进一步的,固定部件包括指甲剪限位结构(图中未示出)、指甲锉限位结构 (图中未示出)和剪刀限位结构(图中未示出)。其中,指甲剪限位结构设置于指甲剪杀菌室内,用于固定放入指甲剪杀菌室内的指甲剪;指甲锉限位结构设置于指甲锉杀菌室内,用于固定放入指甲锉杀菌室内的指甲锉;剪刀限位结构设置于剪刀杀菌室内,用于固定放入剪刀杀菌室内的剪刀。
为了对指甲剪进行充分杀菌,在上述实施例的基础上,其他实施例中,如图2所示,图2展示了本发明指甲剪限位结构的一种实施例,该指甲剪限位结构包括多个第一卡位21和箭头支架22,箭头支架22包括箭头221和轴身222,箭头221设置于轴身222的端部。指甲剪23包括剪口231和压片232,指甲剪23放入指甲剪杀菌室后,多个第一卡位21沿指甲剪的压片232交错设置,从而固定指甲剪23,防止其移动或晃动,箭头支架22的轴身222卡合于指甲剪的剪口231之间,箭头支架22的箭头221的内表面正对指甲剪的剪口231,深紫外LED灯12设置于箭头支架22的轴身222和箭头221内表面上,从而使得深紫外LED灯12发出的深紫外线可以照射到指甲剪的剪口231的所有区域,全面杀菌,防止细菌和/或真菌传染。
本实施例中,指甲剪限位结构根据指甲剪的结构特点进行设置,且箭头支架22的设置,使得箭头支架22对指甲剪的剪口呈包裹状,并且深紫外LED灯12设置于箭头支架22的箭头221内表面和轴身222上,从而对指甲剪的剪口231进行全面杀菌,防止细菌或真菌残留于剪口231上,用户交叉使用后发生细菌和/或真菌感染。
为了对指甲锉进行充分杀菌,在上述实施例的基础上,其他实施例中,如图3所示,图3展示了本发明指甲锉限位结构的一种实施例,指甲锉限位结构包括多个第二卡位31,指甲锉32侧向放入指甲锉杀菌室,多个第二卡位31沿指甲锉32交错设置,以固定指甲锉32,防止其移动或晃动,深紫外LED灯12设置于指甲锉32的两侧,且其发出的深紫外线正好照射于指甲锉32的锉面上。
本实施例中,深紫外LED灯12设置于指甲锉32的两侧,其发出的深紫外线可照射于指甲锉32的表面,从而完成对指甲锉32的杀菌,避免细菌传染。
为了对剪刀进行充分杀菌,在上述实施例的基础上,其他实施例中,如图4所示,图4展示了本发明剪刀限位结构的一种实施例,剪刀限位结构包括多个第三卡位41,剪刀(图中未示出)放入剪刀杀菌室后,呈打开状态,并通过 多个第三卡位41固定,使得剪刀在多个第三卡位41的支撑下,与剪刀杀菌室的底板42之间存在空隙,剪刀杀菌室的顶部活动设有上挡板43,该上挡板43可打开或者关闭,深紫外LED灯12分别设置于底板42上和上挡板43的下表面(设置于上挡板43的下表面的深紫外LED灯图中未示出),从而,设置于上挡板43的下表面的深紫外LED灯发出的深紫外线照射至剪刀的上表面,设置于底板42上的深紫外LED灯发出的深紫外线通过底板42与剪刀之间的空隙照射至剪刀的下表面。
本实施例中,通过将剪刀以打开状态放入剪刀杀菌室并固定,其使得剪刀刀刃的一面朝向剪刀杀菌室的底板42,从而可以被设置于底板42上的深紫外LED灯12照射到,剪刀刀刃的另一面朝向剪刀杀菌室的上挡板43,从而可以被设置于上挡板43的下表面的深紫外LED灯12照射到,保证了对剪刀刀刃外表面的充分杀菌,避免细菌传染。
为了减少用户操作,提升用户体验,在上述实施例的基础上,其他实施例中,如图5所示,该美甲工具杀菌盒还包括第一开关51、第二开关52和控制器53,第一开关51、第二开关52、深紫外LED灯12分别与控制器53电性连接,美甲工具置入杀菌室11时,第一开关51接通,杀菌室11推入盒体1内时,第二开关52接通。控制器53检测第一开关51和第二开关52是否接通,当控制器53检测到第一开关51和第二开关52同时处于接通状态时,控制器53控制深紫外LED灯12开始工作。
本实施例中,将美甲工具放入杀菌室11后,第一开关51接通,将杀菌室11推入盒体1内后,第二开关52接通,控制器53通过检测第一开关51和第二开关52是否同时处于接通状态来判断是否需要控制深紫外LED灯12的开始工作,其减少了用户操作,提升了用户体验。
为了方便用户了解杀菌情况,在上述实施例的基础上,其他实施例中,该美甲工具杀菌盒还包括显示屏54,显示屏54设置于杀菌室11的外部,显示屏54与控制器53电性连接,控制器53还用于获取放入杀菌室11内的美甲工具的杀菌信息,并发送给显示屏54,该杀菌信息包括工具名称、剩余杀菌时间以及杀菌室内的工具数据等。显示屏54接收控制器53发送的杀菌信息后,将其显示于屏幕上,用户可通过其获知现阶段的杀菌信息。
优选地,该显示屏54为触控显示屏,用户通过该触控显示屏输入工具名称查询相应工具的杀菌信息。
为了进一步提升用户的体验,在上述实施例的基础上,其他实施例中,触控显示屏还用于接收用户输入的杀菌指令,并发送至控制器53,控制器53接收到杀菌指令后,并根据所述杀菌指令控制深紫外LED灯工作。其中,该杀菌指令可以为加速杀菌指令、暂停杀菌指令和停止杀菌指令等。
本实施例中,该控制器53还可根据用户的需求,调整深紫外LED灯12的功率,以满足用户在不同情形下的杀菌需求。例如,用户需要加快杀菌进度时,通过触控显示屏输入加速杀菌指令,控制器53在接收到用户通过触控显示屏输入的加速杀菌的指令后,其根据该指令控制深紫外LED灯12的工作功率增大,从而加快杀菌的进度,缩短杀菌所需时间。
为了保证深紫外LED灯12具有一个良好的工作环境,在上述实施例的基础上,其他实施例中,该美甲工具杀菌盒还包括散热器,散热器邻近深紫外LED灯12设置。
本实施例中,通过设置散热器对深紫外LED灯12进行杀菌,保证深紫外LED灯12处于一个合适的温度环境下工作,避免温度过高而发生爆炸。
进一步的,当深紫外LED灯12工作功率增大时,同时需要增大散热器的工作功率,保证散热及时,避免深紫外LED灯被损坏。
以上对发明的具体实施方式进行了详细说明,但其只作为范例,本发明并不限制于以上描述的具体实施方式。对于本领域的技术人员而言,任何对该发明进行的等同修改或替代也都在本发明的范畴之中,因此,在不脱离本发明的精神和原则范围下所作的均等变换和修改、改进等,都应涵盖在本发明的范围内。

Claims (10)

  1. 一种美甲工具杀菌盒,其特征在于,其包括盒体,所述盒体包括多个活动设置的杀菌室,所述杀菌室从所述盒体内抽出或推入,每个杀菌室内均设有固定部件和多个深紫外LED灯,所述固定部件用于固定所述美甲工具,所述深紫外LED灯用于对所述美甲工具进行杀菌。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的美甲工具杀菌盒,其特征在于,所述杀菌室包括至少一个指甲剪杀菌室、至少一个指甲锉杀菌室和至少一个剪刀杀菌室。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的美甲工具杀菌盒,其特征在于,所述固定部件包括指甲剪限位结构、指甲锉限位结构和剪刀限位结构,所述指甲剪限位结构设置于所述指甲剪杀菌室内,所述指甲锉限位结构设置于所述指甲锉杀菌室内,所述剪刀限位结构设置于所述剪刀杀菌室内。
  4. 根据权利要求3所述的美甲工具杀菌盒,其特征在于,所述指甲剪限位结构包括多个第一卡位和箭头支架,指甲剪放入所述指甲剪杀菌室后,所述多个第一卡位沿所述指甲剪的压片交错设置,以固定所述指甲剪,所述箭头支架的轴身卡合于所述指甲剪的剪口之间,所述箭头支架的箭头内表面正对所述指甲剪的剪口,所述深紫外LED灯设置于所述箭头支架的轴身和箭头内表面。
  5. 根据权利要求3所述的美甲工具杀菌盒,其特征在于,所述指甲锉限位结构包括多个第二卡位,指甲锉放入所述指甲锉杀菌室后,所述多个第二卡位所述指甲锉交错设置,以固定所述指甲锉,所述深紫外LED灯设置于所述指甲锉的两侧。
  6. 根据权利要求3所述的美甲工具杀菌盒,其特征在于,所述剪刀限位结构包括多个第三卡位,剪刀放入所述剪刀杀菌室后,所述多个第三卡位固定所述剪刀,其致使所述剪刀与所述剪刀杀菌室的底板之间存在空隙,所述剪刀杀菌室的顶部活动设有上挡板,所述深紫外LED灯分别设置于所述上挡板的下表面和所述底板上。
  7. 根据权利要求1所述的美甲工具杀菌盒,其特征在于,其还包括第一开关、第二开关和控制器,所述第一开关、所述第二开关、所述深紫外LED灯分别与所述控制器电性连接,所述美甲工具置入所述杀菌室时,所述第一开关接通,所述杀菌室推入所述盒体内时,所述第二开关接通,所述控制器检测到所 述第一开关和所述第二开关同时处于接通状态时,控制所述深紫外LED灯开始工作。
  8. 根据权利要求7所述的美甲工具杀菌盒,其特征在于,其还包括显示屏,所述显示屏设置于所述杀菌室的外部,所述显示屏与所述控制器电性连接,所述显示屏用于接收所述控制器发送的杀菌信息并显示。
  9. 根据权利要求8所述的美甲工具杀菌盒,其特征在于,所述显示屏为触控显示屏。
  10. 根据权利要求9所述的美甲工具杀菌盒,其特征在于,所述触控显示屏用于接收用户输入的杀菌指令,并发送至所述控制器,所述控制器接收到所述杀菌指令后,根据所述杀菌指令控制所述深紫外LED灯工作。
