Abstract

La présente invention concerne un matériau stratifié biodégradable comprenant une couche de tissu stratifiée sur une couche de substrat compostable ou biodégradable. La couche de tissu est respirante et comprend environ 100 pour cent en poids de fibres naturelles, ou un mélange de fibres naturelles et d'acide polylactique. La couche de substrat comprend environ 100 pour cent en poids d'acide polylactique. Le tissu stratifié de l'invention présente des caractéristiques améliorées, en termes, par exemple, de biodégradabilité, de pouvoir absorbant, de respirabilité et de résistance aux fluides.
