上述中,所述鞋面20包含着导光结构50,该导光结构50的底部50a延伸并裸露在鞋面20底下,并与导光鞋底10接触,且对着发光装置40,该导光鞋底10发亮时,光线能由导光结构50的底部50a传导至顶部50b,使整个导光结构50都能发亮。

为了使导光结构50的导光效果更优,本新型的另一种设计方式如图5、图6所示,其在导光鞋底10接近外围周边的位置设置切槽12,该切槽12并 对应在导光结构50之下,以使该导光结构50的底部50a嵌入该切槽12内;由于导光鞋底10本身具有塑性,因此导光结构50的底部50a在嵌入切槽12后会被夹合,以图面为例,导光结构50是导光片51,该导光片51的底部50a是直向嵌入导光鞋底10的切槽12内,因此能直接对应着发光装置40的侧面,故当发光装置40发光时,光线能透过导光鞋底10的传导垂直地导入底部50a,再传导至顶部50b,进而使导光片51亮度大增。
上述导光结构50能局部设置,例如分别设置在鞋面20的侧面或后面;然而也能全面设置,例如图1及图2是局部布置,而图7所示则是全面布置,该导光结构50隐藏在整个鞋面20内,使整个鞋面20的外层所有镂孔21都能绽放出光茫;再者,图7还揭示出导光片51的内侧结合了一具有反光作用的反射片52,透过反射片52的实施,能将导光片51的光线朝鞋面20的外层投射,而不致于因扩散造成光线减弱。
请参图8,所述导光结构50为导光纱纤53,该导光纱纤53布置在鞋面20的外层,其由经纱531与纬纱532编织而成,其中,经纱531和/或横纱532具有导光作用,所以能将光线传导至整个鞋面20上。
再参图9,所述导光结构50为导光条54,该导光条54具有导光作用,其以多条布置在鞋面20的外层,而两端都延伸入于鞋面20底下并与导光鞋底10接触,透过导光鞋底10传导光线,而使导光条54具有发光效果。
以上以实施例介绍了本新型构造,但是其非用以限制本新型范围,因此,举凡一切与本新型意旨相符的修饰性变化或修改,只要在均等效果的范围内,都应涵属于本新型专利范畴内。

Claims (9)

  1. 一种具有导光结构的鞋面,其特征在于:所述鞋面(20)结合在导光鞋底(10)上而形成鞋子(30);该导光鞋底(10)内隐藏了发光装置(40),该发光装置(40)发光时,光线将传导至整个导光鞋底(10),使导光鞋底(10)发亮;所述鞋面(20)包含着导光结构(50),该导光结构(50)的底部(50a)延伸并裸露在鞋面(20)底下,并与该导光鞋底(10)接触,且对着发光装置(40),该导光鞋底(10)在发亮时,光线能通过导光结构(50)的底部(50a)传导至顶部(50b),使整个导光结构(50)都能发亮。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述具有导光结构的鞋面,其特征在于:所述导光结构(50)为导光片(51),隐藏在鞋面(20)的夹层内;所述鞋面(20)的外层具有镂孔(21),该镂孔(21)对应在导光片(51)的外侧,其内侧面是平贴着导光片(51);该导光鞋底(10)接近外围周边的位置设置有切槽(12),该切槽(12)对应着导光结构(50)的底部(50a),并能供底部(50a)嵌入于内,且被该切槽(12)夹合着,然后对应着发光装置(40)的侧面。
  3. 如权利要求1所述具有导光结构的鞋面,其特征在于:所述导光结构(50)为导光片(51),其隐藏在鞋面(20)夹层内;所述鞋面(20)的外层具有镂孔(21),该镂孔(21)对应在导光片(51)的外侧,其内侧面是平贴着导光片(51);所述导光片底部(50a)拗折在鞋面(20)底下,并介于鞋面(20)的底面与导光鞋底(10)的顶面之间,且与该导光鞋底(10)直接接触,并与发光装置(40)的侧面呈90度对应。
  4. 根据权利要求2或3所述具有导光结构的鞋面,其特征在于:所述镂孔(21)为下列之一或组合,商标图样、商标字样、图腾、纹路、符号、英文字母、阿拉伯数字。
  5. 如权利要求2或3所述具有导光结构的鞋面,其特征在于:所述导光片(51)的背面,结合了一具有反光作用的反射片(52)。
  6. 如权利要求1所述具有导光结构的鞋面,其特征在于:所述导光结构(50)夹藏在鞋面(20)内,并以下列方式实施,局部布置、整面布置。
  7. 根据权利要求1所述具有导光结构的鞋面,其特征在于:所述导光结 构(50)为导光纱纤(53),该导光纱纤(53)布置在鞋面(20)的外层,其由经纱(531)与纬纱(532)编织而成,其中,经纱(531)和/或横纱(532)具有导光作用。
  8. 根据权利要求1所述具有导光结构的鞋面,其特征在于:所述导光结构(50)为导光条(54),该导光条(54)具有导光作用,其以多条布置在鞋面(20)的外层,而两端都延伸入于鞋面(20)底下并与导光鞋底(10)直接接触。
  9. 如权利要求1所述具有导光结构的鞋面,其特征在于:所述导光鞋底(10)是具有透光及导光效果的鞋胶底,该鞋胶底预设有凹槽以供发光装置(40)置入,该鞋胶底能让光线透入后并传导至整体,使得整个导光鞋底(10)都能发亮。
