Abstract

The present invention relates to a safety shoe elastic structure and a safety shoe comprising same. The safety shoe elastic structure (300), according to some embodiments, has a plurality of upper recessed grooves (330) which are formed in a midsole (30) disposed between the bottom of an insole (40) and the top of a penetration-resistant insert (20), and are recessed by a predetermined depth from a top surface (310) towards a bottom surface (320), wherein each of the plurality of upper recessed grooves (330) may be individually deformed. Here, the shapes of the upper recessed grooves positioned at a pressing point, where pressure is applied by a foot of a wearer, are deformed as a result of the elastic structure (300) being vertically compressed compared to an initial state thereof by the pressure from the foot and the penetration-resistant insert (20), and the initial state is restored as a result of the pressure from the foot being released, and air that was compressed in the upper recessed grooves positioned at the pressing point is released to the surrounding area as a result of the shapes of the upper recessed grooves positioned at the pressing point being deformed, and then restored.
