技术领域
本发明涉及但不限于通信领域,尤其涉及一种通信网络漫游管理方法、装置、设备、系统及存储介质。
背景技术
随着第五代移动通信技术(5th-Generation,5G)网络部署进程不断提速,电信运营商的5G网络面临和传统演进分组核心网(Evolved Packet Core,EPC)网络的漫游互通问题。
在包含有第五代移动通信技术核心网(5th-Generation Core,5GC)的网络中,第三代合作伙伴计划(3rd Generation Partnership Project,3GPP)23.501规范中给出的EPC、5GC漫游流程包括:
1、用户漫游在EPC网络下,完成移动管理实体(Mobility Management Entity,MME)注册流程,包括MME到归属位置寄存器(Home Location Register,HLR)/归属签约用户服务器(Home Subscriber Server,HSS)的登记过程。
2、用户漫游在5GC网络下,完成接入和移动管理功能(Access and Mobility Management Function,AMF)、会话管理功能(Session Management Function,SMF)注册流程,包括AMF、SMF调用统一用户管理(Unified Data Management,UDM)的注册服务。
基于3GPP23.501规范的上述漫游流程,用户在HSS和UDM中分别保存有各自的签约信息;当用户在EPC网络漫游注册时,通过DIAMETER信令协议到HLR/HSS注册并下载用户EPC签约信息;当用户漫游到5G网络时,通过服务化接口的超文本传输协议(HyperText Transfer Protocol,HTTP)协议调用UDM的注册服务下载用户5GC签约信息。也即,用户漫游时存在网络不互通的问题。
发明内容
有鉴于此,本发明实施例期望提供一种通信网络漫游管理方法、装置、设备、系统及存储介质,能够实现用户漫游时网络互通。
本发明实施例提供一种通信网络漫游管理方法,包括:
接收来自第一通信网络的签约信息获取请求,签约信息获取请求用于请求待注册用户的签约信息;
获取待注册用户在归属通信网络中的签约信息;
发送签约信息至第一通信网络,供第一通信网络完成待注册用户的注册。
本发明实施例还提供一种通信网络漫游管理装置,包括:
接收模块,配置为接收来自第一通信网络的签约信息获取请求,签约信息获取请求用于请求待注册用户的签约信息;
获取模块,配置为获取待注册用户在归属通信网络中的签约信息;
发送模块,配置为发送签约信息至第一通信网络,供第一通信网络完成待注册用户的注册。
本发明实施例还提供一种通信网络漫游互通设备,包括处理器、存储器及通信总线;
通信总线用于实现处理器和存储器之间的连接通信;
处理器配置为执行存储器中存储的一个或者多个程序,以实现本发明 实施例提供的上述通信网络漫游管理方法。
本发明实施例还提供一种通信系统,包括至少两个通信网络,以及本发明实施例提供的上述通信网络漫游互通设备。
本发明实施例还提供一种计算机存储介质,计算机存储介质中存储有计算机可执行指令,计算机可执行指令被处理器执行时执行本发明实施例提供的上述通信网络漫游管理方法。
本发明实施例的有益效果是:
根据本发明实施例提供的一种通信网络漫游管理方法、装置、设备、系统及存储介质,接收来自第一通信网络的签约信息获取请求,签约信息获取请求用于请求待注册用户的签约信息;获取待注册用户在归属通信网络中的签约信息;发送签约信息至第一通信网络,供第一通信网络完成待注册用户的注册;采用上述方案,对于仅部署有归属通信网络的运营商,当用户漫游至第一通信网络时,向第一通信网络提供该用户在归属通信网络的签约信息,使得第一通信网络运营商无需额外部署第一通信网络的网络设备,即可实现用户的第一通信网络漫游,有利于为用户在第一通信网络以及归属通信网络中提供更好的漫游业务体验。

发明人在研究过程中发现,为了解决用户漫游时存在网络不互通的问题,可以采用如下方案:对于仅部署有5GC网络的运营商而言,部署UDM的同时,同时部署HSS来为用户提供EPC漫游业务;对于仅部署有EPC网络的运营商而言,部署HSS的同时,同时部署UDM来为用户提供5G漫游业务;然而该方案成本较高。
为了解决需同时部署HSS和UDM才能实现用户漫游时网络互通的问题,本实施例提供一种通信网络漫游管理方法,请参见图1,图1为本实施例提供的一种通信网络漫游管理方法的流程图,该方法包括以下步骤:
S101:接收来自第一通信网络的签约信息获取请求,签约信息获取请求用于请求待注册用户的签约信息;
S102:获取待注册用户在归属通信网络中的签约信息;
S103:发送签约信息至第一通信网络,供第一通信网络完成待注册用户的注册。
在一实施例中,第一通信网络为EPC网络,归属通信网络为5G网络;或者,第一通信网络为5G网络,归属通信网络为EPC网络。
例如,5GC网络运营商的终端漫游至EPC网络,EPC网络MME接收 来自EPC网络的签约信息获取请求,MME通过与漫游互通设备通信,获取终端用户在5GC网络中的签约信息,发送终端用户在5GC网络中的签约信息至EPC网络,供EPC网络完成待注册用户的注册。
例如,EPC网络运营商的终端漫游至5GC网络,5GC网络AMF接收来自5GC网络的签约信息获取请求,AMF通过与漫游互通设备通信,获取终端用户在EPC网络中的签约信息,发送终端用户在EPC网络中的签约信息至5GC网络,供5GC网络完成待注册用户的注册。
在一实施例中,S102获取待注册用户在归属通信网络中的签约信息的方式包括以下方式中的至少一种:
方式一、当第一通信网络为EPC网络,归属通信网络为5G网络时,可以通过漫游互通(InterWorking Function,IWF)设备与5G网络中的AMF、或者UDM通信,以从UDM获取存储的待注册用户在5G网络中的签约信息;
当第一通信网络为5G网络,归属通信网络为EPC网络时,可以通过漫游互通设备与EPC网络中的MME、或者HSS通信,以从HSS获取存储的待注册用户在EPC网络中的签约信息;
方式二、从一个统一的存储空间获取待注册用户在归属通信网络中的签约信息,该统一的存储空间存储有待注册用户在所有通信网络的签约信息,例如,存储有待注册用户在EPC网络以及5G网络的签约信息。
在一实施例中,S101接收来自第一通信网络的签约信息获取请求的方式包括以下方式中的至少一种:
方式一、接收第一通信网络中的签约信息存储设备,发送的签约信息获取请求;
方式二、接收第一通信网络中的用户接入管理设备,发送的签约信息获取请求;
当第一通信网络为EPC网络时,签约信息存储设备为HSS;当第一通信网络为5G网络时,签约信息存储设备为UDM;
当第一通信网络为EPC网络时,用户接入管理设备为MME;当第一通信网络为5G网络时,签约信息存储设备为AMF。
在一实施例中,S103发送签约信息至第一通信网络包括:
获取第一通信网络支持的第一信令消息格式;
构建满足第一信令消息格式的获取响应,获取响应携带签约信息;
发送获取响应。
在一实施例中,发送获取响应的方式包括以下方式中的至少一种:
方式一、向第一通信网络中的签约信息存储设备,发送获取响应;
方式二、向第一通信网络中的用户接入管理设备,发送获取响应。
当第一通信网络为EPC网络时,签约信息存储设备为HSS;当第一通信网络为5G网络时,签约信息存储设备为UDM;
当第一通信网络为EPC网络时,用户接入管理设备为MME;当第一通信网络为5G网络时,签约信息存储设备为AMF。
在一实施例中,S102获取待注册用户在归属通信网络中的签约信息包括:
查询待注册用户的归属通信网络;
向归属通信网络发送签约信息调用请求,签约信息调用请求用于调用待注册用户在归属通信网络中的签约信息;
接收归属通信网络发送调用响应;
提取调用响应携带的签约信息。
在一实施例中,向归属通信网络发送签约信息调用请求包括:
获取归属通信网络支持的第二信令消息格式;
将签约信息获取请求,转换为满足第二信令消息格式的签约信息调用 请求;
发送签约信息调用请求。
在一实施例中,发送签约信息调用请求的方式包括以下方式中的至少一种:
方式一、向归属通信网络中的签约信息存储设备,发送签约信息调用请求;
方式二、向归属通信网络中的用户接入管理设备,发送签约信息调用请求。
当归属通信网络为EPC网络时,签约信息存储设备为HSS;当归属通信网络为5G网络时,签约信息存储设备为UDM;
当归属通信网络为EPC网络时,用户接入管理设备为MME;当归属通信网络为5G网络时,签约信息存储设备为AMF。
下面例举两个例子进行进一步说明:
参见图2,图2为本实施例提供的一种5GC网络运营商的终端漫游至EPC网络时的注册流程图,该过程包括:
第一步:5GC网络运营商的终端漫游至EPC网络,在EPC网络中向MME发起注册;
第二步:MME向IWF(漫游互通设备)发送签约信息获取请求,签约信息获取请求用于请求待注册用户的签约信息;
第三步:漫游互通设备接收到EPC网络的MME签约信息获取请求,转换为5GC网络中UDM的签约信息调用请求,签约信息调用请求用于调用待注册用户在5G网络中的签约信息;
第四步:UDM根据签约信息调用请求进行调用处理,向漫游互通设备返回调用响应,调用响应中携带待注册用户在5G网络中的签约信息;
第五步:漫游互通设备根据UDM的调用响应,转换为EPC网络中注 册响应消息;
第六步:MME向终端返回注册响应。
漫游互通设备除了从UDM获取待注册用户在5GC网络中的签约信息,还会更新终端5G位置相关信息。
5GC网络用户漫游到EPC网络时,EPC网络MME通过漫游互通设备完成EPC网络注册流程;移动网络中漫游互通设备在接收到EPC签约信息获取请求时,通过执行DIAMETER信令消息和服务调用的转换,完成用户在EPC网络的漫游注册。
从上述过程可知,图2所示例子的实现流程和3GPP标准流程相比,除增加一个漫游互通设备外,已有网络设备无需任何改造,流程也无任何变化,极大的节省了成本。
参见图3,图3为本实施例提供的一种5GC网络运营商的终端漫游接入仅有通用移动通信系统陆地无线接入网(Universal Mobile Telecommunications System Terrestrial Radio Access Network,E-UTRAN)的EPC网络的架构图;
图3中,5GC网络运营商的终端UE漫游接入仅有E-UTRAN的EPC网络,在EPC网络中发起注册;MME通过S6a接口向IWF(漫游互通设备)发送注册请求消息;IWF接收到EPC网络的MME注册请求消息,转换为5GC网络中UDM的服务调用,并通过N8、N10、或Nx接口向UDM发送服务调用;UDM进行调用处理,返回调用响应,调用响应中携带待注册用户的签约信息;IWF根据UDM的调用响应,转换为EPC网络中注册响应消息;MME向UE返回注册响应。
参见图4,图4为本实施例提供的一种EPC网络运营商的终端漫游至5GC网络时的注册流程图,该过程包括:
第一步:EPC网络运营商的终端漫游至5GC网络,终端在5GC网络中 向AMF或SMF发起注册;
第二步:AMF或SMF向IWF(漫游互通设备)发送签约信息获取请求,签约信息获取请求用于请求待注册用户的签约信息;
第三步:IWF接收到5GC网络的签约信息获取请求,转换为EPC网络中HSS的签约信息调用请求,签约信息调用请求用于调用待注册用户在EPC网络中的签约信息;
第四步:HSS根据签约信息调用请求进行调用处理,向IWF返回调用响应,调用响应中携带待注册用户在EPC网络中的签约信息;
第五步:IWF根据调用响应,转换为5GC网络中的服务调用结果;
第六步:AMF或SMF向终端返回注册响应。
漫游互通设备除了从HSS获取待注册用户在EPC网络中的签约信息,还会更新终端EPC位置相关信息。
归属EPC网络的用户漫游到5GC网络时,5GC网络AMF通过漫游互通设备完成5GC网络注册流程;移动网络中漫游互通设备在接收到5GC签约信息获取请求时,通过执行服务调用和DIAMETER信令消息的转换,完成用户在5GC网络的漫游注册。
从上述过程可知,图4所示例子的实现流程和3GPP标准流程相比,除增加一个漫游互通设备外,已有网络设备无需任何改造,流程也无任何变化,极大的节省了成本。
参见图5,图5为本实施例提供的一种EPC网络运营商的终端漫游接入仅有新空口(new radio,NR)的5GC网络的架构图;图5中,EPC网络运营商的终端UE漫游接入仅有NR的5GC网络,在5GC网络中发起注册;AMF或SMF通过N8、N10、或Nx接口向漫游互通设备发起服务调用;漫游互通设备接收到5GC网络的服务调用,转换为EPC网络中的HSS登记请求消息,并通过S6a接口向HSS发送服务调用;HSS进行登记请求处理, 返回登记响应,登记响应中携带待注册用户的签约信息;漫游互通设备根据登记响应,转换为5GC网络中的服务调用结果;AMF向UE返回注册响应。
本实施例提供的终端为以下至少之一:长期演进(Long Term Evolution,LTE)/NR多模多待终端、LTE/NR多模单待终端。
本实施例通过漫游互通设备提供了EPC、5GC漫游支持。对于仅部署有5GC网络的运营商,当用户漫游至EPC网络时,通过漫游互通设备向EPC网络提供了HSS功能;对于仅部署有EPC网络的运营商,当用户漫游至5GC网络时,通过漫游互通设备向5GC网络提供了UDM功能。
通过网络中部署的漫游互通设备,提供EPC网络消息和5GC网络服务调用的转换,实现了EPC和5GC网络下用户的漫游注册。漫游互通设备通过EPC、5GC签约信息的自动映射,避免了同时部署HSS和UDM。同时也避免了不同设备制造商提供的HSS、UDM中,用户数据不一致的问题。

当第一通信网络为5G网络,归属通信网络为EPC网络时,可以通过与EPC网络中的MME、或者HSS通信,以从HSS获取存储的待注册用户在EPC网络中的签约信息;

Claims (13)

  1. 一种通信网络漫游管理方法,包括:
    接收来自第一通信网络的签约信息获取请求,所述签约信息获取请求用于请求待注册用户的签约信息;
    获取所述待注册用户在归属通信网络中的签约信息;
    发送所述签约信息至所述第一通信网络,供所述第一通信网络完成所述待注册用户的注册。
  2. 如权利要求1所述的通信网络漫游管理方法,其中,所述第一通信网络为EPC网络,所述归属通信网络为5G网络;或者,所述第一通信网络为5G网络,所述归属通信网络为EPC网络。
  3. 如权利要求1所述的通信网络漫游管理方法,其中,所述接收来自第一通信网络的签约信息获取请求的方式包括以下方式中的至少一种:
    方式一、接收所述第一通信网络中的签约信息存储设备,发送的所述签约信息获取请求;
    方式二、接收所述第一通信网络中的用户接入管理设备,发送的所述签约信息获取请求。
  4. 如权利要求1所述的通信网络漫游管理方法,其中,所述发送所述签约信息至所述第一通信网络包括:
    获取所述第一通信网络支持的第一信令消息格式;
    构建满足所述第一信令消息格式的获取响应,所述获取响应携带所述签约信息;
    发送所述获取响应。
  5. 如权利要求4所述的通信网络漫游管理方法,其中,所述发送所述获取响应的方式包括以下方式中的至少一种:
    方式一、向所述第一通信网络中的签约信息存储设备,发送所述获取 响应;
    方式二、向所述第一通信网络中的用户接入管理设备,发送所述获取响应。
  6. 如权利要求1至5任一项所述的通信网络漫游管理方法,其中,所述获取所述待注册用户在归属通信网络中的签约信息包括:
    查询所述待注册用户的归属通信网络;
    向所述归属通信网络发送签约信息调用请求,所述签约信息调用请求用于调用待注册用户在所述归属通信网络中的签约信息;
    接收所述归属通信网络发送调用响应;
    提取所述调用响应携带的所述签约信息。
  7. 如权利要求6所述的通信网络漫游管理方法,其中,所述向所述归属通信网络发送签约信息调用请求包括:
    获取所述归属通信网络支持的第二信令消息格式;
    将所述签约信息获取请求,转换为满足所述第二信令消息格式的签约信息调用请求;
    发送所述签约信息调用请求。
  8. 如权利要求7所述的通信网络漫游管理方法,其中,所述发送所述签约信息调用请求的方式包括以下方式中的至少一种:
    方式一、向所述归属通信网络中的签约信息存储设备,发送所述签约信息调用请求;
    方式二、向所述归属通信网络中的用户接入管理设备,发送所述签约信息调用请求。
  9. 一种通信网络漫游管理装置,包括:
    接收模块,配置为接收来自第一通信网络的签约信息获取请求,所述签约信息获取请求用于请求待注册用户的签约信息;
    获取模块,配置为获取所述待注册用户在归属通信网络中的签约信息;
    发送模块,配置为发送所述签约信息至所述第一通信网络,供所述第一通信网络完成所述待注册用户的注册。
  10. 如权利要求9所述的通信网络漫游管理装置,其中,所述获取模块配置为:查询所述待注册用户的归属通信网络,向所述归属通信网络发送签约信息调用请求,所述签约信息调用请求用于调用待注册用户在所述归属通信网络中的签约信息,接收所述归属通信网络发送调用响应,提取所述调用响应携带的所述签约信息。
  11. 一种通信网络漫游互通设备,包括处理器、存储器及通信总线;
    所述通信总线用于实现处理器和存储器之间的连接通信;
    所述处理器配置为执行存储器中存储的一个或者多个程序,以实现如权利要求1至8任一项所述的通信网络漫游管理方法。
  12. 一种通信系统,包括至少两个通信网络,以及如权利要求11所述的通信网络漫游互通设备。
  13. 一种计算机可读存储介质,所述计算机可读存储介质存储有一个或者多个程序,所述一个或者多个程序可被一个或者多个处理器执行,以实现如权利要求1至8任一项所述的通信网络漫游管理方法。
