一种具有衡流阀片的水龙头起泡器
技术领域
本发明涉及水龙头领域,特别是一种具有衡流阀片的水龙头起泡器。
背景技术
为了节约用水和让水流出时看起来更漂亮,现在的水龙头都会安装上一个出水的起跑器,起泡器的出现,使得水流的出水更缓和柔美了,也能够带给人一定的氧离子理疗,深受人们的喜爱。
然而,目前的水龙头起泡器也出现了一些问题,其中之一就是,在不同的水压下水流量有很大的差异,在低压下出水量不够,在高压力下出水量超大,因此造成不便和浪费。
为此,有必要对现有的水龙头起泡器进行改进和优化。
发明内容
为了克服上述现有技术的不足,本发明提供一种具有衡流阀片的水龙头起泡器,结构简单紧凑,不同水压下都得到合理的出水量,从而减少不必要的浪费。
本发明解决其技术问题所采用的技术方案是:
一种具有衡流阀片的水龙头起泡器,包括有外壳,所述外壳中设置有起泡器,其特征在于:所述外壳中、位于所述起泡器的上方位置还设置有衡流阀片,所述衡流阀片包括上限流片和下限流片,所述上限流片为在水压作用下可形变位移的弹性件,上限流片上具有出水孔,所述下限流片上设置有排水口和锥形柱体,所述锥形柱体与所述上限流片上的出水孔位置上下对应,所述上限流片在水压作用下形变,带动出水孔朝所述锥形柱体移动,所述锥形柱体部分或全部封闭所述出水孔。
进一步,所述出水孔为出水单孔,且设置在所述上限流片的中间位置。
进一步,所述排水口为多个,且环绕所述锥形柱体设置。
优选的,所述下限流片靠近所述起泡器的底壁上设置有缓压凹槽,从上下方向看,所述排水口的投影位于所述缓压凹槽内。
进一步,所述上限流片的上、下端面上设置有环形槽位,所述环形槽位将所述出水孔围设。
进一步,所述下限流片的上端面上设置有环形凸起,所述环形凸起与所述上限流片下端面的环形槽位配合,实现上、下限流片的组装。
本发明的有益效果是:采用上述结构的本发明,通过设置衡流阀片,当水压变高时,所述上限流片在高水压的作用下会往下限流片方向弹性移动,出水孔往锥形柱体靠近,从而减少出水面积,控制流量;当水压减少,上限流片会往上回弹,从而增大出水面积,增加流量,这就能够有效的控制出水量,不论是高水压还是低水压状态,都能够得到合理的出水量,从而减少不必要的浪费。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图和实施例对本发明作进一步详细的说明。
参照图1~图4,本发明的一种具有衡流阀片的水龙头起泡器,包括有外壳1,所述外壳1中设置有起泡器2,附图中,起泡器2采用简易示意图,所述外壳1中、位于所述起泡器3的上方位置还设置有衡流阀片3,所述衡流阀片3包括上限流片41和下限流片42,所述上限流片41为在水压作用下可形变位移的弹性件,本实施例中,为橡胶件,所述上限流片41上具有出水孔43,所述下限流片42上设置有排水口44和锥形柱体45,所述锥形柱体45与所述上限流片41上的出水孔43位置上下对应,所述上限流片41在水压作用下形变,带动出水孔43朝所述锥形柱体45移动,所述锥形柱体45部分或全部封闭所述出水孔43。
采用上述结构的本发明,通过设置衡流阀片4,当水压变高时,所述上限流片41在高水压的作用下会往下限流片42方向弹性移动,出水孔43往锥形柱体45靠近,从而减少出水面积,控制流量;当水压减少,上限流片41会往上回弹,从而增大出水面积,增加流量,这就能够有效的控制出水量,不论是高水压还是低水压状态,都能够得到合理的出水量,从而减少不必要的浪费。
在本实施例中,所述出水孔43为出水单孔,这样有助于水流集中,从而更有利于通过锥形柱体45控制水流量,所述出水孔优选设置在所述上限流片41的中间位置,在上限流片41弹性形变时,中间位置的位移量是最大的,从而可以提高水流控制的灵敏度。
在本实施例中,所述排水口44为多个,且环绕所述锥形柱体45设置,这有助于对水流进行分流,从而使得出水压力得到缓解。
在本实施例中,优选的,所述下限流片42靠近所述起泡器的底壁上设置有缓压凹槽46,从上下方向看,所述排水口44的投影位于所述缓压凹槽46内。水流从排水口44流出进入缓压凹槽46内,空间急剧变大,这有利于大大的降低水压,从而使得出水变得更加的缓和。
在本实施例中,为了便于上限流片41更加容易受压形变,优选的额,所述上限流片41的上、下端面上设置有环形槽位47,所述环形槽位47将所述出水孔44围设。
在本实施例中,可在所述下限流片42的上端面上设置有环形凸起48,所述环形凸起48与所述上限流片41下端面的环形槽位47配合,实现上、下限流片的组装。
以上所述,只是本发明的较佳实施方式而已,但本发明并不限于上述实施例,只要其以任何相同或相似手段达到本发明的技术效果,都应落入本发明的保护范围之内。

  1. 一种具有衡流阀片的水龙头起泡器,包括有外壳,所述外壳中设置有起泡器,其特征在于:所述外壳中、位于所述起泡器的上方位置还设置有衡流阀片,所述衡流阀片包括上限流片和下限流片,所述上限流片为在水压作用下可形变位移的弹性件,上限流片上具有出水孔,所述下限流片上设置有排水口和锥形柱体,所述锥形柱体与所述上限流片上的出水孔位置上下对应,所述上限流片在水压作用下形变,带动出水孔朝所述锥形柱体移动,所述锥形柱体部分或全部封闭所述出水孔。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的一种具有衡流阀片的水龙头起泡器,其特征在于:所述出水孔为出水单孔,且设置在所述上限流片的中间位置。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述的一种具有衡流阀片的水龙头起泡器,其特征在于:所述排水口为多个,且环绕所述锥形柱体设置。
  4. 根据权利要求3所述的根据权利要求1所述的一种具有衡流阀片的水龙头起泡器,其特征在于:所述下限流片靠近所述起泡器的底壁上设置有缓压凹槽,从上下方向看,所述排水口的投影位于所述缓压凹槽内。
  5. 根据权利要求1~4中任一权利要求所述的一种具有衡流阀片的水龙头起泡器,其特征在于:所述上限流片的上、下端面上设置有环形槽位,所述环形槽位将所述出水孔围设。
  6. 根据权利要求5所述的一种具有衡流阀片的水龙头起泡器,其特征在于:所述下限流片的上端面上设置有环形凸起,所述环形凸起与所述上限流片下端面的环形槽位配合,实现上、下限流片的组装。
