所述外滑套7、外罩壳8和下连接板9连接在一起。其中,所述外罩壳8的边缘处设螺纹孔18,下连接板9通过螺钉从下往上连接于外罩壳8的螺纹孔18处。所述下连接板9上设有扣槽14,外滑套7的底端设有与扣槽14扣接的卡扣15。也就是说,外滑套底部与下连接板扣接,外罩壳与下连接板螺钉连接。
所述的锁紧装置安装在外罩壳8处,外滑套7的侧壁上对应锁紧装置处设有通孔16,锁紧时锁紧装置中的锁紧块13穿过通孔16压紧在内滑套6的侧壁上。在本实施例中,锁紧块13为橡胶块,根据使用情况,锁紧时呈变形状态,解锁时呈自然状态。
所述的锁紧装置还包括手柄10、手柄支座11和压帽12。手柄支座11固定连接在外罩壳8的侧壁上,手柄10铰接在手柄支座11上,手柄支座11底面上设有小通孔17。压帽12包括板状的帽沿和带底的帽筒,帽沿位于外罩壳8侧壁内侧,帽筒穿过外罩壳8的侧壁和手柄支座11上的小通孔17与手柄10抵紧。所述的锁紧块13的形状为与压帽12形状相配的带帽沿的帽子状,锁紧块13的帽筒紧配在压帽12的帽筒内,锁紧块13的帽沿卡接在压帽12的帽沿处,并且锁紧块13的帽沿端面位于压帽12的帽沿端面外,锁紧时锁紧块13的帽沿端面与内滑套6的侧壁抵紧。所述的手柄10的转动面包括平面和弧面,其中平面到手柄10转动中心的距离大于弧面到手柄10转动中心的距离,锁紧时手柄10的平面与帽筒抵紧,松开时手柄10的弧面与帽筒接触。
本发明的动作过程如下:当手柄10呈附图5中所示的状态时,锁紧装置呈解锁状态,此时将键盘托4向下或者向下,外滑套7滑动配合在内滑套6上,直至合适的位置处,拉下手柄10,使手柄10呈附图6中所示的状态,手柄10上的平面迫使压帽12向内侧移动,驱使锁紧块13向内侧移动直至锁紧块13的端面与内滑套6的侧壁紧密地挤压在一起,实现锁紧目的。
以上所述,仅是本发明较佳可行的实施示例,不能因此即局限本发明的权利范围,对熟悉本领域的技术人员来说,凡运用本发明的技术方案和技术构思做出的其他各种相应的改变都应属于在本发明权利要求的保护范围之内。比如:
1、所述套管结构包括上连接板、内滑套、外滑套、外罩壳和下连接板;所述上连接板呈L形,其中L形一边与桌面板固定连接,L形另一边与内滑套固定连接,外滑套与内滑套滑动连接,内滑套与外罩壳固定连接,下连接板水平设置且连接在外罩壳的下端,键盘托固定连接在下连接板上。此时,内滑套、外罩壳和下连接板连接在一起;其中,所述外罩壳的边缘处设螺纹孔,下连接板通过螺钉从下往上连接于外罩壳的螺纹孔处;所述下连接板上设有扣槽,内滑套的底端设有与扣槽扣接的卡扣。也就是说,内滑套底部与下连接板扣接,外罩壳与下连接板螺钉连接。在这种结构中,通孔开设于外滑套的底端侧壁上。
2、所述锁紧装置也可以是其他结构,如旋钮装置,通过旋钮上的螺杆穿过外滑套的通孔与内滑套侧壁顶紧来实现内滑套与外滑套的锁紧目的。
或者在内滑套与外滑套之间设置具有斜面的滑块结构,具体为在内滑套侧壁外壁上固定具有斜面的滑块一,在外滑套侧壁上固定有螺套,螺杆螺纹连接在螺套内,螺杆的一端转动连接有具有斜面的滑块二。当内滑套与外滑套脱开时,向外旋螺杆,使滑块二向外移动,从而使滑块二和滑块一脱开,内外滑套之间进行滑动调整;当调整至合适位置时,向内旋螺杆,使滑块二向内移动,通过两个滑块上的斜面契合,使内外滑套锁紧。

Claims (6)

  1. 一种带滑动式键盘托的升降台,包括桌面板(1)、底座(3)、用于连接桌面板(1)和底座(3)的支撑腿(2)、连接于桌面板(1)上的键盘托(4),底座(3)放置于工作台面上;其特征在于:所述键盘托(4)竖直方向滑动连接在桌面板(1)上并通过锁紧装置锁紧,键盘托(4)在竖直方向上的行程从工作台面下方至工作台面上方。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的带滑动式键盘托的升降台,其特征在于:所述键盘托(4)通过滑动结构与桌面板(1)连接,该滑动结构为套管结构,桌面板(1)连接在套管结构的上端,键盘托(4)连接在套管结构的下端。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的带滑动式键盘托的升降台,其特征在于:所述套管结构包括上连接板(5)、内滑套(6)、外滑套(7)、外罩壳(8)和下连接板(9);所述上连接板(5)呈L形,其中L形一边与桌面板(1)固定连接,L形另一边与内滑套(6)固定连接,内滑套(6)与外滑套(7)滑动连接,外滑套(7)与外罩壳(8)固定连接,下连接板(9)水平设置且连接在外罩壳(8)的下端,键盘托(4)固定连接在下连接板上。
  4. 根据权利要求3所述的带滑动式键盘托的升降台,其特征在于:所述外滑套(7)、外罩壳(8)和下连接板(9)连接在一起;其中,所述外罩壳(8)的边缘处设螺纹孔(18),下连接板(9)通过螺钉从下往上连接于外罩壳(8)的螺纹孔(18)处;所述下连接板(9)上设有扣槽(14),外滑套(7)的底端设有与扣槽(14)扣接的卡扣(15)。
  5. 根据权利要求2所述的带滑动式键盘托的升降台,其特征在于:所述的锁紧装置安装在外罩壳(8)处,外滑套(7)的侧壁上对应锁紧装置处设有通孔(16),锁紧时锁紧装置中的锁紧块(13)穿过通孔(16)压紧在内滑套(6)的侧壁上。
  6. 根据权利要求5所述的带滑动式键盘托的升降台,其特征在于:所述的锁紧装置还包括手柄(10)、手柄支座(11)和压帽(12);手柄支座(11)固定连接在外罩壳(8)的侧壁上,手柄(10)铰接在手柄支座(11)上,手柄支座(11)底面上设有小通孔(17);压帽(12)包括板状的帽沿和带底的帽筒,帽沿位于外罩壳(8)侧壁内侧,帽筒穿过外罩壳(8)的侧壁和手柄支座(11)上的小通孔(17)与手柄(10)抵紧;所述的锁紧块(13)的形状为与压帽(12)形状相配的带帽沿的帽子状,锁紧块(13)的帽筒紧配在压帽(12)的帽筒内,锁紧块(13)的帽沿卡接在压帽(12)的帽沿处,并且锁紧块(13)的帽沿端面位于压帽(12)的帽沿端面外,锁紧时锁紧块(13)的帽沿端面与内滑套(6)的侧壁抵紧;所述的手柄(10)的转动面包括平面和弧面,其中 平面到手柄(10)转动中心的距离大于弧面到手柄(10)转动中心的距离,锁紧时手柄(10)的平面与帽筒抵紧,松开时手柄(10)的弧面与帽筒接触。
