一种便携式杀菌装置 技术领域
本发明涉及紫外线杀菌技术领域,具体涉及一种便携式杀菌装置。
背景技术
在商业化日益趋增的今天,外出就餐成为非常频繁的事,但是外出就餐频频出现许多因食源性的问题而引起人们肠胃不适的现象,所以在外面就餐前,对餐具,例如筷子、碗、杯子、勺子等进行消毒杀菌是一件关乎人体健康的事。通常餐馆也会对餐具进行消毒,但餐具经多人使用且重复利用,经常因餐馆的消毒设施不够完善而导致疾病传染,给人们带来困扰。此外,普通的消毒杀菌装置内置电池,体积较大,不便携带,另外还要携带适配电池供电的配件,额外的重量给人们外出带来诸多不便。
鉴于此,克服以上现有技术中的缺陷,提供一种新的便携式杀菌装置成为本领域亟待解决的技术问题。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于针对现有技术的上述缺陷,提供一种便携式杀菌装置。
本发明的目的可通过以下的技术措施来实现:
一种便携式杀菌装置,该杀菌装置包括:
主体;
设于主体上用于对待杀菌物品进行紫外光照射的辐射部件;
设于主体上用于指示所述辐射部件的照射状态的发光部件;以及
设于主体上被配置为用于接入外部电源以向所述辐射部件和发光部件供电的至少一个接口部件。
优选地,所述发光部件的可见光的照射方向与所述辐射部件的紫外光的照射方向大致平行。
优选地,该杀菌装置还包括与所述主体表面辐射部件紫外光出射面所在一侧配合且与所述主体活动连接以遮挡或露出辐射部件的盖体。

具体地,所述杀菌装置可以设置至少一个接口部件4,优选为两个,所述接口部件4可以为一个Lightning接口,一个Micro USB接口;一个Lightning接口,一个Type-C接口;一个Micro USB接口,一个Type-C接口;两个Lightning接口;两个Micro USB接口或两个Type-C接口;优选为一个Lightning接口,一个Micro USB接口或一个Lightning接口,一个Type-C接口,可以适用于更多种类的外接电源,以满足用户实际需要。
本实施例中,通过接口部件4插接外接电源,例如:手机,充电宝,电脑等日常外出必备的电子产品,杀菌装置内不设置电池,减少杀菌装置的重量和体积,更适于用户外出使用。
在上述实施方式的基础上,在本实施例中,该杀菌装置包括控制模块(图中未示出),所述控制模块被配置为用于根据待杀菌物品的种类从多个可选择的杀菌操作模式中选 择或切换其中一个以控制所述辐射部件2照射时间和照射剂量。
具体地,参见图10和图11,所述控制模块与所述辐射部件2和所述发光部件3电连接,所述主体1还设有与所述控制模块相对应的控制按钮15,所述控制按钮15设于与辐射部件2紫外光出射面10所在一侧相对的侧面上,所述控制按钮15通过所述控制模块控制所述辐射部件2和发光部件3的照射状态。所述控制按钮15依次设置开档151、多个中间档152、关档153,每一个中间档152对应一个杀菌操作模式,若选择或切换其中一个中间档152且在杀菌过程中没有切换至关档153,则所述控制模块控制所述辐射部件2经过该中间档152对应的照射时间后,自动切换至关档153,使所述辐射部件2和所述发光部件3停止照射。
本实施例中,设置了多个可选择的杀菌操作模式中可以满足用户的实际需要,扩大了该杀菌装置的使用范围,利用控制模块提高智能度。

Claims (11)

  1. 一种便携式杀菌装置,其特征在于,该杀菌装置包括:
    主体;
    设于主体上用于对待杀菌物品进行紫外光照射的辐射部件;
    设于主体上用于指示所述辐射部件的照射状态的发光部件;以及
    设于主体上被配置为用于接入外部电源以向所述辐射部件和发光部件供电的至少一个接口部件。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的便携式杀菌装置,其特征在于,所述发光部件的可见光的照射方向与所述辐射部件的紫外光的照射方向大致平行。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述的便携式杀菌装置,其特征在于,该杀菌装置还包括与所述主体表面辐射部件紫外光出射面所在一侧配合且与所述主体活动连接以遮挡或露出辐射部件的盖体。
  4. 根据权利要求3所述的便携式杀菌装置,其特征在于,所述主体呈柱状,所述盖体被构造为绕所述主体中心轴旋转以遮挡或露出辐射部件。
  5. 根据权利要求3所述的便携式杀菌装置,其特征在于,所述主体呈方形,所述盖体被构造为绕所述主体一端水平旋转或沿所述主体的延伸方向推拉以遮挡或露出辐射部件。
  6. 根据权利要求1所述的便携式杀菌装置,其特征在于,所述主体具有用于透射紫外光的透射开口。
  7. 根据权利要求6所述的便携式杀菌装置,其特征在于,所述主体被构造为绕自身中心轴与所述辐射部件相对旋转至辐射部件与所述透射开口对应时接通所述辐射部件。
  8. 根据权利要求1所述的便携式杀菌装置,其特征在于,所述辐射部件包括一个或多个UV-C-LED,所述发光部件包括一个或多个发光LED。
  9. 根据权利要求1所述的便携式杀菌装置,其特征在于,所述主体靠近第一侧面处开设有用于容纳所述接口部件的容纳槽,该容纳槽具有第一位置和第二位置,所述接口部件在第一位置和第二位置之间移动,所述接口部件位于所述第一位置时完全容纳于容纳槽中或与所述第一侧面平齐,所述接口部件位于所述第二位置时伸出所述第一侧面外。
  10. 根据权利要求1所述的便携式杀菌装置,其特征在于,所述接口部件包括Lightning接口、Micro USB接口或Type-C接口。
  11. 根据权利要求1所述的便携式杀菌装置,其特征在于,该杀菌装置包括控制模块,所述控制模块被配置为用于根据待杀菌物品的种类从多个可选择的杀菌操作模式中选择或切换其中一个以控制所述辐射部件照射时间和照射剂量。
