本发明涉及信息交互技术领域,尤其涉及一种中医健康管理系统及智能终端。

中医体质学以生命个体的人为研究出发点,通过研究不同体质构成特点、演变规律、影响因素,从而应用于指导疾病的预防、诊治、康复与养生。中医体质反映了机体在发病前的一种潜在趋势和对疾病的易感性,因此先辨明体质种类,再和疾病联系起来,根据哪类人群易患哪类疾病,有针对性的治疗和预防。但是,现有技术并没有中医健康管理系统,不能实现对生命个体个性化、针对性的健康管理。

依据用户的中医体征关键字以及预设的中医体征关键字分值表对用户的中医体征关键字赋分,并对用户的中医体征关键字赋分进行求和获得用户的中医体征分值;
依据用户的中医体征分值以及预设的中医体征分值范围与中医体质对应关系确定用户的中医体质类型;
依据用户的中医体质类型从养生方案库中查询该用户的养生方案;
显示该用户的养生方案。

本发明中医健康管理系统10运行于智能终端1中,用户打开中医健康管理系统10进入问卷信息采集界面。所述中医健康管理系统10接收用户在问卷信息采集界面输入的问卷信息以及接收中医体征采集设备采集的用户的中医体征信息;并从用户的问卷信息和中医体征信息中提取用户的中医体征关键字,依据用户的中医体征关键字以及预设的中医体征关键字分值表对用户的中医体征关键字赋分,并对用户的中医体征关键字赋分进行求和获得用户的中医体征分值,以及依据用户的中医体征分值以及预设的中医体征分值与中医体质对应关系确定用户的中医体质类型。所述中医健康管理系统10还依据用户的中医体质类型从养生方案库中查询该用户的养生方案,显示该用户的养生方案。所述智能终端1可以是智能手机、智能平板电脑或智能手持终端等具有数据处理功能的终端。
所述智能终端1包括但不限于显示屏、处理器、存储器等,用于将中医健康管理系统展现给用户并接收用户的操作。所述智能终端1还包括有线通信接口或无线通信接口,用于供智能终端1与中医体征采集设备3进行数据通信,所述中医体征采集设备3可以将采集到的中医体征信息通过通信网络2发送至智能终端1。
所述通信网络2可以是有线通信网络或无线通信网络。在本实施例中,所述通信网络2优选为无线通信网络,包括但不限于,GSM网络、GPRS网络、CDMA网络、TD-SCDMA网络、WiMAX网络、TD-LTE网络、FDD-LTE网络等无线传输网络。
所述中医体征采集设备3可以为采集中医体征的设备,例如:脉搏仪、面诊仪、舌诊仪。在本实施例中,所述中医体征采集设备3优选为中医四诊仪。
参照图2所示,图2是本发明中医健康管理系统的优选实施例的模块示意图。在本实施例中,所述中医健康管理系统10应用于智能终端1,该智能终端1包括,但不仅限于,中医健康管理系统10、通信单元11、存储单元12及处理单元13。
所述通信单元11为一种具有远程无线通讯功能的无线通讯接口,例如,支持GSM、GPRS、WCDMA、CDMA、TD-SCDMA、WiMAX、TD-LTE、FDD-LTE等通讯技术的通讯接口。
所述存储单元12可以为一种只读存储单元ROM,电可擦写存储单元EEPROM、快闪存储单元FLASH或固体硬盘等。

步骤S15,中医体质辨识模块105依据用户的中医体征分值以及预设的中医体征分值范围与中医体质对应关系确定用户的中医体质类型。所述中医体质类型包括平和质、气虚质、阳虚质、阴虚质、痰湿质、湿热质、血瘀质、气郁质以及特禀质。其中,平和质:是指阴阳气血调和,以体态适中、面色红润、精力充沛等为主要特征的体质状态。气虚质:是指元气不足,以疲乏、气短、自汗等气虚表现为主要特征的体质状态。阳虚质:是指阳气不足,以畏寒怕冷、手足不温等虚寒表现为主要特征的体质状态。阴虚质:是指阴液亏少,以口燥咽干、手足心热等虚热表现为主要特征的体质状态。痰湿质:是指痰湿凝聚,以体型肥胖、腹部肥满、口黏苔腻等痰湿表现为主要特征的体质状态。湿热质:是指湿热内蕴,以面垢油光、口苦苔黄腻等湿热表现为主要特征的体质状态。血瘀质:是指血行不畅,以肤色晦暗、舌质紫暗等血瘀表现为主要特征的体质状态。气郁质:是指气机郁滞,以神情抑郁、忧虑脆弱等气郁表现为主要特征的体质状态。特禀质:是指先天失常,以生理缺陷、过敏反应等为主要特征的体质状态。所述中医体征分值范围与中医体质对应关系预设于所述中医健康管理系统10中。所述中医体征分值范围与中医体质对应关系可以是每一种中医体质类型及与之对应的中医体征分值范围。所述中医体质辨识模块105依据用户的中医体征分值以及预设的中医体征分值范围与中医体质对应关系确定用户的中医体质类型,可以是将用户的中医体征分值与每一种中医体质类型对应的中医体征分值范围进行比较,用户的中医体征分值的落入的中医体征分值范围所对应的中医体质类型即为用户的中医体征类型。
步骤S16,养生方案匹配模块106依据用户的中医体质类型从养生方案库中查询该用户的养生方案。所述养生方案库为每一种中医体质类型所对应的养生方案的集合,具体的所述养生方案库包括中医体质类型为平和质对应的养生方案、气虚质对应的养生方案、阳虚质对应的养生方案、阴虚质对应的养生方案、痰湿质对应的养生方案、湿热质对应的养生方案、血瘀质对应的养生方案、气郁质对应的养生方案以及特禀质对应的养生方案。所述养生方案库包括但不限于精神调养方案、运动调养方案、饮食建议方案、理疗方案、生活指导方案、药膳养生方案。所述精神调养方案可以是通过调节人的精神、情绪及心理活动以促使身心健康的调养方案;所述运动调养方案可以是适合各种中医体质类型的有氧运动和无氧运动的方案,例如散步、慢跑、打太极、五禽戏等;所述饮食建议方案可以是健康、卫生、合理搭配的饮食方案;所述理疗方案可以是通过物理的方法作用于局部病患处,起到疏通经络、活血化淤、疏风散寒的作用,达到预防和治疗疾病的方案,例如热敷、冷敷、拔火罐、刮痧、艾炙、针灸、推拿、按摩等等;所述生活指导方案可以是生活起居的注意事项集合,例如起居环境的温湿度调整;所述药膳养生方案可以是各种中医体质类型的药膳食疗方案集合,例如补肾食疗方案、补气食疗方案。所述养生方案匹配模块106依据用户的中医体质类型从养生方案库中查询该用户的养生方案,即所述养生方案匹配模块106从养生方案库中查询用户的中医体质类型所对应的养生方案。
步骤S17,显示模块107显示该用户的养生方案。
相较于现有技术,本发明实施例通过从用户的问卷信息和中医体征信息中提取用户的中医体征关键字,依据用户的中医体征关键字以及预设的中医体征关键字分值表对用户的中医体征关键字赋分,并对用户的中医体征关键字赋分进行求和获得用户的中医体征分值,并依据用户的中医体征分值以及预设的中医体征分值范围与中医体质对应关系确定用户的中医体质类型,从而确定该用户的养生方案,实现了通过互联网实现中医健康管理,便于用户了解自己的体质类型,并得到个性化的健康指导。

工业实用性
相较于现有技术,本发明实施例通过从用户的问卷信息和中医体征信息中提取用户的中医体征关键字,依据用户的中医体征关键字以及预设的中医体征关键字分值表对用户的中医体征关键字赋分,并对用户的中医体征关键字赋分进行求和获得用户的中医体征分值,并依据用户的中医体征分值以及预设的中医体征分值范围与中医体质对应关系确定用户的中医体质类型,从而确定该用户的养生方案,实现了通过互联网实现中医健康管理,便于用户了解自己的体质类型,并得到个性化的健康指导。

Claims (10)

  1. 一种中医健康管理系统,运行于智能终端中,所述智能终端通过通信网络与中医体征采集设备通信连接,所述中医健康管理系统包括养生方案库,其特征在于,所述中医健康管理系统还包括:问卷信息获取模块,用于接收用户在问卷信息采集界面输入的问卷信息;接收模块,用于接收中医体征采集设备采集的用户的中医体征信息;中医体征关键字提取模块,用于从用户的问卷信息和中医体征信息中提取用户的中医体征关键字;中医体征关键字赋分模块:用于依据用户的中医体征关键字以及预设的中医体征关键字分值表对用户的中医体征关键字赋分,并对用户的中医体征关键字赋分进行求和获得用户的中医体征分值;中医体质辨识模块,用于依据用户的中医体征分值以及预设的中医体征分值范围与中医体质对应关系确定用户的中医体质类型;养生方案匹配模块,用于依据用户的中医体质类型从养生方案库中查询该用户的养生方案;显示模块,用于显示该用户的养生方案。
  2. 如权利要求1所述的中医健康管理系统,其特征在于,所述中医体征信息包括舌诊信息、脉诊信息、面诊信息。
  3. 如权利要求1所述的中医健康管理系统,其特征在于,所述问卷信息采集界面包括:用户信息采集栏、形体特征问卷栏、环境适应能力问卷栏、生理表现问卷栏和心理特征问卷栏。
  4. 如权利要求1-3任一项所述的中医健康管理系统,其特征在于,所述中医体质类型包括平和质、气虚质、阳虚质、阴虚质、痰湿质、湿热质、血瘀质、气郁质以及特禀质。
  5. 如权利要求4所述的中医健康管理系统,其特征在于,所述养生方案库包括中医体质类型为平和质对应的养生方案、气虚质对应的养生方案、阳虚质对应的养生方案、阴虚质对应的养生方案、痰湿质对应的养生方案、湿热质对应的养生方案、血瘀质对应的养生方案、气郁质对应的养生方案以及特禀质对应的养生方案。
  6. 一种实现中医健康管理方法的智能终端,所述智能终端通过通信网络与中医体征采集设备通信连接,所述智能终端包括通信单元、适于实现各种程序指令的处理器以及适于存储多条程序指令的存储设备,其特征在于,所述程序指令由处理器加载并执行如下步骤:接收用户在问卷信息采集界面输入的问卷信息;接收中医体征采集设备采集的用户的中医体征信息;从用户的问卷信息和中医体征信息中提取用户的中医体征关键字;依据用户的中医体征关键字以及预设的中医体征关键字分值表对用户的中医体征关键字赋分,并对用户的中医体征关键字赋分进行求和获得用户的中医体征分值;依据用户的中医体征分值以及预设的中医体征分值范围与中医体质对应关系确定用户的中医体质类型;依据用户的中医体质类型从养生方案库中查询该用户的养生方案;显示该用户的养生方案。
  7. 如权利要求6所述的实现中医健康管理方法的智能终端,其特征在于,所述中医体征信息包括舌诊信息、脉诊信息、面诊信息。
  8. 如权利要求6所述的实现中医健康管理方法的智能终端,其特征在于,所述问卷信息采集界面包括:用户信息采集栏、形体特征问卷栏、环境适应能力问卷栏、生理表现问卷栏和心理特征问卷栏。
  9. 如权利要求6-8任一项所述的实现中医健康管理方法的智能终端,所述中医体质类型包括平和质、气虚质、阳虚质、阴虚质、痰湿质、湿热质、血瘀质、气郁质以及特禀质。
  10. 如权利要求9所述的实现中医健康管理方法的智能终端,其特征在于,所述养生方案库包括中医体质类型为平和质对应的养生方案、气虚质对应的养生方案、阳虚质对应的养生方案、阴虚质对应的养生方案、痰湿质对应的养生方案、湿热质对应的养生方案、血瘀质对应的养生方案、气郁质对应的养生方案以及特禀质对应的养生方案。
