盖包括平面结构部和圆环结构部,所述平面结构部的下表面设有密封板,所述密封板可覆盖所述平面结构部的下表面,在所述平面结构部的下表面与所述密封板之间设有垫圈或垫片或垫块;所述容器开口部的开口端面平整,与所述开口端面相对接处的密封板接触面平整,且开口端面的平整度与密封板接触面的平整度一致。
  2. 如权利要求1所述密封容器,其特征在于,所述密封板为玻璃板、陶瓷板或金属板。
  3. 如权利要求2所述密封容器,其特征在于,所述密封板为平面板,所述垫圈或垫片或垫块以容器盖的中轴线为中心对称设置。
  4. 如权利要求3所述密封容器,其特征在于,所述垫圈沿所述密封板的外周边缘部设置。
  5. 如权利要求3所述密封容器,其特征在于,所述垫块为球面形,固定在所述平面结构部的下表面上或者固定在所述密封板的上表面上。
  6. 如权利要求2所述密封容器,其特征在于,所述密封板截面为

    型,在所述平面结构部的下表面与所述密封板之间设有垫圈。
  7. 如权利要求6所述密封容器,其特征在于,所述垫圈沿所述密封板的外周边缘部设置。
  8. 如权利要求7所述密封容器,其特征在于,所述容器盖上设有减压阀。
  9. 如权利要求1-8任一项所述密封容器,其特征在于,所述圆环结构部的内表面上部设有用于卡接密封板的台阶。
  10. 如权利要求9所述密封容器,其特征在于,所述圆环结构部的内表面设有螺纹。
  11. 如权利要求10所述密封容器,其特征在于,所述容器盖的外周圆柱面上设有不锈钢外层;所述容器盖上表面的边缘部设有凹槽,所述凹槽将容器盖上表面的外周边缘部分割成第一凸起部和第二凸起部,所述不锈钢外层的上端部将第一凸起部包覆后折弯于所述凹槽内,所述容器盖圆环结构部的下端头设有缺口,所述不锈钢外层的下端头折弯于所述缺口处。
