Abstract

La présente invention concerne un joint d'angle d'un cadre de construction qui comprend plusieurs profilés de construction extrudés et à onglet joints les uns aux autres, le joint d'angle comprenant : (a) deux profilés de construction extrudés, qui ont chacun au moins une surface d'extrémité à onglet, les deux profilés extrudés entrant en contact l'un avec l'autre le long desdites surfaces d'extrémité à onglet, définissant ainsi un angle entre les deux profilés extrudés, chaque profilé comprenant quatre parois latérales longitudinales, en particulier : deux parois latérales de côté qui s'étendent parallèlement à un plan de l'angle et qui se joignent à la surface latérale correspondante du profilé extrudé, une paroi latérale intérieure, qui définit une surface de profilé intérieure tournée vers l'extérieur s'étendant sous un angle □ < 180° avec une surface de profilé intérieure correspondante tournée vers l'extérieur du profilé extrudé joint, les parois latérales intérieures des deux profilés extrudés joints définissant une ligne d'angle intérieure le long de leurs surfaces d'extrémité à onglet jointes, et une paroi latérale extérieure, qui définit une surface de profilé extérieure tournée vers l'extérieur s'étendant sous un angle □ > 180° avec une surface latérale extérieure correspondante tournée vers l'extérieur du profilé extrudé joint, les parois latérales extérieures des profilés extrudés jointes définissant une ligne d'angle extérieure le long de leurs surfaces d'extrémité à onglet jointes, les parois latérales intérieure et extérieure définissant une profondeur D du cadre de construction, et chaque profilé extrudé ayant une cavité intérieure définie par les quatre parois latérales ci-dessus ; (b) deux pièces rapportées, chacune introduites dans la cavité intérieure d'un des profilés extrudés joints, chaque pièce rapportée comprenant une surface de contact à onglet qui s'étendant sensiblement dans le même plan que les extrémités d'extrémité à onglet des profilés extrudés joints, les surfaces de contact à onglet des deux pièces rapportées entrant en contact l'une avec l'autre lorsque les profilés extrudés sont joints. Ladite invention est caractérisée en ce que les pièces rapportées jointes comprennent une première surface de contact et une seconde surface de contact, les première et seconde surfaces de contact entrant toutes les deux en contact avec une section de surface de profilé extérieure tournée vers l'intérieur des profilés extrudés joints à proximité de la ligne d'angle extérieure, les première et seconde surfaces de contact s'étendant le long de la longueur entière de la ligne d'angle extérieure au sein des limites de la cavité intérieure des profilés extrudés joints, en ce que les pièces rapportées jointes comprennent au moins un canal de liquide qui a une entrée et au moins une sortie éloignée de l'entrée, la sortie étant située le long de la ligne d'angle extérieure des profilés extrudés joints, et en ce que ledit canal de liquide est rempli avec un matériau adhésif jusqu'à un niveau auquel l'adhésif sort de la sortie, créant ainsi une barrière contre la migration d'eau à l'intérieur des profilés extrudés joints le long de la ligne d'angle extérieure.
